Daily Lesson (Morning), April 02, 2024

Part 2: “Introduction to the Book of Zohar” we are continuing from item 59 (Twice).

Reader: (00:16) “All those who know the ins and outs of The Book of Zohar, meaning understand what is written in it, unanimously agree that The Zohar was written by the Godly Tanna [a sage from the time of the Mishnah] Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. Only some of those who are far from this wisdom doubt this pedigree and tend to say, relying on fabricated tales of opposers of this wisdom, that its author is the Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe De Leon, or others of his time.”

Reader (01:18 Item 59): “All those who know the ins and outs of The Book of Zohar, meaning understand what is written in it, unanimously agree that The Zohar was written by the Godly Tanna [a sage from the time of the Mishnah] Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. Only some of those who are far from this wisdom doubt this pedigree and tend to say, relying on fabricated tales of opposers of this wisdom, that its author is the Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe De Leon, or others of his time.”

M. Laitman: (02:25) That's clear, right? Rav Moshe Deleon was what, in the 14th century? Something like that and Rav Shimon is the 2nd century. So, obviously, it's not even close. Where are they taking this from? It's not Rashbi who wrote this because they say that those depictions of nature, and the Zohar doesn't really talk about nature, so when they discuss it there it reminds them of Spain, or Tiberias, or not where Rashbi used to live.

Student: (04:18) He writes here about the opposers, they think that Rav Moshe Diller wrote it. Today when I get to speak to people, religious people, I don't feel like there is resistance to this wisdom, to this book, they simply don't, are not attracted to it, they don't really want to study it but there is no resistance like Baal HaSulam wrote, it's as if it kind of declined, kind of waned.

M. Laitman: Right, that's how it is in our days. More? No more questions? Next.

Reader: (00: Item 60) “As for me, since the day I have been endowed, by the light of the Creator, with a glance into this holy book, it has not crossed my mind to question its origin, for the simple reason that the content of the book brings to my heart the merit of the Tanna Rashbi [Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai] far more than all other Tannaim [pl. of Tanna]. And if I were to clearly see that its author is some other name, such as Rabbi Moshe De Leon, then I would praise the merit of Rabbi Moshe De Leon more than all the Tannaim, including Rashbi.

Indeed, judging by the depth of the wisdom in the book, if I were to clearly find that its composer is one of the forty-eight prophets, I would consider it much more acceptable than to relate it to one of the Tannaim. Moreover, if I were to find that Moses himself received it from the Creator Himself on Mount Sinai, then my mind would really be at peace, for such a composition is worthy of him. Hence, since I have been blessed with compiling a sufficient commentary that enables every examiner to acquire some understanding of what is written in the book, I think I am completely excused from further toil in this examination, for any person who is knowledgeable in The Zohar will now settle for no less than the Tanna Rashbi as its composer.

M. Laitman: (07:48) Clear, right? All right.

Student: (08:00) How come Rabash is more than Moses, more than the prophets?

M. Laitman: (08:07) I can't say that he's more but it came out in such a way that he was the one that was supposed to write the book of Zohar but not that he's the greatest of them all. We just don't understand as much as they were even greater. Of course, they’re not more than Moses. He writes, then my knowledge would settle.

Reader: (05:05 Item 61) "Accordingly, the question arises, “Why was The Zohar not revealed to the early generations, whose merit was undoubtedly greater than the latter ones and who were more worthy of it?” We must also ask, “Why was the commentary on The Book of Zohar not revealed before the time of the ARI, and not to the Kabbalists that preceded him?” And the most perplexing question, “Why were the commentaries on the words of the ARI and on the words of The Zohar not revealed since the days of the ARI through our generation?” (See my introduction to the book Panim uMasbirot on Tree of Life, Item 8).

The question is, Is the generation worthy? The answer is that during the six thousand years of its existence, the world is like one Partzuf divided into three thirds: Rosh [head], Toch [interior], Sof [end], meaning HBD [Hochma, Bina, Daat], HGT [Hesed, Gevura, Tifferet], NHY [Netzah, Hod, Yesod]. This is what our sages wrote, “Two millennia of Tohu [chaos], two millennia of Torah, and two millennia of the days of the Messiah” (Sanhedrin 97a).

In the first two millennia, considered Rosh and HBD, the lights were very small. They were regarded as Rosh without a Guf [body], having only lights of Nefesh. This is because there is an inverse relation between lights and vessels: In the vessels, the rule is that the first vessels grow first in each Partzuf, and in the lights it is the opposite: The smaller lights dress in the Partzuf first.

Thus, as long as only the upper parts are in the vessels, the vessels of HBD, only lights of Nefesh dress there, which are the smallest lights. This is why it is written about the first two millennia that they are regarded as Tohu. And in the second two millennia of the world, which are vessels of HGT, the light of Ruach descends and clothes in the world, which is considered the Torah. This is why it is said about the two middle millennia that they are Torah. And the last two millennia are vessels of NHYM [Netzah, Hod, Yesod, Malchut]. Therefore, at that time the light of Neshama dresses in the world, which is the greater light; hence, they are the days of the Messiah.

This is also the conduct in each particular Partzuf. In its vessels of HBD, HGT through its Chazeh [chest], the lights are covered and do not begin to shine, disclosed Hassadim, meaning the revelation of the illumination of the upper Hochma occurs only from the Chazeh down, in its NHYM. This is the reason that before the vessels of NHYM began to show in the Partzuf of the world, which are the last two millennia, the wisdom of The Zohar in general, and the wisdom of Kabbalah in particular, were hidden from the world.

But during the time of the ARI, when the time of the completion of the vessels below the Chazeh had drawn closer, the light of the upper Hochma was revealed in the world through the soul of the Godly Rabbi Isaac Luria [the ARI], who was ready to receive that great light. Hence, he revealed the essentials in The Book of Zohar and in the wisdom of Kabbalah until he overshadowed all his predecessors.

Yet, since these vessels were not yet completed, since he passed away in 1572, the world was not yet worthy of discovering his words, and his words were known only to a chosen few who were not permitted to tell them to the world.

Now, in our generation, since we are nearing the end of the last two millennia, we were given permission to reveal his words and the words of The Zohar in the world to a great extent. Thus, from our generation onward, the words of The Zohar will become increasingly revealed in the world until the full measure is revealed, by the will of the Creator.”

of the Upper Hochma was revealed in the world through the soul of the godly Rav Isaac Luria, who was ready to receive that great light. Hence, he revealed the essentials in the Book of Zohar and in the wisdom of Kabbalah. And he, until he overshadowed all his predecessors.

Yet, since these vessels were not yet completed, since he passed away in 1572, the world was not yet worthy of discovering his words. And his words were known only to a chosen few who were not permitted to tell them to the world. Now, in our generation, since we are nearing the end of the last two millennia, we were given permission to reveal his words and the words of the Zohar in the world to a great extent.

Thus, from our generation onward, the words of the Zohar will become increasingly revealed in the world. Until the full measure is revealed by the will of the Creator.”

Reader Item 63 (16:28): Item 62 is missing. “Now you can understand that there really is no end to the merit of the first generations over the last, as this is the rule in all the Partzufim [pl. of Partzuf] of the worlds and of the souls, the purer one is the first to be selected into the Partzuf. Therefore, the vessels HBD were selected first in the world and in the souls.

Thus, the souls in the first two millennia were much higher. Yet, they could not receive the full measure of the light due to the absence of the lower parts in the world and in themselves, namely the HGT NHYM.

Likewise, afterward, in the two middle millennia, when the vessels HGT were selected into the world and in the souls, the souls were indeed very refined, in and of themselves, since the merit of the vessels of HGT is close to that of HBD, as it is written in the “Introduction of The Book of Zohar,” p 6. Yet, the lights were still concealed in the world due to the absence of the vessels from the Chazeh down in the world and in the souls.

Thus, in our generation, although the essence of the souls is the worst, which is why they could not be selected for Kedusha until today, they are the ones that complete the Partzuf of the world and the Partzuf of the souls with respect to the vessels, and the work is completed only through them. Now, when the vessels of NHY are being completed, and all the vessels—Rosh, Toch, Sof—are in the Partzuf, full measures of light, meaning complete NRN in Rosh, Toch, Sof, are being extended to all those who are worthy. Hence, only after the completion of these lowly souls can the highest lights manifest, and not before.”

M. Laitman: Questions?

Student: (20:15) What does it mean that only with the completion of these lowly souls, which is us these days, right, if I understand correctly? So, only with the completion of these lowly souls can the upper lights be revealed, and not before. So, what does it take in order to complete these souls?

M. Laitman: Desire.

Student: It's something that, if I understand correctly, he writes that the Ari already performed that illumination of Hochma, that NHY of the Partzuf was completed and we only have to complete the souls. So, what is our work to complete?

M. Laitman: To prepare the souls to be able to attain all those degrees that the first ones before us have revealed, have discovered.

Student: So, all the work on behalf of the great Kabbalists, all the work was done, everything is prepared for us.

M. Laitman:  Yes.

Student: We are the last generation, we just need to raise our desire to the upper one.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: It's a huge responsibility.

M. Laitman:  You're not being asked. You were simply born in this time and it is probably according to the calculation of the Creator.

Student:  How can the world B’nei Baruch, the whole world Kli, be as one unit? Can we make this completion? What is demanded of us to complete this?

M. Laitman: What's required of us is to study the wisdom of Kabbalah, to connect together in Tens, in groups, according to the method of Baal HaSulam and Rabash and in this way, to be worthy of completing all the broken vessels of the world that still remain today. That's it. Yes.

Student: (22:32) It's hard for me to understand how the sages were so smart that they could write all these books without having the lowest vessels. There is no connection between the wisdom they attained to their need for lower vessels, because it says they didn't have them, and that's why they couldn't receive everything. So how can they attain the ability to write the Torah, the Zohar, without supposedly having these lower vessels, like it's written?

M. Laitman: I don't know. You're asking me about things that are quite a bit higher than I am. I don't know. I can answer it. But you understand it's not...

Student: (23:38) The topic of this article is Introduction to the Book of Zohar.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: According to what we read, the Book of Zohar was written in the beginning of the last 2,000 years, for our generation. The question is, are we doing enough studying of the Zohar, doing enough for people to know the Zohar, or are we doing our work, our task, towards the Book of Zohar?

M. Laitman: What would you like us to do?

Student: I'm asking, I don't...

M. Laitman: Of course I would like us to do a lot more, but can you do more with this generation?

Student: The us, the generation is us, B'nei Baruch.

M. Laitman: Yes, yes, so...

Student: Let's say in the morning lesson, which is our central anchor point, we're not studying Zohar.

M. Laitman: Right.

Student: Also in the noon lesson we’re not, we read it without you and not with your guidance. Maybe we have to do something, I don't know. I'm just... If it's so central and it's for our generation, and it's for us…

M. Laitman:  This is also how we learned with Rabash. This is how we learned with Rabash.

Student: But you used to read it with him, right, in the evening?

M. Laitman: Yes, we would read the source and with the addition of the Sulam commentary and that was it. There were hardly any additions, any explanations, hardly any.

Student: I remember when we started studying, so every evening we studied, we just read but it was with you, in your presence, let's say.

M. Laitman: Did I add?

Student: If you're asking me, yes, your presence would add, not that you'd say anything. You wouldn't explain much.

M. Laitman: Zohar is something very special, soft, loving, caressing. Perhaps we will find time and begin.

Student: The Zohar, it's blessed. I remember as readers you used to completely make sure we read it correctly. Not like we usually read. You used to give us a lot of discernments in the reading of the Zohar. That it'll flow, that it'll penetrate the heart. It was otherwise. It was different.

M. Laitman: That was 30 years ago. We'll see. We'll see.

Student: (27:18) Baal HaSulam, when he came to the Jerusalem Kabbalists and saw their reading in the Zohar, so he asked who's in attainment here and when he saw that they aren't, so he was supposedly angry about it and left that place. Just as Gilad is saying, we aren't explaining what's in the Zohar, we're just reading it together.

M. Laitman: We are reading it as a remedy.

Student: Yes, but if there's no one with attainment sitting with the students, it's a bit less.

M. Laitman: What do we have in our generation?

Student: I just have a request, if I may, that this generation that is worthy for this will be rewarded with sitting with us somewhat and hear it, and that will hold the ball in the air together with you, like you aimed us in the first part.

M. Laitman: I don't think it really depends on us.

Student: There was like this big Shema prayer reading that everybody gathered together. Maybe we can invite people just to hear. We're not going to interpret much, but...

M. Laitman: It won't help. It will not help. We need to continue as we are. The main thing is to demand each one within himself that our hearts and soul will be adhered to the friends.

Reader: (00:29:14 Item 64) “Indeed, even our sages asked this question, in Masechet Berachot, p 20: “Rav Papa said to Abaye: ‘How were the first different, that a miracle happened to them, and how are we different, that a miracle is not happening to us?’ Is it because of the study? During the years of Rav Yehuda, the whole study was in [Masechet] Nezikin, whereas we are learning the six volumes [of the Mishnah]. And when Rav Yehuda delved in Okatzin, he said, ‘I saw Rav and Shmuel here, whereas we are learning thirteen Yeshivot in Okatzin. And when Rav Yehuda took off one shoe, the rain came, whereas we torment our souls and cry out, and no one notices us.’ He replied, ‘The first gave their souls to the sanctity of the Lord.’”

Thus, although it was obvious, both to the one who asked and to the one who answered, that the first were more important than they were, with respect to the Torah and the wisdom, Rav Papa and Abaye were more important than the first. Thus, although the first generations were more important than the latter generations in the essence of their souls, because the purer is selected to come to the world first, nevertheless, with respect to the wisdom of the Torah, it is increasingly revealed in the latter generations. This is so for the reason we have mentioned, that the overall level is completed specifically by the latter ones. This is why more complete lights are drawn to them although their own essence is far worse.”

Student: (32:35) To continue the friend, you answered that it won't help. And my feeling is that we don't even have a deficiency for it. So what do we do? How to increase the deficiency?

M. Laitman: We increase the deficiency through prayer, probably.

Student: But there's no prayer. What do you do?

M. Laitman: What can I do? Maybe we'll beat each other up?

Student: Maybe me and you will sit together and pray for everybody?

M. Laitman: No.

Student:  That won't help? Maybe if someone else joins us?

M. Laitman:  No. You have to try.

Student: (33:46) Correction is made of 6,000 years and divided into three, Rosh, Toch, Sof. Is there a meaning that the Zohar was written in the beginning of the third part, 2,000 years?

M. Laitman: It probably was, but I don't know. What we study and read is how we accept it.

Student: (32:24) According to what I understand, our generation is drawing all of the light, the full magnitude and this generation gets the light of Nefesh, the smallest light. How does that work out?

M. Laitman: Because the vessels are still not filled with that light.

Student:  But how can such a small light perform this entire action of drawing all the lights into all the vessels?

M. Laitman: The lights are drawn according to the desire. The desire to be very small and accordingly a very small light.

Student: But the action we need to do…

M. Laitman:  It's supposed to do, I don't know.

Student: But we need four great lights to do this thing.

M. Laitman: I guess we first have to ask. Don't make big waves. Whatever you have, whatever strength you have, this is what you can do. Not more.

Student: But our duty here is very important to bring the light to all the generations.

M. Laitman: Some write. Some people write. Okay.

Student: (35:58) I have a more general question. This whole story of the exodus is speaking of me and not a messenger but the Creator Himself in the end takes everyone else, no matter all the messengers. So what do you need Moses for? Why do you need a leader here?

M. Laitman: There cannot be a capital without a leader. The Creator isn't speaking to people. He speaks to leaders.

Student: But in the moment of truth, the Creator doesn't need a leader. He takes them out of Egypt.

M. Laitman: If needed. If need be. But usually, there is, as we learned from earlier times, that they made tens and hundreds and thousands. This is how they arranged the people.

Student:  A group can't conduct itself without a leader.

M. Laitman: Yes. It can't. It can't.

Student: So how should we... I don't know how to ask this.

M. Laitman: What?

Student: I'll be direct. Yesterday, you dropped a bomb at the end of the lesson and it startled a lot of friends.

M. Laitman: Why?

Student: You said that you need to understand, I even have the quote, “I've finished my life. I don't have a lot left. As much as I can, I'll try and good luck to you.”

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: It shocked a lot of friends to hear it. Suddenly you put it to all of us. You put a mirror in our face, and…

M. Laitman: It's good if you, in advance, move toward a state where you are running everything yourselves.

Student: What do you mean, we're running it? We just said we need a leader. Without a leader, we can't.

M. Laitman: You have a building.

Student: That is walls.

M. Laitman: That's also important. You have, besides the walls, you have a society. There are rules by which this society exists, and this is how it maintains the building and everything. You have heads that you can continue with.

Student: We have orders. We have a building, systems, heads, everything but a teacher, guidance, like you said the Creator speaks to guidance, through the leader, not to humans. That point.

M. Laitman: We learned for many, many years without Rabash. While he was still alive and he was kind of on the side. You understand?

Student: What's the difference, let's say, studying with Rabash, with his presence, that he's teaching, speaking, reading, directing, and studying without him, that he's on the side or not even there?

M. Laitman: It all depends on the one who is learning. It all depends on the one who is learning. There were those who didn't feel any changes, any difference.

Student: How to take advantage of every moment with a teacher?

M. Laitman: Be in contact. Very simple.  Be in contact. Be in touch. Do what the teacher wants and recommends.

Student: Does something change with the connection to the teacher after he departs?

M. Laitman: Yes, this already depends on the person who is left.

Student: What depends on him?

M. Laitman: On how much he is keeping the connection with the Creator. That's it. The type of connections can be completely from one end to the other.

Student: How to strengthen the connection now? How to tighten it between the students and the Rav?

M. Laitman: The most important is to have a connection between the students, that they are loyal to the way of Baal HaSulam and Rabash and their teacher.

Student: What does it mean to hold on to a connection with a teacher? How do we not fall into all kinds of imaginations?

M. Laitman: We don't need imaginations. As you've known me for many years already, just continue this way.

Student: A private person holds on to a contract, can hold on to the contact with the teacher, the group, who?

M. Laitman: Those who want to. It has to be with the goodwill of the teacher and the goodwill of the disciple.

Student: (42:33) We'll continue the question. How important is it that we go into the world of truth while you are still with us? Like now, how important is it that it'll take place when you're with us? Because I don't know what'll happen afterwards. That's why I'm asking.

M. Laitman: I don't know how it can be that we will shift together. I guess I'll have to go first according to what we see in the conduct of this world so I will pass away before you, and I will go to my world. Pass away. Before we pass together as a world group, I'm speaking. To the other side before that?

M. Laitman: Yes, I think so. Why should there be some sort of another leadership here?

Student: Because Baal HaSulam writes that if there's one wise man who takes a student and they hear him, so they all go correctly and if not, they deviate. That's why I'm asking.

M. Laitman: I don't know. According to how the world behaves you stay here, I'm going over there and let's hope that there will be a connection between u s and I will prepare a place for you, and then each one, more or less, each one of you will be able, will be certain that he has a place there and he can go there in his time.

Student: So you're saying that we can implement our path and succeed, even when you're not with us?

M. Laitman: Yes, of course.

Student: How can that be?

M. Laitman: You don't need me to succeed. You have the books, you have the building, you have your orders, more or less, your arrangements, more or less. You can run the time, the agenda, the schedule, and continue.

Student: You don't see that this period, when we're still together, we'll be able to do it together with you? That you will draw us?

M. Laitman: We will try to do this but it is certain that there will be those who will remain in this world. Yes, we'll try. We will try to attain as much as possible of that world while we are still in this world.

Student: (46:08) I remember it like yesterday, many years ago a friend asked you in the lesson if we can reach contact with the Upper force if the Rav isn't alive, if there are any chances and you said no. Did something change about that?

M. Laitman: Yes

Student:  What?

M. Laitman: We are connected together. You can come in contact with the Creator now as well.

Student: Now it's clear with us.  I'm not speaking about now.

M. Laitman: Even when I'm not here physically? No problem at all.

Student: There was a scrutiny today about the way we're studying that you're maybe taking us to a different place the way we're studying, trying to awaken questions that will share inspirations between us. It's as if you're preparing us to like a sort of study that is new. There's a feeling in the ten and a lot of friends that there's lessons that not that you don't answer questions, you just give it back like a boomerang. What do you think? What do you say? And in those moments, it's perplexing. You don't know how to study, how to direct ourselves. Maybe you can help us understand what is this stage? What characterizes the type of study that you want to take us in? Is there something new or different that we need to know?

M. Laitman:  Basically, no. I'm sorry to say this. But you need only to understand that above you is the Creator and He dictates your every move and we are all dependent on Him, and there is no other force here that can influence our destiny.

Student: (48:52) You told us a few times that when you came to Rabash you asked him, what's the main thing? How to reach attainment? When he answered you, the main thing is to study mouth-to-mouth, Pe-de-Pe. Then you told us that that means that it's a common screen between the teacher and the disciples, so is that possible to study mouth-to-mouth when you are not with us?

M. Laitman: It's not a problem. Between what? If we see our friends or if we don't see them anymore. The world doesn't change when someone is living in this world here before us, like you and I, or when we are in some different form. We're still connected. This is not what it's about. We will know this and understand. It's not a problem. Just don't change any manners of behavior, any connection between you, any…Everything has to remain. Don't disperse, don't make any changes in relation to groups or something. Just continue. All the changes have to come from within, from within each and every one and each and every ten, and in this way, together. This is what I recommend and also, pay attention that suddenly maybe new people will come. Make sure it doesn't dilute you or divert you, or some will feel that there are great forces there for advancement but be careful.

Student: (51:53) A lot of students in the world feel connected to you. Less belonging to our organization but more to you. There's like a different relation to the organization which you put together. to my connection with the Rav, or my ten with the Rav, what's the right way to relate to the organization, to the structure, how to see it in a way that will let everyone advance also when you won't be with us?

M. Laitman: Okay, so I think that as we are connected between us now, instead of me, you need to put someone to continue in the noon lesson, for example when I'm in front of our friends in the world, I think it's like a great friend to run the noon lesson, to lead it. Other than that, everything else, in the morning ideally there should be different people. You know who are these people who are now too, they are giving strength..

Student: (54:20) I wanted to ask you, did Rabash prepare you in a specific way to his departure or from the adhesion with him you knew how to continue?

M. Laitman: Nothing happened. Nothing happened.

Student: (54:56) About what you said to be careful of changes. What does it mean? What should we keep constant and not change?

M. Laitman: Especially it is to strengthen our friend, to give him strength, and continue in this way.

Student: So when we strengthen the friend by building the head, what does it mean to build the head, a head that will continue?

M. Laitman: That you are giving him the ability, the authority to determine things. What we learn, how we learn, when we learn, who teaches, etc. All kinds of things.

Student: And what do we do around him? What do we support him with?

M. Laitman: He's holding you, he supports you, you support him. In this way, mutually.

Student:  So, on my behalf, if I hear from him something, a certain guidance, I see it as something that I need to take and do.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: So this building, I build it as a head on me, like, for me, you're the Upper one so he is going to be that upper one in that relation.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: (57:06) What you just said might sound new to many friends. I remember when I came, you used to say it a lot and there's friends that heard this dozens of times, if not more, that our friend is the one that will be the head of the organization and lead B’nei Baruch after you will be gone. We heard it many times from you personally in talks and trips and lessons. There's friends that are here for the first time that are hearing this.

M. Laitman: Okay, so they hear it for the first time, so?

Student: But how will they understand this? There's friends that heard this from you personally so many times, so for them it's a law in their heart. There's friends that... What? How? It's like you can shake a person up to hear it for the first time. How to accept it? It's new, that it changed. Maybe Rav says this today, maybe tomorrow it's someone else.

M. Laitman: I don't change such things from one day to the next. No. Give me an example that I changed.

Student: Let's say you didn't say that for a long time, but you used to say it a lot. There's specific friends that you told that to them many times.

M. Laitman: What can I say to you? What can I do?

Student: I'm asking, we want to accept this in our heart. That it'll be like the Torah from you.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student:  Now that each and every friend in the world Kli that are hearing these words, that our friend is going to be the leader of B'nei Baruch after you and like you told the friend that what you take from him it’s like it was me. How can every friend take this that it will be in their heart?

M. Laitman: I don’t know. I trust the friends perhaps, several people who are basically today holding the organization too.

Student: Are you going to say it more times?

M. Laitman: Yes. All in all they want to maintain the network so it doesn't disintegrate and doesn't fall apart.

Student: Yes, but this specifically, sorry, the fact that the friend is the head and the others' role is to strengthen him, that's something that's new for many people.

M. Laitman: I don't think so, but okay, so have it this way.

Student: It was clear to you the whole time?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: For many years?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: From when?

M. Laitman: Since when I don't know. Since 30 years ago.

Student: Really?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: You already knew that he's going to lead the organization?

Student: More or less, yes. Can I ask how? How you knew? Why did you know?

M. Laitman: He has a strong character. He is walking on the way and is not looking for how to run away and when, and when it's worthwhile and when it's not. This is why I hold him in high regard. It's worthwhile for you. I'm just thinking about the organization. I'm thinking about what you will do, what it will look like. So I think that in this way, I don't trust anyone as much as I trust him. There are other people who can be like the foundation stones. We'll talk about it, okay?
