Item 33 (00:14) “Now remains the results of the sixth inquiry ….” Twice

1. S. (05:48) He says, “my beloved child, child of joy”. What is this child of joy?

R. That the Creator wants to be in connections of love with the creatures. This is actually the purpose of creation, that they reach such a connection that they feel one another in a manner without limit, above time, and space, above everything. The purpose of creation is to receive incessant pleasure.

S. Sounds like some kind of joy, that he's having fun with you

R. What is the question?

S. Why is he using the word “joy”?

R. I don't know. I need to accept his words as they are because I guess he understands more than I do about how to define that sensation that a person has when he is in adhesion with the Creator.

S. He says he has joy with him, like a father and a son.

R. It could be. I don’t know but it is as he described it.

2. S. (07:22) What does it mean that the Creator shows all of the treasures that he prepared for him? What Treasures?

R. All the treasures of the Creator are the NRNHY, the upper light. Also from within NRNHY he reaches a state of the light of Ein Sof, infinity, no limit, not even divided into NRNHY. In such a manner we attain the creation, our entire vessel that the Creator created. Then it turns out that we have an infinite vessel, without limits, without restrictions, and the fulfillment of it without limitations. We can reach such a state. What is it exactly? I don't know but I understand that the depth of attainment, sensation, and understanding of this entire state is truly infinite. Our world then appears there in this state as a small point that actually has nothing to it compared to all of the upper degrees. That is what we need to reach.

3. S. (08:57) Who is the little person that is not even a wisp relative to reality? Does he mean us?

R. Yes, each and every one.

S. I am like a little thin piece of hair?

R. Yes.

4. S. (09:25) When he talks about the upper and lower worlds that were created for a man, is he speaking about the soul of Adam or the 10?

R. For man, meaning for the same system of Adam HaRishon, yes, everything for him. A general desire that is later divided into many private souls and so on, that this desire shall reach equivalence of form with the Creator, incorporate in Him, and to attain Him in His entirety. In this there would be pleasure to the Creator that He can fill this desire that there will be a pleasure for the desire that attains the Creator, the upper one.

5. S. (10:30) Is it the responsibility of Bnei Baruch to make it so that humanity will feel the Creator as Good That Does Good?

R. No, that is not our goal. Our purpose, our goal, is first of all to reach connection between us that in connection between us we attain the connection with the Creator. Along with this we need to disseminate to the world, to the public, and to explain to them what the levels of development of humankind are upon the earth, not in the spiritual world, but rather upon the earth, why we go through all these problems and what they are directing us towards. Out of this, we reach a state that we pass on all of the light of Ein Sof that the Creator wants to give the created beings through us to them. This is ultimately all of our work, to cause the end of correction, that all of the desires will be in the intention to bestow by the light that reforms and all of these desires will be filled with the upper light which is actually the revelation of the Creator to the created being. This must be till the point of this world, the darkness shall illuminate as the light. We are going to read more about that soon in the introduction.

6. S. (12:27) The feeling of the friends before the Creator is usually shame from receiving. From this text, and in other places that we learned, there is no light without a Kli. He wants to give us more of what we want to receive. Is the impression that He needs us no less than we need Him correct?

R. No, I don't think that is right because we, with respect to the Creator, are in a lack, we lack in our will to receive. The Creator, with respect to us, is in a lack because he can't fulfill his desire to bestow. That is a big difference, you can’t compare the deficiency of illumination from sensation. We can say that the Creator suffers a lot more than what the created beings are suffering, like a mother with respect to her baby. It hurts her and she is suffering. The baby doesn't know suffering that is a beastly suffering. She is truly suffering from the despair that she can't help, that she doesn't have the medication and cannot get it and so on. The sorrow of the Shechina, which is called the sorrow of the Creator, is much greater than the sorrow of the private person.

Item 34 (14:24) “He prepared his creatures to attain the aforementioned ….”

7. R. (17:38) This is the general will to receive that is found before us in all of the matter that we feel in us, all of the material. There are no discernments in it that we can learn from it something about the actions of the Creator. Rather like kids, a person is born, is a bit familiar with something around him and this is how we become familiar a bit with what is around us. Why has this been done? So that a person begins to grow, and he learns from the lower one, not the upper one.

Item 36 (18:22) ”The vegetative is added to it which is ….”

8. R. (19:13) This is already talking about the development of the will to receive that begins to scrutinize something. He grasps something that is worthwhile for him, and to get rid of whatever it is worthwhile for him to get rid of. He receives and gives, receives and gives, and this is all the will to receive is doing in the meantime, receiving what is good for him and getting rid of what is bad for him and by this he grows. Development begins by the simple will to receive that doesn't know more than what we see by the vegetative or the animate, there are all these discernments. We are also in degrees of still, vegetative, and animate using our desire to receive only for what is good for us, or what is bad for us according to our degree, understanding and sensation. We see what occurs in nature in the vegetative and animate. In the degree of animate it is through the attitude and relation to the environment, society. A person in this world is already educated. Nonetheless, all comes in order to bring the beneficial closer and the harmful more distant, each one according to his understanding, sensation and qualities.

Item 37 (21:10) “On top of that comes the animate category ….” Twice

9. R. (22:33) Yes, this is still in the degree of animate, we see this in animals. We feel that there are some relations there, like the mother towards the kids, which you also see on the degree of animate and it is clear that it comes from nature. We are not talking about this from this side of nature, but from the development of the degree of man in him, a more advanced degree, than the animate degree which does not have that. We are all on the degree of animate, as beast as it is written, and we have no opportunity to participate in the sorrow of our friend, to be happy in the joy of our friend, if we are still in the degree of animate. We don't really understand this, we think it's possible, how can it not be? I can even cry if I see sorrow in the other or to be in joy. We see people devoting their life, sacrificing themselves to help one another but this is all still from the side of nature not above nature.

Item 38 (24:00) “Above all comes the human species which is ….” Twice

10. R. (26:22) The created being in the fourth phase, which is man, is like the entire reality before it, and it turns out that one person.

11. R. (27:27) A person is the only one of the still, animate, or vegetative, who can enlarge his desires. Despite being born very small and lowly he has the capability to enlarge his desire, to be ready to swallow, attain, feel, receive, and control all of reality in its entirety. His desire is not in one place like it was born, but rather it goes on to develop. By what? By this he has a unique quality to be familiar with his environment. This is called a sensation of the others and if he doesn't have this sensation then he is only on the degree of the animate. If he has that sensation and as much as he has a greater sensation, he is more on the degree of the speaking.

We need to understand that our work in the group is to develop the sensation of the others in us as much as possible because by this, by the sensation of the created things, we will reach the sensation of the Creator. The opposite, specifically people who have these heavy, large souls, are born in such a manner that they don't want to recognize anyone, are very egoistic, reject everyone and it is very hard for them to get close to the others. Because of their will to receive it is very hard for them to rise from the degree of animate to speaking. When they raise themselves to the degree of speaking, they begin to attain distances, expansion and very high things.

12. S. (29:55) When does this leap from animate to speaking happen?

R. It either is or there isn't, depending on the soul. It is written that most of the souls are similar to beasts. How many cells do we have in the human body? Billions or trillions, but how many of them can be the managers of the body, to be connected to everyone and to be in, let’s say, some public service of the body? Less than a very small part of them. How many of them can be in connection with the environment? Even less. How many of them can digest the information from outside and transfer and process it to internal and external actions of the body? This is even less. It is all arranged in such a hierarchy just like in the still, vegetative, animate and speaking. This is how we need to see ourselves.

This is why it is written that there are few who are of the people of ascent, very few. There are a very small number out of all of humanity and we don't need any more than that. It is like a small grain inside our head, this microprocessor, activates and processes our entire body with the upper degree, the Godly degree. We don't need any more than this. This is how everything is built in a pyramid.

S. So what is the difference between development on the same degree, and of transition from animate to speaking?

R. In the degree of speaking he begins to connect through the group with the Creator, working against his egoistic desire.

S. If we are on the animate degree and we develop within that degree, where does that come from? How does a transition suddenly occur?

R. From the shattering of the vessels, otherwise why did the Creator break the rest of it? If He didn't break it then each would be in their degree and state and would not be able to change in any way. Specifically due to the shattering of the vessel and the mixing of it, we can change ourselves, raise ourselves up. Not only us but through the connection between each of us to all of us, we can come to a state in which we will all be corrected and “all shall know Me from the greatest to the smallest and My temple will be called the house of prayer for all the nations”. Meaning all of the creatures on whatever degree they are on will all attain the Creator.

S. Does this mean we began on the degree of speaking and we develop in this degree or we're transitioning from animal to speaking?

R. Only those who have the root for speaking move from animate to speaking.

13. S. (34:17) What benefit do the created beings have from me making corrections to reaching attainment?

R. You are connected to all of the created beings and therefore what you attain moves to them and they become closer in their attainment as well. Just as we see in this world people who now discover certain laws in physics and science all together, and then it comes to us cascades down to our use and we learn these things as well later in school, and so on. It is always this way as we move from one degree to another.

14. S. (35:26) Are the desires which appear in the force of friends drive man to spirituality because he cannot satisfy all of his needs?

R. Of course they do, the more that we learn, and also from within ourselves. Like it or not, we project knowledge, feeling and our mindfulness to all of humanity. Why? Because we are in one system called the soul of Adam HaRishon. Therefore, each and every one who does something, whether it's for the good, or God forbid, for the bad, operates through this upon all of humanity, towards all of the souls.

15. S. (36:31) What exactly is the sensation of the others?

R. When I feel how good for others or how bad for others and that I feel as if I myself am in the same feeling.

S. If one negates others through his own flaws, what is to feel others?

R. That is something else, there are many contradictory discernments. Anyone who negates due to his own flaws means if I don't receive something, if I relate negatively to something, it is because that correction is missing in me, because I am negating it through my own flaws.

S. What do I not feel now in others that I will feel when I have the sensation of the others?

R. A lack of feeling the other. You sometimes look at friends and see that they are in some closeness between them, understanding, feeling or something, and you have no interest in that. Then you slowly start to envy them, that it hurts you, for all kinds of reasons. This is how one shall help his friend that you also want to acquire the feelings of others.

16. S. (38:15) This matter of leaping between various phases to the speaking degree according to the plan is all clear. That sensation of the others has always interested me. What is the Creator putting into us through the breaking to give us a sensation of the others? Is this what gives us the ego, where before there was no ego?

R. If there was no need to create man then there would be no need to create anything, there would be no need in the shattering whatsoever. We are in this special preparation so that it will be clarified to us what the Creator is, who He is, what we are missing and how to achieve what we are missing in order to attain the Creator. This all comes to us through the shattering. This is why we, especially we, are going through the shattering. The shattering also operates upon all of the still, vegetative, and animate, on 100% of the vessel. The higher the discernment, the shattering in them is more complex. This is why from this shattering we can understand and learn how much we are missing in order to be like the Creator.

S. I understand that without the ego made by the shattering we can't make the transition between the degrees. Is the ego the most efficient phenomena for us to advance?

R. Most certainly, as the Creator says with pride, “I have created the evil inclination” because specifically through it you attained me. A thing from its opposite.

17. S. (40:52) On the animate degree, what does it mean that the light is unique for each private individual?

R. That is how the individual feels that he has a life of his own until we come to the connection between us that our life is more connected to others, until we start to feel that life cannot be without be without the connection with the others, until we come to a sensation that our life is specifically in the connection with the others, that we already start to feel ourselves not existing inside our flesh in each of us but rather in the spirituality between us, in one field. Without this field, we cannot exist. We are already feeling there, our life and this is called that we are emerging from the degree of animal to the degree of speaking.

S. How can we depict the state that a person has no sensation of the others?

R. There is no such thing that there is no feeling of the others because we feel the environment. If we don't feel the environment around us we are simply sick or there is something going on with us, some kind of corruption. A normal human being, if we're talking about people of this world, feels others, but we are not talking about that sensation of others. Rather, we yearn to reach a state in which I will feel the internality of the other and what he wants, what he yearns for, what bothers him, what he loves, what he hates, so that I will feel his internal world, in short, his desire. His desire is what I want to feel, meaning that I want to connect to him from my desire to his desire so that we will be between us like one. This is called to feel the other.

S. How does a person know what his role is in the pyramid?

R. He doesn't know. After a few degrees, after the degree of Bina, he will start to recognize but before that, no. Bestowing in order to bestow. He can't yet discover the height of his degree because the height is only when you come to the light of Hochma.

18. S. (44:01) Lately when I reach the lesson I feel pain in my body. It's almost impossible, like you almost want to go to the hospital. It is like an electrical capacitor that gets filled and filled and filled and then everything goes. When you do reach the lesson suddenly you get to feel a lot better. What is this phenomenon?

R. It is a very good phenomena, it is a sign that you are advancing. The more that you let your capacitor unload, you will be able to fill it up more.

R. Between the lessons you need to serve the 10 and in the lesson you need to fill yourself in order that between the lessons you fill the 10. This is how you work as a true capacitor.

R. We won't get into that because then we will have to explain about the tribes, the twelve, and groups that are in the Partzuf. We will get to there. He just wanted to say that the relationship of the Creator towards creation is with love, that He wants to gradually grow that feeling of love in every single person. Through that, a person becomes similar to the Creator, as the quality of the Creator is love, which is expressed in connection, in filling and all kinds of such things but actually in love that which is in Him before it is revealed outwards, this is called the quality of love. That’s what we need to get to.

S. Ephraim is a system?

R. Yes, my beloved, joyful son. Ephraim are qualities that are in the general Kli called the 10. The quality of Ephraim is the closest to the Creator. There are other things that are there, it is not that it belongs to something of a person. It is a quality that is in each and every one of us, somewhat.

20. S. (49:18) How does a person who has this potential to reach the degree of man not get confused and waste forces on developing his previous degrees, inanimate and vegetative, like his entire society around him is, and focus on his spiritual development instead?

R. You think a person does this because he knows, or understands, or feels that he has a plan for his life? That he sees that which will beget from what he is doing, that he knows which side to put his foot along the path toward the end of correction. What do you think of a person that you read something like a mosquito is bigger than him because a mosquito doesn't make mistakes and a person is mistaken each time. Therefore, the question is only in a blind way to enter the group and in a blind way to connect to the group. Try to do it in such a way it is called “above reason”. That is it.

Item 40 (50:52) “And I know that it is completely unacceptable ….”

21. R. (53:32) Meaning certainly we can't see the end now and therefore we have this upheaval towards the Creator. Why did He do it? Why is it difficult? Why is it like this? And so on. But with that, along the way of our development come to a state in which we discover the extent in which these things are all necessary and needed. Then all of these degrees and stages of preparation for the end of correction are a necessary thing. It is impossible to feel the end of correction without going through each step along the way. The Creator precisely created all of these stages along the way. When we come to the end we can justify Him and not before that. It is clear that prior to that, what we can talk about, the bottom line is, that there is no one wiser than one with experience. Only when we discover like he says, then we open this state and we say, how can it be that we were so mistaken? All of spirituality is so immense that we should have gone through all of these things just in order to develop the vessel, the lack, the hunger, and appetite in order to feel it in our mind and in our feelings in such states that now we understand what it means the love of the Creator towards us. That is how it comes. We will continue tomorrow. Next is a different topic.

22. S. (56:03) This nice example of the worm and a radish, this has to pass on to every one of us until we reach this wisdom?

R. At least somewhat, yes.

S. So is it necessary to go through it? Otherwise we can't scrutinize what is occurring?

R. We will go through it. We will also eat the radish and later breathe the beautiful pure air. We will see it all. You can't have one without the other.

23. S. (56:47) How can we live with a strong demand for the Creator and all the other hand to bless and praise Him?

R. A person needs to come to such a state where he looks at himself and sees how flawed he is, how corrupted he is on one hand, and on the other hand, he understands that these corruptions that the Creator created in him on purpose in order to bring him from a bitter state to a sweet state. Through those two sensations, a person gets to know all of creation. The Creator, which is in the middle, creates the bad states and the good states. He actually is the one who decides, who is responsible, and justifies the states because there cannot be a creature who will feel the greatness, the internality like the Creator if he does not feel the opposite of that. The question is whether we really need to feel the minus of the internality, the minus of all creation in order to come to perfection and to the feeling of the good. That is what we will still have to talk about as it doesn't happen that way. If it doesn't happen that way, meaning if we don't go through in the revelation of evil in all of its death then we will be lacking vessels. Where is the shame? So all of those things we will talk about and we still have plenty to learn but for the time being we need to advance with that which we are. By completing the shattering, this day that symbolizes the shattering has passed, and now we are certainly on the way to correction. I really ask you all, let us all talk about it throughout the day, talk about the correction between us, and about how we connect these shattered vessels of ours and for us to come to some connection that will reveal the upper force so that in this connection there were also be opposite states of rejection, of hatred, it doesn't matter, all kinds of things. Nevertheless, we will build above it connection, love. We need to have both this and that. So let us work on that. Let’s not run away from all of the bad and not try to feel only the good. Rather, let’s be balanced as mature people, not some little children, not cry or laugh, but that we are in the middle, including all of the states in us. Let's do what we talked about throughout the day. I recommend that you go over the first part of the lesson, and try to hear it. That’s how we will advance.
