1.Rav’s Introduction: We are on the path where the Creator is the one who is leading us, we're just desire to receive, that has nothing to it, it is just a single spark that is able to respond to the Creator's actions on us. All the rest is just the desire to receive which is still which is heavy, it does not want to move, it does not want anything but it feels itself in a good state only in total rest and it has no possibility also to come out of this state. However, in order for us to begin to distinguish nevertheless to discern the different corporeal and spiritual states. It turns out that we start to get different states to different events that the Creator arranges for us in this world where he is adding to all of the events in our current states, also spiritual phenomena. Thus, we learn how we behave, how we respond, what is it we really feel, that is working on us more or less but in between there are states where they lose our consciousness, our feeling that we are in spirituality. We continue as if we are just living like some mechanical doll or puppets that moves or operates out of being influenced by some external conditions but this is the only thing that happens to each without any awakening from within just like the whole of mankind.
Just like the still, vegetative and animate levels in nature and the whole of mankind is also considered as animate and when we enter such states it turns out that we do not quite feel it, we do not quite understand that we entered this state of the animate and we just live in it without any desire to get out of it, to rise above it and to change something one day to the next. To change something and rise above it from one day to the next, we just live in such a way that there is no difference between today and tomorrow or today and yesterday and here we have to go through such actions, day and night in order to notice in ourselves that there is something odd going on. I do not feel any change, not in my internal state and not even in my physical state, I simply exist from one day to the next, it is exactly this state, it is exactly the same. They give us this feeling deliberately so there is no difference between the days in order for us to start monitoring ourselves so we come out, so we can detect this situation. We think that there is no way out of this except to rise to in order to bestow that now we feel ourselves as animate, as a beast, as having no changes yesterday, today and tomorrow, the whole life.
Our whole life can stay on the same level, in the same states and there is no change and then we identify that we are in such a life, you're in such a state without any change. Then tomorrow we have the same state as we have today or as it was yesterday. This is how it is going to stay until naturally like everything in our life, in our world, I just died and that is it and the person nevertheless starts to feel out of this, because the person is afraid, that this is how life will end without any changes. Then the person does not know what to do some inner awakening, some internal fear wakes up, what will happen to me, what about me, why am I in such at state, and then he also sees sometimes that the group, is also each such a state and everybody who disqualifies, disqualifies through his own faults and then he discovers that there are certain changes here and there. However, he also says that he does not quite see if he does not feel that it affects him because these states are very important and there are good states when the person gets such a feeling that he is living the life of a beast and he has nothing. There is no yesterday, no today, no tomorrow. These can go on and less sleep and he feels that he will die like everything in this world and here we have to identify what extent this depends on us on our ability to wake up, to recover, to get out of this slumber or we recognize to what extent it is the Creator who wakes us up, who wakes up the awareness in us and started giving us the new mind, new emotions, so we can understand where we are.
Our mind and emotion, where certainly we reached a state where we are frozen in this, we are living like animals yesterday and today, in each and everything is always the same and then our work starts. How do I nevertheless try to elevate myself above this pit that I am climbing and climbing on the walls of this hole and I tried to get out, get out of it is not simple, it is not done by a single action, it's not happening at once. But the Creator wants to help us understand what our nature is and what is the way out so by that we study better and we understand better our nature, that is I have to receive. This is how we begin to get mostly fear that we can enter a state in our life here in this state, in which even if we could see the state of the heart and we have no way out, we have no ability to get out of it. That state is the true prison, the true exile when we understand where we are and we are locked in this and today and tomorrow and the rest of our life. This is how it will be so long as you are alive, it can be for many years and it's not going to end, instead you will have to work in this to work in it and to live like an animal.
However, why is it better for an animal because he has no self-awareness that it exists in such a state while a human being can feel that you exist like a beast keeping only yourself, today just like yesterday and you're a bit like today and so on. Here there is a very special and great work when we already begin to build by ourselves new emotions in terms of how to bring ourselves out, how to ask help from the Creator, help through the environment, help from the state where each helps his friend, how to deliver ourselves from this situation which is like a swamp, which is dragging us, pulling us not letting us move. You want to continue living, so please just keep whatever you have and that's it no more if you are performing any action, any movements to lift yourself to get out. You will immediately feel you are pulled back down into this swamp, this is how you have to remain and that therefore we have to detect those states, on small-scale and we there maybe, felt even in our situation even in our state when we are beginning the way. But in truth it comes through lots of exertions, a lot of experience already which we collect when we try to get out of this beastly state and then we can feel it in a full manner.

(14:41) This means that he even comes to study and takes part in all kinds of actions in the group, in the organization, spiritual actions seemingly but for him it is all felt as something that is empty and he is not even aware of this, that it is empty. If he needs to do it, he does it and if you need to do something else, he will do it, just like going to work, eating, drinking, sleeping, washing himself just like he performs all his actions in life, ordinary actions and he also does those actions added to the spiritual actions. Even in the group in the physical life and he just keeps these actions without any internal consent, what is he doing it for, why he's doing it, where is the overcoming, the elevation he does not have.

4. S. (16:42) How would you define the zero point of the work of the individual in the ten?
R. The zero point I do not know what you mean, the zero point that is after the person has disconnected in some manner from working for the goal from the correct connection with the friends and the person gets a wakeup call because of the record that is breaking up and then he starts to visit and upon this record goes forward to connecting himself again to the process of development.
5. S. (17:50) Here in the writing he speaks about the hospital but what is this hospital we have to realize that we are in?
R. We are in a state where the Creator wants to show us in one hand to what extent we are, you are ill and to what extent we can recover from this illness to what extent we can cure ourselves, this is it. Our state is that they are being treated so that we just have to constantly help each other all of us together in whatever hospital or in whatever state of recovery we are in and to what extent we can wake up each other. By that we can elevate our sensitivity to the treatment of the Creator then we can capture more and we can hold on more to the Creator so he takes care of us. This is raising the request to him and then that way we can progress, an individual cannot do this, however the group, if they are together, they can get this treatment.
6. S. (19:32) Why do we have to maintain a state where we feel no difference between right and left?
R. I did not say this, is this how they translated it to you? I did not say that we do not need a difference between right and let maybe you mean that there are states when we cannot distinguish between the two but I did not say left or right, it was not in my depiction to convey this to you.

Only the Creator who can create existence out of absence, all sorts of inclinations, desires, yearnings, we are operated beings. So, the question is what to do in a statement we fall to the animal level. How can we come out of the animal level to the degree of Adam, the human who has special records and develops them and through that he keeps growing up to the height of the Creator.
8. S. (22:30) The state of disconnection when we feel ourselves in the state of exile? In the state of concealment then we are frozen. Is it happening once or it happens again and again.
R. Here we are talking about the state which comes after some time and it comes to the person with such awareness that truly give him a feeling that he has entered a life that is completely animalistic just like old people who live from one day to the other, one state to the next state and they do not undergo any state changes and no spiritual elevation, no. This position, no passion, they are not drawn to spiritual elevation, towards the Creator, to change themselves. Meaning they are not feeling that they have a soul in them that is craving to discover the Creator things. What they have is just at the animal level just like any living body, any person, any beast and they just want to keep themselves in the daily life until they die, on such a level that they do not change, they do not rise above their situation. This is the difference between the animal level and the level of the human, the Adam, people who study the wisdom and they have some yearning to spirituality they also feel that they enter into such a state when one is not in a spiritual elevation, in a quest searching, waking up with longing instead just living today like yesterday and tomorrow will be just like today and the most important that it just stays in this static state without any changes, this is what we consider death.
9. S. (25:32) Who ejects us from Divinity, the Creator or ourselves?
R. We ourselves, we do not do anything, never and never, everything that happens is done on me by the Creator.
10. S. (26:09) What is the difference between the state described in the text and indifference?
R. I cannot explain this, let's call this indifference, yes, it is the right expression, indifference is nevertheless that I relate to something, it's not just like I am dead. I feel that I am indifferent to it, as here it simply talks about the person who is in this, suddenly, he catches himself that for some time recently, he is only concerned about his own life, continuing like yesterday should be like today and tomorrow should be like today. Then he catches himself, that this is the only thing he is concerned with and he agrees to this to be in this way that it will flow along like this and then he is considered he has entered the animal life, like a beast that he entered the animal life like a beast.

12. S. (28:18) How does it serve the purpose of creation that the person forgets about the way, why is it necessary for development?
R. He starts to understand what it means to be a beast because before that he did not know even though he was on the animal level, there's nothing changes, he thinks this is life. After some time then he was chasing one thing to achieve a spiritual elation in all kinds of different forms through connection with the Creator, through understanding. Suddenly he discovers himself that he is in the state of an animal, does not care what will happen, how for you tomorrow will be different from today, how tomorrow is happening. Everything in such a way that it is just comfortable for him and he can stay in the way he is, then he starts to understand the animal level. Before that he did not feel what, it means to be an animal, in order to reach the animal. Nevertheless, we have to attain some degree, some level of the speaking and then from that state to descend this and then attain the animal level. Just like each and every animal they do not know that they are animals, they do not know that there is something higher than what they are just live so and it is similar with us, we have to reach a higher degree and then from that degree to descend down. Then we can learn our state at the animal level, as they say, in order to jump on the table, you have to jump a little bit higher than the table.
S. What does it mean to sit in the lesson and to be conscious?
R. I do not know, I do not get into it, you can poke into it and see what it means to be in the lesson consciously not thinking about what we are talking about, we will study what is written and then we will see.
13. S. (30:45) What is the speaking degree in the 10?
R. This means to be one thing to be similar to the Creator, this is the level of Adam where the person wants to be in contact with the upper force, this is called speaking and to progress this way all the time to be always acquiring a state which is more and more in order to give like the Creator.

R. Enough of this, wherever we are talking about you have to be precise in our scrutinies and don't expand it otherwise we will not get anything out of it.

14. R. (37:19) This is how we discussed it before, that the person simply sees that his functioning, everything is normal, everything is ok. You cannot see it from the outside that the person is in some state where he is operating automatically in his physical life and also in the life of the group, he just does everything that needs to be done. However later on he recognizes that his whole life is without any passion on his own instead he is doing it according to what is a customary, according to ordinary and he has no craving beyond this life. It is already considered not spiritual life although he is in the group performing all kinds of actions, however if he agrees to this state that today will be like yesterday then it is considered that he fell into the animal level even though he is engaging with the wisdom. Perhaps he is successful in external actions like in dissemination or in the life of the group.
15. S. (38:45) How during such a state can we appreciate the friends I can certainly see them as strangers speaking about something I do not understand?
R. We need to appreciate the friends according to how much I can help them and they help me and together all of us when we connect, we can connect with the Creator. If I want that today will be like yesterday and tomorrow also then I lose that component which they may cause acceleration, that accelerating my development towards spiritual life and then I also cannot appreciate the friends more than all of us being in some herd and this herd existing just like yesterday, it exists like tomorrow and accordingly, I value them, that herd, that group.
16. S. (40:07) It speaks about repercussions but not so much about the reason why we do not appreciate the nourishment we receive?
R. I do not understand.
S. He says in the writing that one he does not appreciate nourishment and then how it happened to describe the consequences but what is the cause of what is the nourishment that he does not appreciate when he does not appreciate the nourishment?
R. He does not value what he is getting from the Creator so he could progress spiritually and even those things which do not change he should also value them that it is at the Creator giving this to him so upon these sleepy states that he's not woken up from above he has to wake himself up through the group, through the prayer asking the Creator to progress. This is actually the person's work and has to do it as much as possible, nevertheless, we should also feel a state they are talking about here, then we are many times in a state where we are not pulled to anything, but we just want to keep ourselves so we have this animal alive, like now and then we settle for whatever we have. Here we need to find very quickly, as quickly as possible, the ability to rise above this state and rising above can only be through a quick organization that was prayer, we by ourselves cannot raise ourselves. As much as we get together and we talk about it, we have nothing if we as a result of the gathering, we understand that we have to turn to the Creator to rise above to a different level of progress. If we do not turn to the Creator then other actions will not help because all in all everything has to end with a prayer, a request, otherwise we have no chance to change our situation towards correction.
17. S. (43:15) Once when you were in an actual car crash, a serious accident, and as a result, the group was born, the feeling is that in order to move we have to get into some accident, otherwise the ego does not agree to any change?
R. You have now reached a state which is slumber, and if you cannot move yourself and change the situation you prefer to have some strong shake coming from above, and that it will influence you and by this you can start to move and you change your situation through an accident. I recommend to you, I am even asking from you not to search for an external reason and external shake that will shake you up and bring you out of this place where you are, but only out of yourselves. Try to pray to the Creator specifically from this state of slumber, when seemingly there is no way out, there is no change, and we cannot change it, we have to ask the Creator that He will do this. Then when you ask and ask and ask, then you will see the result of it, to what extent this request will organize for you a new connection between you, that will position your vessel well together, and to what extent you will get a stronger feeling from the Creator, who He is and how you are coming closer to Him, understanding Him and studying the Creator better, but do not search for it to change by some tragical actions, and through bad things which is suffering. This is not the Creator’s action. The Creator’s action is always that you are asking from Him for progress and it is good progress because otherwise He is not the good who is doing good then, then you are not turning to the Creator. When you are turning to the Creator as a result, He has to be shining His light to you and this is how you progress by waking up, by connecting, building the internal warmth between you and to begin to discover the Creator only in such. You cannot turn to the Creator and ask for suffering. This does not go hand in hand, that Creator does not have, that He cannot give you. The suffering that can come from Him is only the torment of love, so try in such a way, only in that direction.
18. S. (46:51) In a few hours we will have an important meeting to give importance of the lesson and dissemination. Can you tell us in a few words so we could show a clip to the friends tomorrow when we meet?
R. I do not know if I can add anything here when we already discussed everything, only to keep going to summon everything that exists between the friends and the beautiful connection between you in opening of the hearts, in speaking between you. You can reach such feelings, such expressions in the writing, in singing and in filming, in anything, you can express what's in your heart. I cannot really add anything to that, the force of the group is much more powerful than the strength of any one person even if it is a Kabbalist, a teacher. You can establish between you such a field of emotions that are much more powerful, much more influential on the Creator than how much I could jump in and tell you something or do something. No, the group is much more powerful than that.
19. S. (48:44) How can an unconscious person accelerate his recovery?
R. He cannot, this is the whole point about what we read in the writings, in this to exert that when the person is on the animal degree, he is not aware of his situation, that he is on the animal degree. He works to ensure that yesterday will be like today and tomorrow will be like today and gradually not more than that gradually he disconnects from the spiritual goal, his participation in the group becomes mechanical, he treats his life like any other person in the world. He gets up, he goes to work, he comes home, he watches the television, the soccer games and whatever he goes through everything until he dies and that is how we can suddenly see ourselves, being in the same formula, the same routine together with our work in the wisdom. So, to come out, first of all we have to begin to realize that we are in it and we are in it for a while maybe for several months and then I begin to realize that I am entering a state when I cannot come out of it and I do not want to come out of it, I am not able to come out of it. I don't want to pray to come out of it, to change something, it grabs me like a swamp that pulls me down and I remain like that. This is good, I accept it and this is what I hear, we need to make plenty of group effort in order to convince the Creator to elevate us from this state to a spiritual state. Because even that which we feel in our work in the wisdom that today can be like yesterday and tomorrow can be like today it is in fact a spiritual state except that it is a state of still, animate in spirituality. So, we need to try to pick ourselves out of this, to learn how to do this. There are many people among us who are in these states and each one will be in these states more or less according to his individual style and we have to work on this, we won’t let anybody to fall asleep will not let anybody to fall asleep we tried to take everybody out of this number this is our work.
20. S. (52:33) What is the difference between attitudes to the indifference of somebody who wants to be a Kabbalist and somebody who is already a Kabbalist, what is the difference in how they relate to indifference?
R. I cannot tell you, because you cannot feel what a Kabbalist feels, but believe me that a person who is a Kabbalist who has the feeling of the Creator and has certain degree of the revealed connection with the Creator, the same things can happen to him as well, because in order to go from one degree to the other the person has to go through all the forms of embryo, suckling and the adulthood (Ibur, Yenicka and Mochin), building the new spiritual Partzuf on every level. Nevertheless, the same things exist there that exist for us here as well, so do not think that what we are learning about you have to learn about it for now, only for the time being and then later it will not happen, but instead it will develop more and more and then you will go through this state also on the spiritual degrees in special manifestations.
S. Does the Kabbalist have some safety net?
R. There is no safety net and you do not believe in yourself until the day you die.
21. S. (54:29) Reading a short part from a Shamati article and wants to ask about it: “...What is broken is more than what is a standing, the descents are more than the ascents, and the person does not see that he would be able to reach the end of his state, and he will always remain outside of sanctity…” Does this relate to what we are talking about?
R. No, it is not the same, it does not belong here because here we are talking about the changes of the states the person goes through in what you read, in this part from the Shamati article. But there is no change in here, we are talking about the state when a person is static, and there's such a period when he cannot see that anything changes from one day to the next, he does not want any changes to happen, he doesn't feel that he has any Reshimot in him pushing him towards upper states, and he does not want anything to change, and he wants to be like all those bourgeois who live life in this world, like the bourgeois in this world.
22. S. (55:55) How can it be that the person prefers beastliness to spirituality?
R. I don't know, how come there's a state that comes down to us and this is how we exist in these states.
S. But why is the beastliness in us so strong?
R. Because what works on the person is so powerful, and this beastly life is powerful because it is the animal state. It does not require any overcoming from the person, the person does not have to wage war against his ego as it remains as it is.
23. S. (56:45) Not every ten feels itself in the state of descent, slumber, so how can we work for the benefit of the general vessel?
R. We do not learn about some special states now, there's a special state that can be in spiritually, but we simply learn about states that can be in spirituality and we try to learn about them, about each and every state everybody goes through. I cannot adapt the topic of the lesson to the internal state of each and every student, because there are a few thousand students here, so it is not possible. Instead, we try to rise above our state right now and to imagine to ourselves what Kabbalists like Rabash and Baal HaSulam want to show us, this is it. If I can adapt this to ourselves just when we try to advance now, then we can do it. If we cannot, then we do it in another way, but otherwise we cannot learn, we cannot study. When we study about various states, you can be certain that we will meet these states that do not work yet, as they're not active in us yet, but we need to imagine them somehow and portray them somehow, and this is how we learn. There is nothing else we can do. It is possible that we can learn in such a way that I measure the gap between my current state and the state we are talking about, and between myself and the group state, this is how we can use them.
24. S. (59:05) How can we go through these states in the minimal occurrence and not to get stuck in them?
R. The question is not good, don't think that you can draw up or shorten any of the state you always have to crave for connection inside the group, and to be inside the connection. There is nothing other than that and from this craving you will always find yourself in the most progressed state. You cannot determine in advance a certain state how it could be. Then it would not be a state of descent, everything is only towards a connection which we can reach and then we can crave more for it, in the center of this connection, the essence of the center of the connection is the Creator. This is how it needs to work.
25. S. (01:00:17) The state is very comfortable for the ego and there is no desire for it to change, in order to move something so a deficiency will start burning, is it correct to sometimes remind yourself of things?
R. You can't remind yourself of anything to yourself, you can come out of it but it is not a beastly state, an animal state. Explain to a horse that he has to come out of himself and rise above himself. This is how a person who is in an animal state, a state of slumber cannot do anything by himself. Also, to understand that he is in such a state oh, he cannot, only if he has a higher influence on him from the group, The lust, envy, honor, various changes that the Creator is helping him with the person is not capable of anything.
S. One should not believe himself to his passing day, we say things like this.
R. It is also not to state that we are talking about, we are talking about a stage where a person is a beast. read the two excerpts again and you will see, I don't think you have been through it as it is still before you, ahead of you. But we are working on it for the sake of the future when you discover it suddenly you are going through this existence, this automatic life and you don't want it to change as it is very difficult to come out of it even when you are deemed to discover that this is so. Meaning that they will begin to reveal to you from above that this is so, you don't want to come out of it, it is good for us to be together with this in the wisdom of Kabbalah together in this life. It doesn't change, we don't need anything, we have this world, we have a little something of the world of the spiritual world and we can live.
S. Where is that pinch and sting that we need to awaken from?
R. They awakened from above, it is not something you can do.
S. By suffering?
R. This will, then you will learn.
26. S. (01:03:10) Should the 10 or can the 10 identify that the friend has fallen?
R. Yes, we are speaking about how a 10 can see that a friend is in this slumber and that it needs to pull him into the connection with him and this is how they advance. Typically, it is hard to see that the entire 10 is in a state of slumber given from above, there are always those who jump up and those who are down, it is as in a dance. Each and every one in the 10 can enter such a frozen state to see after a while where he is and that he wants to stay in it, not caring about it. He tries and tries to somehow come out of it and he sees how the beast is pulling him back in, that it is comfortable and good. Today, tomorrow there is food, there is a bed, maybe a gathering of friends, that everything is organized and good, you don't need to move just to keep the framework.
27. S. (01:05:00) We have big dissemination efforts that are beginning to happen. It is very easy for people to disseminate, is this a good way, if a person starts being involved in dissemination, to get out of this slumber?
R. You are already discussing the remedy, the solution and one of the remedies for coming out of the state and in general is each time to be in a more advanced state is to be in connection with foreign desires. This is why dissemination is highly effective and keeps a person from falling asleep, from connecting to the animal degree, from falling from the degree of the human to the degree of the animal. A human, Adam is one who wishes to resemble the Creator in bestowing to some extent and this is why dissemination is very important. Dissemination is simply correcting your general vessel because your desire to receive, all of the souls you see before you and around you are all you. Working on dissemination awakens your new state and this is why it is so beneficial to not stay in the animate degree, thank you for asking.
28. S. (01:07:02) There is a similar state, a feeling of everything but leave, where you justify and keep yourself in that state and I hear the most important thing is the envy that can bring you out of your state. The awareness of the situation, is this the first state of coming out of it?
R. The matter of envy is very important because it can be the auxiliary force that helps one to come out of the animal degree to the degree of Adam, the human degree with a great deal of effort from the environment, from the group. Most importantly if we take upon ourselves certain actions in the group, a role to have and most importantly is dissemination outside. Outside means this is our vessel in the fact that I go out to the world and advertise to the world the various things that have to do with the correction of the world. What am I doing? I am correcting, connecting to my own vessels that are spread out there and I do this among millions and billions of people and each one of them has a piece of me and I am starting to form these connections with them. Then by forming these connections with them I begin to receive from them a certain kind of additional deficiency and those are my deficiencies. Nevertheless, in the end I have to be connected to them as they are parts of my soul. This is why when I disseminate and go out to them, I awaken them. It works directly on the correction of my vessel and so this is very important to do and certainly the awakening of these desires has to do with my soul. When they begin to be closer to me, they're waking me and pulling me out of the slumber more than anything. That's why it is written that I have learned a lot from my teachers and more from my students and my friends, specifically the new deficiencies that we are trying to awaken that end up helping us rise. The more we collect them from all around us there is the upward movement towards the Creator.
29. S. (01:10:24) Every day we take the topics we learn in the lesson and try to realize them so today we take the excerpts and read them. Where do we take the topic that we want to be in this state? How did we discuss such a topic in the 10?
R. I didn't understand
S. How do we advance towards the goal all the time to reach the state that we need to scrutinize without feeling such a state of slumber or should we?
R. What is the question?
S. What is the right scrutiny?
R. When can you discuss this slumber, when you are in a slumber?
S. Probably not, so we attempt to connect and compare it?
R. We are in a certain state, neither slumber nor and ascent, just a regular state and this is why we learn different states while we are in it, not like other states of yesterday, we are learning of states where the spiritual process will certainly have to cross, why do I have to teach you this because it's like in school that teaches us about the states that we will meet in our lifetime. What would you recommend if a person doesn't realize that he is in that state and if more than half of the 10 are in such a state and the person cannot determine that he is in such a state, what should you do?
R. My recommendation is simple. Incorporate as much as possible with the 10 and learn about it together with the 10, going through the articles of Shamati if you have the free time and also Rabash's articles from Volume Three. 33. S. (01:25:16) You said that everything has to end with a prayer. How does the 10 aim itself as quickly as possible to aim at the Creator?
R. That is very simple, speak amongst yourselves how much you wish to come to one request, one demand, one prayer and to even write down a few lines before you and make that your prayer try to think about those lines, the two or three lines throughout the day. That everyone together each one that you should have it, also the following day to do the same with these lines that you wish to express your request for connection between you such that the Creator can uphold the connection, to be revealed in the connection and through the connection in which he will be revealed, you will be able to bestow to the whole world that force of connection and they will connect until the end of correction. Try such lines to connect and turn with them towards the Creator where you are representatives of all of humanity, you are right in the middle between humanity and the Creator and this is our work.
34. S. (01:27:01) The state of slumber is something that goes through man when he goes through it is Regret how do we use this matter that many friends have gone through this pain as being very difficult. How can you advise on this?
R. We have three levels, on what level is the ego. That is the first level and the third level is their creator, the altruistic force, bestowing, love, Limitless giving and in the middle between these two levels you have the group. The group has to work as if, or if it is already to some extent, they're in the forces of love, bestowal, and connection and then each and every person that belongs to the group must, using the forces of his group, he must try to incorporate in the group to the extent that he is incorporated in the group. he is incorporated with the group's general effort in the connection with the Creator. In this way, we constantly ensure that we see the Creator as the third level, the group at the middle level, and ourselves as having one problem which is to incorporate with the group and there, we will have the connection in the center of the group with the Creator. This is what we need, and to constantly work on this, if a person does not depict those things to himself incorporating in the group, he has no connection to spirituality because spirituality is specifically found in the group alone. The Creator broke the concept of the group, the desire when we wish to approach spirituality, we can only depict it to yourself. How we are drawn to that desire and according to our desire, whether we want it or not, by this we find difficulty for connection and so we have an object by which we can turn to the Creator to make the connection. Then we come to Israel, the light and the Creator are one. We can all come to a connection. If you forget about these simple mechanics, the person, the group and the Creator, there is nothing to talk about as there is no connection with the spiritual system. You are only on the level of the corporeal world and what will you get out of it, nothing. You are then on the level of animals, the animal’s degree.
S. It seems that we are not getting the same opportunities to come out of the states to prepare ourselves as our friends who get thousands of opportunities in dissemination every day and their other friends who seemingly don't get these opportunities, how can we help this imbalance?
R. There is an opportunity for each and every one. I give many talks almost daily to the writers that you can all watch and learn from, that you can advertise and there are many articles and material that is publishable which you can disseminate all over the world. Don't do that in my name, not even in the name of Bnei Baruch. It doesn't matter how it is disseminated, just explain to the world what they are facing, what the options are, what are the good and bad possibilities. That today we can really choose the good option. That is what you all must explain to everyone otherwise we are not working in order to bestow, in order to bestow is not even in the group because the group is a unit and in order to bestow is outside of that unit. We are in the last generation and we have no choice. We have to plant all of those seeds of connection in all of humanity.
35. S. (01:33:32) Is the dissemination and activity of the 10 or is it the work of the organization?
R. Dissemination is a mandatory action for each and every one, not the 10 or the organization. It is the Mandatory action for each and every person who cares about the correction of his soul because there can't be a correction of the soul unless you are connected to all of the broken souls together. Where can you appear, where can you work and express your connection with the correction of the world for the benefit of the Creator, only in dissemination. Therefore, you have to take all the material we are speaking about that is suitable for dissemination and you have to connect and communicate and consult with the experts in dissemination and try to disseminate every day in different ways, the internet presents many opportunities. do not be overwhelmed if people don't want to read or that they write something to you as a comment and return, it doesn't matter. Children don't realize where they are and after a day they suffer a blow, they cry, and then they do the same. Look at them in a way just like you look at little children, it doesn't matter what they do, but that we have to continue educating them.
36. S. (01:35:47) You told us before that we don't have to read too much and you said about Rabash, how he read one sentence of the Psalms, better to read correctly and not a lot. Can you explain more of this?
R. No, you need to try and see, one or two sentences is enough for you to try and see.
37. S. (01:36:28) Why are we speaking about the corporeal falling asleep, what connects between corporeality and spirituality?
R. We are speaking about spiritual coma, meaning that a person falls asleep he has no changes with regards to spirituality, but he doesn't wake up and he doesn't change his desires, his states. This is what we call a spiritual slumber.
S. How is this expressed in corporeality?
R. In spirituality also we don't want anything, we go to the lesson, we go home, we go to work, we go to family just like anyone except there are people who are like everyone else with just work, home, football and sleep and for me I also have the Kabbalah lesson. Besides that, nothing changes, there are just some additions, but am I changing my life by this to be aimed at the purpose of creation, and by disseminating the purpose of creation and that it has to be clear and clear to everyone in our generation? S. Most are with their family so we don't meet on Zoom during the day only in the evening, as you said before it's not a matter of reading something it's just the incorporation with the friends, this is what we get from each other and I guess that it doesn't really happen on Shabbat as people want to be with their family, so how do we overcome this?
R. I don't know how to overcome that or if there is truly a problem in a family, that the person needs to be with the family, this is how we are built. One mustn't disregard the family but still, for an hour and half during the day to still be away from the family to be with the friends and discuss once a week the general state of the group. The situation in the world, I think, is important too. You adults discuss it amongst yourselves.
39. S. (01:42:12) If 4 six days I think of a program I am doing on dissemination but I only do this once a week is this considered daily dissemination?
R. I don't think this is sufficient, why do you need to prepare so much, 6 days a week for only one day a week to publish something? This is not done anywhere like that, it looks like you need some direction or guidance as that is not a correct or healthy way. I have worked on TV and in different productions across the world. Maybe you don't have any other choice and that maybe you should try to do something together with others, look into it.
40. S. (01:43:33) Why is this system built in a way that we are so busy in corporeality?
R. We are in this world?
S. Both
R. Of course the world is busier with corporeality because our will to receive keeps rising and increasing the records from the shattering keep awakening and what are they engaged in but fulfilling themselves. They're for humanity being engaged in all of these records in order to fulfill them as much as possible, this is how humanity develops. Now we have come to a point where in the last 100 years we have exhausted a lot of new records and built a new world. With technology and education look what has happened, international trade and commerce see, this is what we have been doing in the last 100 Years. Now in a new time which is coming in which we need to recognize the evil, meaning all of those records that we have tried to fulfill egotistically, now we need to see how it doesn't help us to achieve a good happy peaceful life. We have already gone into a generation which we will see and especially you'll see it in the younger generation of how much they disregard this kind of development, not just the younger generation but that people are growing despaired and this the things that they have achieved because they don't fulfill us, they are deceiving us as we produce things because we think they will bring us fulfillment. But if they do not, we are in a state where there is nothing more to develop besides weapons, a direct form of our ego. Now we are already in a state where we have to learn how humanity will either recognize or won't recognize what it is facing, which is that if we approach our connection, there is no other choice. Otherwise, we are going into such friction, conflict that can lead to World Wars and so on. This is what we are facing and we see that it can happen in this way or in that way and this decision point is where we are at. This is why the action of dissemination for us is most important where all of our study and all of our work in direction towards the creator has to pass into humanity as Baal HaSulam writes about this. I think that we have to set up some new material for this as I hope you are hearing this for the preparation team to organize this for us so we will see how specifically our dissemination, our entrance to the broad world will also be useful and beneficial for our general correction.
41. S. (01:47:57) In the beginning of the lesson you were speaking about the 10 or the group that they are influencing the world more than the Kabbalist. What is that he sea of emotions that affects the world?
R. I didn't mean an ocean of emotions, I meant the 10 is similar to the Creator because the Creator created the 10 and from that 10, we can bestow to him. Even the greatest Kabbalist, if he doesn't have a connection with the 10 then he can't bestow to the Creator even a little to the 10. S. We feel in the connection between us that we enjoy the work to that degree?
R. If we try to connect between us then between that connection, we feel him.
S. In the connection between us he is the Keter, the thought of creation?
R. This is our source and from there all of the influence from above come to us.
S. What you said about us if I stay in the world through the Keter, that influences the whole world?
R. It is not that through the Keter, the 10th at the Creator created the desire that He created and shattered into 10 pieces and then each part into another 10 pieces and another 10 pieces, this is a whole of humanity. If we want to connect to the Creator, we have to rearrange and reconnect all of those broken pieces together. R. We have to rise above our ego and their above our ego to try to connect between us, so we have the power to overcome an our ego and this is called the restriction and then the force of connection between us which follows the degree of bestowing where we already work with our coarseness and in those two actions transcending the ego and connecting between us, by that we realize everything that needs to be and by that we corrected shattering or the sin of the tree of knowledge.
43. S. (01:57:07) When we engage in dissemination it is easy to explain what is going to happen with the ego if it keeps separating between us. We need to explain what connection is as when you come closer in all kinds of forms, what is the connection, how can you explain it to a simple person?
R. If each one tries to help the other to connect with the others, that is called that we are connecting and this is called one shall help his friend. R. It is the same thing, why are you separating between you and the world? Just know that those people, those desires see, those souls this is the best way to say it, those souls that you are not taking into consideration that are supposedly distant from you, but they are the most important parts of your soul. The corrections begin from easy to difficult, that what you feel now, you're internality, that it is you, just know that the real you are in all kinds of people that are very distant from you and those billions of Chinese and those from India and many others, this is where the most important parts of your soul are.
S. Baal HaSulam knew there was going to be a second world war. He didn't have an organization to disseminate and now we do so what should we write about now as we are speaking about that we warned you about another pandemic, everyone is saying that there's going to be more waves. So, it turns out that we don't have anything unique to say.
R. We have a method of understanding where everything is coming from, that the world is round and it must reach connection. We need to explain this in small portions to all of humanity, what the reason is that we are developing in such a way. This is why humanity is developing in such a way that the ego is in the center of the world determining all of our actions and we need to explain in all of these little forms, these little portions, what the world is doing and by what it is being activated. Each one has some kind of entrance to some kind of system and we can't turn to the big system as they won't take us, but through the little systems we can do things and the rest will be done by the Creator, but you need to put that exertion in.
S. With regards to relating to people like children in small doses see, it feels like we learned so much deep wisdom from you that we can't explain it in simple language to people, but we give them something broad that people don't necessarily want to read about can you manage to speak about it in some ways but from our understanding we are confused.
R. You understand that I am already in the wisdom of Kabbalah since 1975 and I have been studying more or less since then. When I got to Rabash, it was a long time, a lot of effort and work. Whoever is in this for a few years and in the wisdom of Kabbalah,10 or 20 years is still not the time frame so this is why you have to keep trying and everyone has to keep trying. Not because by this you are doing anybody a favor, but the by this you are connecting with the one who is reading and getting a connection not mattering if it's positive or negative but if he's getting an impression from what you are presenting to him, by that you are already connecting to the part of your soul. Because each and every desire that is in each and every one is a part of your soul. Eventually we are all in this system of Adam and by that we are causing corrections and especially in this time it is by dissemination.
45. S. (02:09:33) What is the advantage or the benefit for creation from me being born? The creation is a problem for everyone so what is the purpose of this?
R. First of all, there are clear answers about this. You have to read in Baal HaSulam in the introductions and briefly the Creator created a created being in order to benefit him, to do good to Him. We say that there is an upper force and that the upper force has a desire to do good and in order to do good. To realize that desire he has to create an opposite desire that wants to receive that good. To receive that the good desire can't just be a desire to receive as this is limited, it needs to receive the benefit by also knowing the giver of the good, the Creator. This is why the will to receive has to be in the will to receive but have the quality of the Creator in order to bestow. This is why the Creator is developing the created being, the desire to be like the Creator who wants to give and that he wants to bestow just as the Creator wants to bestow. We have these two things one that is the desire to bestow, the Creator and, the created being that develops to the extent that it wants to bestow and they reach estate that they both want to bestow to one another oh, one can bestow from giving in the other ones to bestow from receiving and then it turns out that the Creator and a created being can complete each other this is called the end of correction.
S. Whether it is to be born or not to be born it would be better not to be borne what does that mean?
R. You can bring 1000 sentences and they will all have question marks and be a philosopher. I am not going to discuss them now as it is a completely different topic as discussed in the Talmud as it was discussed whether it is better to be born or not, but it is said after that the wise ones discussed it and obviously it was better not to be born, meaning not to discover the desire to receive, meaning the beginning of the created being. If he was born then make corrections upon it. Use its deeds, this is what the Kabbalists say as the content of the sentence.
46. S. (92:14:51) What does it mean to include oneself in the group?
R. R. The light does not finish establishing itself if it does not go through four phases or 10 degrees. This is what we learned from the Wisdom of Kabbalah and we will learn about it more soon. Today because it's a day off we didn't study TES and we hope from tomorrow that we will start studying it seriously at least one hour every morning.

49. S. (02 19:38) To go back to what we started the lesson with, if a person has an accident and has no desire for spirituality and then there's an awakening of the common prayer in the 10. Where does he have the strength for this?
R. He needs to be concerned that at least all other corporeal beastly forms like studying. R. I don't know where learning from all of the teachers and all of the generations. Whatever they wrote nobody knew what they were writing for, what they printed, who they were going to disseminate to, nobody wanted it. I When I got to the Rabash after a few months, a mother of one of the veteran friends died so he bought a lot of sets of the Zohar and gave them to everybody to spread them around in memory of his mother in all kinds of places and he asked me as I lived in Rehovot back then, I took five or six big sets with each set having 20 volumes and I brought them to Rehoboth to give them free to anyone. Where should I bring it to give it to, nobody wanted it, the Zohar with the interpretation of the 125 degrees of the ladder, nobody wanted to take it. Finally, I carried it around and had some elders there who wanted it. Eventually a day will come and you will see that also now, what the Zohar says, I bet here or there but eventually a time will come when people see what it is speaking about as if we don't know how to read this. We must spread this in the world. It is included in everybody. It doesn't matter if they want it or not, it is there as this is how it works it goes out into the air of the world.
