WSQ (01:43): How do I start a new day each day? By activating myself from 0, from minus connection, anti-group, anti-spirituality. When I get up like a beast without any feeling, how do I bring myself to a state where I feel myself connected with everyone, in adhesion with everyone, truly in one heart, one place, one goal? How do I go through all these stages, from the animate degree to the speaking degree? Let's discuss it.

Rav (08:58): It is written, the first Hassidim, the adherence of the Hassidut movement, this is the force of bestowal. Hessed is the force of bestowal. So, the first Hassidim, at the beginning of the implementation of the wisdom of Kabbalah, in order to reach the degree of bestowal, equivalence of form with the Creator on the first-degree, we know that the equivalence of form with the Creator has two degrees, which is to bestow in order to bestow and to receive in order to bestow. Those who want to reach the first-degree are called Hassidim. So the first Hassidim would spend one hour in prayer so as to aim their hearts to their father in Heaven. The intention of reaching the Hassidim that would be the aim of their prayer. But the Creator can only connect according to our efforts towards him. This is called: “My beloved to me and myself to my beloved”. We cannot be openness on the side of the Creator more than openness from the side of the person. It needs to be in this mutual fashion. This is why we need to work on the intention, work on what we need to understand: that we are starting from the degree of animate, from still, vegetative and animate and from there we need everyone to reach the speaking level. All of our efforts, all of our work, is how to daily and even multiple times in a day to awaken to see how much we are disconnected, and again, reach connection. The intention of aiming our heart. So by being disconnected, by feeling ourselves disconnected, by discovering that we are disconnected, we need to be happy about it. So every time we start from zero, and even more than zero, from this degree, from the animate degree, from the level of the beast, we by this awaken the broken vessels, so each time we scrutinize the broken vessels and we aim them towards connection with the Creator. Therefore, as much as each and every one according to his soul has broken vessels, a great soul, then there are many broken parts and their shattering is very deep. Then a person feels very far away and disconnected from all spiritual matters, and it is difficult for him to wake up and to recover and to activate his heart because his heart is against bestowal--it works in the opposite way, in reception.

As it says, “one who is greater than his friend, his inclination is greater”, that the greater the coarseness is, in overcoming that coarseness there is more bestowal, more Ohr Hozer, reflected light, and this is how people grow. Therefore, we need to realize that each and every time we are being given an opportunity to sort new vessels and this way to reach correction. The correction is, as it says, “a thousand times shall the righteous fall and get up”. The righteous means a degree where a person reaches the degree of Bina, where he justifies the Creator by this; and a righteous means one who comes out of the degree of Malchut to the degree of Yesod, the degree of the Sefira which is above Malchut. This is considered that it is already in bestowal. This is how we should look at it a thousand times. Does the righteous fall and get up? We have to realize that this is our work. So, don't despair out of the fact that each time I'm in a broken state, I discover myself this way, and it's hard for me to get up, even harder than before, because each time I am scrutinizing, sorting new vessels.

That is, from zero, I go down, and I scrutinize this vessel and I raise it up, from minus 1 to plus 1, then I fall to minus 2 and I correct the vessel and I go up to plus 2. This is how it is each time. We go deeper down and we rise higher up. This is why, from time to time, our work becomes harder, but along with that, we understand better, we are more capable of doing the work...A person never fails. He never fails. Rather, a person is always given a degree in which he is capable of working with it, arranging it, rising above it. The Creator is not interested in us failing. Just like us, just the way we do it with a baby or a little child, we want him to succeed and we do all kinds of actions, preparations, so that he will try, but he will eventually succeed. This is how the Creator is doing it with us. Here, we therefore need to realize that a thousand times shall the righteous fall and get up, this is truly our work. A thousand times is what we need in order to scrutinize our broken vessel because we cannot do it at once, we cannot raise it from the dust, the shattering all at once, but rather, only through such actions, incursions, to feel it in its broken state--meaning the rejection between us, the distance between us-- and to make an effort in connection, turning to the Creator, getting forces from above, and connecting ourselves back into one vessel, into Adam HaRishon. This is how we correct it each time. That is, the connection between us through turning to the Creator, this is what we have to establish, what we have to do.

2. S. (18:28): How do we aim ourselves correctly according to the first Hassidim who would pray for an hour?

R. I don't know how to explain it. There are many articles, many explanations about it, but nevertheless, a person has to establish these things inside of himself. And each time it will be new for him. This is the matter of the scrutiny of the vessels and the connection between the vessels. Therefore, I don't know how to explain it in a short way, what needs to be done. The most important thing we have to realize is that each and every moment we can check our disconnection, our disconnection. From our disconnection, we can understand that this is the desirable state, this is the existing state, it's all good, it's a revelation of the broken vessel, and it was all done even before us, before Creation, in Adam HaRishon. S. Now what's happening in Israel is complicated. Is it demanded from us as a special request?

They don't learn, not from history, not from anything, therefore it is a problem. Their ego is so great that it is difficult for them to change themselves at all. However, this shouldn't bother us. We will continue studying as usual. Hopefully these disturbances will not happen at the times when we are studying. That's it. We are used to this, we hear the alarms, or explosions when these rockets are passing above us and the iron shield is shooting them down. We are used to these things. This whole country here is seemingly at the front, so this is how it has to be. We have to feel that we are on the front line in the war of the Creator against the great will to receive that he created.

3. S. (23:36) Yes, it awakens. So how do we get to where we won't need more pressure from the Creator?

R. There is no such thing/ everything that is happening from the side of man is happening from the Creator. How else do you think? That there is a person and he has some choice, and the Creator would have liked it to be differently, but now he's sitting on the side; now the person is operating and later on the Creator is operating? Maybe this is what people are thinking; however, we first of all accept that everything comes from there is none else beside him, so it is upon us only to feel ourselves, that we are opposite the Creator, only that.

So what is he saying here and number 23 is in the beginning of his study when will you begin to study and we don't have before us any confusion, where exactly are we what do we have to reach and by what are we drawn to reach the purpose of creation, the purpose of life, then we are not even in the right direction. Rather we need to have direction, who am I, what am I, which direction am I headed, what for. Such questions a person needs to ask about, what is the situation when a person comes to study, when a person is beginning, there is no desire to thereby achieve a complete faith. Complete faith means the force of bestowal to be like the Creator which he can achieve through the light in the Torah. Through the influence of the study because the study explains to him and shines on him from the Creator from that same source by wanting to adhere to the one who wears it. Meaning that a person wants to feel, to reach the same quality like the surrounding light that is surrounding us, it was inside of us, the Creator was inside of us and it came out and now he's outside of us. So it turns out that we want to reach the Creator who is outside of us because we don't have the right vessels with which to feel him. Then we want him to clothe in us once again. Which vessels do we need to make, which Corrections do we need to make, which actions do we need to carry out so that the Creator the surrounding light that has come out as a result of the shattering and it exists around us, how it will come and clothe once again in our corrected vessels?

By wanting to adhere to the one who wears it, who is clothed in the Torah, this general light is called the Torah, also from the word Ohr, light and it gives the light of Torah and none other. It follows that he is learning Torah which is the clothing of the Creator meaning we learn all kinds of things, everything that is happening in the world. In general in our world and also in the spiritual world. We are learning about different desires inside of which are clothed different lights. Then through all kinds of such portions, different portions and relations between the lights and the vessels by learning about them we get to know more and more the different connections between them, the opposite things between them. We are seemingly constantly playing within something in the wrapping between the lights and the vessels. By this the vessel starts being more similar to light, gradually the lights clothe more and more in the vessels, in the desires and the desires become more similar to those lights and this is how it goes until they enter one another. Until the light will change the vessel in such a way that the vessel even though it is the opposite, it doesn't want to receive the light, it doesn't want to bestow, it changes and becomes the bestower, the light then enters it according to the equivalence of form.

So it follows that he is studying the Torah which are the clothing, the garments of the Creator. Meaning that he knows how to connect his desires is inclination, so that they will all be already directed towards mutual bestowal. This means that they are aimed towards the Creator and from them he wants to achieve complete faith, the force of bestowal that is unlimited, meaning in all of our vessels as much as possible this is considered reaching complete faith without any limitation and adhering to the one who wears it, the upper light is adhered to through whatever a person is given, a person should not feel that there are any other parts in his will to receive that are not similar to the Creator. This is what we need to reach this is considered the complete correction and complete adhesion. So it is here to the one who wears it who is the giver of the Torah so it all comes from the Creator and here's justification of three discernments, one, the Torah and two, the Creator and three, the person and those three become one There is a person who is taking on the form of the Creator to bestow, the form of the Creator which is to bestow but the person wants to establish himself to shape himself so that he will appear like the Creator however the Creator's bestowing out of his nature and a person seems as if he's bestowing out of his corrections. This is the difference right, inside I remain a will to receive, cruel, completely opposite to the Creator. The corrections that I make, then I put on myself, the opposite garments to my egoistic nature so that I reach a state where I resemble the Creator.

When I reach that I have even inverted myself to bestow, the entire will to receive, constantly wanting to receive for itself I worked on it so that now it is still in a will to receive, however now to bestow. So then between me and the Creator in connection, a connection is formed, unification. I start becoming similar to him. He is bestowing in his natural form and I do it through bestowal, through connections over my will to receive power. However, still in my external form I resemble him. This is why I reach a state of connection with him, unification and to reach the complete unification of all of the created beings with the Creator. This is the purpose of creation and the purpose of correction. It's only correction that we have to perform, afterwards, after we correct ourselves and we reach something resembling the Creator. First of all on the way to correction we get to know in more and more we resemble in we perform acts of bestowal like him and after that it says from his actions, do we know you we begin to more and more study him through actions just like we start doing some work that we're not familiar with.

Bit by bit as we work in it as we do it, by doing it we understand better why it is such, where does it come from. Let's say, we in our life, a person who is outside of us however if we engage together with him and some actions then out of that we begin to get to know him, who he is, what he is, what he wants, his attitude, his goal. It's the same here. This is called from your actions we know from your actions that you will perform like the Creator, you will get to know the Creator. To get to know the Creator himself, that is impossible. It is the force of bestowal, we don't understand it, we don't feel it, however if I will perform actions by myself like the form of bestowal out of that if I did I reach the degree of the Creator, getting to know him and this is how I reach adhesion.

5. S. (36:12) What is this degree of Israel?

R. Israel means the direction of a person who is aiming himself to reach adhesion with the Creator, who resembled the Creator who discovered the Creator, called Israel, Yashar El, straight to the Creator, that he wants to reach connection with the Creator, the revelation of the Creator. This is why he is called this way, any person in the world no matter who he is, what he is, it's not according to color or nationality or characters or gender, none of this. So long as he is on the degree which is above the animate that he has such inner preparations so that he can rise above the animate degree, to be more than animals and this is according to the desire that exists in a person and then he can reach the degree of speaking. In the end our development on the face of the earth is such that all people will reach the degree of Israel, the degree of the Creator and therefore since they shall all know me from the least of them to the greatest of them, my house shall be called a house of prayer to all nations.

6. S. (38:01) How to believe that the Creator is not interested in our failure because the opposite is revealed?

R. I think differently, I think that we always have only success, the success is it says that they elevate in sanctity they never lower in sanctity. Even it seems to us that we make mistakes and we fall and we don't succeed and were thrown out of the spiritual work. It is all states of ascent and it is never states of the descents that is even though we enter all kinds of problems and wars and illnesses and even death, it doesn't matter. What it is all in all in the general vessel of Adam HaRishon all the vessels are only going through their correction from the beginning of through which is the shattering and until the end of correction where they are all filled with the upper light. We are all in that process. However this becomes revealed to people who have received the light of Hassidim and with that light in that light they can see what is happening with the broken vessels and then they realize that this is how it is happening. It cannot be that the Creator who is good and doing good, that he was performing some action that is not force of correction. However, certainly we feel these actions are not always in the correct good way. It's because we are not ready for the corrections as they are and therefore we suffer. However we need to realize that all there is in the world is only Hassidim, a great Hessed, Mercy from the Creator as it says only good Mercy shop case after me all the days of my life and it depends on the person how he sees it but on the other side it doesn't matter how one's reason is always coming out of love the Creator's attitude towards the created beings has not changed other than absolutely.

7. S. (40:54) The term of Israel, the Creator and the Torah are as one this is always caused a lot of interest and 2nd in excerpt it said the unification with the Creator can you explain the process?

R. No, next question I cannot explain about the unification, this is something you have to attain and out of the action itself, out of the result of it, we feel what we feel what unification means, I can't say what does it mean to unify with another person, you can’t really.

S. We've discussed this in the 10 before the lesson, I can understand that once we reach the stage of the Creator, Israel, the Torah and the Creator are one, they have the same identity?

R. No, we become as one, as one and that they do explain to us, we will see we would still need to scrutinize this.

S. This is a state of the end of correction?

R. Yes this unity is the end of correction, however after we finish our correction of the vessel and then in that correct vessel, we still have more to do then maybe the true work begins when we have a vessel, then additional work opens up before us not corrections but rather special attainments that are above and beyond the correction of the vessels.

8. S. (43:10) How can we check within the 10 that we are advancing directly and not in some strange way?

R. This is according to our inclination to connect between us according to her inclination to connect between us that's it. You cannot really check it according to your situation the way you are in this world and you are constantly falling, deteriorating more and more because they reveal to you more and more and more shattering. Rather one should look at the character and nature to which the Creator is revealed through which the Creator is revealed through the friend and then I accept all of these things as a topic for correction.

This is how we unite more and more with the Creator through whatever he is presenting to end this world in the friends and maybe in general with the world but that will come later, so with the friends and we realize that to be in adhesion with them above all of the disturbances, it doesn't mean I disregard all the disturbances, I take them as coarseness so that upon this coarseness, I am going to connect and then by build a spiritual Partzuf and in it we discover the spiritual world. That there is coarseness that there is for screen and I make a restriction on it and that is I realize that I received it from the Creator. I have to be above it not to seemingly erase it as though it doesn't exist but to be above it, above the coarseness and to use the coarseness in the opposite way, as refinement that I am working with this coarseness, with all of these disturbances that for me these are not disturbances. For me this is a connection with the Creator through this coarseness through these ego, through these incidents that he positions before me.

9. S. (46:38) We spoke with the friends about the importance of participation in the morning lesson. Can we compare this unification with participation?

R. I don't know what it means that a person comes to the lesson and sits there. I don't know what it is he is thinking about, how much he is entering the connection with the friends, how much he is trying to be in connection with the friends, what does it mean that he is there? He's warming up his chair? I don't know if it's weird for me to hear such a question, coming to the lesson means that I am becoming connected with others. It's part of our work. Yes, if I get up and I sit next to the computer or maybe I even come to a place where we sit together, it could be this way also, however that's not enough. What is happening with your heart, tells me that, are you connected in your desire with the desires of the others and do you want to reach a single desire to discover there is a single Creator?

S. For example if a friend cannot come to the lesson?

R. What does it mean that he cannot come if he does not have a computer?

S. For different reasons.

R. I don't know about reasons, all of these reasons, it's all just is his ego and no more is ego and no more I don't take into account a reason. A person should realize that for him it is either life or death for him personally he doesn't owe it to anyone. He should feel that if he is coming to the lesson that is all at all he got out of bed, turns on the computer and he is sitting opposite the screen and the camera and this is his connection with his spiritual world, with spirituality. That he can enter the upper world and feel eternity and the wholeness in nature and incorporate there or he will just end up like a beast. He lives and he dies just like you. He takes some chicken and slaughters it and eats it, so the chicken at least by this does its role, someone is eating it and he continues living. However what it does a person live for if not for the sake of rising to a higher degree. We are in a state of complicated connections, what does it mean complicated situation, we are in a state where we ourselves are animals. We are on the animated level according to our body, but according to our inclination we have the speaking degree, only those who have a desire in the wisdom of Kabbalah where the upper providence is bringing them to the study of Kabbalah and this is how we then and but it's not and overcome, if not that then we are just animals. Therefore there is no calculation with us just like with animals therefore if you don't get up and you don't study in order to rise to the degree of the Creator, to discover him and to be like him. That is to rise to the degree of this world still, vegetative, degree animate, to the degree of the spiritual world, the still vegetative and animate degree of the next World of the spiritual degree spiritual world if you do not rise to that and you remain as a beast.

You are looking for some kind of confirmation, approval for yourself that you can do whatever you want. Look at it seriously, what do you have in life that remains out of your life and do the calculation, do the math and make up your mind.

10. S. (53:30) What is the Aviut, the coarseness, where it is revealed?

R. Of course this is the magnitude of the will to receive in the person.

S. Is it revealed in the connection between us?

R. It is revealed when you begin to perform actions of bestowal and whatever stands in your way whatever hinders you and those acts, directions, is called coarseness and then use it correctly you don't want to erase it, you want to rise above it. Even though it exists, you are looking, searching, asking for forces that will allow you to work above the coarseness, in contradiction to the coarseness, in bestowal which is above reception.

S. The coarseness rises when we start to grow?

R. Yes, this is why it says one who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater each time the coarseness grows and is difficult for him to go over the coarseness, however he does reach the state begins to attain the light, the lights are greater according to the degree of the coarseness.

11. S. (55:03) What does it mean studying Torah for the three discernments?

R. R. 13. S. (01:00:21) Does a person control his intention or the intention is a result?

R. A person cannot control anything just like a little baby but he only knows one thing, how to cry. If we will discover correctly our ability to ask, to cry with respect to the Creator, by that we will defeat everything and we will manage the world. We have the possibility to turn to the upper force and through it to change everything but for the better. This is called make your will as soon as well so that he will make his will as your will.

14. S. (01:01:23) How should we turn to the upper force so that his bestowal will always bring us the abundance? So that it will convert the influence of the upper one into abundance?

R. We have to connect and in spite of the coarseness that's what's happening each time we get greater and greater disturbances because the shattering is revealed from the smallest thing up to the worst possible thing, the deepest things. We need to ask each time for connection and other than connection we have nothing to ask for, because what we have before us is the broken vessels. You're an engineer and architect, you know what it means, what else do you have to worry about only about a connection between the broken parts, that's it. Against the shattering, this disconnection, we receive all the revelations, hatred, repulsion, distancing, separation, everything you want, whatever you want however is revealed. It's revealed from the shattering and we receive, acquire an attitude towards it. It's not good for us, it's better for us to connect that's what the Creator is doing. So let's start to do it and then you begin to discover that in that request for connection and in carrying out the connection you are changing your fate, the fate of the people of the world. Because you are correcting the vessel that we are all in.

S. What does it mean that we changed the entire destiny?

R. When we connect the broken pieces where the upper light can appear more and more the Creator that was in it and departed because of the shattering so he is seemingly returning to that vessel.

S. So does it mean that the entire program, the fact that we are above the coarseness, the shattering, moving towards unity, we change the program?

R. No it stays the same, we have to connect more and more each time and attach them to one vessel, how do we do it? When each and every part of the broken vessels, to each of our intention for them to be connected, to direct and guide the connection, to guide it and to hold it, that's it we just need to ask, everything else is done by the Creator.

If I fall behind, if I am lazy, He awakens me through suffering and then again I feel that I depend upon Him reaching out to Him and if I let go of Him when I encounter all kinds of difficulties through which I find I have no choice and I have to reach out to the Creator. This is how it works. This plan, this program can't change as it stems from the beginning of creation that connects us to all of the distance, the breaking, the corruptions and the corrections that this initial thought as we learn in one thought everything was created and this thought includes everything. All of our work, all of our reward is to come to the end, the end of the act starts with the intention.

We need unity, connection to bring the shattered vessels to a single mutual desire so we need the upper light that will show us how to do this because we are not capable, we don't know what it is or how it happens as it is only the upper light through its special actions, one unique and unified, that we can connect the different desires, completely different. He can connect them above the differences and by that we reach a state of corrections. With that we are done with the intention that we need to have before the study of TES. R. To hold onto connection in the group is mainly if you are in constant concern for unity to awaken others for unity. So engage in that and awaken the others to the unity and also yourself you join as well. Don't be above them but to be one of them, to awaken unity. Unity is that everyone is not different, but that everyone is equal, there will be a connection on a single plane, try and see how by that you feel and attain.

45. S. (02:21:05) By us being Incorporated in one desire through this we are included by the desire of the upper?

R. That we bestow one upon the other without any limits and then by that we can be connected between us even though we are all different but that we can be connected with the Creator because we have only the inclination of bestowal.

46. S. (02:21:55) I am trying to understand what is meant here. He says the main thing of unity and love is the desire to satisfy his friends and that there is no change of desire between them. What does this mean?

R. Everyone is included in the same desire as we all have a desire from the Creator, the Creator created a point that is different from him. We don't know what that is or what it means, we will look at it later on. Through this point of difference he gives his qualities. This is why through this point we become opposite from him. Then even though we are opposite of him, that we are opposite in the same way from each other, so if we want to connect above our ego and faith above reason then by that we connect ourselves and we resemble the Creator, we begin to correct ourselves in this way.

S. So how can you explain that place even in Israel that are under emergency inside your country so how can you explain such a thing there is no desire to be in disparity of from between people how can you explain such a thing?

R. That there is no worse state or worse desire, no worse people than those who are called being part of the nation of Israel, and the land of Israel.

S. Can we change that?

R. We can change that through the light that reforms.

S. Only Bnei Baruch?

R. Yes.

47. S. (02:23:57) In the last two verses we heard that the light is actually what changes the desire to receive and also the last verse spoke about Arvut, do I need to see myself as not standing up to these conditions in the current state where change is not by Torah but by things that are pointed to the opposite?

R. Yes, that is called recognition of evil, that you are not successful, reach out to the Creator to help you be successful as there is nothing else. What we have left to do now is to do a summary of the lesson and how we prepare ourselves for corrections that these corrections come through Torah, that way start studying TES correctly.
