1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes, today we have two short articles from Shamati and let's see what Rabash writes from the words of Baal HaSulam. We know that the short articles can be very meaningful including these two. Rav reads and explains: “The Lord is high and the low will see how can there be an equivalence with the Creator when man is the receiver and the Creator is the giver,” because equivalence can be only according to equivalence of actions, thoughts and intentions, according to what? Because one who wants to give, he gives and he thinks of the other for the benefit of the other. One who receives, he receives and he thinks about himself, he takes himself into consideration. The verse says about that, “The Lord is high and the low will see.” What is the relation between the Creator and being great and the low being small, so the small one can see the great one, the Creator. “If one annuls oneself, it follows that he has no authority that separates him from the Creator.” That also is a question, why when he annuls himself, “then there is nothing that separates him from the Creator.” What was separating him before and then “he will see” if he annuls his authority meaning that “he will be awarded Mochin light, lights of Hochma,” meaning the upper light that comes from the Creator and fills him. It also says, “besides the Lord is high and the low will see,” it’s written “and the high will know from afar.” What does it mean that, and the high will know from afar, he says, “But one who is proud,” meaning one who has his own authority, he does not need to be proud like we see a person being proud in our life, that he is crying out and speaking out in such a way as if he is climbing high and looking down at everyone from there. No this is an inner feeling, his inner state, this is how he feels and he even wants not to be proud, not to have the pride and height of being above others, but he cannot. Because this is our ego that exists in such a way in each and every one to the extent that the ego is there speaking out of the person whether he wants to or not. He is higher than others in his ego and this is how it is with each one in his ego. It says, “and the high will know from afar but the one who is proud,” that is, one who has his own authority that he feels himself that I exist inside of myself, it is not that I am in the others and I am spread over the whole of humanity the whole of nature, but rather I exist on my own that I have something so that I am not in the others. That's something which is mine, this is my own authority, meaning that he has his own authority, then he is to that extent, he is far from everyone because he lacks the equivalence and he has lack of equivalence with them. “The lowliness does not mean that one lowers himself before the others, this is called humbleness and one feels wholeness in this work.” When he lowers himself, he feels this in spiritual advancement. There are religions and entire methods that are built on humiliation, self-humiliation. Lowliness means that the world despises him and if he feels that he is less than everyone and he feels that everyone relates to him in this way, then this feeling is called lowliness. “It is precisely when people despise him that it is considered lowliness and then one does not feel any wholeness,” this is how we are built. I cannot say about myself whether I am lowly or not, proud or not, but only with respect to the environment, only with respect to others, “since it is a law- what people think, affects a person. Hence, if people appreciate him, he feels whole and those whom people despise consider themselves low.”

2. S. (09:18) What is the difference between annulling and humbleness, lowliness?

R. Everything is measured with respect to others not what the person thinks inside of himself and everything is measured not according to the external actions. There were such periods in history even here or there where people show themselves how lowly they are, how much they are truly willing to live a life on the street or in the yard and it's not that they don't have no choice, it's that they think by that they can get rid of their ego of their desires and it is not true. The thing is that we have to do it, to perform these actions towards the public only inside of a restricted society while keeping the question of what are we doing it for, what is it that we want to achieve? Therefore Baal HaSulam writes that it is good to lower oneself, humiliate oneself towards the friends, to people who are right, who are proper and that can help a person but towards any people in the public, we need to behave just like everyone so that they won't really see about us anything that is happening inside of us.

3. S. (11:56) Baal HaSulam says in this last paragraph of the article, is he conveying a directive of how we should behave in our environment?

R. Yes, it is not enough what he writes here as he said it in between something and something else, all of his speeches would be during the time of the prayer or during the time of a meal in all kinds of such occasions, during the lesson when they were studying. If it touched something he would say such words and therefore we cannot say. These are short paragraphs.

S. It appears to me if I read it, that there are two kinds of lowliness, like a good one and a wrong one. A good one is when I annul myself and I feel humbleness in this environment but there's also a wrong one because when I don't see the friends as great, it feels he is despised and he feels less and therefore he cannot be an active part of the society. Is this how I should interpret it?

R. No that is incorrect. I do not perform any actions so that they will relate back to me in different forms, it is as if I am tricking the friends. Let's read the article again, I see that it's not enough. “The Lord is high and the low we'll see,” that is, even though the Creator is high, it is actually the low one who can see Him. How can there be an equivalence with the Creator if he is so high and I let's say managed to make myself low how will we see each other? When man is the receiver and the Creator is the giver which are opposite degrees, opposite states. The verse says that “The Lord is high and the low will see specifically, if one annuls oneself then no authority separates him from the Creator then he will see,” why will he see? Meaning he will be awarded the lights of Hochma at the time under the condition that he annuls himself, that is his own authority, then he seemingly becomes annulled before the Creator and he is seemingly inside of him without any obstruction. Besides that it also says, “and the high will know from afar. But one who is proud,” meaning “one who has his own authority,” he feels himself that I exist, that I occupy space, distance, I have knowledge and intellect, opinion, my view, mine. Meaning that he has a certain volume that he occupies something, that he is not a zero, that he does not exist like air. Then he is far, to that extent from the Creator because he lacks the equivalence because the Creator annuls himself so much that we don't even feel him, “lowliness does not mean that one lowers himself before others, if one lowers himself before others this is called humbleness.” It is kind of a game that he plays in order to be respected in order for him to know how he can get closer to them so that they will not notice him, so they are willing to play with humbleness and it usually is in order to be respected. “One feels wholeness in that work” because if he will annul himself then he will also have fewer problems with his surroundings and with others. Look at all of those people who enter into a new society, naturally they want to annul themselves in order to occupy as little volume as possible there, as little space as possible because then are in such a way that they will be able to insert themselves into that society, to fit in and hide in that society. Instinctively that's how we all start and then the “person feels in that work wholeness. Lowliness means that the world despises him,” meaning to the extent that the world despises him, meaning that they feel him and they despise him for whatever is revealed in the form that is revealed, then this is called lowliness. Meaning states that are very bad and against our ego. “It is precisely when people despise him then it is considered lowliness and one does not feel any wholeness, since it is a law that what people think affects a person. If people appreciate him, he feels whole and those whom people despise consider themselves low.”

4. S. (19:34) What should a person do to feel the real humbleness?

R. I don't think that it is possible to do it through physical actions so much, especially when we are in a virtual connection for a long time. We need to pass everything, shift everything to the virtual states, to somehow try to compose, each one within himself, some kind of a system, a virtual system so that each and every one has inside of him some form of the world. This is how he envisions it in his imagination and this is how he relates to the external world through whatever is depicted inside of himself. This is how we need to build our group and to try to see in it the present state, the existing one and the future state, the desirable one. To see how we can advance from one to the other.

5. S. (21:35) If he is high and I am low, where is the similarity?

R. The Creator even though he is high, high or low all depends on how much you value, you weigh his qualities relative to your qualities and it is not his qualities relative to your ego but his qualities relative to your desire to bestow. In what do I see the Creator as great? He is not conspicuous, he restricted himself, he is entirely concealed even though he rules everything he doesn't want his rule to be revealed, to be detected. He is willing to help us in each and everything however we can advance toward him to be like him and this is the most complete thing. I begin to get to know him in such a way, what is it that he has that I do not.

6. S. (23:10) We measure our spiritual advancement according to the level of our annulment in the group?

R. With respect to the Creator we have no possibility to measure our states and to annul this is why the Creator created the system of Adam HaRishon and through that system he is revealed to our will to receive. The will to bestow cannot be revealed towards the will to receive but if in between them there are 10 degrees, 10 Sefirot and the Creator from his degree can bestow to the lowest degree, Malchut, and there is a connection between them through the 8 Sefirot. There are 9 of direct light, Ohr Yashar, and 9 of reflected light, Ohr Hozer, and this is how we reach connections. This is our only possibility to exist, to connect ourselves, unite ourselves with him, only in such a way.

7. S. (24:48) The labor that we do for connection, if we get disrespect or contempt from the friends, is this a place to work?

R. The fact that we get disregard from the friends, we need to understand that between me and the friends that is the Creator and I do not see the friend truly, but rather I see whatever the Creator wants me to see in the friend. I cannot see and detect the Creator, to have contact with him but that he is standing between me and the friend and he determines in what form I will see the friend until I will be able to annul before the friend with the hope and intention that I am actually annulling before the Creator. That I want to do all the good for him and help him in every way, then it turns out by that even though it is the friend but if I depict to myself that this is how I am operating to the Creator, because I'm sure there is None Else Besides Him, there are no friends and there is nothing else here besides the manifestation of the Creator. If I aim myself in such a way, I have 24 hours in the day with possibilities to calibrate myself and aim myself to the Creator, in such a way that I cannot be wrong. Because I have the group, I have the friends, I have guidance. So go ahead and prepare yourself to be connected with the Creator directly.

8. S. (27:18) The important thing is the need?

R. Yes.

S. Is it the need that causes the restriction?

R. Yes, it is only the deficiency that pushes us ahead.

9. S. (27:42) When I read the article it says that if the world despises me, I will see the greatness of the Creator and we just read that the ego is to be despised and not me, how do I understand this correctly?

R. I need to learn correctly, how to work with everything that is inside of me, whatever I receive I receive following the shattering of the general vessel and what I have now exists in me as foundations of my nature. So that if I develop them through this effort that brings me the force of development, the force of the upper light, then in such a way I can truly reach a state of the revelation of Adam HaRishon, a revelation of the complete system of connection with the Creator. This is what I am engaging in, meaning that I need to know with which tools and in which form do I need to be connected with the friends, how will I connect with them and how will I pull and work towards them. It is all in order and with the understanding that behind them stands the Creator, it is not friends, these are forms, images, marionettes. It doesn't matter what you call it but they are parts of the Creator. This is how he appears to me and I need to calibrate myself in a particular manner to the Creator and the Creator is everything, includes everything and I to the friends to calibrate myself such that I will be able to see behind the friends the image of the Creator, the only one. As we learned that we have the upper light and it enters the 10 Sefirot and there it splits and performs all kinds of actions and we need to reach those 10 Sefirot in the group and to try through the group to reach the source, which is the Creator. What does it mean the force to do good that operated on us in all kinds of different forms that are called Sefirot and we out of that, that we want to tie all of them back into a single force, the Creator, we found this. So what is the essence that we found and what is the essence of the Creator and Malchut we reach through all of the Sefirot, through all of these particular manifestations of the Creator to us, we reach the Keter.

S. If I understand correctly, it turns out that I go through some change because I feel the degradation and then when I disconnect from my ego, I no longer feel it as degradation but an upliftment?

R. Fine, okay.

10. S. (31:32) What does the high will see from afar mean?

R. That we need in our work primarily to lower our ego and to relate to everyone in the form of bestowal and then out of that we need to reach the quality of the Creator. What is the quality of bestowal? It is not the Creator's quality, it is how he shows us in our matter who he is, it is his expression, there is no such thing as the quality of bestowal but rather it exists in a state where there is the Creator and the created being, or there is two friends, then the relation can be in the quality of bestowal. If we are talking about one person, one thing we cannot say that he has bestowal, we cannot say that it's only on the condition that he expresses it in relation to another. So how can we say that I want to bestow? Where do you want to bestow and how? What quality and what quantity and which forms? Therefore he received it from above, the Creator broke our vessel and so here will you receive precisely the Lego or those building blocks, those separated egoistic parts so that upon that we can arrange them. When we start to arrange them, those building blocks then we see that these building blocks they are also like magnets, that I can't just attach one to the other but rather it is only on the condition that I bestow in a special way, with a special attitude then those building blocks become close and attached to one another. If I do not do it in the right way then I cannot attach them, meaning here inside each and every building block it has its own character and there are many forms of characters. So if we were to see the entire soul of Adam HaRishon then we would see how no one can be in another place but only in his specific place. They're all of the forms and all of his qualities will be precisely complementing, completing all of the forms of qualities of his neighbor's let’s say. This is how we become arranged and so it is great work here, it seems to us why is the world so great and we have to be connected and all kinds of different forms in this corporeal life, but nothing was created in vain. Everything cascaded from a single point like with the big bang, from a single point of energy that exploded and creation started and it reached its development. Actually what was back then in that single point of energy came in the form of matter to numerous parts and then all of these parts need to reach back in return such a connection between them and reach that same previous point. But mechanically, physically matter but in the form that this inner force will be able to connect into a single force, there is None Else Besides Him. There is a lot to think

about here so think about it.

11. S. (37:08) What does it mean that what people think affects a person, how can we see that in reality and how can we use thoughts in order to develop? Can we control these thoughts, should we control the thoughts?

R. Yes, it is true everything is clarified in the thoughts, mainly to control our thoughts so we need to direct ourselves properly to constantly try, if I have a mind in our heart how do I direct them correctly to direct the connection between us as correctly as possible. To take into account as many natural and personal discernments that exist in everyone, not to erase or cut off from that friend a leg and from that friend a hand and from someone else something else and from what's left I can put together a new vessel, no. I need to take everything and arrange them and connect them in such a way that everyone is in his place.

12. S. (38:52) Out of the text that sounds like we should all help each other to lower our ego so how do we do this correctly without turning directly to the friend?

R. For your friends to see that you are working on it, very simple, for the friends to see that you are working on it. Not that you are running away from them, but that you are present and each one should try to be at the center of the ten. Each one should try to be at the center of the ten and at the same time each one should feel as if he has a place there and everyone is making this place, this room for him. In this way they feel themselves that they are all in one place and there's room for everyone. This is very important to come to that feeling.

S. Do we help through our attitude or through concrete actions?

R. In thought and in action.

13. S. (40:30) What is equivalence of form with the Creator according to this article as there seems to be no connection between equivalence of form in what is being described?

R. What is he describing in the article?

S. That one should be awarded lowliness from the public, from the people around him?

R. Don't we need it?

S. Yes but the equivalence of form means to be like the Creator.

R. Isn't the Creator in lowliness, you don't even feel him even though he runs everything, he feels everything, that he encompasses everything you don't even feel that he exists. That is the law of the spiritual world, of spiritual life it is not like he is just hidden. All of reality is a law so the upper law is that there is an upper force that surrounds everything, feels everything, that is what it is with respect to itself. With respect to the created beings that can be felt in them according to the law of equivalence of form. So what are you asking?

S. Simply when we say equivalence of form to be like him, you feel like you need to do some grand special action, some special things.

R. No, relate to their friends, assemble the group see they are as one man with one heart this is the single greatest and most important act that the Creator expects of you.

14. S. (42:38) Lowliness is called when people despise him to the extent that the world despises him that they feel him despise him over, it is still not clear what is our work and how the world despises us?

R. We don't need to bring ourselves to a state where the world despises us, this will not become so lowliness, all of those discernments a person should see within him, that he is willing internally to be the least of everyone, the least among everyone in our case is expressed in dissemination. In wanting to quietly, as much as I can without jumping, because by this I simply disrupt my own growth in spirituality. So I just want to disperse in the world the correction method, to bring everyone as much as possible to the Creator. Each of us must be as a messenger of the Creator to others. the example is Moses as he pulled all the people who wanted to come out of Egypt,

from the ego, he pulled them out of there and brought them through the desert, through all of the problems to reception of Torah. Meaning to scrutinize and clarify the correction method and he went along with them up to the borders of the land of Israel, up to a state and beyond which it was already their choice. This is how each of us should see himself in the spiritual work.

15. S. (45:13) What exactly defines lowliness versus humbleness?

R. It is mainly expressed in not showing myself in this way to others. When I tried to perform my actions in the same concealment as the Creator performs his actions to you. Do you see the actions of the Creator? No, even if you are told the Creator does everything you don’t believe it because you don’t see it like that. He is a God who hides and this is how you also need to perform your actions as with the example of the Creator.

16. S. (46:34) How can we value the active annulment before their friends in a way that is as clean as possible without doing it through pride?

R. If we work on bringing them together and try to make room for them, to be as connected as possible among themselves in one heart and we together with them are only holding that heart so it doesn't fall apart and continues in connection, this is the first stage in the group.

S. This is the first stage in the work?

R. Yes, afterwards we have to work on the cleanliness of the work to the extent we do it not for our own sake but only in order to please the Creator, to make room for him to be revealed and afterward more and more stages but in the same direction to the end of correction.

S. You say don't jump, but you push the ten so I feel it doesn’t matter if you jump, eventually it is done out of pride.

R. Even out of pride, it doesn't matter if it's out of pride but you can't do it otherwise, we are all in the states where we are only in the will to receive, only. Our intention is to achieve Lishma, this is why we need to perform all kinds of activities in the group of connection until we begin to feel in these activities the power of bestowal, more and more. As we begin to perform these actions our activities will be with the mind and the intellect of reception but gradually, we will begin to discover the power of bestowing operates in them, the Creator is within us who manages and runs us, operates us. So the more that we try for the operations to be close to his operations, as if he is doing it, we will begin to discover that he really does operate within us.

S. Dissemination, I notice if I do silent dissemination, people who have great abilities of different kinds what is better for them?

R. Dissemination, I think anything works if it goes in the right direction even if you take a person from the outside who is successful and dissemination and you pay him money, and it doesn't matter what you do, but he knows how to envelop our work correctly, to kind of sugar coat it so everyone will swallow it and will accept it. So we need to do it this way and use him.

17. S. (50:51) In the article it is written that it is a law that people affect the person, what kind of work do I have to do so that the people mentioned here become None Else Besides Him for me?

R. I need to work on them, to exert and invest in them to the extent that I invest in them they become important to me. It is said that an adopted child, meaning if it's not your biological child, but you invest in your child from the bottom of your heart more and more, eventually you come to such love for the child that is more than for your own biological child. You can slap your own child because he is yours, but the adopted child that you brought closer, you can't slap him because within you there is a disconnection between you and the child and other things. We need to understand that the connection between us needs to be as with an adopted child to each and every friend but the Creator who broke the vessel of Adam HaRishon and pushed us away from one another, this the Creator will correct and then we will feel that we exist in one body. Not that the child is mine but that he is outside of me and in the end through the corrections we will feel that we are truly, as we can't even imagine, that we are as one. On that day, the Lord will be one and his name one, his name is the vessel and the light is the Creator.

18. S. (53:37) During dissemination when we work with new students there is always the feeling of ride, I know what you don't know, how do I lower myself here?

R. I don't think you need to go lower or decrease your pride, instead you need to connect to the Creator so you will be certain of your success. If I am connected to the Creator, if I'm under the Creator, if I am the correct conduit towards the friends then I will succeed. This is possible only if I belong to the Creator and your pride can remain, don't deal with it because if you start dealing with the pride you will have no power or strength to teach. You need assertiveness and confidence so worry only about one thing that you are connected to the Creator and you are transferring through me to them what I can convey. Then you will succeed. Do not worry, you won't fall and it won't be pride, it will be the right conveyance.

19. S. (55:21) Why is it that sometimes we feel the giver that he is lifting us and sometimes he is lowering us?

R. This is good, it is also written, a king who puts to death and revives and brings salvation, he is the king, he is the ruler and he determines what he puts to death. He is really killing us and brings to life, the revival of the dead, when we rise above these states and as a result, he brings forth salvation. He connects the two, the descent and the ascent into one great state, we have to get used to it happening this way. If a person doesn't stop being connected to the group, then all of the ups and downs accumulate in him like a wheel that is turning and is therefore moving forward. If the ups and downs act on you in a way that during the ascent that you are confused and happy and in the descent that you cry, you crumble and you are powerless, it is a sign that you are not connected correctly to the ten and not directed toward the goal. Those who position themselves correctly the ups and downs are plus and minus that connect and work in the same direction.

S. We need to feel everything, receive everything as coming from the Creator so this is about the attitude not only that he is giving us but that his attitude to us all comes through the friends as good and doing good?

R. There is None Else Besides Him.

20. S. (57:52) What actions should a person do so he would be able to see his lowliness?

R. I didn't understand, what actions?

S. What actions should one do so he can see his own lowliness?

R. If he is working correctly, he is always having opposite forms, at one time he can be on top and another time he can be low, once he is in pride and the other, he has humiliated it includes everything the extent is to what extent does he attribute everything to the Creator and be willing to be connected to the Creator through all of those things. Then all of the ups and the downs, all of the personal states that he has been through they only bring and cause the development of the vessel. Because you cannot have light without dark or dark without light in all kinds of forms so when he connects them all together, by this he builds the right connection.

21. S. (59:28) How can there be equivalence with the Creator when man is the receiver and the Creator is the giver. But then he says that the Lord is high and the low will see if one annuls himself, it follows that no authority separates him from the Creator. Then he will see, meaning that he will be Mochin of Hochma, what does he want to tell us with these sentences?

R. That we have to restrict our vessels of reception and bring them to the form of the vessels of bestowal, if we restrict our vessels of reception then we are no longer separated from the Creator and if we are willing to make of them even vessels of reception in order to bestow then we revealed the Creator in practice, we ourselves operate like the Creator who is a person, who is similar to The Creator, Adam, man, Domeh, one who is similar to the Creator. I make of the states that were given to me, a desire, light, restriction, screen. I put together all of this my relation to the Creator.

S. Why does he write if one annuls himself?

R. He annuls his intention to receive.

S. Only this?

R. Only that as we can't do any more than that.

S. Is there such a thing as canceling one’s ego?

R. Himself means his intention to receive that the person thinks this is me, with the intention and thought to receive is what he needs to try to cancel, how through the reforming light?

S. Shouldn't he try above the ego?

R. Afterwards rise but first he needs to cancel the will to receive, the real form of the ego.

22. S. (01:02:00) How does a friend who is in lowliness give greatness to the friends as he seems he is small and low?

R. When he is that small and low, he can rise above everyone with the example that he gives him because he pulls them after him.

S. I get an example from friends who are great and are leading dissemination, the great ones, the veterans, how do I take an example from one who is low?

R. I don't know, in every group I saw some people in the world group who are willing to serve the group and to perform all kinds of actions without annulling themselves, but when they do it from the bottom of their heart consistently, we pay attention and we notice these things and I envy them. People start respecting them and it is beautiful in my eyes that when they begin to show their relation to the system in general and with the groups and everything that they contribute and do there is room to bestow. When he works in this way then he himself advances, you will see that these people do seemingly small things but from the bottom of the heart without anyone forcing them. You will see how afterward they grow and succeed.

23. S. (01:04:01) If you can elaborate how each one should try to be in the center of the ten and along with that to feel there is a place there?

R. I tried to reach the center of the connection in order to pull there all of the friends and for all of us to be there, in spirituality there is no place. We can be at one point, kind of at the tip and all of us can stand there. It is called 10 points or dots, let's say we are 10 standing Keter to Malchut on that one point. That point is called the center of reality. As the ARI writes before the emanations were emanated and the creatures created then the upper simple light filled all of reality and a center was made within that reality, a black point from which everything started. I want to see and I try to see my ten in that black point and there is where we stand and we want from there the upper lights influence outside of the circles, influences us and us who are standing at the innermost point we want to bestow on the upper light but we can't bestow upon it openly in every direction.

We only have one way to the extent that we restrict ourselves and then can open ourselves to bestow. The restriction is in 360 degrees around us and open for contact with the upper light can only be in one percent, one degree if we are talking about being at the center of the circle. This is how we need to see ourselves. There is no place we need to connect among us in such a way that no one takes up space and we all come into the point of 0, meaning to be in that same point that the Creator created, the center of the light where there is darkness. From there on we begin to develop from the extent of our bestowing on the light and then the light fills what we develop and open out of the circle.

S. Where is the room for all of us in this point, how to make room in also to be there?

R. No one takes up space, no one takes up space, I with my importance, with my ego, my pride, my opinion I don't take up space. This is how I want it to be otherwise I will not be spiritual I will be corporeal.

S. So what does it mean I'm present there?

R. If I don't perform any action in my ego, then I'm in the center of the circle.

S. What above me is there, what is this ”I” that is there?

R. “I” and your will to receive and it doesn't want anything other than to exist in order to afterwards build its relation to others to the Creator and the others would fill up all the circles and the Creator is what operates and fills them.

24. S. (01:08:32) What should I depict in the center of the ten?

R. The center of the ten is one who annuls himself before the others is at the center of the ten and if everyone annuls himself then everyone is in the same place. In spirituality, place is called a desire, if we cancel our desires then we are in zero desires, zero place and the center of the ten.

25. S. (01:09:23) How can you feel fulfillment when you annul before the friends and the Creator?

R. We don't attain it in the will to receive, we receive it in our tendency to bestow with the restriction, screen and reflected light, in my disposition to others is where you feel the filling in a direct will to receive, I never feel any filling. R. Lowliness is towards a person's will to receive. To the extent that he annuls himself he can draw closer to the Creator, but lowliness is not enough. There needs to be equivalence of form as well. R. The Creator is high upon high, the highest. He controls everything, fills everything and low because the created being is in the opposite qualities. The more one lowers one's qualities of reception, to that extent he can begin to feel the Creator.

32.S. (01:14:37) The law that people think operates on a person and if people appreciate Him, he feels whole and there are those people who consider him a law. why is that considered a law?

R. 35. S. (01:17:49) The lowliness felt is just not death. I can do everything just not lower myself internally in front of the friends. I have such resistance to it. How do I get the force for this?

R. We have many verses that talk about how much lowliness is a big thing, a respectable thing, because a person bows down his head to the upper force. R.
