Part 1: Obtaining Contact with the Creator - Selected excerpts from the sources

Reader: Hello friends, the subject of today's lesson is “Obtaining Contact with the Creator.” We have selected excerpts from the sources which you can find on the Arvut platform. Or you can also send us questions here in the study hall. If anyone wants to ask a question, please raise your hand, stand up, then, if you're given the right of speech, hold the microphone close to your mouth and speak loudly and clearly.

“Obtaining Contact with the Creator,” selected excerpts from the sources.

Baal HaSulam writes in The Writings of the Last Generation, this is Excerpt Number One.

Reading: (00:32) 1. Baal HaSulam, "The Writings of the Last Generation" - Twice.

There is nothing more natural than coming into contact with one’s Maker, for He has made nature. In fact, every creature has contact with his Maker, as it is written, “The whole earth is full of His glory,” except we do not know or feel it.

Actually, one who is awarded contact with Him attains only the awareness. It is as though one has a treasure in his pocket, and he does not know it. Along comes another and lets him know what is in his pocket. Now he really has become rich.

Yet, there is nothing new here, no cause for excitement. In fact, nothing has been added in the actual reality.

Reader: WORKSHOP QUESTION - How can we obtain contact with the Creator?

Re-Reading: (07:54) 1. Baal HaSulam, "The Writings of the Last Generation"

M. Laitman: In truth, a person doesn't have anything more natural than feeling the Creator, which is the source for all of nature, for all that's happening. And in it a person sees all the causes for all that is happening. That's why the more we awaken to know the Creator and feel contact with Him. To that same measure, we have a perception, a grip, confidence that all that's happening to us is altogether the revelation of the general force of nature, the center of nature. And then a person becomes calm because he feels in his will to receive that he's coming to the center of creation. That's it.

Reader: We also have friends in the world's Kli so please put up question marks or here. Raise your hand and we'll let you ask. For the time being, there are no questions here in the hall. Help me, friends, okay, if there's a question.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (12:38) Ultimately, we have but one choice, one real choice. What is it exactly?

M. Laitman: Our choice is only to add from ourselves desire, yearning, longing. Exertion to expand our contact with the Creator as much as possible. That is what we can do and that's why, to the extent in which we exert in intensifying our force towards the Creator; by that, we will feel Him and extend our contact with Him.

Student: What does it mean to increase the force opposite the Creator?

M. Laitman: To increase the force, meaning that we have desires, longings; that the Creator, to begin with, created us with the desire to receive, for us to be adapted to His revelation. Also, to the extent in which we advance ourselves through the connection between us, created beings, through prayer, longing for the Creator. Then of course, specifically, in what is a person superior to the rest of creation? Because he can develop in him a desire, like a child who's growing to become a man, an adult. He feels, understands, brings closer to himself nature, and by that, he goes and opens up reality. This is how we also need to see that we were given this and let's do it.

Student: What is the main vessel, the main means I have, annulling myself, justifying?

M. Laitman: The main Kli is, nevertheless, feeling the Creator, to feel Him. And in an internal, natural way, as much as possible. Which means that we need to feel that the inner feeling of our hearts is truly coming from the center of nature. And it's there that we are filled with the feeling of the Creator.

Question (Holland): (17:28) It says, here, one who is awarded contact with Him attains only the awareness. What does it mean to be awarded this contact?

M. Laitman: That awareness of that reward is where a person comes to contact with the Creator. It's from Him, being with Him, in contact. And that there is nothing with which to appreciate Him because it's a contact that's above matter, above our regular desires but it's the revelation of the Creator inside a person's desire. The desire that the Creator has created to begin with. That's why the knowledge of the Creator, the feeling of the Creator, fills the most natural, internal vessels of a person.

Student: Is it, let's say, this awareness, is that the only thing we can attain here? The awareness of the Creator or is there also something else that we can attain?

M. Laitman: No, at the end of the day, we don't have anything else to attain but the knowledge of Who we're in contact with, the One who created us.

Student: It's only the awareness?

M. Laitman: No, the knowledge is something limited. We start to know that which comes to us beyond knowledge. It's the feeling, nearing, adhesion. Through the adhesion, we start to feel the upper force, the one unique and unified which is - There’s None Like Him. And He begins to play on such strings on our souls, that we are not capable of feeling something more internal, more close, more clear.

Question (Kyiv 1): (22:26) You said that this is something that comes to us after the knowledge, the attainment, the adhesion. We discover this force which is in contact with us. What is that work that we do when we reach that feeling?

M. Laitman: We try to expand the borders of our feelings such that they will be filled to the extent, in which it's possible with the feeling of the Creator. That's what we can achieve, attain, and the Creator helps us with this.

Student: How do I move the boundaries of sensation?

M. Laitman: I try. I try just like in our world. I try to understand something, to hear, to see, with all my senses, all my feelings. In such a way, I begin to understand, each time, a little more and a little more, in a more broader way, the revelation of the Creator in me.

Question (Turkiye 6): (24:46) Your presence in the lesson always connects us together and that gives us the feeling of the Creator. What is that force, when Rav is in the lesson giving us that feeling of the Creator?

M. Laitman: We will discover that together, but I don't want to talk about, so much, about my work. That belongs to the Creator and truly, only, thanks to Him. Only, do we come to a state in which we are connected together and all that will be before us is all thanks to the state that comes to us.

Question (Turkiye 2): (26:12) How can we emerge from the ego and reach a state of “us” or “we”?

M. Laitman: That's the whole point, that every created being wants to attain more and more, and from the youngest to the oldest, but we don't understand that to attain more, we need to attain what comes out of the Creator to the created beings. That's why we learn that the main thing is the love of others, the connection with others. Connection with others is the connection with the feeling of the others, and that's why, we need to try and emerge from ourselves, as much as possible, to live, and feel, and be in the others. By that, we expand our vessels to the extent in which we will be capable of attaining all of reality that's in us.

Question (Moscow 1): (28:56) First of all, I wanted to thank you for these lessons. You could say that you brought us to a state where we are capable of discovering the reasons, the causes for everything that happens. The source of all the changes and transformations we are undergoing. The question is will there always remain such a state where the Creator divided Himself into two parts, the attainer and the attained?

M. Laitman: In essence, that's how our perception of reality is made. It's made of the attainer and that which he attains. When we make changes and engage in revelation of the Creator, an interesting quality appears. A person begins to acquire the quality of the Creator. In such a state, there is no limit to his attainment until the feeling of the world of Ein Sof.

Student: Ultimately, the Creator's quality that we attain, is it the same Creator that can exist in everyone at the same time?

M. Laitman: Absolutely, yes.

Question (Ashkelon 2): (30:51) The center of creation, is it in the initial thought towards the complete observance of the single commandment, of love your friend?

M. Laitman: Ask again, clearer.

Student: The center of creation, is it in the initial thought with respect to the complete desire of keeping, to keep, the single commandment of love your friend as yourself or is it a place of absolute, complete lack?

M. Laitman: Love your friend as yourself is really the collective general Mitzva which includes all the opening of the feeling a person has towards the Creator. But it's not that he finishes all the opening of the Creator towards a person. But, rather, to the extent in which a person wants to know reality, the general reality in order to open Him to all of the created beings. In accordance with that, he expands his Kli and turns it to the Creator with the purpose of being capable through him to open the Creator to all of creation.

Question (Woman Turkiye): (33:58) In the text, it mentions a person with a treasure in his pocket. What is the treasure the Creator places in our pocket in the very beginning? What is that treasure?

M. Laitman: The pocket is the desire to receive of a person, and the Creator to begin with, fills a person's desire to receive in all of creation. Then, the rest he discovers, gradually, what the Creator gave him in advance, he needs to develop his vessels. That's why it's considered that the Creator is opening for him, through opportunities and in all kinds of states where these have to come to a person. But, in actuality, it's the Creator who's doing it.

Question (Almaty): (35:54) The feeling of understanding, when I suddenly feel that I'm rich, but nothing changed around me. It seems to be a kind of test. How does the Creator test me and how do I pass the test?

M. Laitman: He's trying you and all of us. This way where our attainment, our control of the world, will be for the benefit of the world; that's the most important thing. We need to be careful of Him, to be cautious of Him. Our attitude towards Him and towards the whole world, to what was created by the Creator, we want to receive this world, the feeling of love, of concern. And of endless development, that which the Creator created in this world. That's why we need to relate with great caution to the revelation of the world on our behalf, happening in feelings of concern and love. It has to do with—on our behalf—towards the whole world.

Question (Women MAK): (38:15) What happens in creation when a person discovers the Creator in every part of creation?

M. Laitman: When a person discovers the Creator in every detail in creation, he reveals the Creator by that, in that detail. And, gradually, the Creator becomes the only force that is revealed in all of nature. That's what a person is given to reveal. It's by this that a person begins to feel the uniqueness of everything that exists in the Creator.

Question (Almaty 1): (39:37) In this lesson, you opened up something very interesting for me. It appears that the revelation of the Creator that I see outside of me is actually within me. You also said that I need to reveal the Creator through myself, through me, to all created beings. How is that done?

M. Laitman: We connect as a result of attaining the Creator in His desire to fill all of the created beings. But development depends on the development of the created beings. It turns out that, to the extent in which we develop, connect, between us, that's how we feel the inner force of the Creator. In principle, we attain what the Creator reveals in creation.

Student: In our connection, through our connection, can we accelerate the development of all creation towards the revelation of the Creator?

M. Laitman: Of course, we not only hasten by this, but we discover in a completely different way, creation. It's one thing when we want to develop creation in our way, through our development. Then the other thing is where the Creator doesn't need to bring us to all kinds of problems. Rather, we ourselves want to discover these problems and reveal them, to correct them, and fill them.

Question (Woman Latin 26): (42:39) The question is in the text it says that in actual reality, nothing has been added. How can that be related to the concept of the perception of reality and the process of the spiritual correction?

M. Laitman: When we discover reality, we can add to it only the connection that there is between all the parts of creation. This is what the wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us and so if we reach the study of all of creation, in order to reveal all the connections that are between everyone. And the connections are revealed by the feeling of love that exists between one and another; it turns out that what the Creator gave us to begin with, He distanced between us – broke the connection between us. And when we learn the difference between separation and connection, between all the parts of creation, by that we discover the Creator, several times more, where He has done this. Moreover, to the extent in which we are drawn towards clothing all of creation in this connection of love. And we are using the same force of the Creator which unifies us all, and that's why we discover Him in a way that was not revealed, ever, to the world.

Question (Tel Aviv 1): (47:14) According to the excerpt, we're a person who has treasure in his pocket, unawares. So, now we're informed that the treasure has been in our pocket the whole time. Who is the one who reveals to us that we have this treasure?

M. Laitman: Again, slower.

Student: According to the excerpt, we are the person who has a treasure in his pocket, but we aren't aware of it, we don't know it. Until a person comes and informs the person that the treasure was always in his pocket.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: The question is who is that person who tells us that we actually have the treasure?

M. Laitman: It's the Creator, the Creator discloses to us who we are, what all the advantages and deficiencies are in the state that He's created us with.

Student: What causes Him at a certain point in time, or at a certain stage, to disclose this to us? What changed from the stage where He didn't disclose this, that He's now disclosed it? What do we need to do? What changes?

M. Laitman: That we will reveal when it's needed.

Question (Spain 1): (49:04) Why are we not supposed to be excited about the things that we discover?

M. Laitman: That's the problem we are so small and limited that we're not impressed by engaging in the wisdom of Kabbalah, in the root of creation, in the development of creation towards endless vessels. It's like a baby who doesn't know what he's playing with and that's how we continue more and more. Let's hope that we will discover our truth. And, in accordance with that, relate differently to the forces of nature.

Question (MAK 43): (50:28) The state of connection with the Creator is a wonderful state and a person always wants to extend that state. Can this state be shared with the friends and how can that affect our advancement?

M. Laitman: We can, constantly, advance towards a greater and greater revelation of the Creator. That's the main Mitzva, the main attainment, in the existence that we have. However, we should do this and yearn to replace, between us, these impressions that we will attain from nature.

Question (Latin 8): (52:06) It is written that the land is full of His glory, but people don’t feel it, don’t know it, don’t see. Can only one who comes into contact with Him recognize that?

M. Laitman: Yes, we are in a state where the Creator wants to be revealed. He can reveal Himself only according to the vessels of the created beings. That's why, even before people reveal Him, they need to acquire, attain, the desire to discover the Creator – the desire to feel Him – and that's the whole problem.

Student: What changes in the person the moment he achieves contact with the Creator? And in what way does he manifest this understanding, this recognition?

M. Laitman: The moment the person comes closer to the Creator to such an extent that he feels Him, that's called that he is with the Creator in one Kli. And then, he can be connected to that Kli with the Creator, and that's, actually, his entire world. From here onwards, he starts working already according to new discernments where it's clear to him that he isn't quite. He starts to need the Creator, not in order to understand Him and feel Him but, rather in order to observe His will, it's completely different. Because a person's desire, in a person to advance the upper's desire, by that a person is similar to the Creator. And it's by this that he, when he comes closer to the Creator; he comes nearer in a real way where he builds from himself, he makes from himself, the image of the Creator.

Question (Nikolaev-Sochi): (56:35) In the beginning, you said that if a person places the Creator in his center, then he becomes calmer. How does that happen and how can we reach that state before reaching the revelation of the Creator?

M. Laitman: That's not important.

Student: What does it mean that the person becomes calmer? How is that expressed in our work? We're always searching.

M. Laitman: Well, so what?

Student: I'd like to be calmer, how to achieve that?

M. Laitman: It depends on your internal state.

Question (H 8): (57:42) I feel that I need the Creator only when I have some goal. So, how can I turn it into me carrying out His will and not just following my own goals?

M. Laitman: Well, try to reach a state in which you will want to only fulfill the will of the Creator.

Student: So, how do you turn that into a general goal and not a personal goal?

M. Laitman: A general goal? Please, it's even more important.

Question (Turkey 7): (59:07) It's a bit of a complex question: A person evaluates reality in relation to the good or bad that he feels, if I understand correctly, the friend is asking. He begins with his relationship with the group – the friend is asking – why can't a person evaluate or appreciate the whole of creation directly? Why is it a gradual process that begins with him and the group and then him and the entirety of creation, ultimately?

M. Laitman: I didn't quite understand you, again.

Student: It's a bit of a long one, I'll repeat. Why does the person evaluate the connection between him and the Creator in a gradual way? First, it's between him and the group, and then him and the Creator. Why doesn't he come into contact with the Creator, directly, first?

M. Laitman: The person doesn't have the vessels yet to feel and be in contact with the Creator, yet. That's why he has to go through this stage, the first one.

Question (Latin 11): (01:00:54) When we justify the Creator in everything, is that our treasure? Is justifying the Creator fully the treasure mentioned in the text?

M. Laitman: Yes, that's the treasure. That's the treasure of our spiritual Kli, our true one, if we can justify the Creator in everything. I don't yet know what it is to justify the Creator in everything. It's the end of our development, just so you understand where we are.

Question (MAK 11): (01:01:53) Baal HaSulam writes that his servant who reaches contact with Him has only this knowledge added to him. What is this knowledge? We're not talking about our own reasoning, right? What is that knowledge?

M. Laitman: It's the knowledge that everything is being revealed in one Kli, in one desire, in loving connections. That's why our understanding of the Creator is also summed up in us feeling the Creator as the only source for everything that exists. Then we won't have any questions.

Question (Czechoslovak 4): (01:03:04) What is the relation between mutual guarantee, Arvut, and the feeling of the Creator?

M. Laitman: The feeling of the Creator is the feeling of the force that is One, Unique and Unified, and it dwells upon everything, connects everything. And is done like that in everything, and that's towards the Creator. That's how we have to attain Him.

Question (ITA 1): (01:04:15) Discovering, feeling the Creator, that doesn’t depend on us. How can we obligate the Creator, compel Him, to reveal Himself?

M. Laitman: We can observe the Creator by us creating Him, building Him. Like the Creator says: “You made me” because we are in the opposite vessel in the desire to receive for himself. And the force of creation is actually because he wants to receive; and in the desire to receive in their common desire to receive, the general one.

Question (Novosibirsk): (01:05:54) I'd like to scrutinize: Seemingly, there are two approaches - one is that contact with the Creator is related to how one feels the friend, how one wants to fulfill the friend. But on the other hand, there's also this inner dialogue with the Creator, the understanding that everything comes from Him. How do these two approaches connect? What is true contact with the Creator?

M. Laitman: A good connection with the Creator is when a person attains the inner connection of his with the Creator through all his friends. This is, actually, the purpose of the development of our world.

Question (MAK): (01:07:23) The Creator is revealed in a person's inner world as a treasure?

M. Laitman: No translation

Question (W French): (01:07:43) A little earlier, you said that I need to reveal the Creator to all created beings through me. I wanted to ask, what does it mean through me? How to do it?

M. Laitman: With love, you connect with other created beings. And what you discover in the Creator, you want to pass through you to all of the created beings. And that's how it works out that the connection between all the created beings moves through you. And thus, you correct all of creation, you help the Creator, you become his partner, the partner of the Creator in creation.

Question (Kyiv 1): (01:09:00) You said that true contact with the Creator happens when a person attains this connection to the Creator through the friends. How can we perform such an exercise in the Ten so as to build such an attainment between us?

M. Laitman: Again?

Student: You said that true connection with the Creator is when a person attains that inner connection with the Creator through the friends. What exercise can we perform in the Ten, so it won't be just my own attainment but for us to build that attainment between us?

M. Laitman: For that, we need to try and attain the connection between you, and the connection between you through the Creator. To divide one by the other, and you will receive a kind of a special force that operates in you under the quality of bestowal. That's already a great attainment.

Question (W Turkey 7): (01:10:48) The end of the excerpt – towards the end of the excerpt – Baal HaSulam writes that there is nothing new here, no cause for excitement because, in fact, nothing has been added in actual reality. So, the question is in actual reality, has anything been added or not because the person's perception of reality has changed, so what's the difference?

M. Laitman: Again?

Student: Towards the end of the excerpt, Baal HaSulam writes that there is no cause for excitement because in actual fact nothing has been added, renewed. But the friend is asking, in effect, a person's perception of reality does change. So, was something added, did something change? What changes, who changes?

M. Laitman: A person's vessels change. That's why he receives the Creator that way and the clothing of the Creator on all of reality.

Student: The reality changes and with this path, with this work, Kabbalah, authentic Kabbalah work, are we trying to come to a place where the truth [Emet], does not change at all, anymore?

M. Laitman: I don't know, I don't know. It seems to me that, nevertheless, attaining true love is to attain something that has no end, boundless. Where a person is constantly in development, expansion, towards the recognition of Ein Sof. That's what I think.

Question (W Turkey 7): (01:14:06) We are trying to come to equivalence of form with the Creator. How can we keep the authenticity of the person in this path?

M. Laitman: Because he connects to the Creator, to the same Nukva that is in the Creator which becomes exactly clarified with respect to the person. Well, that's how, that's what I can say.

Question (W Kabu 2): (01:15:17) When the Creator grants us more of His revelation, how are we to respond to this phenomenon? Do we annul or does He expect something from us?

M. Laitman: Yes. However, our annulment is not like in our world, where a person nullifies in the sense that he just lowers himself to nothing. Rather, in his annulment, he allows the Creator to bestow full force through him, through the person.

Student: What about fear? Fear of what's coming?

M. Laitman: We don't need to be afraid and especially us. The Creator is Good That Does Good, He brings all of creation, each and every soul, to correction and connection with everyone. And it's impossible that something will happen to us that will seem to us as – how to put it – that will seem somehow wrong to us. The Creator can't do that. The fact that we see here troubles and wars and all of that is because we, we ourselves, are painting this picture in our mind. But it's not that it's coming to us from above.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:18:29) We are in a state, in our state, can we reach contact with the Creator, also without your physical presence?

M. Laitman: I don't belong to revealing your contact with the Creator. Of course, you can do it, according to how much you know, understand, feel, capable. There's nothing that you cannot attain.

Student: Why is there a connection between contact with the Creator and contact with the others?

M. Laitman: Because we, too, are included in the others. But in order to achieve contact with the Creator, meaning to match ourselves to the Creator, we need the others. Because, otherwise, we won't have anyone on which we can make the efforts to resemble the Creator.

Student: And the others, it's only my environment here in Bnei Baruch.?

M. Laitman: No, the others can be more than that, but it should be others who are still in equivalence of form with us.

Student: So, you can also reach contact with the Creator even without the others? Or it has to go through the others?

M. Laitman: There has to be contact with the others through the Creator, otherwise, it won't be the right kind of connection.

Student: Why? Why a monk that goes to sit on some mountain and is connected to the still, vegetative, animate around him. Why can't he reach contact with the Creator?

M. Laitman: To begin with, in his desires there's no such thing as coming to contact with the Creator.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:21:19) The contact between man and the Creator is direct to the Creator or with the Ten? Or is the contact between the Ten and the Creator?

M. Laitman: That is already a more difficult question. Through the Ten, that's what a person comes to, that's how a person comes to contact with the Creator. He has to nullify towards the whole Ten; and in the Ten, he has to look for that force which unifies all the Ten to one. And then to that force, he should connect.

Student: So, the main work of man is to search for the Creator in the Ten?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: So, there's no way to bypass the Ten. There's man, the Ten, the group, Creator?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:22:43) I want to continue the scrutiny that opened up: You said, we have to open the upper reality. What does that mean?

M. Laitman: The upper reality means opening up to the Creator who is the force that governs everything.

Student: The Creator gives us opportunities, you also mentioned that in the lesson, he constantly gives us opportunities. How can we, together, all enter this opportunity together and open this upper world? We have a meal of gratitude on Sunday, we have a lot of meetings that we want to see them as opportunities. How can we all together, all the Tens, the whole Kli, enter this opening that the Creator is giving us?

M. Laitman: By connecting together among you and wanting to build a single desire aimed at the Creator. You're aiming your connection to be towards the Creator; then, by that, you can send to the Creator, turn to the Creator with a feeling that is capable of extracting from the Creator that desire that will take care of you and lead you to be as one man with one heart.

Student: So, how can we truly take this common desire and develop it more and more in order to be in one intention? That everything we really want is to enter that opening and expand it more and more?

M. Laitman: Yes, exactly.

Student: So, how do we do it in the Ten? How do we raise this importance, this common desire?

M. Laitman: Can't you as a Ten come together around such a request?

Student: We request every day, but I want us to feel that our request is more and more precise, more and more true, and, as you said, comes from connection, from one desire. How do we sharpen our request more?

M. Laitman: I don't have an answer, it's a matter of the heart, the person's heart should feel it.

Student: (01:26:26) You said that we're the Creator's partners, the whole Ten, we have to be His partners. And as you and our sages said, “you have made Me.”

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: How can we come every day as His partners, true partners?

M. Laitman: It's how the Creator wants to see you; therefore, you feel that you are somewhat connected, and to some extent, you're not yet connected. But I think that this is a beautiful, correct path, and it's all in your development.

Student: From that point that we don't feel that we're there enough. That's the point where we can, really, give more?

M. Laitman: Yes. Yes, of course.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:27:52) When a person reveals the Creator, what does he see?

M. Laitman: I can't tell you; this is… What does he see? In a person's eyes, you can't see the Creator, you can't also reveal him that way.

Student: Where is the Creator revealed?

M. Laitman: The Creator is revealed in the desire.

Student: So, what is the role of the friends? Can I see him maybe behind the friends as if he's concealed behind them, acting through them?

M. Laitman: The Creator hides, you could say that; however, to the extent that a person opens himself up to connect with the friends, by that he comes closer to the Creator.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:29:11) It's written that the Creator is nature, and every created being has contact with the Creator. When a person starts studying, at a certain stage he moves away from the Creator, there's a feeling of a distance. So, what should be the relation to that, the right relation? That every time he becomes further and further away?

M. Laitman: That varies across each and every one, each one has different sensations in his connection, in his life in the group. I don't think that there is something special here. What we lack is each day to feel that we are increasingly connecting in our hearts, in our hearts. And that should be precious to the person, that should be the main thing for the person. That's how he certainly moves forward until he comes to a connection from heart to heart so that between two hearts you find the Creator.

Student: In the definition, a distance that a person feels, so there's a feeling that it isn't exactly from the Creator. Should behind the feeling of a distance should we actually feel the Creator's hand in that and not just nature?

M. Laitman: What does that matter or what's the difference?

Student: That to see None Else Besides Him in every state.

M. Laitman: Okay, but it's the same thing: The Creator, nature, Blessed be He, the upper force, One, Unique and Unified. It's all talking about the same force.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:31:57) Thank you for you and the World Kli that the questions really awakened us and are giving so much life to the lesson. In what we read it's written that the earth is filled with His glory.

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: The created beings are the entire desire. It's all in me?

M. Laitman: Once through your desire you turn to the whole of nature, then you can say it is your desire.

Student: So, when it's written the whole earth is full of His glory. So, His glory will be revealed in the common desire?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: I wanted to ask something else, too: I wrote that you said that we're connecting to the Creator's desire to fill all the created beings.

M. Laitman: Yes?

Student: The Creator's whole, it's written He has no deficiency. Where is the Creator's deficiency?

M. Laitman: The Creator's deficiency is found in connection across all created beings.

Student: That the created beings want to connect between them?

M. Laitman: The created beings don't want that but if they will want to attain the desire to be connected to the Creator, then the Creator will bestow through that desire to all created beings and fill them all with light, with His light.

Student: So, the Creator's desire to fill all created beings, that's concealed, but in all the created beings?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: That's why we need the friends, the Ten, connection with the others, in order to reveal His desire?

M. Laitman: Yes. Okay guys, I think that’s enough for today.

Reader: (01:36:35) Alright to Rav and all the friends! We are going to, right away, start an active workshop in the Tens. So, please, lesson summary in the Tens.
