R. I cannot share upon that, I cannot argue upon that.

S. So is this something that exists in the population today?

R. It could be, but that we don't see them according to nature he says, according to nature. So it says that according to Nature there are these 10%, who don't feel this egoistic urge to succeed and to control others.

2. S. (11:01) I went through this. For real Baal HaSulam said that the Communist Regime is far worse than the Kabbalist government. S. But we see that’s not happening, so we are going to deteriorate from day to day?

R. That it hasn’t happened, it hasn’t happened. That it will not happen I cannot say that.

S. In the future, but what are we going to do now? Let it get worse day by day?

R. We will get worse, yes we will decline.

S. There needs to be but we what see everything is upside down again hate people slander everything is backwards nothing is advancing, all in the opposite direction.

R. It says the advantages of light from the darkness?

S. So you are saying we will see light out of the darkness? That is what you’re saying?

R. Yes.

S. Just like that?

R. Yes. 

S. What can I tell you? You despaired me even more.

R. But, the darkness is greater. It’s more understood, more felt, more within attainment. And, according to the signs I see that we are coming closer.

S. So you see something good will happen soon?

R. Yes.

S. God willing. I’ll go with you.

3. S. (18:07) With your permission I will continue the friend. True things don't look that good on the face of it, however something is motivating us which is Israel that can awaken the Creator to help us. We can't anticipate all of the moves that he is going to make to help us if we do not wake up. It is true that on the face of it things look bleak, and my sorrow is that we will not be able to see the world vessel with us in the Congress and the current state of affairs. This is one of the things the Creators doing to awaken us is a great sorrow. I think everyone is feeling it and if it is not expressed and on the other hand you said something that speaks it only adds to us, to me to the Ten. The fact that new friends are coming are new souls, new degrees. I guess we haven't reached the completion of the vessel, and we have to in spite of it they truly make it here and if we cry sit here and cry they will not make it here. If we complain they won't come here, if we want to see everything in our vessels of reception it is it likely will not attract them. So what do I offer despite my own powers? I used to think that will bring the change but by that we are not worthy of it, but we will make efforts because we will try.

R. We will do what we can.

S. What I wanted to add is that there is this tremendous deficiency when we come here to meet the friends because the Creator shows us moments of joy and love that we are together to look at those things. That is what we have for the time being. Thank you Teacher for your guidance, thank you to all the friends who are around the world. We feel their support, their spirit, certainly our deficiency and theirs is bigger.

R. Yes.
