R. Because no one knows what religion is the wisdom of attaining the Creator and revealing the Creator to a person in this world, this is what he means about this no one knows and everyone thinks that they understand all kinds of religions and faith, but no one knows what religion is for. The essence of religion and its purpose, so the purpose of religion is to reveal the Creator to the created being in this world and this is in His essence, the Creator Himself. There is one upper force which operates and controls all of reality and people in this world were created in such a way that they are built in such a way, created in a way that they can attain and reach the Creator to achieve complete adhesion with Him, this is the purpose of religion and its essence. Knowing the Creator through adhesion with Him, through equivalence of form with Him.
S. What can we learn in his decisiveness of Baal HaSulam’s courage to write such words in a manner that no one has written before?
R. He really wants people to know about it because without it people become as beasts like any other animal on earth and there is no difference between someone who lives in the forest, or in the water, or in the air, all of the animate level or a person is like that also except they are more sophisticated. In the end the goal is that man resides existing like an animal and must also develop himself on the human level to be similar to the Creator and in those degrees of similarity to the Creator he elevates himself more and more to the level of Adam, man who is Domeh, similar to the Creator of revealing and becoming like Him. It is written unto the Lord, your God.
S. Also, many times we hear you in the writers meeting that you warned them to write precisely as you say it, not to round or soften things, but to write precisely indirectly.
R. Yes.
S. So what is the intention of seeing things in such a direct manner?
R. The intention is that people will know the truth and they will know that they have no other way. That it is the plan and purpose of creation. All the stages and development of creation are all in order for us to know there's no other way to develop it unless we go by this way which the upper force determined for our development and we are only harming ourselves we are prolonging the way and that is it.
S. This style which is so direct and truthful and so rare, everything today is so politically correct, has to be so nice.
R. This is why our world is the way it is, the whole reason that we see our world as corrupted and spoiled and confused so why should I add more to this confusion with a few more sweet words.
S. Who is meant to hear these words that are written? I was supposed to hear this immediately or for a few generations?
R. If not in this pandemic then in the next pandemic for certain they will hear, it depends on the number of dead, the quality and quantity of the blows is how they will hear. To spare us blows and for humanity to not deteriorate more is why we speak like this.
S. What do we need to learn from this?
R. That you also have to speak this way, today because you have this pluralism that everyone can say what they want then we also can say and speak as well, no problem. We're not saying anything that is against humanity or against education. The fact that it might contradict several movements, especially in Israel. Today everyone is conflicting with everyone else so we are among them.
S. Where is the confidence in righteousness in one's path to say things so directly?
