1. Rav’s Introduction: We are in a special kind of state called this world and as we were created and born this is how we operate, we have been developing within this one force that guides us which is the egoistical force, the force of our ego, Every person thinks that this is what he wants, this is what he does because this force is operating us, we think that it is us. By developing from one generation to the next we begin to further realize that our egoistic force closes us in some egoistic bubble and in order to see something beyond it, we have to come out of it, we have to come out of this bubble. We discover ourselves as very limited in our perception of reality, in our universe, in our capacity and abilities until we come to recognize our inability even in organizing and conducting ourselves in this world. This is how we come to what we call recognition of evil. The evil of our nature and to the extent that we come to this recognition of evil, then we have the ability to rise above that and achieve good. It is not that we understand and want to achieve this state and form of goodness but nature has arranged it in such a way that it pushes us through the ego which develops to gradually recognize how bad, limiting and destructive it is and this way we ultimately harm ourselves.

Humanity today is gradually discovering this every day that we can't get out of this. Everyone starts recognizing this and becoming more despaired from our human development, from this natural development of ours and here we need to see how the wisdom of Kabbalah gives each of us and all of us together a very clear solution. That it is possible to transcend our nature which is deliberately designed in order to receive, egotistically that is. We can build ourselves with awareness and understanding, consciousness so that we can become independent. Not like we have received our egoistic nature that in this involuntary way, the secondary nature, the upper nature is something we must install on our own and exist in the opposite nature of what we call altruistic nature and we can exist in this above our egoistic nature. So our ego doesn't disappear it remains and even grows further and that pushes us to build the force of how we measure everything according to our desire to receive the foundation of the substance of creation is called so we need to build this second level of our existence which is the faith above reason bestowal the altruistic forces to a greater extent.

One on top of the other is how we grow that force of love, the force of bestowal and connection so our path of development is what we call the path of faith above reason which means that what we develop is called the force of bestowal, the force of faith, the degree Bina. Where we are now, how we measure everything according to our desire to receive the foundation of the substance of creation is called so we need to build this second level of our existence which is the faith above reason. In this work we have to enter with our desire, against our desire out of learning from the wisdom of Kabbalah that this is the path and there is no other path. Ultimately it leaves us and all of humanity to a point where we have to build this force of bestowal above the force of reception. By building this force bestowal we will also receive correspondingly an increase of the force of reception so that we can build an even greater force for bestowal. One on top of the other you will grow with these two forces, this is called faith above reason, the force of bestowal above the force of reception, this is how they grow increasingly.

The total level of these forces grows from one degree to the next and that work needs to be done until the final correction and after that, we will discuss what happens after that but this is what we are facing. One must not forget this process that we are going through and this increase of the ego that happens again and again, the tiredness, the despair, the irritation, anger and disagreement all kinds of responses of the desire to receive is all essentially forces, that the upper force, none else besides him, activates within us in order to necessitate us to see that we have no choice but to always get closer to him, to the force of bestowal and connection. Even though at first we really don't want that as we see it as something that is how can we just escape this, but life is designed in such a way that we can't escape. If we don't do it in this life cycle then in the next, if not right now, it will be a few months or years from now. But each and every one of us who has this piece of the broken Reshimot from Adam HaRishon we need to correct this Reshimot and join all the other vessels that go through the correction to come to the final correction. There is a lot to discuss and more to add as this is our entire life, this topic is the most important topic. In general, all the rest we have been learning so far are components, elements of this more general topic advancing by overcoming.

The overcoming essentially needs to be easy, this is the main thing if we feel that there is truly great clash and resistance. It indicates we haven't arranged ourselves correctly to rise in faith above reason, above the force of separation, to rise from hate to love. We have to prepare ourselves in the 10 in such a way that we will attract our hearts towards each other, everyone together and towards the Creator. Then we will begin to feel that all those forces of separation, hatred, resistance and disregard that increase between us are all in order for us to rise above all of that and increase the power of connection towards love, towards mutual bestowal, connection. This is the work, there are many aspects here that are hard to express in words but there is none as wise as the experienced. We will go through all of these things and we will also learn through reading the excerpts that are prepared for us and we will discuss this between us. This is the topic, it is what all of the articles and materials that we are studying in TES and from Shamati and from Rabash, all the writings of the Kabbalists all revolve around this, to overcome this separation, love above hate, connection above this connection, that is it, there is no more. It is a Klipa or Kedusha. This is how we need to see these states.

The more that we run into a state that is in between, kind of grey neither of this or that, though faster we have to get out of it to either be in Klipa or Kedusha, but to be in between is not good, that is unproductive. The Klipa, meaning in order to receive, pushes us forward, it is a help mate against the sanctity, against bestowal and connection. The worst possible thing is to be in between, neither here nor there, it is written that the fool sits in his own lap and eats his own flesh. Meaning he doesn't do this or that, that he doesn't know what to do. So for this spiritual state we are given this corporeal world, this is the reason for the corporeal world so that we don't get stuck between the degrees, so that we build all sorts of means by which we can then, when we don't belong to Klipa or Kedusha, that the corporeal means can help us move through our state. This is by arranging the states between us, mutual activities that we do, by which we nevertheless, one helps his friends and then we can move from these points where we get stuck between the Klipa and Kedusha, from in order to receive in order to bestow, from reason and faith above reason. This is the most important material, it focuses inside of it everything we have studied so I don't mind delving into this and staying in it until we feel and see, knowing this material in various directions help us to move toward adhesion between us and with the Creator.

2. S. (15:18) What is the difference between being a Kedusha and Klipa and the middle line?

R. Don't think it is the middle of line that is a totally different thing. Let's say between Kedusha and Klipa, the shell is when I think about doing good to myself, in a very general and primitive way. Holding this means that from that form wherever I was thinking about myself, for whatever reason I will talk about later, I now raise myself to a state where I think about only the benefit of the Creator and I try to envision that I love him and then what would I do for him. This is also why we were given corporeal love in this world so that we can learn from it, how we can somehow transition that to the Creator. This is already called faith above reason or sanctity and in between there is a state where there is Kedusha or Klipa, it is not exactly that there is nothing there, but rather the shell and the sanctity are fighting there. A person feels that he is moving one way or another, being thrown from this to that, in constant doubt, in sort of a Vortex, a state we will clarify more. I think we need to also ask from the group who is collecting the quotes for us to find material about both Klipa and sanctity and the states that are in between.

3. S. (17:57) I heard that you said overcoming needs to be easy. What are the conditions that can make this work easy, or for it to be difficult?

R. Our work is that we think that doing actions of bestowal is difficult. Let's say there is an enemy in front of you, you can sit with children when we tell them to stop fighting between you, hold each other's hands or hug each other. Give a kiss to each other, you can see how hard it is for children, that they don't want to do this, they just can't. The adults can kind of do it because they already know how to lie, but kids don't know how to lie yet. They tried to run away from that. Here we have to understand what we need to do. Can you repeat the question?

S. I don't feel the work is as easy as you do and you are saying overcoming should be a state of making the work easy so I would like you to explain this concept, as I don't see this as easy work into this second nature of overcoming my nature. I have many things to overcome and there are many cages that I am constantly in bondage under and I get confused and don't see it as easy work.

R. Let's say that there is a person in front of you that you don't like, that you hate, but you don't like his expression and how he looks and speaks, or sits so that you just don't like him at all in any way. Now what can you do? I remember myself when I became a grandfather and I saw my grandson and I felt that I loved him and I wanted to play with him and hold him in my hands, do something for him, to make him feel pleasant and good where I didn't have that emotion before. It's not a matter of doing something forcefully, this is not how to overcome, I can't force myself to love someone as that is not happening. I have to find such changes in me that I will love some things in the other and then when I love the other it will be easy for me as I will be happy to do things for him. Both the bad inclination and the good inclination will help me in loving the Creator and it is not that I do it forcefully as I can't reach bestowal to the Creator if I don't want it internally, that's not how you overcome. Overcoming is that I used to be indifferent or resistant and I did all kinds of actions that are as a result of actions, that I agree to do something and I see that I even recognize some forms of greatness in the other, that I am willing to do something for him to a point that I am willing to completely devote myself to him. This is gradual work that is happening but I can't love someone if I hate someone. You can't have this love and hate together. We learn how we gradually come to recognize the greatness of the Creator, that we depend on the Creator and that we should come closer to Him, that He is doing everything to our benefit and even though I still speak about it through my ego at first, as I begin to get closer to Him even egotistically, I receive the light that reforms more and more and then I change. This influence on me changes my foundation, this is what we call letting the light do the work. We don't understand how it happens but this is how we advance. We will talk about it that was a good question, we can repeat it in a few different ways to clarify it.

4. S. (24:59) You emphasize how important this state is between stages, between the shell and sanctity. How do you make that leap without skipping the degrees?

R. We will do it. Don't worry, it's not that we can skip over the degrees like that. It's all by way of cause and consequence, gradually. It is the laws of nature, and just like between plus and minus which built this entire world, the spiritual world also is built from plus and minus, and we can't skip any degree here. We have to connect the plus and minus together in the middle line, connecting the ego, which is the left, and attract the force of bestowal, the light, as the right, and build from both of them. We advance through the middle line to our complete correction. We will learn that we cannot jump around from here to there however we would like. We are in a system that forces us to do everything we do.

5. S. (26:44) I want very much to tear the barrier and enter the end of correction, but that is my egoism. Where do I take the force to delete myself from this picture and to ask for my entire ten to enter the correction?

R. We need to advance according to our lessons, day by day, to repeat the quotes that we learned during the lesson and invest in that more and more. I don't see any other way. I think that we are close to the Goal. You get strength only from the connection between us. I feel the whole world Kli and I receive great inspiration from all of them. I can't imagine I can advance on my own. There were times, months, maybe years or a few years after Rabash died until the group formed in Bnei Brak from new students that came, that it was very hard for me on my own. During that time I wrote many books and as much as possible, I was disseminating. When the group was formed we moved to Petach Tikva and I evolved further along with them. Without students, without a ten, it is impossible to advance. It says from all of my students I have learned. It is speaking about great Kabbalists but where does he absorb the strength to advance? It's only from the students. Just like Rabbi Yosef ben Kisma, it is impossible alone. You must be in the group and with the group to advance.

6. S. (30:11) The plan of creation is to delight the creatures but they don't want to receive this. How do we resolve this contradiction?

R. By the light that reforms. We engage in something and gradually the upper force influences us and ties us to the path and to the Goal. We agree to be in a group and when we look from one ten to another ten, envy, lust, and honor from within the ten and in between the tens, we see, especially in new students but also in veteran students, how great of a leap they are making in a year or two. What used to take ten or fifteen years, now happens within one or two years. We just have to keep advancing but again I am saying advancing means to be more emotionally connected between us, to find the Creator that is common to all of us and to advance towards Him.

7. S. (32:21) If so, the work of the Kabbalist, or the student is opposite the purpose of creation or against the purpose of creation?

R. Why is it opposite or against, there is the Creator in front of me.

S. Because the purpose of creation is to delete purpose to the creature in the creature that doesn't want to receive this pleasure?

R. This is done deliberately with a created being not wanting to receive pleasure that comes from bestowal as a created being is built to receive pleasure from reception, like a baby to receive directly, built specifically to allow the created being to build himself in the force bestowal like the Creator. Then in such a way this baby, this human fills himself as a grown up in the form of the Creator, otherwise he will grow like an animal to keep advancing the way he was born and in that he will gain no independent sensation. He won't know what he is built from. When he is in a state of knowing his ego and being in his ego, now he wants to build himself in the opposite form, how will he build himself in this opposite form? By hating the Creator, feeling himself as opposite to the Creator, wanting to receive from the Creator and now he built himself through the 10 to become similar to the Creator, to give and bestow to the Creator and connect with the friends to bestow, to the Creator. He builds himself from the opposite form and then he is in a process of building the 10, building the world, as if the Creator says I destroyed the world because the Creator shattered the system of Adam and you will build the world. This is what he let us do and from here we begin to understand all of the components in reality, how they are built, how they operate. This is like you are given some machine that you don't know what it is. You try to put it together to build it until it becomes this special kind of reality, this is what we need to do. It's like you are in front of the piano and you start tinkering, and trying to hear what happens when you press one of the keys until you understand the order of the musical notes and you can put together a composition. Meaning you can then express what you want but in an external vessel. Then it turns out that you have a desire to receive, an egoistic desire, and the upper light and by this unique connection between the desire to receive and the light we can build a special kind of creation and this is called the world and the man, and by that would become similar to the Creator. Even more than that he says my sons have defeated me that I have made something from the world and I shattered it. They are building and doing everything wonderfully.

8. S. (37:13) In the past there were forces, you knew what to do, but now when the Creator takes these forces and makes a rag out of you, where does this new confidence need to be coming from or expressed from especially in the 10. It is clear the friends accept you in every state but there's also family, friends, and work. In these places you have to be strong and confident in yourself, many minutes go by and you have no feeling where do you get this strength and confidence from?

R. We have to clearly divide our reality into the spiritual world and this world. In this world we operate just like everyone else in a simple direct egoistic way in my workplace, my family, and normal human beings and spirituality is spirituality. So this is first, what was the question?

S. There are states where there are no forces.

R. If there are no forces at all this means you have to awaken yourself in the 10 and certainly in the 10 if a person is in the 10, there are some times when he doesn't want to look at the friends. He just connects and also our ego disconnects itself automatically from the 10, I don't feel that I'm inside the 10, I is I. I remember there is a 10 next to me on the side and therefore we have to use these duties between us that we have each time someone else is responsible for these states of reminding the members of the 10, that we are together and that we are all concerned about each other. He started from something that is interesting for me to discuss, but I can't remember, please repeat again.

S. In the beginning I said we have this confidence that I don't know what to do,

R. He said that he first had confidence that he knew how to do things in life and now after studying for a while his confidence disappears and he no longer knows how to deal with life. This is done on purpose. It's not a result of studying Kabbalah, it's a result of how the Creator treats you so even more he wants you to be dependent on him. Meaning to go with two forces, the force of reason in this world, that what you have in your life and you have to have in a healthy ordinary way, the way that life works. Along with that you have to go with the force of faith which relates to spirituality as there is no other choice, you have to divide your attitude to the corporeal and the spiritual life, make it two distinct pieces and try to be calm in your corporeal life So as to not shift your attention and frustration that you feel in your spiritual life there. And so this is a work that we have to do and if a person knows how to arrange these things correctly he advances very fast. We need to understand that the corporeal life was given for us to have something to eat or something else, it is an inseparable addition to spirituality that we have to evolve in a corporeal way just as we have to revolve in a spiritual way. Ultimately we have to bring the two worlds together and you will see that they come together, in a way. Rabash used to work as a builder, a construction builder first in metal and then in cement he worked as a cobbler and then as a clerk.

Meaning whatever work was available because back then there wasn't so much to choose from and a person had to work. A person needs the job to sustain a family, to be married and try to give everything its place. He understands it specifically to balance all aspects of life. Either way it takes years because you are existing in the lowest world and by that you gradually build a ladder to raise up all the way to the top of creation, you’re building it and as you are doing you already climb a few rungs, it's like a baby. A baby already exists and he doesn't understand what for me does exist until he grows up and starts to understand.

11. S. (43:58) What common vessel is the most important to us to build in the 10 so we can reach the Creator and to overcome all the obstacles He sends us?

R. I don't know what kind of common, that's all we need, we need to build mutual systems between us, connection between us to be truly connected so the 10 is as one and then we will turn to the Creator from that one and certainly he will hear and answer.

12. S. (44:53) You said that our close degree, our next degree is a deeper, emotional connection between us to the point we feel the Creator, what is this emotional connection?

R. That is the way you start to feel your friends are very close to you, very precious to you. That you feel them close, I don't know another way to say it that each can interpret it as much as possible. But that this is on the way to come in closer to the Creator.

13. S. (45:51) We have to correct a piece of Reshimot. Is there a difference between the personal Reshimot and the 10’s?

R. There are differences, we don't get into this so much right now as we will learn this later. Actually the Reshimot of each and every one is included inside the Reshimot of the 10 and eventually we correct the Reshimot in the 10 and by that way come to correction. We don't need to be concerned that each has been correcting his own Reshimot, only in the incorporation, that integration in the 10 and from the 10 to the Creator. Otherwise we won't build a vessel of bestowal.

14. S. (47:23) What is the connection between love and equivalence of form? In this world we say we love someone as our family or our friends as we have a lot in common with them.

R. Love is the greatest measure of connection there can possibly be between two opposite things, to the extent we grow we each grow in his ego and we need to do corrections upon the ego in order to be accordingly also closer towards one another. It turns out that inside me, within me I become more egotistical as if I distance myself from everyone. With this I need to build myself closer to everyone where all of my coarseness inverts into refinement, Zakut. It turns out if I'm very crude egoist inside and this is how each and every Kabbalist is, anyone who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater, but on the outside I do a restriction, screen reflected light, the forces of my connection with everyone in such a way that I reach love so from within, the light of hatred burns and from without the light of love. This is called from the coarseness, restriction, screen and reflected light and adhesion. This is how it is from the inside out and a person can fill the gap between all of these things and from that he will have attainment to the depth of creation with the matter of Creation, the Creator who created this process, this system from within outwards and from him outside inwards.

15. S. (50:10) Is there another way to overcome other than requesting?

R. Only the request of a person through the 10 to unite to the Creator, to come closer to the Creator to equalize his form to the Creator in bestowal and love which is expressed in more internal connection between us, this is the only thing that can help us for correction and to reach the end of correction.

16. S. (51:09) Can you please tell me when or how I hate the Creator because maybe I do it and I'm not aware?

R. Hatred towards the Creator is still very far from us. That is, in accordance with being in very high degrees that can take place, such big Klipot that awakens in a person. We are not yet to such degrees where we will have hatred towards the Creator. No, that is still far, don't worry you will be given the feeling to hate the Creator you will receive it from him this feeling of hating but it will be given with the ability to overcome the hatred, to ask in place of it for the love.

17. S. (52:18) Yesterday we agreed to dedicate time to the importance of the lesson, the attendance during the lesson and as it seems to me it is hard to talk about the lesson, it is easier to talk about some connection and how we unite rather than how we come to the lesson. Maybe if you would speak for a minute or two of the importance of coming to the lesson it would help us so we can cut this clip and show it in the beginning of each meeting and then discuss the importance of the lessons specifically and not something else. R. Anyone who wants to reach the goal, meaning to correct his soul, to come to the revelation of the Creator and not to die like he was born in the form of a truly animalistic living body only, he has no choice but to come to the daily lesson and to advance together with us in our general group. This is a very strong group including all of humanity within it and the Creator takes care of us in a very special way that he cares for us. Let's use and take advantage of this opportunity as anyone who doesn't come to the morning lesson every day shouldn't come with complaints to anyone except towards himself. A person simply needs to erase from his daily schedule all of the things that are not necessary other than work, sleep, food and in a necessary manner caring for the people of his family. This is it, there is nothing else but that and all of the rest of the things he should delete and see how much time he has, that is one thing. The second thing I saw was people who were very used to sleeping during these times of the lesson and later I saw that they can nevertheless, they get used to it and nothing happens to them. Let's say that for 41 years almost forty-two years I wake up almost around midnight and this is when my day starts and throughout these years I worked as a laborer, an engineer. There's a person who works in a company, a clinic owner, there are many jobs where you can arrange your day. In those two and a half hours we have a lesson that a person will be there during the lesson. This is something that he should not give up.

18. S. (56:46) Is a material obstacle of the friends that means to advance the whole 10 or just a friend?

R. There is no such thing that each and every one falls or rises personally, it influences him and influences everyone, not to the same degree of course but of course it does. We are very connected. In spirituality the relation between the individual and the general is more sensitive to this influence, than in corporeality.

S. How to awaken love towards the friends, what should be done in the stages?

R. Gifts. That is it.

S. What is the place of game or play in overcoming? How does this influence the friends and how does the response of the friends influence me?

R. First of all you need to constantly start playing with yourself, if you feel bad play as if it is good, play as if you understand and you get everything, start by trying to do that first of all. Don't agree with the bad states and all kinds of ways but rather to the contrary, resist them.

19. S. (58:38) It feels like today that you are pouring light honestly, that every word is depicting goodness and meets with the longing and great yearning. How do we take this and convey this to the 10 in a healthy way and through that to the world?

R. Try through the world to rewrite something in a very light and short way, with the 10. I would like to hear the lesson once again and to try to absorb it better. Try to increase and intensify the deeds that disclose love, the intention and attitude towards one another because by this we actually surround my vessel. I don't need to be ashamed that I approach friends and show them how important they are to me because what am I here for? In order to build my soul so it is clear that there is no point in being ashamed or shy here, we need to carry out actions and express ourselves as willing to do this.

S. What turns this action into a remedy for us?

R. When I turn to the friends and through them to the Creator. I expect that from the Creator through the society to bestow upon me so I will connect even more to the friends and even more to the Creator. There is a closed circuit here and there is no more than that, Israel, the light and the Creator are one and I am constantly in that. I try not to go out of that circle.

20. S. (01:01:17) When I talk about hardship, the friends in our 10 who have problems that they can't overcome in terms of just physical internet connection, the 10 suffers from their inability, they're disconnecting we don't know what to do because there is really this physical problem that we can't overcome and we want to do something as we want this to be solved and we don't care how. We want the friends to not cool off in the 10 so we have this problem but we don't know how to solve it.

R. Try to write about this to our friends here so we can get a clear report of what the difficulty is with everyone being connected to the good connection so that we will discuss it. I want to know about this so please write about it. We will try, first of all let us know what the situation is, what the reason for it is and how we could possibly correct it and we will think of what to do.

21. S. (01:03:05) We have a very great friend in the 10 but now he is in a state where he used to wake up and come to the lesson every day and now the situation where he can't wake up and we try to help him. Maybe you can give us some advice?

R. I don't know, try to awaken him, you don't gather physically you gather through the internet so try to awaken him nevertheless more, to talk with his family, with his wife or parents so that they will help him to wake up. Try to talk to him in the middle of the day about what you can do for him to wake up at night, try to call him in the evening so that he will go to sleep earlier and more and more. He needs to feel that he is under your care.

22. S. (01:04:30) You said in the beginning that overcoming should be easy, that if there is a big clash or hardship it means we haven't properly arranged something between us so what is this point of hardship that we need to overcome, what is this difficulty?

R. This point of difficulty of hardship is either a lack of connection or a lack of mutual bestowal even though there is connection but it is not sufficient enough for us to convince between ourselves the point of difficulty in connection. Sometimes we need to do some action together, physically together, that is it. We need to constantly care for this and to be concerned with it, maybe you will leave the lesson and forget about this. Try to be connected around this all the time as it is very important. Even when I was working in different places I would try to constantly think what I can do for the 10 in relation to the 10 and it all depends upon you.

23. S. (01:06:33) Many times we awaken each other to bring up ideas of what to do. We kind of want to go forward but we find that we are not in favor of that. How do we involve all of the friends in this?

R. I don't know what to do, try to maybe summarize, maybe during the day you are loading upon yourselves all kinds of actions and people don't have the strength or the time to wake up at night and to be in the lesson together, I don't know. Let's say that I am in the group and I can see how they do it, that they do this twice a day for half an hour and no more. I hear from all kinds of places that from here several times a day that it is really hard. I don't think that it is good. I think you need to give everything a time and place.

S. Besides the twice a day there's no connection.

R. No, there's no other connection if there is it by chance, it is not a regular thing. It could be that you are pressuring all of the friends too much all day throughout the day that they feel they're full and they don't have a need to wake up at night. Even though at night when we wake up it is according to time according to the way the Kabbalists defined for us that everyone awakens with a completely different intensity and power. I know many women also who wake up at night and are here with us and all together a bunch of people are not necessarily in our group but also participate in the lessons with us, it is thousands and I think that it really adds to each and every person that participates.

S. What is the importance? Is it better that everyone will participate in doing things less intensive, is it more important to get everyone doing something?

R. If you remove several of the meetings throughout the day other than let's say the two that are a must, those that are a half hour or 45 minutes, but that the morning lesson is a must and it needs to be a habit. When I am not in the morning lesson and I have no one to appear before and no one to learn with as I myself wake up and study during those hours, on my own because this is the time for the morning lesson and the wisdom of Kabbalah.

S. This habit you are talking about, it is true that those who want to do it daily if he comes but people that sometimes don't come, this also becomes a habit, how do we work to help change this?

R. I don't know if that's a question there's no solution for.

24. S. (01:11:09) A person resists disturbances and is afraid of them, but when I look back I see thanks to the disturbance that I grew, but recently the disturbances are such that there is this laziness and sleepiness and it is tough, how do you advise to overcome that?

R. The importance of the goal, that is what I hear, I don't hear laziness, lack of sleep, the importance of the goal is what we need constantly to intensify and awaken and this is where the problem is.

S. If it's possible to add more, you spoke about dividing life into corporeality and Kabbalah. How do you understand how to connect to these things?

R. I didn't understand what you were saying.

S. I always have this division of time for Kabbalah and time for a corporeality as there is a clear boundary but now I understand that there is still some overlap and how to build this harmoniously both corporal and spiritual life and connect correctly?

R. How can I merge or combine corporal and spiritual life together is very simple. I need as much as possible to put in spiritual powers, forces and to all of my corporeal life. It doesn't matter what I do as long as I aim and intend by this so that it will be to bring contentment to the Creator. For me to do this through the friends, through the group, and this can be in every single state that I am in. Don't be ashamed as we are human beings, every single thing from the most unknown to the most lowliest beastly I need to arrange in such a way that I am moving all of my actions through the friends to the Creator. And it can't be things that even I might be ashamed to even tell you about but that eventually there is no such thing. We can combine all of our things as it all comes from above, the Creator awakens us to every single thing if I arrange these actions that came and awake in between us if you can and join the good intention in order to bestow to advance to every single state then that state and action becomes from Klipa to Kedusha.

25. S. (01:14:47) Where's a place for labor and exertion that needs to be found? We said that overcoming needs to be easy so where is the place for labor that is felt in every action?

R. The toil is the lack of greatness of the Creator, the lack of greatness of the Creator in my eyes is what makes it hard for me and doesn't give me the ability to advance correctly. Meaning I need to work on the greatness of the Creator only and to understand that all of these hardships of the heart are because they are from him.

26. S. (01:15:43) We also meet during the day and we read a short excerpt before bedtime, still it is missing between the meeting and between the lesson and the next meeting. R. R. Try to do what you think just don't disconnect from the topic.

27. S. (01:17:56) If the Creator gives me serious problems let's say with family in my life should I share it with the 10 so they are included in their prayer in some way?

R. It all depends on the type of the 10 and your relationship with the 10 and therefore I can't tell you yes or no. Usually we don't share these things within the 10 because we are not yet protected by a screen that can allow us to only think good about a friend. It could be that once it'll be this way and next time another way, I cannot recommend. Somewhat you can open these things and it could be that friends will think of how they can help because for certain what the Creator gives he gives it towards the whole 10 because no matter how it comes out if you have a problem in your family it influences the whole 10 and then to that extent it is best for the 10 to know and to also take a part in the correction of it.

S. If I turn to the Creator through the 10 with this problem does it work?

R. Not so much so because it will do something but not in the way like it would when you turn to the 10, when you turn to the 10 you must give them an explanation of how connected you are, how open you are to one another and how much you are humans but that you truly want to be spiritual as one man in one heart. There is no room here for shame or anything.

S. When something like that happens in the 10 that a friend has a problem how can they attain and include this in the prayer?

R. To ask for a friend is not a problem but more than that I can't say, I'm not answering you I'm answering before dozens of groups and therefore I am afraid that I give you some advice here that now people will start to use it and it won't be suitable to them. Discuss and do what you decide will happen.

28. S. (01:21:26) A very sensitive topic I wanted to clarify in the 10 because everyone gets a different package than the others. R. R. You're saying if I relate like that to me I hate myself or the other way around?

S. I'm saying the thoughts and all of the evil inclination and all of that existing me also, how do I relate to that?

R. We are doing this anyway. There is nothing more. My progress means that you are all progressing and that I as a part of you and together with you we are connected in such a way that I can't advance on my own pace and in my own way, no. S. You said how new people join and within two years they have a leap in their advancements. How do we keep leaping?

R. Because they are new and they want to advance with us. It is easy for them to cancel themselves before the veterans. It follows that egoistic nature and it doesn't object, afterwards they will have a problem. That's why it says when 1000 go into a room and one comes out because when their ego rejects things they think that with the same force and energy which they came to the group that they will continue with the same energy. R. Put in your phone songs and glue it with a good glue and don't depart from it see, this is what I recommend to first of all keep it in the background. R. You have to let his 10 know so they will tend to him and support his 10 if there's room for it. You have to be very gentle and sensitive about this but to give him some information that he is growing weaker.

32. S. (01:34:59) We are told to do some form of correction by giving the thoughts and desires to the Creator. Is this correct?

R. So?

S. How do you give your thoughts and desires to the Creator, you just say here take this?

R. You don't need to give it, it is given by itself, it is an open line. R. What for? You do this for external people, not for you. You should engage only in what we engage in the lesson and that is enough for you, I am telling you, that is enough. What I say about the world and all of those things are secondary. It is for the external people, if you want to listen but put your time into this, think if this is worthwhile.

S. We know the doctor has the permission to heal, can psychology have permission?

R. I don't know what psychology is, it's not a science and it's not a teaching or a wisdom, it is something that people think for the time being about themselves, about the world out of their development. As their development changes from year to year, thank God it changes from year to year. If conversely 300 years ago he discovered the law, today they are still the same laws. (01:55:52) This is something special he grows accustomed to moving on the line of growing farther, meaning nearing the Creator is what a person constantly feels that he is at a greater distance from the Creator, in his qualities in other words there is a greater distance each time and the Creator does this. So although in your light we see light, I see and feel more but I also see and feel more how opposite I am from him and it doesn't bother me as we come to a state where it doesn't matter how opposite I am as I'm already willing to open it up and let me be opposite, it doesn't matter as long as I can nevertheless get closer and do something in order to bestow. When these two qualities by walking on the path, because when it becomes revealed because of the light that appears, I discover myself as far from the Creator every step and also as close to the Creator in my mind and my heart, that I feel and I attain as I am closer to the Creator. In my awareness in recognition of my state and my qualities, natural qualities I feel how opposite I am from him but the fact that I am opposite doesn't take away anything. R. It is the same part of the person that really wants to come close to the Creator,

R. Simple, to the extent that I connect to the 10, to that extent I stimulate myself, I push myself ahead and if I do this alone it is like “the fool sitting with his hands crossed devouring his flesh”. If I want to advance myself, it is only in the work of the 10.

S. There are two points in the person, one is the ego, the desire to receive in order to receive which discovers how opposite is from the Creator?

I was saying if a person advances correctly towards the purpose of creation he discovers every time that he became worse and according to his material and matter that is being revealed, the egoistic desire to receive that the Creator created in him. Then the Creator shows the person as long as the material created in him how he becomes worse but along with that that man discovers as much as he can perform actions of bestowal which are greater and better. Meaning according to the ego that opens in a greater way on the other hand a person gets an opportunity to be more aimed and directed towards the Creator.

S. Isn't this the point of despair you're talking about?

R. It is the opposite, that on one hand I am worse because the Creator created me and in that there is more depth in the desire to receive until then, but I am horrible according to nature, according to my egoistic nature, on the other hand, what opens before me is an opportunity to be in order to bestow. It is like we study and every spiritual Partzuf has a coarseness, screen, and reflected light. Where does the bestowing come from the reflected light from having a great coarseness?
