1.R. We need to get used to something that we are not quite used to in our corporeal life that we have a connection with the Creator if we want or not, we are connected to him. There is no other force that establishes us, that revives us, fulfills us, develops us, and that we depend on him. We are connected to him like a baby, he does not know who is taking care of him, let's say when he is born for the first few days, he doesn't even have a feeling for the mother, he feels some belonging but not more than that, like a piece of flesh in the hands of the higher one.
We have to understand that if we want to progress not in the animate form but in the form of the speaking then each and every day, each and every day from the morning till the night, we have to build and we have to try to be connected with the higher force, connected to the Creator, praying to him. Just don't forget that the prayer to him cannot reach him, from any one of us but only through the group through the 10. Only in such a way can we reach him, achieve him, tell him something and pass on some sensation to him but actually to the extent we are connected to the Creator, to that extent we can advance more. Otherwise, our advancement is truly that we are just staying put. People sometimes tell me that I have been studying for 15 years. I do not know how long you have been in it, but how connected are you to the upper force. Raising to him your request, the correct ones that are suitable for spiritual advancement. This is what counts because we exist in a system, like in a computer program, in a software program. If you are elevating the right action then you flow along with it and if f it is not the right action, then it is as though you have no electricity in your the system and you are not doing anything even though later you may say that I have been on this path for 15 years but you are not on the path. You have stopped somewhere and this is where you are standing there. You have to check, am I progressing or am I just standing? Is it clear? Let's read the writings.
2. S. (03:33) How to check if I am advancing or staying in place?
R. According to the intensity of the prayer.
S. How do I check the intensity of the prayer?
R. According to the feelings, the prayer depends on you.
S. Prayer, but I'm not always in the prayer, sometimes I am in prayer and sometimes it's accumulating.
R. But it says, I wish you prayed all day. There is nothing else to do all day. You just turn to the Creator constantly, endlessly. Just try all the time to turn to the Creator, to him, it does not matter what you are doing, try to connect all your actions to the Creator.
S. I wish as they write.
R. I understand however this is how it is.
S. What to do when the person feels that we will go through this and come back again instead of the prayer?
R. Of course if the person is not advancing to the Creator when the Creator has to waken that person for him to come closer to him usually this is done through suffering, through all kinds of unpleasant awakenings. In many of these cases the person says it is better that suffering will come then we will have a reason to turn to the Creator. This can also happen, everybody goes through these things, there is nothing certain people go through which does not happen to everybody, there is none as wise as the experienced. Everybody goes through these things and goes through all the different forms of progress. Whether it is pleasant or unpleasant, hard or easy, but all in all everybody understands and feels all the states everybody else feels. I have nothing to say here, we just need to hasten development through correct connection. The whole problem is that just as we do not understand the spiritual world, likewise we do not understand the means for it, which is the group. Usually each and every person is immersed inside of himself and when the person lives inside of himself, there is nothing else we can do. We need to create a certain order in the 10 so that each time we can remind each other that advancement is only by us again and again and again, in some form, connecting to ourselves and from our connection we can turn to the Creator. If we do not have this action, what we call Israel, the light and the Creator are one, then we are not even in spiritual advancement. This is how it is, there is nothing else we can do about this.
3. S. (07:17) You said that during the day we can check ourselves if I am constantly connected to the Creator. Am I looking at my actions through the Creator's viewpoint and am I also praying. Being in this prayer, is this something I need to ask that none of my friends lose this connection to the Creator, what should my prayer be about and what is this check, is it in relation to me or to the 10?
R. I need to make sure that the whole 10 is connected within it, within itself and aimed at the Creator. This is my work and the work of each and every friend. I need to help all the friends as far as I am concerned. How do we come to the connection between us and aim this connection to the Creator. This is our obligation, our duty for each and every one of us and for the entire 10 together. This is called work or serving the Creator as we prepare the vessel for connection with the Creator.
4. S. (08:54) How important is it to have a reason to pray, can one pray without reason, just feeling it with reason, before one has a reason to pray then can we have a prayer before having an actual reason?
R. I thank you for how you are now awakening this question. Precisely this question we will learn about in the topic, so let's read and if you do not get an answer then you can ask.

5. R. (11:25) If we have these three conditions as Baal HaSulam describes here, the prayer is not complete. There are three conditions in prayer which makes it complete. The request of the person to the Creator can be correct only if he has these three things, one he has to believe that the Creator can save him regardless of his state. Number 2 is that there is no other choice but this is his last resort and the third one, number 3, this is that if the Creator does not help him then he is a better off dead than alive. The person has to be completely despaired from all his powers, no other hope and there is nobody else that can help him but he turns to the Creator because only the Creator is capable, only he can help him and he has only a single cry to raise it to the Creator and it says that I have nothing left and then his cry is accepted.
6. S. (13:05) How can we reach that first state, how throughout the prayer can we reach the confidence that the Creator can and wants to save me?
R. This is the work in the 10, you have to incorporate into the friends and try to see that you have something to learn from them and this way to progress to the connection with the Creator. Because what you see in your friends you have to understand this is what the Creator wakes up in you and to learn from what he wakes up in you from the 10 and then you learn from them. You know how to turn to the Creator through the ten again, this is everything, so everything is done in order to incorporate into the general soul of Adam HaRishon. We go back to the general activity, the operations through the system and if everybody is praying from their own selfish ego, we are not getting closer but even getting a further this is also a form of nearing but through negation then we see how much not correct it is then we start correcting ourselves

7. S. (16:32) The blows, is it necessary for the work, the blows that we are getting, is it necessary for the work?
R. These are signs, directions and according to how you progress you feel that these signs that are necessary, driving you to the goal and if you deviate from the goal, it is a sign that you are deviating, it is showing you that you are not in the right direction.
S. Should I see these blows as a remedy?
R. Certainly you have to see them as a remedy because there is nothing else that comes from above only to heal, to correct and to help us progress.
8. S. (17:40) I can continue to put in the effort to reach Lishma until the end of my life?
R. You are alone then indeed you can spend your whole life toiling in all kinds of spiritual work but if you are trying to bring your efforts through the society, then suddenly in the society you start to discover that specifically through that, you are coming to the Creator. There is nothing you can do about this. One person is not capable. There have been some unique individuals in the past but look at what the Kabbalists are writing. They have been writing for thousands of years that we have no choice. This method works in order to connect all of humanity and after that, the animate degree, vegetative, and the inanimate, the whole world, with all the details, all the individuals into one connection that will exist between everyone and everyone will have the feeling of unity. All will feel that we are interconnected and this feeling of connection between us is called the ‘Creator.’ There is nothing more.
So, let's do it. This simply means to establish the correct connection between all parts of creation. We are working with many systems. Just like you have systems today when one system is not working there is nothing you can do. Look at our world, each day we are doing such silly things. It is hard to imagine the kind of folly, the idiocy, of people, governments, and heads of governments, how everyone is working against the laws of nature because they're working according to their egos. Let's see what would happen if we could connect and come to a certain correspondence that would fit. Like with every system to exist, like electrical and mechanical systems, we want the whole mechanism working together in amicable relationships, mutuality, and connection. Clearly, it has to be good. If our bodily systems are not in balance, it is a sign of impending disease. We have no choice. Our entire correction is not the correction of man, but it is the correction of the connection of man to other people. This is the disease and the only remedy, the only healing, is in the connection between people. We will see it more and more in our lives with each passing day. We are preparing for blows in every area of life and between the nations, everywhere.
9. S. (22:19) How do we pray from our heart, from deep emotion, and not simply with our mouths?
R. Speak to each other, to pass feelings, arguments, ideas and so forth. Tell one another what has to be done. That is why we are working in a group. When you are impressed from the group you already have a different reason and you can raise yourself from your desire to the desire of others. The extent you are impressed with the friends depends on how much you subjugate yourself before them. There are several types of work with your ego along the way and if you advance you will be rewarded.
10. S. (23:59) Should friends tell each other their prayers?
R. Try to have some contact between you during the day and talk about the prayer at least once. Take this prayer, develop it, and bring it to the Creator from the group. We have to check daily how to connect the prayer through the group. It is best if I constantly have the concern of how I am connected to the Creator through the group throughout the day. It is not simple. It disappears. The Creator intentionally does not let us be connected this way so we would have to renew the connection each time. The quality of the system, especially new systems, depends on some inner rhythm. There are the impulses, the frequencies of the work. New computers have thousands of thousands of hertz, meaning the speed of impulses, and in every second there are millions of impulses. We do it by starting and stopping, starting and stopping, and entering or exiting as much as possible. We reveal new revelations faster by connecting between us and from within us to the Creator.
11. S. (26:33) Kabbalists tell us to talk to Him all the time. Is it the prayer or is it the connection to the Creator that is most important?
R. Yes, so pray all the time. It says, ‘may he pray all day long.’
S. Can we actually converse with the Creator all the time and associate everything that happens in life to Him?
R. Yes, you can talk to the Creator all the time.
S. So is it the connection with the Creator, the quality of bestowal and love, that is most important?
R. Just open up the book of Psalms and see how King David is singing to the Creator. This is what he did three thousand years ago.
12. S. (27:53) How do we strengthen the feeling of unity that we feel once in a while and how do we develop it more from day to day?
R. Only with the help of friends. Whatever you do on your own does not last even for more than a minute.
S. How do we develop it within the ten?
R. Talk and try to raise these things only with the help of the ten.
13. S. (28:37) Where do we get such a deficiency for the prayer like the three conditions it is written about?
R. With the help of the friends to the friends. It is called ‘each shall help his friend.’ There is no other way, you know everything. You just need to try to realize it. I am here every morning just to remind you. You know it, you have heard many things, you are hearing nothing new. You have heard it and now you might be able to have it appear anew.
S. But it stays in the head and does not come down to the heart at all.
R. So try to get it into the heart. The difference between the head and the heart is that one is in understanding, the other is in feeling. Try to think about it to such an extent, in such depth, that you will begin to be impressed, and be moved and excited by it.
14. S. (29:55) Connection and giving describe a certain state opposite to us, but they are not the state itself. How can we use these words to reach it?
R. This is a feeling. I understand you but there is no choice. Together we have to try to break through the walls surrounding our hearts that don't let us feel. This is our work. We want to exert in breaking the walls of our heart and if from the understanding, the feeling it is impossible, then we cry out to the Creator and He helps us, He breaks down the walls and the fences.
S. Are we close to reaching this?
R. You will do and then we will talk about it. For the time being, I don’t feel that you have done anything.
15. S. (31:19) My connection with the Creator is less since I started working with the ten. What should I do about this?
R. Increase the connection with the friends. You will renew your necessity for revealing the Creator by being impressed by them and the entire world group. Don't just go with the flow, as if today will be like yesterday. We are now starting our day and I don’t know what will come out of it. I just simply live. If you live without a clear goal then you are called a beast, who just gets up, eats, does something, and goes back to sleep. This is the life of a normal person in this world. Don't let yourself be a beast.
16. S. (32:55) How can I know if I'm talking to the Creator or I'm just talking to myself?
R. If you are talking through the ten then it is certain that you are talking to the Creator according to the rule ‘I dwell among my people.’

17. S. (35:33) What does it mean to talk to the Creator through the ten?
R. It means to talk to the Creator through the ten. How to turn, what to do? Start looking and talk to the friends about how you connect between you so you will turn to the Creator from the one common space between you. That is what you need to construct and then you will see how close you are to Him. The problem is we can't connect from the correct source, called the center of the group, and so we fail.
18. S. (36:38) How do we reach the state where I feel I am better off dead than alive?
R. Why live? To die or to live in order to connect with the Creator and to enter a feeling of eternal spiritual life. Either that or he lives in order to eventually die. Do you have any other possible outcome from life?
S. Can I see the results of my efforts, of what I am achieving?
R. Undoubtedly. Anything that we invest in our work brings us closer to spirituality. We are in the middle of the path as long as we don’t attain it. We are talking about how to reach spirituality, how to enter it. I will then see how I'm advancing in the force of bestowal, above reason, more and more each time.
19. S. (38:30) Is it worthwhile to expect an answer from the prayer? How do we know that this was a true prayer?
R. You will not be able to know it because all your questions are egoistic questions. You want to connect to the spiritual force, the force of bestowal, so it will never happen, it won't do you any good. You will need to change your attitude a little bit, and it will happen gradually.
20. S. (39:32) Excerpt 29 says I am close to the Creator when I have no desire to bestow and ask the Creator for help. We have learned that we must be in equivalence of form. I am confused about this.
R. I'm repeating. “When a person is already standing near the place from which he will receive the help from above, and ‘near’ means that the Kli, meaning the desire to bestow, is far away from him.” Meaning on the way to getting the desire to bestow. “Then he sees that only the Creator can save him.” Because he's in the will to receive and it is clear to him that before him is the will to bestow. He needs to enter it but no one but the Creator can change his nature so that he would fit the desire to bestow. This is the most important point in man's work. He is standing before this boundary, the entrance to the will to bestow, and then he has a close contact with the Creator. Why, because he sees one hundred percent that nothing can help him but the Creator himself. Only the Creator is the force of bestowal and only the Creator can give the person this force of bestowal. A person depends one hundred percent on the Creator. So, what are you asking?
S. On one hand, it says that you have no contact with the Creator and no desire to bestow, but on the other hand, he says you are near to the Creator. Are these two different things?
R. You understand what the desire to bestow is, and that you're lacking it. You do not have it. You are standing on the boundary, on the threshold. Through the threshold between the corporeal and the spiritual world, you understand that you are lacking bestowal and that is why you want to enter spirituality. All these things You need to come to and feel all these things. The mind can speak but it cannot justify.
21. S. (42:33) How can I help the friends if I think that they are more advanced in their inner work and they don’t have a need for me to awaken them to prayer and connection?
R. That is incorrect, that they have no need for it. In the group everyone is important whether he is a newbie or veteran, each one has a place in it, it is like babies in the world. Can we imagine our world without babies, little children that we have to take care of, look how much we invest in them. Without it we will not be able to advance, so that is why all the systems in the corporeal world match the spiritual world to some extent.
22. S. (43:42) How do I identify the signs?
R. By speaking among yourselves.
23. S. (44:00) When we say that this point in which we feel that only the Creator can help us, don't we have to talk about it's between us but there is a sensation that it is very internal?
R. You can find it and he's only in the center of the group when each one is searching inside of himself and he is looking for a legalistic point which is actually the farthest from the Creator. Listen again, if you think the point of connection with the Creator is a personal, individual point that belongs to each one you are mistaken. The point of connection with the Creator is when you rise each one above himself in you connect between you and there you discover the point of connection with the Creator.
24. S. (45:05) How is it correct to build the center of the ten, in which we as a ten, we turn to the Creator?
R. You talk about it and each of you should imagine what it is.
