What Are the Strengths of Generation Z?

Generation Z, which includes people who were born after 1997, are known for being bold and independent. Born with phones in their hands, they get to know the world in a split second. What can we learn from them? First, their unique memory trait, which can be called “clip thinking.” It lets them scan an individual from the photos and videos, and decide whether or not it is worthwhile to continue contact with them. Gen-Z’s possession of this “clip thinking” trait gives them the ability to assess information at lightning speed, and they tend to be pragmatic, simple and straightforward. Second, in their world, there are no communication barriers. For this generation, everyone is equal. Why do I have to kneel before someone? Are they majestic? Generation Z can easily get to know celebrities—they can write to Elon Musk, or anyone at all—and get acquainted with them in that way. The Internet made them dauntless. It is a great trait. No one has anything special in them and everyone is equal. If everyone is equal, on what grounds is a person appreciated? It is on the grounds of their practical benefit to society. That is where “clip thinking” comes to help. It provides a good perception and assessment, filtering and gaining results, and then you will know with clarity and precision why to respect such and such a person. It is not awe or reverence, just respect. Third, no insecurities. They accept themselves as they are, breaking barriers, standards and boundaries within themselves. Gen Z understands that there is nothing inside an individual that is his own and not from nature. Therefore, there is no basis for blame, or for shame, or for self-deprecation. A person should be free. Once a person gets over their own insecurities, we have a chance to figure out what is actually within us, or what is it that we really have to correct? They understand that fundamentally all qualities are from nature, none of them are mine. If you have any complaints about me, appeal to the Creator. Go to the One who made me and talk to Him. It works when people relate to one another from this perspective. I see in myself or another person the result of the Creator’s work on them. It is like a beautiful ping-pong, constantly through the Creator to the world. That is the next stage for Generation Z, but I don’t have to know anything at all about the Creator. I see based on the results of His actions. The final point distinguishing Generation Z is a sense of personal significance. There are no adolescents more confident than the zoomers. It is difficult to influence them by means of an ideology. They are independent and feel their worth. Why do I have to respect or despise someone for something? I simply have to value people for their potential, for the fact that they can grow in the qualities which are going to be respected by our society. It does not necessarily mean spiritual growth, but rather my growth is in whatever is going to be respected and benefiting society.
