Lesson on the topic of “Connection into One Soul.”

1. Rav’s Introduction. (00:10) Yes, it is clear to us that we need to return to that state which we actually came from, the soul of Adam HaRishon, which the Creator created one soul and we are all parts of it. So, let's read and gradually understand what it means, what it obligates us with how we need to see each of us, the others, to what extent and how we connect, please.

Reading Excerpt #3 (00:54) “There's no more than one soul..”

2. R. (01:46) Yes, meaning we need to come to a state where all of the souls that emerged from the soul of Adam HaRishon, so they will all return to connection between them and really be in as one soul again. This is the essence of creation and we must through our efforts, our participation, through our work to try and return to that state. Just like it was prior to the shattering. And then we attain the internality that is in this soul while we return to connect together and we understand it and we feel it just as it was at the time when the Creator created it. I don't have much to add here and there are no questions so, we will scrutinize later in other excerpts that which does not want to be asked here.

Reading Excerpt #4. (03:26) “From each created being, and in the end..” Twice.

3. S. (05:11) What is the soul altogether?

R. The soul is the Godly part from above. The desire to receive which the Creator established in such a way that it is completely similar to the Creator, but this later, this desire to receive got corrupted, shattered and fell from its height in order to bestow in order to receive and became corrupted. We are already parts of its corruptions and this is how we need to feel ourselves needing to reconnect by the Upper Force, by the Creator, so that he will connect between us and when He does we return once more to the state of one soul adhered to One Creator.

S. And what connects the soul to one soul?

R. The desire to bestow in them.

S. When we talk about connecting in a ten between the friends we create a state called a soul?

R. Yes, yes that's the example of what we need to do together in all the shattered parts of the soul, but at least between us in the ten.

4. S. (07:07) The roles that each has in the system of Adam HaRishon are different from one to another, so in the end will they be the same roles or will they be different?

R. Each will have a different role because we are different, our desire to receive which is broken is different and therefore the correction is different, but nevertheless we need to move towards connection between us, towards nearing between us. We need to come to a state in which each supports the others and that our entire future is seen only if we embrace, unite, connect and this is how we return to one soul.

S. When a friend exits the ten does that person immediately exit the system of Adam HaRishon?

R. No, no we can't scrutinize that yet, we can't determine what that means to exit and enter the system of Adam HaRishon that is not yet for us, we cannot yet discuss that.

5. S. (08:50) The excerpt puts an emphasis on the word truly, to return to truly one, all it is expressing itself that way.

R. That we need to return to that soul that same structure that the Creator created to begin with prior to this soul shattering and dividing into many parts. As each of us has this small shattered will to receive.

S. So how is this expressed?

R. That we are correcting ourselves.

S. To be as one soul, how is that expressed?

R. When we connect and want to come closer to each other, want to unite and choose one goal, one desire, the connection between us and we don't see before us something that can divide or distance between us and all that we do is only in order to overcome the separation.

6. S. (10:38) You say that the soul shattered. What could the soul sense where that unity was simply torn up? What is that thing that repulses me from that? It is the ego, what is the reason for it?

R. The reason the soul was shattered into many souls was that her desire to receive was greater than the desire to bestow. And that is why it shattered into many parts, many pieces.

7. S. (11:30) How do those actions and I understand that this is my intention basically that leads to that goal of the whole ten together, how do these actions become adhesion to one soul?

R. We cannot truly be one soul but like one soul. Meaning as if we are connecting in such a way that there's no cessation between us but it's only as if and in truth we still remain parts, shattered parts, but we unite above this shattering and connect above the shattering to one body, as if we are one body, as if we are one soul, one desire to bestow.

8. S. (12:45) Can we say that it is the root of our soul that joins with the soul of Adam HaRishon?

R. Yes, we want to connect to our root which is the soul of Adam HaRishon and in it reconnect also with the Creator, with the Upper Force that created us and sustains us and unites us this way.

9. S. (13:40) Won't you feel that you are willing to accept the friends limitlessly, you suddenly feel that the friends are also ready to accept you without limits. Is this a necessary stage to come to a state where all as one and then does everyone feel it together?

R. Yes, yes we need to feel that we are coming close between us despite the ego, the distances between us and all the egoistic calculations and that we don't know to begin with what connection is, but we are more and more attracted to this day after day, lesson after lesson and we have some inner changes in coming closer to one another and this is what the Creator does between us and how we eventually unite to one desire, to one body, to one soul.

10. S. (15:11) The text speaks of uniting actions not intentions. What is the meaning of this unification of the actions, it is written that every creature in its actions unite into one act?

R. These are acts of bestowal in such a way that we have to help one another and to bestow from us to the Creator. Eventually, we are all connecting upon this common action from all of us together as one and to the Creator as one goal. This is the actual end of our development.

11. S. (16:16) You said that we are seemingly as if connecting to one soul that means that there will be me and the others and it will remain like that until the end of correction?

R. This will be till the end of correction, but in the end of correction, I don't feel that state yet but, we will probably feel ourselves that we are connected, completely adhered, united with one another and we will feel one whole called Bo-Reh, the Creator.

Reading Excerpt #5 (17:10) “The eternal soul of life..” Twice.

12. R. (19:45) I don't think we need to return this but what he's saying that just like in Adam HaRishon we had one big light, one endless light in one vessel that was great and endless this vessel shattered, the light departed and now we need to collect the parts of the vessel to one and accordingly will discover that one light returns to it. This is actually what we need to do.

13. S. (20:31) What's the difference between the first light and the last light?

R. There's a big difference because the first light that was, was the light of Nefesh, it followed the vessel without a deficiency and without prayer and without actions on behalf of the lower ones. Whereas after feeling that the vessel shattered and really wanting to return to one vessel as one man in one heart then what goes out here is that we already assemble the soul of Adam HaRishon back and wanting to be “as one man, in one heart” and to connect all of these parts together and then the desire returns to be in one for many parts and the light that was divided into many parts that also returns to be one light.

14. S. (21:49) I am looking at this topic of the 600,000 souls as a stage of development as the end of an era and the beginning of an era, is that right? Can we connect between this and Pesach that is about to take place now and if so what is our role as the world Kli in order to begin this new period of time?

R. Only the connection between us as we want to check how we come to connection where each in his desire, his egoistic desire revolves in search that he will be connected to all the friends and in this way with everyone together and then it turns out that also that egoistic force that repulsed us from one another will also work for the sake of connection. And also that light that had to fill us will return in us and be revealed fully 600,000 times, it is written. That's how much greater the Upper Light will be then before the shattering. And this is what we need to come to.

15. S. (23:35) I need to connect all the pieces in the ten, so that I can connect to the general soul and bring contentment to the Creator. However, I feel that I lack the strength and confidence to do so. Where can I get the strength and confidence from?

R. Only out of your connection with the friends. If friends, people connect in the ten, people that want to be united as one man, to one desire, to one goal, to One Creator then they start to try and come close between them and they turn to the Creator and ask Him for help. They receive help and they unite and attain that which is called unity. Meaning what it means that the Creator is revealed in them.

16. S. (24:47) This unity, this connection, this feeling that we are talking about is not just that ten people kind of gathered, it's like an inner feeling of unity?

R. Start getting closer to one another and then you will have a common feeling.

S. And if no one feels that, can we aspire to that?

R. It doesn't matter, it is not important, aspire for it and from zero we will get there.

S. We just need to aspire to this like we do now?

R. You have to aspire for connection.

17. S. (26:04) Through connection and reading when the whole ten does this in its appropriate time, do we acquire new vessels to renew the vessel after all every second is new and how do we strengthen the faith in me to the friends?

R. Those are several questions that have nothing to do with one another. I need to give an example to the intentions and connection with them and that's it, but the connection needs to take place.

S. After all, we need to build a Kli? How do we do this? We need help. We were given vessels in the tens?

R. What does it mean that you will be given Kelim?

S. Vessels to work in the spiritual work.

R. You were given shattered vessels for you to connect between them.

S. Correct through the connection between us in faith above reason.

R. So please you have shattered Kelim.

S. We will believe it and succeed, thank you Rav.

R. You don't need to believe you simply need to carry out the connection between you and the ten.

18. S. (28:02) When we connect our soul to the soul of Adam HaRishon will the light be much greater than it was before the shattering? What do we need this light for? What is this factory that produces light and how does this Creator use this light later, is it going to do another shattering?

R. What feels fully in all of our soul is the Creator.

19. S. (28:50) What is that light that the Creator breathes into the nostrils of Adam HaRishon? Is that the light of the spiritual life?

R. Yes the light that the Creator filled the soul of Adam HaRishon with was the spiritual light on a certain level, not a great one. When we correct ourselves after the shattering, we fill our soul with the light 620 times greater. Meaning much greater than it was prior to that, because we feel it in contradiction with our egoistic desire. Hence, the light becomes much greater.

20. S. (30:05) The spiritual is invisible. Can the preparation that we are preparing for a total evolvement of us to understand the Creator?

R. Yes.

21. S. (31:00) Was Adam HaRishon unaware of his connection to the Creator?

R. We are not going to go into all of those questions because they have endless interpretations and explanations, with all that we need to scrutinize from the beginning of the path all the way to the end.

S. Because his sin was necessary to make us all aware or charge us with the intention of the Creator?

R. Very nice, you are saying it very well. He did not know the power or depth of connection that he had with the Creator by doing the sin, now he knows and he corrects it and takes it into his own authority.

22. S. (32:28) We gathered today in the lesson with the tens from Moscow and we wanted to return to that state of one soul because it is like superior and all the friends are in a different state. What should we focus on, what should we pay attention to and what should we ask for, what should we think of so that we will truly feel as one, not just physically together?

R. You need to feel as one whole no matter where you are from or from when just simply one whole. Therefore, I am asking for you to connect as powerfully as possible above all the things that you see differences with.

23. S. (33:33) The soul of Adam HaRishon, are the sparks receiving a new place from the connection each time or does each have just a place of their own?

R. Each time anew.

24. S. (33:55) In translation there is a word for the spark of life. Could we say that when we invest an effort to connect alone, but after this sin then our efforts are harder than if we do it together.

R. It is very correct, very correct.

25. S. (34:36) When we want to unite the shattered soul, is it completely different if I dissolve in the friends or keep it in a different way?

R. Very correct. Try to reach the dissolution of myself in my friends, very precisely.

26. S. (35:05) Each of us attains the degree of the general Adam HaRishon, or do we have to correct something else?

R. Yes.

27. S. (35:33) I wanted to return to a friend's question about the emphasis on the word truly. All the souls in the world to one soul. Does this mean that in addition to the connection that we have with the friends we need to also each do the work of the screen with reflected light and then all of this enables us to truly unite all the parts of the soul of Adam HaRishon?

R. That's something that we will learn and we will talk about it. We'll just get confused at this point. We need to return to the connection in which we are all going to be as one, that is enough for now.

28. S. (36:39) You said that the difference between the light in the beginning and the end is in the final state before the end that there is a prayer, a request of the created being before that. I wanted to ask if it is connected to the principle of no coercion in spirituality because there has to be an agreement with the created being first to enter the spiritual world?

R. Certainly, the agreement in spirituality must be, and we have to be as one man in one heart and for there not to be between us that we talk in different languages, in foreign thoughts, but rather we all need to understand what our goal is, what our unique and special goal is for everyone and how we correct ourselves to become one man in one heart.

S. So from this recognition that there must be an agreement of ours before hand and sometimes once in a while there is a feeling like the heart is truly pinched, it is truly hurting. He wants to put us into this world and we maybe are not doing enough on our side, but it's only seldom and many times there, I'm talking about myself, I don't even think about this. This is the question: what is your advice?

R. They say that envy, lust and honor take a person out of this world, so we need to develop in us: envy, lust and honor. If you develop them you will want to be the best in the ten and to show everyone that you are truly successful and succeeding, try.

29. S. (39:02) If we are all particles of the shattered vessel of Adam HaRishon, then each of us is a mini structure of Adam HaRishon meaning who includes all of the 600,000 souls, is that right?

R. Yes.

S. So it turns out that I need, with each person, through the connection with others, needs to correct all the 600,000 souls of him?

R. Correct.

S. And each time we correct them we receive new lights?

R. Yes.

30. S. (39:50) Why even though we are learning for so long there's a feeling that we are kind of standby state?

R. There's no state called standby in spirituality. Unless you want to feel that you are not on standby but advancing then you really need to engage in connection, because that is the advancement from one degree to the next. That's it. Several times a day that you come back to this state that you need to once more, and once more, aspire to come closer to each other. Think about this, count how you are advancing.

31. S. (40:58) How is it that shame is a screen between light and Kli?

R. We will learn this later. I can't now talk about that. How is shame and it is also not understood what exactly you say.

S. What's the connection between light and Kli? You said a screen but shame is connection between the light and vessel?

R. Well, that is right, it's right.

S. What is it to be an Adam in our times?

R. I don't know. In our times I don't know. I only know according to the wisdom of Kabbalah; to be an Adam is to be like the Creator.

32. S. (42:16) The feeling of how the Creator feels the sparks of the soul is a new feeling. Do I need to hold this also inside and outside of this feeling to keep this soul or is it too okay, that you are feeling that you are melding and that's it?

R. That can happen in different ways. We are not yet, we didn't yet find ourselves in this exactly.

33. S. (44:25) What does it mean that he knows all of the soul?

R. They are included in Him, He connects them to Him and fills everyone through Himself.

S. How is it after all we are working in the connections in the ten so how do we start to discover all the souls there and fill them through us?

R. This is how a person works with them, this is how he corrects them, fixes them, corrects them, a connection to himself and through him fills them.

34. S. (45:15) To be in this common soul what do I have to give up of my individuality? How do I remain me in this common soul?

R. You need to give up your ego and develop from yourself a desire to feel everyone, to resemble the Creator.

35. S. (46:28) Does a person need to feel as a point on this continuation from Adam HaRishon to the end of correction? To feel obliged for this continuation and then it will be called attainment?

R. Of course he has to feel this, this is his path, this is his work, this is his fate.

S. And this is called attainment when we feel this way?

R. Yes within this he starts to attain all the rest of the things, where he's from, where he is going and so on.

36. S. (47:14) It looks like the world is in ruins and my friends are great and special to me and you do something completely different. How can we connect and do it in love?

R. Each time we attain that the world is shattered and try to reconnect it and again that the world is broken and that we are succeeding to connect it somewhat. This is how it is between these two states that exist so as much as possible try to be connected, men and women. This is how we will correct the world.

37. S. (48:25) What is this state of the complete soul that it says here in the beginning of the excerpt?

R. The complete Adam HaRishon is considered that all the souls are included in him, in one system and they are all coming to one desire as one man in one heart and that is how they attain their one root which is the Creator, the One, the Unique and Special. That's it and this is actually our corrected state.

S. How far away from this state are we in our tens?

R. We are still far but we are on the way. The main thing is forward onward and forward.

38. S. (49:34) We need to correct the 600,000 Souls to receive the lights. Does this mean that we are correcting all the transgressions of all the souls and then for this we need to feel the sins of all the souls?

R. No, we just need to work on the connection and we don't care what happened in the past or what soul and how many times it cascaded and incarnated and broke. The main thing for us is to want for us to be connected together, men and women, in one desire to bestow to the Creator.

39. S. (50:39) Why doesn't spiritual death hurt us when we allow a friend to leave the ten?

R. We don't feel that spiritual light, therefore, we don't feel the spiritual death. We will grow up, we will grow.

40. S. (51:23) If a person does not complete his correction, by that is that soul also not corrected?

R. Certainly, who corrects himself: the soul. Not a person, not the donkey, but rather the soul that is in him. Well let's hope that we are soon coming close to the end.

41. S. (52:18) Won't we despite all of the obstacles of the ego in the group which shut our eyes, we open our heart, do we need to overcome fear and pride and we connect to a friend is a certain game, meaning we play not with one another but we are playing against our ego, kind of like deceiving the ego by playing some common game. If I am describing correctly what I am feeling, how should we come to such a state in the ten?

R. My dear, this gradually comes to us. So continue with every opportunity that you have to aspire for connection, to hug the friends, to help them to think in what way they can help you and gradually this way this common feeling will appear in you. You will succeed.

42. S. (53:48) Some of the friends over all, students of yours, they have lost the desire, they have lost the desire of connection like they don't participate in the lessons, they don't come to the meetings and yet they say they need me. How, I don't know how to do that? How can I help them so that we connect so that I awake again the desire in them?

R. There are many things written about this. One in a thousand I have found, a thousand enter a room and one comes out to that light and many other such things which show that many begin and few individuals reach the goal. What am I trying to say by this? Simply don't stop. I don't understand. I don't understand today. I understand less than what I understood five years ago. It is not important. I remain, I stay in what I can, I stay. And as it is written anything but leave; except for leaving. That's why specifically, those who don't leave, they eventually are the ones who come to the Creator and break through into His area and come to the embrace with Him. That's it. And the Creator accepts them and says “Where are you? At last, I have waited for you for so long.” It is something very very special when the Creator receives a person, truly in this breach that he comes through to Him.

R. I love you, too.

43. S. (56:41) According to the phrase that envy, lust and honor will take the person out of the world? In Italian, lust is an uncontrolled sensuality, what does it mean in Kabbalah?

R. You can also say that lust means that in other languages, yes. It is positive lust, positive envy, positive honor, that take a person out of our world, to a higher world; that is how he is taken out. So it will be that way, don't worry.

44. S. (57:52) You said earlier that each of us needs to be truly, to be as the Creator towards everyone, that we have a responsibility towards everyone and in addition we all need to do a common action towards the Creator, so are these two stages of the work? On one hand towards the other and on the other, all of us towards the Creator?

R. Yes and hold each other, truly hold on with both hands, each holds on.

45. S. (58:36) The correction of one degree, is it a cumulative process, or is it efforts that happens over certain periods?

R. These are many efforts that we don't even know. All these things connect together but they eventually bring us the general result. We will feel it soon. The holidays are coming closer.
