1. Rav's introduction: They sighed from the work, meaning that we try to feel why it is bad for us to be in Egypt. First of all are we in Egypt, in the first place. If we tell this to a person on the street that he is in exile he won't understand us. Bit by bit by learning and by the connection between us through the lessons and our conversations we start to understand that our situation is outside of spirituality. It is outside of spirituality not that we don't understand or don't even feel but we are not present in spirituality. Meaning I am not in such qualities such Kelim, vessels, tools of feeling perception or sensation or understanding in my mind and heart, so I could feel spirituality that I actually live in it, this is the main thing. To what extent we have to feel that they are not in spirituality, not in the quality of the connection and bestowal, to the extent that we suffer from not having it, not having a mutual connection and bestowal, where else can we discover it? Only in the group, only in the vessel of Adam which we have to put together and when we begin to assemble this out of the shattering, out of the disconnection between us. When we feel that we are alien to one another in the ten although as we learn from The Freedom article about freedom of choice and in other writings from the Sages. As our teachers explain to us how we need to be connected. Here we understand that we are missing a lot in the connection between us and then we also understand that only the connection, the intensity of the connection, the manner of the connection, that is where we begin to discover the conditions that are called the spiritual world or the lack for it, the need for it. The need for mutual bestowal, mutual internal connections and it is not as we feel in this world the connection of friendship, this is something totally different.

It is truly needing, being deficient of the quality of bestowal, which is what we want to establish between us, uphold between us. According to this test that we do in the ten we see how absent this still is and according to this we can measure clearly somehow. If we are in the lower world or in the upper world, close to the exit from the vessels of reception from the egoistic relations between us or we are already approaching being in devotion towards each other and we are able to love the friends as we love ourselves. The more we engage in this the more we discover that we are not in it. This is why the exile in Egypt, the feeling of the governance of the ego over us. It becomes more and more revealed precisely to the extent that we feel and understand and arise above the selfish nature we were born with. We feel more and more how much it controls us. Therefore, the feeling of sorrow increases more and more and it seems to us that we are moving towards evil and that's towards good according to our values, according to how we test and measure and feel we are not approaching the exit from Egypt, it is the contrary as if we are going deeper into Egypt. We have no power of bestowal; we do not have the relationships even what we had before at least we were courteous towards each other. On the contrary the revelation of evil becomes more and more intense the ego shows itself as the absolute ruler conquering everything, controlling everything. We are totally powerless to rise above it, what can we do?

First of all, we have to understand that this is how it is supposed to be. We need to distinguish this is the feeling which is getting worse and that worse, that we are totally cuffed, shackled and we cannot do anything, we are tied up, we are shackled to our ego which controls in every way on one hand. On the other hand, internally we disagree with it and we want to run away if we could. The tension between our actual situation that we discover ourselves in and how much he wants to rise above it, this tension increases, intensifies. Then we are in a situation that is called the children of Israel sighed from the work. And through the work for connection, from turning to the Creator they come into a state where they cannot tolerate the situation anymore, their own nature and then they sigh which means that they have nothing left to do, only to cry out. Because they feel that they have nothing that belongs to the power of bestowal, if I have some power of bestowal, some force of bestowal then I don't only cry out but I do something with it, at least I can try. But if I discover that I am totally immersed in the power of reception and there's no way to get out of it. I don't even see any possibility to plan coming out I am totally immersed in the power of reception and this one distinction, that I am in it, it is all I have that some sort of spark of light that shines on me and with it I can understand that I am totally immersed in the power of reception. There is nothing for me except that one spark which the Creator shines on me and through this I can understand that I am totally one hundred percent governed by the ego. Then it is the right outcry. Out of this comes that they cried out and their cry went up. In other words that there is no chance, there is no hope, they can't even imagine that this is possible to escape.

The Pharaoh grows stronger and stronger the person grows weaker and weaker and this directs me to connection in the ten actually, when I understand that if I have any hope then this hope can only come through in the connection between us, where I simply disappear in my friends. Then when I am willing to disappear and I give myself up completely towards the connection, then we want mutual support and through this mutual support we discover that this is where the Creator is, this is where we can be rewarded with his help, with his support. He is in there, in the connection that previously we could not detect him because we did not feel the helplessness from our individual forces and also, we did not feel it from the general force and we couldn't do anything in the ten as well. What could we do? Only to cry out to the Creator and if we all cried out together after checking and seeing that we are now for 100% that we have no power of bestowal, no ability to come out from reception to bestowal, from disconnection to connection. Then we come to a state where the Creator begins to be revealed precisely in the point of connection between us to which we come from each person’s personal despair, from the group despair, from the common despair, from the ten. This is the vessel which is called and they sighed from the work. There we discover the power of the Creator.

This has to be revealed to the extent we make efforts and work on it, this is not a matter of time, it depends on only each person's effort, every ten. There, in other words here, it is very important what examples we give to each other, how dependent we are on each other in our mutual support basically this is about, we cover everything. Because each has to come to a state where I am an absolute zero and I am totally dependent on the power of the society. If each one feels this way, then the power of the nullification of the personal ego which we want to happen the nullification of the person ego and the connection which we want to achieve between us, so each will be influenced by the power of connection between us that we receive from each other, then we decide on those two forces. So, we are rewarded with the revelation of the upper force in us, out of those two forces we relinquish, when we want to relinquish our egos and the connection with the power of the group which he wants to connect with. Then the Creator is revealed who connects those two and we enter the first spiritual ascent and this is how we come to the exodus from Egypt. We come to all this through our work in connection until we come to a state where with all of our might then we want to connect when we want to bestow mutually to each other between us to the Creator. We want to behave as if we were already outside of Egypt then we see that we simply cannot come to this and we cannot play with this, let's decide that we cannot and we cry out and the Creator will help us, no. This doesn’t work. It has to be a cry out from the work, they cried out from the work specifically, then they will be rewarded with the Creator’s help. Because only through the upper force can we connect all the powers and this elevates us.

2. (15:51) You said that in the point of our connection we dissolve and if I understand correctly from there, we reach the freedom and the first ascent, what is this first spiritual ascent?

R. This means that the power of bestowal and love becomes to me the most important thing in life, this is called spiritual ascent. What is spirituality? It is bestowal, love and connection. The physical life is the opposite, it is self-love and that I am above everybody else. When the person can rise above the values of reception and the values of bestowal become stronger connection above disconnection, being close over being remote. This is called spiritual ascent when the values become inverted, the spiritual values on top and the physical values at the bottom.

S. (17:31) So we reach a certain state, what does it mean to come out?

R. We will see it later, do not jump. Those who want to come out do not ask such a thing as whether it is good or not. If I asked whether it is good or not, it is already from the will to receive and you cannot come out. Spirituality means that in that moment whatever happens I want to be attached to that moment I want it to happen here and now I do not ask about the future.

3. S. (18:53) So our work is to try to connect, try to do something for the friends but it turns out that the work if I understand properly is to acknowledge the fact that we are helpless and it is futile and then we see that we cannot connect, then return to the Creator, is this the right summary?

R. Yes, of course we turn to the Creator after we tried something and we can't. This is for the time being. Later we understand better and better that we simply have to return to the Creator as quickly as possible. Because we can spend a long time in all kinds of test can we do or cannot do something maybe we try this or something else and this is within our power and we just waste time, it is a waste of time, we have to learn more and more and recognize from the experience that only through the prayer can we attain the next spiritual state.

4. S. (20:34) You talked about being a zero in the ten, I do not feel like a zero I feel like being responsible for the ten that it is up to me to hold the others up can you explain what it means to be a zero in the ten and at the same time to feel my responsibility to hold the others to lift them up, how can we tie these things together?

R. In the desire to bestow these things become intertwined and connect together, it is not a problem. You can see the example of the mother and the baby when although the mother controls the baby but along with this control, the baby controls the mother. By what the baby wants this is how she works. In spirituality, the two things exist simultaneously and they do not disturb each other. It is not a problem for me, if I control the ten and at the same time, I am totally given over to the ten. They and only they determine what to do. It is also clear that if I want to be a giver absolutely, then I have to feel them, so the more I reveal the will to receive I am happy to accept it and discover their needs so I can bestow upon them. You will see it in your common work.

5. R. In other words, it is not a problem that we cannot, this is not a problem. that you are not able so we cannot come out of our desire to receive we cannot go into spirituality with our own forces. All that is left for us to see for certain that this is so we can cry out to the Creator for help. In the end we all feel totally powerless as zero, individually of course but also all of us together in the ten. On the one hand but at the same time through these attempts we feel that only the Creator can do something, the power is his and then we come to the real prayer, the real cry out, as they sighed of the work. So, this outcry has to be from connecting through the process when we try to come out by ourselves and by seeing that we cannot and all of us together we cannot and as a result the Creator is revealed. It all follows the pre-planned, predetermined system if we advance correctly towards the connection to rise above the ego and we see that we cannot. That there is another force here that does not let us come out of our ego then it is the Creator who arranged this thing for us that we would be under the control of the Pharaoh to such an extent that unless the Creator delivers us, we cannot do anything. Here it will be your burial place if you don't want to come out with all your might. This is why everything depends on the outcry, which is what we then do and they cried out from the work.

R. Only ask if it is certainly a question not that somebody from the ten to ask and switches on the question mark, it is not for your benefit and I will not let you ask next time.

6. S. (27:08) You said that the problem is not impossible to come out of, so what is the problem in the ten, what should we focus on?

R. Only on connection this is it.

7. S. (27:36) They cry out from despair, do they have some prior knowledge or example when they turn to him, or this is the first time?

R. It does not matter if it is the first time or second time, we always turn it to the Creator from a new discernment, from a new state.

8. R. Let's try to come out until we gradually discover the components of the Exodus from Egypt, how much we have to be connected, how the work in connection unfolds, how we have to accept it, how we should hate the remoteness, the disconnection between us. How much we have to disagree with the conditions that our ego sets for us and then we reject it all those things have to be clear to us. We have to work on this towards the center of the ten, where we find ourselves connecting in our hearts.

9. R. That the intention was always for themselves in the end that as much as we may try to be in connection in mutual bestowal, we see that we all do this at the end of the day, only for our own benefit even when we connect in the 10 and wants to do it for the sake of the 10. For the sake of the ten we might be able to do it after all because each feel that he is in it, is a part of the group but when it is directed towards the Creator, here we have no way to do anything properly to aim properly. The Creator is completely disconnected, we are friends, we care for each other in the ten and we understand we are dependent on each other, we can already direct ourselves to this because the desire to receive can tolerate and allows us to arrange ourselves this way but for the Creator. Their cry went up to God, this already is something different, this is a different quality, this is not the quality of connection between us which can be egoistic, it is in order to bestow, purely. This extends any feeling or understanding that I have, I don't even feel that such a thing exists and here is the problem here we are going beyond, we do not understand how this can be, how it is possible to disconnect from myself and from the group. Towards God this is already something which does not exist in my feelings, in my mind, intellect I can't even imagine this, I can't even imagine what it means opposite to it. In this I can't even imagine what it means to be opposite to this and we are in a very, very unclear situation so nothing else remains but to cry out and we do not understand what is this disconnection which we have to go through.

What is this jump to a new Partzuf, a new quality, a new connection, a new way we have to come to, we do not understand this? Therefore, at the same time I feel that this is what has to happen and therefore the children of Israel cried out from the work and their cry went up from the work to God, that they wanted their work to be for the sake of God and not for their own sake. This is the problem that even in the group this is still for our own sake how can we say that this is truly from me outside through the friends, I do not feel the friends as being outside of me but if I imagine having to be going outside of them, towards the Creator then I start to see what is outside of my heart, outside of my desire to receive. When we come to this state then we see we cannot, we try to feel and we cannot and on that work was the outcry how can we crave and ask for something that does not even exist in my field of vision in my field of feelings in my field of attainment perception of reality.

10. R. This is clear, we just have to ask for this correctly and then we will receive the soul. The soul, Neshama is the light that corrects the desire to receive. And this is the light which also fulfills the desire.

11. S. (40:41) The help from the Creator in more ways in the 10 during the work, can we understand that this is help from the Creator?

R. We have to prepare the vessel. If we have the right deficiency for the Creator to fill in some way then we are ready to receive. From the Creator comes the light. The question is if we have the vessel suitable for this light? If we want to connect then we ask for the light of connection, if you want to bestow, ask for the light of bestowal. So, we have to ask for what we want. We have to have a strong demanding force that this is what we want, nothing else. Spirituality is decisiveness, this is the only thing that I want -- like a small child screaming for some nonsense he wants and is not being given. Later when he gets it, he throws it away but for the moment he wants something. This is called the will to receive even though it's small, it’s complete. This is how we also need to be.

12. S. (42:26) I see that in this whole process there is a war from all perspectives, in all ways, what we are coping with, right now, as a result of our approach on all different levels in regard to the 10, in connection and even the prayer. And this causes us to live in a state of constant state of heaviness. Can we change this approach? How can we do it with less heaviness, easier but always with the right direction?

R. This is possible only through mutual support in the 10, when we give each other the right examples we give each other the right support. So, the study in the 10 is the most important, the lessons, there is nothing else. Only by us being together during the lesson and after the lesson having some connection between you, only through this we advance. There is nothing else only the words of the Kabbalists and when we examine how much you are keeping them, you’re doing it in the 10. This is all our whole work. There is nothing physical here or anything else, only to implement it in practice according to what the Sages write.

13. S. (45:44) In order to reach a decisive, real demand, one must overcome indifference. How can we overcome this?

R. This is a positive example in the society. It is written, ‘envy, lust, and honor take a person out of this world.’ If you show some friend who is indifferent how we are not paying attention to him, we do not have enough appreciation of him, then you are helping him with this, heating up his ego. And then he exits from indifference because he sees how much he is now falling in your eyes, and his ego will not let him accept this.

S. What is that state of indifference, why does it exist?

R. In order for you to be able to aim yourself correctly towards more important things between all the different states and directions there is a mutual point called indifference when you are not attracted to anything. This is when you have to choose what should be truly important for you. The feeling of indifference is very good, it gives you some sense of freedom.

S. But this freedom, is it for the friends to interfere or is it only for me?

R. Now you are talking about how to implement it, but this is not important now. Indifference is the worst thing, it is always better to be in favor or against, of course in favor is better. But indifference is half-dead.

14. S. (47:52) Asking about the previous excerpt, can a person develop without recognition of evil in spirituality, does he have a chance?

R. Without recognition of evil, how could you advance, how can he develop, what are you missing. Is he missing something or not?

S. Some people come to spirituality or think about achieving spirituality, and they do not miss anything?

R. So how can you reach anything without a deficiency? You need to scrutinize your question; I don’t understand your question. Because the main thing is the deficiency. What deficiency does the person have? Start from the end. What deficiency should be in me when I enter spirituality? What should be the previous deficiency and before that and before that, until you reach your current state. Find your path yourself according to what you think -- it may be correct or not, that doesn’t matter -- the main thing is that you somehow start to see the stages of your development. After that you will see how mistaken you were or maybe not.

15. S. (51:54) You said that in spirituality two things can happen at the same time? Can you explain it in terms of how to speed up our work?

R. When did I say this about two things that can coexist? Maybe only one thing, that it will be the will to receive and on top of it the intention to bestow. Or the will to bestow with the intention to receive. But it’s not that two things that contradict each other can co-exist. From the same subject, from the same kind.

16. S. (53:01) The intention to bestow is given through a cry out for help from the upper one. So, is the connection in love your friend as yourself in the ten also given through the cry out or we attain it differently?

R. Suppose you are the lower and the execution, the force is given from the upper one, okay?

S. So the connection according to the principle of “loving others as yourself” is it also given through an outcry in the 10?

R. Yes, of course. It is called ‘the making, building of the kli’ otherwise how can we connect?

S. Okay, answering from a different direction: there is Israel, the Torah and the Creator; the Torah, the light, the connection in the 10, is it done through an outcry?

R. Well, the desire. The outcry, a little different from how you say it, it’s not desire, everything is desire. So, connection is made by the desire to connect which is coming from the lower one, and when it is a desire to connect, that is in order to show himself to the upper why he wants to connect, for what reason he wants to connect and so on.

S. Does it come from the lower one only or we need help from the upper as well?

R. Both, to establish this prayer, to an outcry, to build this Kli. This should also be a work which is done by the lower one with the help of the upper one.

17. S. (55:27) Why don't we have an outcry?

R. I guess it’s because there’s no deficiency. You do not want it, it is not important for you yet, you are not using all that means to reach a true deficiency.

18. S. (55:59) How do we effectively use the feeling, the deep understanding that we are in a deep desire to receive?

R. You have to examine where you are all the time, it’s like the previous student just asked, you have to check where you are and how to come out of this desire, which is burying you, not letting you move. So how to get out? Here, it's through envy, lust and honor. You can bring yourself from this world to a different world. When you use the same qualities, you have in the egoistic desire but they help you rise -- envy, lust and honor.

S. Is the virtual connection enough to reach this or should we also see to some physical meetings between us to awaken ourselves?

R. It doesn't have to be a physical meeting, what does it give you so much? I don’t feel the need for physical meetings, so much. On the contrary, the physical meeting turns off the spiritual deficiency you have to develop. It’s as if I am sitting by my friends and it’s enough for me. We’re together. You see you’re sitting at one table in a room, what’s the problem? Understand? It’s much clearer to us that we are not connected when we’re at a virtual distance like now. Are we together or not, physically we are of course not together but are we truly connected or not? It’s not clear to us that we are connected, how can we come to it? We have to make a common feeling between us where each one where each person feels this. That is why, I feel no deficiency for the physical meetings. On the contrary, I am afraid that if we go back to the physical meetings, we will turn off, turn down the correct discernments that we have when we are physically far from each other. We have to examine very well, are we truly connected or not? This state where we are in now actually gives us the right discernments about being distant. And coming closer or further away corporeally does not stand in our way of locating our spiritual state which is also distant at the moment.

19. S. (59:43) As the state when they cried out in a common prayer, for now we cannot come to a common prayer. How do we synchronize all our requests in one outcry?

R. When will you understand that everything depends on you? And if you have questions, you also have to address these questions to the Creator, everything is only with Him. Tell me please when we read articles, in general, the material of the wisdom of Kabbalah, do you see the teacher's role here? Is it there or isn't there? I've never seen the place of the teacher anywhere, neither in articles nor in The Study of the Ten Eser Sefirot, nowhere. Who is the teacher? The teacher is the guide only directing you in some way towards the goal. Once he’s established a few points on the path for you, the group, the Creator, how to relate to the Creator, how to build the connection with Him and to get a response from Him to aim you correctly, what else do you need? All the rest depends on you. Please, try to understand that you only depend on the group and on the Creator. Each one is dependent only on these two. The main thing is the group because you reach the Creator through the group. to also get a response from the Creator through the group. The system is very simple. The only problem, there, is in order to activate it, I need to somehow rise above my ego.

20. S. (01:02:35) Rabash teaches us to relate to the friends as the greatest of the generation. Often a question comes up, we have this game of acting out. Doesn’t this interfere with the recognition of evil and how do we act it out so that it doesn’t interfere with the recognition of evil?

R. I should come out of myself, out of my quality of reception to the quality of bestowal which is already the Creator. In order to help me with this the Creator broke the system and before me there is a group. The more I organize a group as if it's in spirituality and I'm in corporeality, accordingly, I have to yearn for a group and the Creator that is in it, to divide the perception of the group in me into two. What seems to me within my ego, when they seem to me the way they seem, and also to the form we're all corrected and they're at the height of the entire ladder, the final correction. I can’t perceive it; I don’t see it because I'm corrupt. If I relate to them in this correct manner then before me there is a ready, prepared system in order to rise from my current state which is the lowest one to the highest one. That's what I need. If we organize all these things correctly then we see that it's all truly before us ready.

21. S. (01:05.09) The more we advance, the more we feel distant. How do we work together with this feeling if our unity in the 10 should lead us to the Exodus from Egypt?

R. This depends on what you think about yourself, if I discover that I am becoming worse, day to day this is the right form of advancement when the will to receive in me is revealed to me, it is not becoming bigger, it is just that I see it as more powerful, bigger. That's why I'm advancing towards spirituality, a bigger light is shining upon me and I then feel myself as worse, that I have to be happy about it. There is the one matter of the feeling and not a matter of determining it to be this way and one has nothing to do with the other. I'm happy when greater desires to receive are being revealed to me previously, I didn't see him this way. As Baal HaSulam writes, this is what caused the sanctity of the day. When a bigger light shine upon me, then I feel myself as worse, then I’m happier that I am worse because it means that I’m rising. A bigger light is shining upon me and I am rising a little bit higher on the ladder and I can see that I'm lower in my will to receive but I'm rewarded with a greater light shining up on me. That's why we need to be not in a superficial way but more complex, we are made of the will to receive of the will to bestow, and the light from love. That’s how we determine these things.

22. S. (01:07:54) Can each friend in the 10 help the whole group in order to come to this request, this plea the real incorrect prayer?

R. Of course, each one has to make sure that he helps each and every friend to advance because this is basically his advancement. This is how indirectly he is helping himself he can never help himself. As Baal HaSulam writes I can't really help but only this way by helping the friends by elevating himself. If he does not care about himself but only to the ascension of the friends by that he causes the ascent of the 10 that's the matter of Arvut of two being in one boat.

23. S. (01:09:22) I wanted to ask how is rejection that we feel in corporeality different from rejection and advancement in spirituality?

R. I didn’t understand you.

S. There are two kinds of rejection. There is rejection that we feel towards each other on a day-to-day basis in our daily lives, and there is rejection that we feel in our advancement towards spirituality. What is the difference between the two kinds of rejection?

R. In corporeality it's clear. It’s in my ego. I just can't stand someone else. I just don’t like him based on all kinds of data I have in me. The spiritual rejection is when I start to get rejection from my friends. I used to see them in a good way, close and suddenly as we've been told about the students of Rabash that they wanted to kill each other than this rejection is the spiritual rejection, I can't stand them because we're in one spiritual group together. I have to overcome this specifically not to annul or cancel this rejection but to be above it. This coarseness that is being revealed, let this feeling be there. The truth is I can’t stand him but I build this system of connection, love, embrace and that's all-in order to build the vessel when the rejection and hatred will become as coarseness and above it a screen of reflected light as purity as refinement. This is how we advance.

24. S (01:12:24) The desire we are currently having is not enough as spiritual that this is the reason, we are not succeeding. What can we do in the 10 that we see that we are working to the maximum, in the current desire that it's not enough, how do we create extra deficiency?

R. One should help his friend. We talked about it many times. it's a problem you're not connected sufficiently. You're not connected enough. That's why you don't ignite each other's advancement. Only by envy, lust and honor. I have to feel how much I reject them and then I overcome it. My overcoming that's the advancement.

S. What should the 10 do if they feel that they do everything they can but they still don't reach the right deficiency?

R. It may be that it's a new group, I don't have any answers about it. We have to do what we learn and that's enough. I also know that you have to give time to spiritual things. We don't understand what this time is because of these desires. The upper light connecting us is performing billions of actions and these vessels as they connect already to the extent then we have to some degree some level of a state where we feel there is a change. There is a thought there is a desire something is revealed. That's why it takes time.

25. S. (01:15:27) Previously you said that we agree with the creator and we can’t agree with the friends.

R. I with the friends are mingled with my egoistic force but with the Creator, I can't. I don't understand him. I don't feel Him. Does He even exist for me? That's why I hear my outcry as greater. When I have to feel Him in order to aim myself to Him.

S. Is it just that we don't feel ourselves?

R. We get to where there is no difference between the friend and the Creator which is degrees.

S. How do we build this request, the deficiency that we want to bestow upon the Creator, how do we approach it in the 10? Should we talk about it?

R. Try to do as much as you can to create a connection between you and that will accompany it. You don't understand how much we are on such a correct path that accompanies us, we have to make sure that each time we are making it work each and every moment you are advancing. Ask Him yourself why you are not advancing. We're waiting here waiting till the Creator does something on us? there is no such a thing.

S. R. The Creator has no desire to help you if you're not awakening Him, you are correct. The Creator obviously doesn't want to help anyone for no reason. Only for the ones who beg or pray for Him to help. Now your question goes like this: How can I awaken the Creator to help me? Just as you have a point in the heart where you will yearn for spirituality from the Creator. You have to awaken this. He wants to help you but it's only a point all the rest you have to awaken in him by connecting to your friends. You awaken them to spirituality by supporting them, by doing whatever you can even though you're still in corporeality, still in an egoistic will to receive. S. I heard that you said, we receive the reaction from the Creator through the Ten, how do you feel the reaction of the Creator through the Ten?

R. If you were in the 10 in order to come closer to the Creator, then in your connection with the Ten you get a response from the Creator, you hear? This is what should happen, the 10 is the source of the connection between you and the Creator, from you to Him and from Him to you. and when you awaken your deficiency to the Creator, it has to be felt in the 10 and then in the 10 in that same deficiency you will feel the Creator’s answer to you.

R. I don't nullify towards them what can I nullify if it is a friend that doesn't come to the morning lesson. With what quality of the friend. R. What is the problem really, I have envy at the friend that he has a great force to bestow and I don't. I have only a small force of its bestowal and I see a gap between them. Here is the question, am I envious that he can bestow to the Creator and bring contentment to the Creator more than I can? This can be corporeal envy, meaning there is envy of receiving and envy of bestowing. Envy in spirituality is also based upon the will to receive which does not purify, we just use it differently, it does not disappear, this is how we advance. Think about it. 39. S. (01:44:20) What is the difference between life and death in corporeality compared to spirituality?

R. I don't know what to tell you. Life in corporeality is corporeal life on the degree of an animal that we can't be in corporeality any more than the life of an animal, still vegetative in animal spirituality is already to speaking degree that only to the extent that we are integrated, incorporated in others and this is life and death. R. In spirituality it can all happen because the upper Force comes from there and how it shines to us is how it will happen in corporeality. R. That is all. If a person does things correctly, it's not a problem, also go to sleep early. R. It's true there is a custom among Kabbalists to sleep separately, the husband and wife. But basically, the woman sleeps alone, for man sleeps alone, also the children and when there's a need to have intimate relations then you go from your bed to her bed for a while, whatever is needed to feel that you are husband and wife. R. R. R. R. The cry is for everybody, that we’re demanding of the Creator to give us a deficiency and to give the deficiency a fulfillment which is the force to bestow.

R. He created us like this but the cry on our behalf is that we want Him to organize it all so that afterwards He does everything as only the force of the Creator does everything.
