R. He wants to say that you won't be able to distinguish, isolate countries in order to create in each country, good and correct orders. China, America, Africa with its countries, Russia Israel, Europe, you can't build walls around each country and build within each country a good life. Also, you won't be able to do it by controlling other countries. Only by building, between the countries conditions, balanced mutual relationships that come nearer and nearer to mutually benefiting. We will have to learn it in the next phase, in the phase that we are now approaching. We are thinking America is falling, Russia is gone already, China is rising and who knows what is happening with everyone. There are already some connections between other countries, it is all only the way it seems to us. The world will have to recognize that you cannot build anything good in any country as is happening in America, which now gave us an example. We will see that Peace in the world depends upon the well-being of each and every person and a peaceful connection among everyone, but we are already in this direction. R. How can we help our groups that live in countries where the economic, political, security situation is not good? We have to see, what we can do. First of all we need to organize some sort of group that will take care of it, not a group from our groups but a mechanism that will know in what countries there are groups that have to be under confinement, under great pressures and how we can help them and with what. Perhaps there are situations where we can help them with money, maybe there are situations where we can help them with medicines, maybe we can help with pulling people out of there from one country to another. Let's start feeling it, discussing it. If they are friends who are truly in our group so we can maybe use some of our strength and help them.

S. We had this fund call help Haver, when we went to Congress's maybe on the basis of this fund in the new conditions, we can change a bit?

R. I agree with you 100%, please check with regard to this fund and we can strengthen it and continue to collect donations and increase it until we can really act and help friends who are in distress perhaps. I am totally in favor of it so please check it and organize it and try to revive these things.

54. S. (23:05) Should we follow the political state in the world in general?

R. No, we don't need to follow all of the political changes in the world or the economic ones or nothing, we don't need to care about that. It will unfold to the extent that we try to achieve correction. This is what will happen, but the general picture still has to be clear to us because we disseminate and we live in the world. So a few minutes a day each one should be connected to the news, it is very questionable whether there is any truth to them but somehow, and this is how we should advance, but really what is important is the connection between us and disseminating outwards. This is becoming more and more important each day.

55. S. (24:19) How to relate to this message of unity that Baal HaSulam is talking about? It's been used by the biggest cons and destroyers in the world who have the same messages?

R. It has always been like that in the world all the most beautiful principles and words were taken by people who were dirty, proud, and liars. They use them, in order to mislead people and confuse them, we see it especially in the presidential election, we still have to go with what is ours, what can we do? We needn't criticize those liars who are using it in this way for their own benefit. We need to continue on our path and not connect to any other false form in the world.

56. S. (25:48) You said the world is heading towards revelation and only by good connections between countries can we succeed. Do you see this first happening between the leaders, this understanding, or first the public?

R. No, I think that as usual, the world will feel descents, falls, blows, and then maybe it will understand more together with dissemination not only in corporeality but in spirituality that each will get an internal understanding that the world depends on connection. That advancement is dependent on connection.
