Part 2:

The Ruin as an Opportunity for Correction - Selected Excerpts from the Sources

Reading the breaking of the vessels excerpt number 1. (00:39 ) Twice.

1. S. (03:09) How to differentiate between the shattering and the bad connection?

R. The shattering, the breaking, takes place in a corrected vessel, the vessel that was corrected and now corruption has been revealed in it. It's possible that it existed prior to the breaking, but that's how it feels and is considered broken. There's no connection between its parts, there's no connection between its parts.

2. S. (04:23) More or less the same question, why when parts of the vessels the system receives for itself it's because of the shattering and not another reason?

R. There can be nothing else other than lack of connection between the vessels that need to be connected and that is the reason for the breaking.

S. But it's the Creator, He built this?

R. It doesn't matter, He did that intentionally and now He adds the will to receive and the vessels cannot maintain the connection between them with the growing will to receive.

3. S. (05:23) What does it mean here that the breaking of the vessels itself is the great correction?

R. Yes.

S. Why is it?

R. Yes, because it reveals to us that flaw that existed in the beginning but we're not able to see it but now that the flaw has become apparent, you can reveal it, you can correct it and come to the final correction. This flaw if had not been revealed we would not be able to reveal it,and besides that, it's a kind of flaw a person can never, will never be able to recognize, we cannot detect what exists in us above reason and this flaw that exists in us, that is revealed, that we are in a shattering, that the shattering was a result of being the suffering from this terrible flaw that we cannot correct, and we cannot connect the will to receive and the will to bestow, and then we are perplexed, we are at a loss.

4. S. (07:32) Can we say that the shattering is when the border between reception and bestowal breaks between those who are receiving and those who are bestowing?

R. Yes, yes, in other words we feel that the vessels of reception and the vessels of bestowal share one goal. That is the inner reason for the shattering.

5. S. (08:31) We are certain that in the purpose of creation and the plan of creation there are no mistakes, hence the shattering of the vessels appears to us as a goal that is marked in advance to bring sparks of sanctity into the AHP by which to cause the repentance in the future, is that correct?

R. Of course it's correct, of course.

6. S. (09:18) What is the main corruption? What should  be receiving this from it never being spoiled, in the end of the paragraph it says that they were never spoiled. What do we get from this piece of the excerpt ? What is the meaning in this that they were never spoiled?

Reader: He's asking if there was never a shattering whatsoever, it was never spoiled, what is this all supposed to be telling us?

R. We learn that there was something spoiled and flawed and we need to reveal it and after we reveal it we can correct it, you should accept it smoothly, without resistance. The less conundrums you have now it will be easier to advance. Although we're not solving those queries, we're actually keeping them under concealment a little bit, but it's good, in order to just move forward and these questions will not disappear. They might add up and then we will solve them all.

Reading excerpt number 2 (11:16) “In spirituality breaking is similar to...” twice.

7. S. (14:07) Did the Creator put in a piece of his soul to each part when he broke the vessels of creation? If so, how do we come to the deficiency of feeling that piece from Him in us?

R. That's a good question, and we will learn about it later. Of course, during the shattering, sparks of light entered the broken vessels meaning the parts of the Creator, and we need to correct these particles, the sparks, not them but the vessels in which they reside, and in this way, we approach corrections.

8. S. (15:42) It is written in excerpt 2, that we were created after the shattering, and between light and Kli there is one thing, how were we born after the shattering if the light and the Kli are one?

R. Light is not a vessel, and a vessel is not a light. The fact that we were born as a result, we were as an outcome of the shattering that is clear, but where are you taking this question from I'm not sure, you need to think of how to reformat it, perhaps.

9. S. (16:38) For the created beings the shattering appears as a very big tragedy, pain, ruin, how is it that now that we are seemingly in the opening of the redemption where the final correction will be revealed and the process of again, rebuilding the Kli how does this mitigate the whole and sweeten the whole process of shattering the Kli of Adam HaRishon went through?

R. We discover that without the shattering we cannot reach corrections. We can see that there cannot be good without bad and bad without good relative to the created beings and we come to the fact that ultimately everything adds up and joins the good, and that's how it's concluded with goodness.

10. S. (18:09) People are very lazy. Everything has to be fast, ready, digital. Even to learn music, to do music, people make music without learning any instruments for example, but what will push the people to enter correction?

R. Only trouble, only trouble, when they feel trouble, Searot in Hebrew from the word Sar (narrow), when they feel pressure and there's no way out and they see ahead of them even greater troubles then they are prepared for correction. What can you do? Our bodies are a beast, an animal. They can only feel pleasure or pain. We begin to rise a little bit above the pleasure or pain, the paradigm into higher values then we can climb the degrees of men.

11. S. (19:56) As a student, what will lead us to do a correction because many times I don't understand what I'm doing?

R. We can see it in human history, with all the nations, across all the continents of people, how we don't understand what is going on with us and how to come to the corrected state. Okay, we will learn about it. So, other than this lesson, we will have another lesson at noon Israel time and we will see each other there.
