Sigal: Question from NY, ten #1 - What is the role of the woman in the global society? Where is she located? What is she doing? How does she arrange her global home? (03:54)
Rav: The role of women in the whole world is becoming more emphasized. The woman will be more the one who decides on the order of things. Also, I think, we will see that within the next several decades in the world, that women will be those who pick up all the key roles in countries, in between, internationally. Also, now, you just don’t see this much, or feel it so much, or maybe we don’t want to advertise this as much, but we will definitely see that women are replacing the men. But, no, I am talking about the fact that women for the correction of the world, not the fact that they take some office here, or an office there in place of the men, and will have women presidents and all kinds of other things like that. That is not the question. The question is the extent in which women will understand that the wellbeing and advancement of the world, connection of the world depends on them, and not on the men. Where, this correction specifically lies on the corrected female, the corrected Nukvah. Hence, we need to give women a place to advance and correct in this. (06:28)
W Chile: Now, that we are talking about this topic of the women and the world's correction, and we are learning the first portion of the week, what does Lilith represent?
Rav: Lilith is the evil force, what we call in the spirituality, the Klipa, the shell, which is against holiness, which prevents us from advancing in the correct direction towards the purpose of Creation. And we need gradually, slowly-slowly to differentiate and isolate this Klipa from all our desires. As we are disconnected from our desires it is like we are taking her out of the ground and she basically starts to die, and no longer grow. That’s what we have to engage with it. We have female Klipot and also male Klipot against those, that we truly need to not give them the Earth upon which their ability to grow and blossom within the Earth. (08:00)
W INFO (Lena): Another question from NY. With the advance of the new wave of coronavirus the world is experiencing heaviness, it is also influencing our inner work. How can we come out of our heaviness through dissemination?
Rav: I don’t think that we are in the state of burdening of the heart, or burdening of our spiritual work. I think that the contrary is happening. By us receiving a blow, and this general blow of the coronavirus we can actually strengthen. This is how it is in the whole world to the extent in which we need to correct ourselves and the whole world. To the extent in which we need to advance to the general correction of the world. It seems to me like corona just helps us with this.
The fact that we spoke of corona long ago, and coming form a state from where it’s been long coming for a long time, and it brings forth many corrections, we can see how our world is changing gradually, slowly, slowly, even though it doesn’t want it. It wants to return with all its might to what people are acquainted with the previous state, on one hand, but on the other hand, we will have no choice. We will receive the new state, the new format of the world. Families, both men and women, we will see ourselves differently. Therefore, let’s see how reality is changing. Blows do not leave us, rather they wear us down more and more, and in such a way, in this slow way. These blows that are passing over the world, they are trying to show us all how we lived in the world of falsehood, and how we don’t need this lie, and how we will rid ourselves from this lie, so that we will want this too. Rav: We are to ask for correction in the ten only as we are connected together. From that agreement, from that connection of ours, we want to reach such a connection, that between us we will start to discover a force of one connection, and in it the force of bestowal to our collective one. In that force of bestowal, that connection of ours, we will also discover the Upper force that is there, and then it is how we will reveal the Creator. Then we will receive Him and not let Him run away from us anymore, and that way come closer to Him more and more. (13:48)
W Volga: When we go through all kinds of states, ups and so on, they bring us to those states, certain powers. At the end, do we need to connect all these forces? Are they dependent on the connection between us?
Rav: Our connection depends on them, and their connection depends on us. They come, all these forces, to us in order to obligate us to connect, and to the extent at which we connect, we bestow in return upon them for them to connect, and once again influence us, and then back to them. This way in these mutual excursions in and out, in and out, like that we advance. Thank you, for the question! (15:03)
W Turkey 4: Question from my ten. How can I say, “I had a successful day in studying Kabbalah!”? What is the difference between women and men?
Rav: There is no difference between men and women. Good luck! In luck and success, because all together we want to come to a connection between us, and to reach together, men between themselves, and women between themselves, and those two groups for us to feel that we belong to one soul. And there, if we’ve already come to that one soul, there is no difference between men and women. There is no difference in the intentions, there is no difference in the desires, but rather we will all come to a connection, then it will be as one man. Just that, so we see it from the Torah, where there is one Adam, one man, and from one man emerged the woman. Adam, we had Eva. Adam was seemingly put asleep from this story, and from a bone from his body, a rib, He made a woman. W Latin 1: How can we manage the feminine and masculine together? Why does the feminine relate to the desire to receive into the correction?
Rav: There is no difference in corrections between men and women. Also, in our generations there were women in very high spiritual degrees. In the previous generations there wasn’t customary to let a woman education, to teach her how to read and write, nothing. A woman was completely engaged in the housework, having children and protecting the home. That’s how it was in all the cultures. We can see that for already 200 years, women began to emerge from that to all sorts of engagements to labor outside of the home. This is why we need to understand that this stands from development of the souls. Hence, also in spirituality women are beginning to be revealed more, and more, and therefore, we are already doing great advancement in this. We have us, a big international group of women that is studying the wisdom of Kabbalah. Hence, I would recommend to ask less, “Why a man?”, “Why a woman?”, “Why like this?”, “Why like that?”, but rather learn what needs to be done. What corrections women need to do like the men, exactly! Exactly like the men, and then you will succeed. (20:23)
W Moscow 18: We talk a lot that the main job of a woman is dissemination. Together with this we learn that the most effective thing in education is personal example. How can we use the personal example in dissemination? How can we be an example to everyone, and to use this quality of Chesed in women for dissemination today?
Rav: We can’t just give an example from ourselves to all the people in the world, to all the women in the world, that it is good for us this way, if we are to be connected together, between us, and then connecting to the Creator. They won’t hear that. We just need to advertise the wisdom of Kabbalah in general, in a very light way that is suitable to the modern woman in all kinds of languages in accordance with the psychology, mentality of women, that we are broadcasting our materials. To show them that it is good for us. We can just explain that, we are under such corrections that these corrections lead us to connection. If we, ourselves, go towards connection, we will succeed, and our path will be easier. If we don’t go ourselves, then all kinds of blows will come to us, because nature has no compromises, and we will have to connect but under those blows, and then, nonetheless, we will come to a good life. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us how to connect before we receive the blows, and that’s how we save on suffering as we don’t need those suffering and blows on one hand, and, in another hand of it, is that we save time, because we come to a state where we hasten the state in which things will be good, and it will be good for us. W Italy: In the writer’s meeting, two days ago, you explained about the state of the men today, in these special times, what is the most important aspect that we women can consider to help the men to realize himself and his role today?
Rav: The world’s success depends on the mutual success of men and women. The success of the men is truly dependent, 90%, on the work of the women. As much as the woman presses the man, as much as she arranges things for him, and sends him to work, to the extent in which she demands an earning from him, and arranges him like a mother who cares for her children. By this we see then a man then succeeds, always, even in all the nations, all around the world they speak about the fact that behind every successful man a woman stands, who makes him successful. We talk this way everywhere. Why do they say this? The woman actually arranges a man. Also, in the wisdom of Kabbalah it is called that way, that Nukvah, the female spins, or revolves the male. If we want to succeed in the correction of the world, we need to awaken the women, and to explain to them that although men execute the work, they go through the work they are going to succeed, they are going to work, but the woman pushes them for them to go and work, and succeed, and bring home that livelihood. That’s how a man will go and work, and connect, and connect with the Creator, and draw the reforming light, but the woman needs to arrange those things for him. She is responsible for us to succeed. Is there some thought about this for the world kli?
Rav: We need to think about that. You are right, that we need to do that, especially, in truth, no one is engaged in this because it is clear to us that a woman feels from within, from her heart, from her soul, how she can be suitable for her role, in what she could strengthen the men, how she can support him. You are right. We will think about that, write it to me. Write me to my e-mail, and I will think about that. (29:25)
W Almaty 1: Can we say that the “digging of the well” is the constant comparing of us to the Creator in relation to the ten?
Rav: Yes, that’s right. (30:18)
W Argentina 1: From the pandemic, the woman has more actions, more work. The man is at home. She is teaching the kids math and home education, and we work more, because the economical crisis is growing in Argentina. How can we disseminate to women, to explain that on the top of all this, the women will make the world better, the woman needs the world to get better with our good participation in the places that men participated in, and correct all the things that the men did in the past?
Rav: We don’t need to look at the past. We need to look at the connection, and how we reach a connection between us, a good connection. Then, the world will be better, and will be corrected really quickly. If we start to do all kinds of actions, not according to what the wisdom of Kabbalah recommends, we will enter again, and again into all kinds of crises and corruptions. We just need connection between people, closeness between people. These are the things that we need to explain to the world. By this it will bring good to every family, every woman, and also to every man. Women need to disseminate this knowledge in the world, it has nothing to do with the wisdom of Kabbalah. It just has to do with the nature of the world. The world has come to a state in which it is round, global. We need, therefore, to come to a nice, good connection between everyone. Women here can each do, in her home, work, with the man, their special work. When she explains, and presses, and demands of her man for there not to be actions that distance between people and countries, but rather only bring us closer. Just like behind every man there is a woman that aims him, let’s guide our men only for connection, and take weapons out of their hands. Then you will see the extent in which, all of a sudden, there is a lot of money, and food, and medicine, nothing is missing in the world. Only under the condition that we change our faces towards connection between us, the Upper Light will be revealed between us, and truly give us a good life. This is simply the work at home for each and every woman. (33:46)
W MAK 1: To what extent the person that feels he is not corrected himself can actively engage in the correction of others?
Rav: Especially, by feeling that he is not corrected, by feeling that he is corrupted, and he is engaged in general corrections of others, by that he corrects himself as well. (34:22)
W Bogota: What is the most important thing in which we need to focus now, in order to organize the right, general order and advance everyone towards correction?
Rav: That is only towards connection. That’s all that I am talking about all the time. Only towards connection. That is what we see today all over the world, a necessity for connection. This is what the whole wisdom of Kabbalah speaks about. The whole connection, correction is only after the soul has shuttered, and all the people have distanced, and become enemies, hostile to one another, there is no other correction but drawing near between us, and corrections. Then we will discover the good for us, between us, that will arrange everything for us. Our health, our nourishment, and everything that we need. Also, the Upper World will open up for us, and we will begin to see the Upper World, the spiritual world, eternal, whole, alive. (35:54)
W INFO (Sigal): Question from Moscow. What is lacking in the women’s connection to feel the power and the importance of our role?
Rav: If you begin to come closer to one another, you will feel what you are missing truly, and those questions will be clear and understood to everyone. (36:55)
W Latin 5: What can we do for the women in the world to recognize the importance of their work in this correction, even from their room?
Rav: Give them the feeling of importance! You can go out to all the networks and come with your explanations, with your correspondence to all the different places, and to explain to all women that, really, there is work before them, that is very important for the correction of the world. The correction of the world does not depend on politicians and economists. It only depends on women. There is no stronger group, more powerful group than the women of the world. You are the majority of humanity, each with ache in the heart. Every woman has a pain in her heart. If you would want for the world to be corrected, you will do it. How to do it? So, I am telling you, to say that we must connect, and not let the men do whatever they want, but rather we will all operate towards connection, and towards peace. (38:44)
W Latin 5: You said in the beginning that this process is going to be slow, and there is going to be another coronavirus, but, if we work together, can we reach faster to the spiritual world as the world kli to lead the world towards spiritual states?
Rav: If you would want it, you’d have the end of correction from today to tomorrow, if you would want it! For sure. As such is written, ‘thanks to the righteous women, they exited the exile of Egypt”. So, now too, if we are to exile that, where we are in now, this Egypt, that we are in, disconnected from spirituality, we can emerge. Thanks to righteous women! There is no problem. W Kavkaz: Two days ago, in the writer’s meeting, you said that men do their spiritual work so that the women will be able to do theirs. I feel that our ten is not really related to the men part. How important is it in the spiritual world to make the connection between the women and men spiritually?
Rav: If you connect between you in order to create a right connection between you, you will feel how our common group of men and women, and me, fill you. They fill you as long as you will be connected between you. (42:56)
W Almaty: What does that mean that we need to be prepared? What desires do we need to have practically?
Rav: I can’t talk to you about such elementary, simple things, as if you haven’t been through our studies. Do you know what connection is? What do we need connection for? How do we receive from above in the connected vessel of ours the Upper Light? You are asking things I can’t explain to you. You need to learn a little bit. Start reading. I think that you’ve learned with us, but you are asking questions as a person who does not know what we are talking about. We need to connect between us. In the connection between us we need to discover a common desire. If this desire comes from several people, and despite the ego between them, which pushes them, and repulses them from one another, they want to connect. Whether it’s men or women, they want to connect, so that their desire will be common, and from that common desire they can address the Creator, influence Him, bestow to Him, ask from Him, and then this desire works. Because it has a mutual force of rejection, and above it also a force of connection between them. If their force of connection is greater than the egoistic, differentiating force, then with this connection they turn to the Creator and He fills them. Because on one hand they have the desire that wants to differentiate between them, and above that a force of connection that they’ve built themselves in order to connect despite this separating desire. Then the Creator fills them. Those two contradictory forces: the separating and the connecting - bring that vessel in its coarseness and purity to be able to be corrected. Try to connect between you, and in this way, you will see that you can reveal the Creator. Try! (45:28)
W UK: Thank you for talking about righteous women last week, you invoked a great desire, and deficiency, and I felt very sad when I did hear it, that’s one. Would the connection between us result in us becoming righteous women?
Rav: Of course! Just connection. Only through connection, you will come to a state in which you will be the woman of valor. Women with a force, and might, the great strength with a big will to receive and a great desire to bestow, and you will see how the Creator will be with you. Creator goes with the force of the woman and not with the male force. (46:33)
W Latin 4: Like you mention that from home the woman needs to manage the connection to the correction. When we work in this, on the professional level, what we need to do to reach the connection?
Rav: What do you mean by “professionally”?
W Latin 4: At home we arrange everything towards the correction. How is it in my profession outside? How do I go towards the correction?
Rav: We are not talking about this outside, or to do some kind of actions outside, no. Just in the group, and at home with the children, and the men. That’s it. Mostly in the group, but not at the workplace, no. (47:40)
W Latin 4: I agree. We need to separate it completely, those two things?
Rav: I am not allowed to talk about anything at the workplace that has to do with spirituality. That’s it. Only in the group, and with my husband, and maybe the children. But the group and the husband. If more, then I can write in all kinds of places on the Internet, or things like that, and that’s it. (48:15)
W Latin 1: Why here in America I see that the women’s force is parallel to the men’s force? There is nothing to rise to, we are already in equality?
Rav: Well, what’s the benefit of that? What is the benefit from you being equal with your forces to male, to the men? In a moment it is a destructive force, and there is no correction in it. (48:56)
W KabU 1: One of our friends asks, “I feel as if all the Torah has been imprinted in our souls. Is this why when we try to reach this wisdom together, we are, when we are in prayer together in our ten?”
Rav: Yes, you are right. (49:30)
W Moscow 6: Today, in the first part of the lesson, we went through a very powerful talk, it was about nature, and the desire to receive. Can you say, how exactly the system is connecting to Bina?
Rav: I can’t explain this to you right now. It is Katnut and Gadlut, and Malchut joins the degree. We learn about this, but not now. (50:13)
W Chile: Sometimes I feel very tired, I know that my ten depends on me, my friends are dependent on me, but how can we rise above and overcome this tiredness that I feel many times?
Rav: There is nothing you can do about it. Women know how to overcome fatigue. What can you do? Of course, it’s hard work, ahead of us, but if we connect together we have the strength and forces, and each has been awakening, and one will help his friend, and we’ll be able to help one another. W Zichron 10: Throughout the entire lesson I only had one thought. I was thinking about Sarah, our mother, who is actually the spiritual feminine power that is the most ancient. How do we, through her, how can we learn through her about the women’s correction, and how can we see it in the future?
Rav: We need to read what Baal HaSulam writes about the role of a person. And to understand what he writes about a role of a person is that it’s equal both to a man and to a woman. There are no differences between men and women, especially in our times. In every place in the world the role of the men, and the role of the women are almost identical. Let’s advance through this because this is the right way to be in the end of correction. (52:10)
W Brazil: A question from the friend. The importance of our own role is related with correct form of our action. How do we hasten the studying of the correct natural form?
Rav: It’s only through connection. There is nothing. Because, if we do connection, then we draw the Upper Light, and then, even the smallest action begins to operate in a huge way. Only through connection we can increase our power, and our action to several multiples. (53:15)
W Netanya 1: When we come out to disseminate, or actually use our knowledge, how do we maintain not to fall ourselves into the shell, when someone else is very excited from the things that we are saying?
Rav: Through the connection between you, you can protect one another. Go to dissemination only together. (54:00)
W Haifa 1: In the morning we were talking about how all the states are given just for us to give the right reaction. The reaction. Is it not for it to be from the mind, like to arrange the thoughts, or how do we reach an emotional feeling, reaction?
Rav: The response has to be emotional first. Where the person, that I am giving an answer to, should feel in his vessels what I mean. (54:37)
W Unity: Why all the time women are so interested in the women’s work all the time?
Rav: I will tell you why, because they think that there is some kind of special work for them, and unique for them, they can arrange things how they want and how they think. Women and men, there are no differences. The bottom line is - there is no difference between the work of women and the work of men. That’s how we had even with the women that were Kabbalists and engaged in the wisdom of Kabbalah thousands of years ago. There, it is written about it, in our books. They used to do the work of the men. What is a man? Man, Gever, from the Hebrew word Hitgabrut, means overcoming. A person who wants to overcome his will to receive, and be above it, is called a Gever, a man. Not according to how many signs of being a man, or a woman of our world. What is the difference? We understand one another, and when we go out to spiritual work there is no difference. This is not corporeal psychology that there is a man, and a woman in this world. Spiritual psychology is only relative to the Creator, the egoistic desire towards the Creator. That is a new desire, not earthly, and towards one Creator, who is One and Unique for everyone. So, stop dreaming that you have something else. I am hearing these questions all the time. “What is the special work of the woman?” There is no special work of the women. Do what is written! There is no Torah for women, and Torah for men! There isn’t! There is one Torah, one wisdom of Kabbalah, one for everyone, one Creator for everyone. That’s it! I hold on to this meeting once a week, to talk to you in order to explain eventually that you should stop. Stop looking for something that is typical to a woman, there isn’t. Just like for men. That’s it. In spirituality there is no difference. In the wisdom of Kabbalah books, where they talk about man and woman, they are talking about the desire to receive and the intention in order to bestow. That’s the man and woman in each of us. The more he has the will to receive, that’s how he has to be more with the intention in order to bestow. That’s it. There is no more. (57:31)

Get rid of all the bugs of having something unique just for women relatively to the men, or even to the contrary, that the men have something unique just to the women. Rav: I don’t know what to say. Simply, connection and prayer from everyone together. For this to be a good example for the men as well, in order to, for the coming convention, that is coming after that, that we will really see a special united group that draws the Creator, obligates the Creator to be revealed within it.
