1. Rav’s Introduction: Yes, this is truly the primary topic to which we are coming after all the preparations and I very much hope that it is felt already, how much this topic if we can attain it and we can work through this properly and implement this then by this we can achieve everything. Everything is attained through the force of prayer and this should be the summary of all of the knowledge and exercises and efforts and actions. Everything that we’ve heard and did here and there. If we focus it in the prayer then we will know how to ask, whom to ask, and how we should connect in order for the request to become a truthful request as much as possible. Accordingly we can come closer to a state where the Creator will certainly arrange for us our vessel and in this way we will continue. Let's start. We will see how much these things already exist in our hands and open up the heart connect the hearts and turn it to the Creator with our collective heart and then we will surely attain the whole of the true reality inside our collective heart and in our feelings and understanding and then there is no limit to what we exist in and attain and give contentment to the Creator so let's read.

(03:10) This means that this is what we have to reach at the end as much as we turn around through our efforts and connections and through all these things we will reach ultimately that we are not capable of anything we do not have the mind emotions we do not have the strength so that we by ourselves the cannot achieve spirituality which is absolute bestowal and love for her sake, Lishma.

5. R. (09:57) There is tremendous depth here in these words, however let us take it slowly gradually according to our ability.

6. S. (10:10) What is the intention here to invest in holiness and purity before prayer?

R. To reach a prayer, a prayer is a request, so I am letting, so I need to try to perform all kinds of actions which I can do seemingly by myself, and when I go and perform actions in connection in bestowal in order to reach the end of correction because this is what we are progressing to in each and every step along the way we advance to Gmar Tikkun, the end of correction. It is when we are all connected in mutual bestowal and in mutual connection and love so much so that we become a single desire. Out of all our desires and we all aim at the Creator, our common desire is only aimed at him; “I am to my beloved and my beloved to me” is what we discover. This is our mutual bestowal between us, between all of us to the Creator and from the Creator to us. When we try to implement this, we discover that we are not capable of this not to get closer between us and even more so to connect and even more so to connect with the single desire which is entirely aimed only at the Creator we discover that there is this whole shattering that exist between us more and more according to how much we try to implement it, and each time as every try and try we see the opposite we discover ourselves further and further away from where she should be.

This is actually the sign of progress that by this we begin to realize how much we are lacking the help of the Creator. Then we reach a state where we seemingly have done everything possible and we cannot reach, not connection, not bestowal to the Creator not even in a single gram. Earlier we thought that if we simply make an effort and then it will work out, and now we see after many times when we tried to do this we see that it is utterly impossible. And by this we reach a state which is the best possible state. That we are in the truthful final despair and we cry out from the state which means that we discover we understand that we are not ready to be even to some extent in order to bestow, to connect to some extent but it is possible to attain this without effort. There has to be a great truthful effort to reach this stage because otherwise we cannot reach it and then we ask out of lack of choice. We ask if the Creator will help us to be connected to help us to be aimed in bestowal between us and to us from us to the Creator. Then on the condition that this is what we do then we get help.

That means that we need to be feeling despair from our own forces. We have to be certain that if we will reach out to the Creator with the right request that for sure we get from him forces, the possibility to connection, and the forces have to be aimed at the Creator to bestow contentment to him, and this is how we should aim ourselves to establish ourselves and then everything will work out. The Creator will give us the power of connection he will give us the ability to understand what it means to be aimed at him, what out of the connection we need to do in order to bestow contentment to him, that means that we have to propose to the Creator to establish our vessel our deficiency so that into the deficiency he can fill it and to reveal himself into that deficiency of ours in order to elevate us to these degrees. Then we achieve both how we want to bestow to the Creator and also what the Creator wants to bestow to us. In this mutual manner we reach Dvekut, adhesion.

7. S. (15:55) We learn that prayer is a desire so why is it not enough to have a desire for connection but we have to try to build the connection and then have to reach despair, why is it nog enough to just want to connect?

R. Because with the desire to connect we cannot build anything a desire is a lack, a deficiency, that I need something but I it is not that I know how to implement the connection how to build ourselves and how to reach congruence with the higher force and to connect to him so much so that I feel him with my deficiency and he fulfills this deficiency all of us together with his fulfilment. We need to attain these things in practice and then it will be considered that Adam HaRishon, the system, once again regains its first initial broken form.

S. (17:04) It turns out that the prayer is not only a desire but rather a prayer… (Cut off by Rav)?

R. The prayer means that I depict to myself the final state correctly so that I lack nothing in order to be in that form except for the force, the ability to implement it and this force I am asking the Creator to give me for him to do this. When I already discovered through my efforts all the details of the corrected state however to implement it I am not capable. But inside of my efforts which I performed and learnt I discovered everything that is missing. I know exactly what is missing and this is what I am asking for. The purpose of creation is to be on the degree of the Creator with the understanding and the feeling to truly stand out of the vessel out of the desire to receive which is us all of us together, and give the Creator the ability to fulfil us. This is called to give him contentment.

8. S. (18:40) The text says that we always have to make an effort so how does it help us to come out of the mechanism of the ego and to reach permanence of the prayer, how does a constant prayer help us?

R. The efforts help you to see what is missing in order to connect the broken parts, all the friends, the connection to the Creator, what it means in order to bestow, what it means that we are filled by the Creator and so on. Place with us to the efforts of the exhaustion helps us to collect all that details we need in order to serve the Creator on. The exertion helps us to collect all of the details that we need in order to serve the Creator with what we have and with what we are missing. This is what the exertion should give us.

9. S. (20:06) What is this force that we call prayer? Does it come from the level of Bina?

R. Yes certainly, the prayer means that I raise weakness, deficiencies of mine to the Creator from Malchut to Bina. Like a baby that cries that it does not work out for him, he does not know how to do it or how to ask and what is missing but nevertheless the baby turns because for sure there is a connection between us and the Creator. And even though our prayers are still very unstable, not sincere, not examined sufficiently but nevertheless as much as we can we will constantly turn them to our connection and from our connection to the Creator, this is Israel the light and that creator is one. Meaning it is like a chain: we, in the connection between us, where we want to build the vessel and from the connection between us to the Creator so as much as we are asking in such a way, accordingly we establish correctly this chain; Israel the light and the Creator is one.

Israel are those who are asking each and every person who is asking. The light, the Torah, means that we are all connected and we want to receive the light that will unite us into a single vessel and then to the Creator, blessed be He, so this sentence is in Aramaic not in Hebrew. So Israel the light and the Creator is one, this tells us about our path that we have to reach, and then on the way back through the same chain. Israel, the light and the Creator we receive in return from the Creator through the 10 which we call the light and to us to Israel, to each one who is intending to get straight to the Creator and then we received a response and for sure we received a response even if we do not feel this for the time being. Each and every time we change a little bit more and more and until each one of us changes and he cleanses himself from dirt that he knows more and more clearly and in it more and more examined way; what he needs to change, what he needs to ask for and how to connect with the friends and when we reach a clean vessel this is how we are already successful. This is actually our work all the time.

After we reach together through all of the details which we learnt, all kinds of connections and through different stages we feel between us and from us to the Creator. We are now reaching a state where we simply have nothing else to do but simply to stand with the force of the prayer and when we are in the force of Prayer than to connect to the prayer all of the details, all of the articles and excerpts and everything that we learned together over the last year and a half or two years, now we need to connect it all together until the force of our prayer will reach a state where the Creator will answer us. We will obligate him. This is called my sons have defeated me. That we obligate him to answer us, to arrange us together, to connect between us, then we will get from above His answer. This is actually what needs to happen.

10. S. (25:18) When you say that we have to ask for small and big things, what is this apart we have to ask to correct our selfish heart?

R. We do not know what we need to correct. We do not know precisely what the correction is about. That all comes from above. However I am asking for one thing only; what do we need to do in order to give contentment to the Creator. We expect him to fill us. Instead of that we need to reach a state where we want to fill him. How do we reach that, by which actions, which thoughts, which kind of connection, with what kind of attitude towards him, this is what we have to examine. However we need to reach a state where what is cause: I am to my beloved my beloved is it to me. That we are all connected in order to bestow to him and he to this extent can bestow to us. Then we discover ourselves that we exist in the upper eternal complete world together with the Creator.

11. S. (27:02) How can we combine in the right prayer that comes from the despair of one’s own forces and at the same time to ask for my friends?

R. The fact that I reach the state of having no forces at all has to make me happy because all in all what have I reached? I reached discovering that my forces are missing, I do not have any. I have egoistic forces and now apparently I am in a state towards a spiritual action where my forces which are all the forces of the ego cannot operate, they do not awaken, I do not have the strength for such actions and then I am in despair, I am in helplessness, I am truly empty and this is a wonderful state. I reached a state where I don’t have any strength to do anything. It is a sign that I meaning that my will to receive, which for the time being is all of me cannot see before it that it has anything to be happy about, anything to enjoy, anything to be filled with. It’s a sign that I’ve reached a true point. Then I need to be very happy about this, that I am in a state of despair is a sign that my will to receive cannot see before it what it can enjoy from. It is a sign that I reached the boundary between this corporeal egoistic world and the upper altruistic world. In this world I do not want to enjoy, that is nothing to enjoy, I have already given up on it, I despaired from it and in the spiritual world I cannot yet enjoy, I do not have vessels of bestowal, I do not see anything in it so I am as we call empty from both sides, empty-handed from here and there. I cannot enjoy both worlds, between earth and heaven. The earth is this world and heaven is the spiritual world and I exist in between, in between the two of them. And then what should I do? A prayer, a prayer, that’s it. This is what we need to ask from The Creator, that He will give us the power which is already a power of bestowal to be in the spiritual world. In the corporeal world there is nothing to go back to but only to the spiritual world. And then we will see how these two worlds are connected, the spiritual and corporeal words together, and how according to the general system they support each other and how it is all arranged in a complete manner. As it says, that there is nobody who is cruel in the house of the king and all of the forces that seemed to us as egoistic and so on, it is not correct. They are all operating for the benefit, for the sake of the Creator to bring us closer together to Him. Then we are happy that it has been revealed to us in the correct way that we can relate to it in the right way and onward. All of these small transitions that now we have to go through in order to establish ourselves correctly towards the spiritual world, this is what we have ahead of us.

12. S. (32:06) What enables us to reach this feeling of despair, spiritual emptiness having no strength, to make this leap, this step towards the intention to bestow?

R. Only the mutual influence of the group and from this mutual influence, from the connection of the group to turn to the Creator, and this it is all in your hands. It is very simple, you have a few friends, connect with them and turn to the Creator. Start together to write a letter to the Creator, that we, the group of 6 this and that, we want to turn to you, and we have done such and such things, and we learnt this. So write and address just like we are used to in this world. The Creator knows all the different texts, all the languages, there is no problem. He reads from within the person's heart and if what you write is not exactly what you feel in your heart. And then the Creator will aim you and direct you and show you how much your mouth and heart is not equal, to each and every one. And this way you will advance

13. S. (33:47) What is a true state of lowliness in the 10 and how do we reach it?

R. We should not yearn for lowliness. It says that one’s heart should be proud in the ways of the Lord. We specifically need to have to have our nose up, that we have our special work, we are messengers, we are a special force that makes connection between the Creator and this whole world, the whole of humanity and therefore we are not searching for lowliness. We want power, the force, and the fact that we do not have this force of bestowal, to bestow to the Creator, to reach Him, this is ok, this is how He has created us. This is not called lowliness. If I cannot do this but the Creator created that in me, if He created it but I did not use it, then that would be different. But He did not give me any power to overcome my ego, my will to receive, my egoistic qualities. I cannot overcome them so all of our work is to get to know our nothingness, that we have no power at all, we are not worthy, we are not capable of anything. And how much with every detail, with every step along the way we have to ask for it from The Creator. And this way we are happy because we have a dependency, like a baby to his mother. It is not an inferiority of the baby to the mother, this is nature. And the fact we similarly want to latch on to the Creator like the baby latches onto the mother and holds her, similarly this is how we need to be dependent, but from us to the Creator, all of us together to the Creator. And then we will feel not that I am lacking something but that all of us are lacking it. That all of us need to connect between us and then to the Creator and this common integral feeling, we still need to attain it, we’re missing it. And for sure we will find that we are advancing. You do not know how much each and every day it is working for us. Actually sometimes I am impressed by myself, how can it be that in such a rapid manner we are going through different stages even though we don’t feel it, like a baby who does not feel that he is changing from one day to the next. However when you look at it from the outside you can see that earlier he could not do something and now he is doing it. But the baby himself does not realize that this is how it was, he cannot distinguish between yesterday and today.

S. (37:44) Does this mean that the initial effort the baby has to make and this effort is only the prayer?

R. Not only the first effort, in general until the final correction what we do is activate our requests for the Creator, but every time the request is a special request it is a prayer, yes. However it is raising the deficiency from Malchut to Bina to order to ask from Bina the qualities of bestowal, to add them, to join them to Malchut and to raise together the parts of Malchut with the parts of Bina upwards, and this way we pass ourselves one portion by one portion from Malchut to Bina until we raise the whole of Malchut to Bina. Of course it is a very simple picture but this is how it is in the meantime. Later we’ll discover, when we do this practically, what parts, we’ll see it all.

14. S. (39:16) Why should I learn to pray and do this through the 10, because I know that if I die I’ll die alone, so is it not better to pray to the Creator directly?

R. First of all I do not understand what you mean that you die or you will live. We are talking about the will to receive now not about the corporeal body. This beast, leave it aside, let it live and that is all. We are talking about the desire, our desire is eternal. If you identify yourself with your body, in the meantime you are living in that body, but what we are trying to do is identify ourselves with the desire wherever it exists, in the Creator or in its own egoistic existence in this low world. This is why we try to detach ourselves from the corporeal desire which is the Beast, its beast in every aspect, and to connect to the spiritual desire which is our ego aimed at ourselves and we want to aim it in the Creator’s direction and to reach equivalence with it. Just as He is for us, we too for Him. And to discover this connection between us in a clear manner, that’s our work, this is what the wisdom of Kabbalah is aimed at. It is not religion. It is not Zoology or Biology. We are talking about only the internal desire of the person where he asks what am I living for, and then the explanation to that desire is that we live while feeling this world in order to reach the feeling of the upper world. This is what we are learning. This is why it is not important for us, not so important our physical existence, what we do with it, what we have in it. But rather what is important for us is what is happening to the desire because our desire is eternal and it exists without any connection to our beastly body. In our beastly body we have desires for food, sex, family, money, respect, knowledge, five discernments, and we tried to live in it in order to exist, not more than that. There is one more desire which is the desire to connect to the upper force which is called the point in the heart, and we want to realize this desire specifically and in order to realize this I have to discover the upper force which is my origin that created me, and to aim myself to it. And the wisdom of Kabbalah explains that aiming myself to the upper force is something I cannot do on my own because He is entirely to bestow and I am entirely to receive. And in order to be aimed at Him I have to somehow to some extent bestow like Him and then people who have attained the connection with the upper force explain to me that we have to connect together, the people who wish to reach this upper force, the contact with it, to bestow to it. And if we connect between us in mutual bestowal then out of this bestowal we can also relate to the upper force this way, and this is how we reach a state that we in the group, what we call a 10, we turn to the upper force and we try to relate to it as He relates to us. If we equalize the relations between us, and He to us, that’s called I to my beloved and my beloved to me, we reach a state where we discover His relation towards us within our relation towards Him. That’s called discovering the direct light coming from Him within the reflected light that comes from us to Him. And this is how we start studying systematically how much we can elevate our desires to connect between us and to discover the reflected light of ours to a greater extent and how much accordingly we can discover within our reflected light our relation together towards Him, and His relation towards us, which is the direct light. And this is called the wisdom of Kabbalah, this is how we try to organize ourselves.

15. S. (46:05) We say me, the group, the Creator, Israel, the light and the Creator and the transition or connection between the Creator and the Torah is not clear because when the Creator is revealed in the group the boundary seemingly disappears and it seems like the Torah and the Creator is the same. So how can we delight the Creator inside of the group? When the Creator clothes in the group the boundaries become blurry because the Creator and the group become one.

R. This is how it should be, Israel, the Creator and the light are one. Meaning Israel is a person, a friend from the group, the light is the group, when it is connected all together, and the Creator is the upper force, when according to the intensity of the connection between them, then the Creator may be revealed in them and then everything becomes one. So what was your question?

S. If the group The Creator and the Torah become one how can the person connect to this template?

R. Meaning there is this thing, Israel, the Creator and the light and you are outside of it. So how can you reach the integration with them?

S. The group and the Creator are connected, now how do I join it?

R. OK, how to pray. Go into the group and start bestowing to everyone, helping everyone, so they will accept you and connect with you. Start bestowing upon them, cause a connection between them, that’s the whole thing. This is what a Rabash writes in his Social Writings in all his Social Writings that’s what Rabash writes.

S. I feel that they are united together with the Creator, but I cannot enter into them, I cannot join them. They are all corrected except me. I cannot join them with my qualities.

R. This is correct and it is good that you feel that they are connected and everyone is aimed at the Creator, it’s nice that this is what you feel. Now how can you enter that? Go between them, go among them, serve them as much as possible. In all of Rabash’s articles there are so many examples and explanations about this. The fact that today you discovered this deficiency, this is good, do not be in despair. Look at what he writes, and I am sure that in our archives there are parts that talk about how to go into the group, how to connect having this deficiency. R. First of all it is very good that you feel this way. A person should always feel that there is more to add to the extent that he was able to do, still there is more work to do. That’s great, that is a very good feeling. So first of all be happy because you discovered a deficiency. It is the Creator who gave you this feeling that you have other things to do. It is a true help from above, it is not blocking, that’s it. That you have done your work, there is no such a thing until the final correction. This is why we have to be happy, be happy about, all of these torments. That we feel that there are more broken vessels and we have more work to do, there is more work to fulfill, this is it. Imagine to yourself this is like a mother discovering that her baby wants more, to receive from her. So she gives him more. S. Yes but it is the same prayer all day long and it does not change.

R. It is a sign that you do not really follow the process. The deficiencies in you are changing. The Creator is changing the way the light affects you all the time. Every time that light from above changes, and all of creation, the whole world everything is changing. So the question is: are you aware of it? Do you feel that it is happening? As you follow this can you change your prayer, upgrade your prayer, your request to the Creator. Why not? It has to be every time a very dynamic state. It’s not that I did it once and that’s it. I sent a telegram, and that’s it, no. What I have in my heart in each and every moment The Creator immediately feels it. We’re together with him, it seems to us disconnected, but it’s not disconnected. From His side it’s all open. So whatever I have in my heart, it's like a baby in its mother's arms. The mother knows everything that’s going on with him. The baby does not know that she feels him and takes care of him. This is why we should every time be examining ourselves and going over our desires, how and in what we are turning to the Creator. This will shorten the process for us.

S. This means that the moment I read the prayer of the 10 every hour according to how I feel I can simply add to it and send it to the friends to read?

R. Don't confuse them too much. Maybe once an hour, but it is written may he pray all day long, when you all the time from your heart speak with the Creator, truly so.

S. So the change should be in the Heart?

R. The change should be in your heart, and not only in your heart but rather in your heart which is connected to the 10. This is the correct, true, good state

18. S. (57:35) Why is it that when I think about my friends I forget about the Creator and when I think about the Creator I forget about my friends? If they are connected, why does it happen?

R. A prayer is not an exertion. All our efforts come prior to the prayer. Our whole work is preparation for the prayer. As we raise our deficiency to the Creator, raising MAN, after we raise it we have to try to feel what do I have after I elevated my deficiencies to the Creator? Because after the Creator there is no waiting time, to wait for a response. We act with respect to a complete and whole system. To the extent we raise a deficiency, immediately there is a response. There is no lagging time between what I ask and what I receive, it happens immediately. But maybe I’m not yet in a state that I can discover this response, I don’t yet understand. It’s similar to a child who is crying and we bring him something. Look, this is what he asked for, but he keeps on crying. He doesn’t yet identify that he got what he asked for. So this is how it is for us. We have to learn, we just have to follow it one after the other, and it will happen. The Creator gives us such an advancement, you really don't understand. Every day you are getting an impulse to go forward more and more. Believe me this is what I'm seeing and you will discover this, and you will also see how every lesson of ours is different.

S. If I reach a state of no forces and a state where the prayer can awaken in me but on the other hand the whole 10 is feeling an uplifted state of connection, is it possible to pray or is this the prayer of the individual?

R. Pray along with them. The prayer should be in principle, the prayer should rise from 10 friends. Each one is in a different state and they are opposite qualities, HGTNHY in between. Meaning all of them, all of these qualities are opposite states but in the combination between them when they gather together, and each one raises his own deficiency, he doesn't know what the friend has, as no one can clothe in the other, but when they work together out of that comes wholeness. Having both the deficiency, gratitude, and all kinds of searches and Hallelujah, praising of the Creator, everything is there in the combination of the 10.

S. How should we correctly use physical suffering to reach the correct prayer?

R. We need to take care of them as much as possible on the corporeal level out of a person being meticulously connected spiritually to a 10 that will go over these things, and you will see that instead of the corporeal torments he gets good results, double the good results.

20. S. (01:03:59) Why does the complete prayer come out of despair?

R. We reach something that we couldn't. We wanted to reach a certain fulfillment and we discovered that it is incorrect. That fulfillment should be in the Creator rather than in us. That we thought that each of us can reach his own fulfillment but here it is revealed that I depend on everyone, there are more and more such despairs. Then it turns out that a person is only despaired from his own forces. He thought he himself can reach whatever he wants in spirituality but the truth is it is impossible. It is only that he reaches having no strength at all, and along with that a clear knowledge that only the Creator may help.

21. S. (01:08:36) If all the work in the 10 reveals to us the separation that we don't even know what connection is, is the common prayer also a means to discover the separation? How do we work correctly, what do we ask for?

R. We ask for connection between us and connection with the Creator, that’s all.

22. S. (01:09:45) ‘Despaired of my own forces’, does that mean my corporeal forces? Meaning all day along, in my life I'm chasing after more honor, money; and, recently I feel that I'm not going anywhere -- I’m simply not doing anything, not going anywhere. And all that is left for me is to just let go of the will to receive and search for the desire to bestowal. Does this also mean ‘despaired of my own forces’?

R. It has nothing to do with the corporeal world. In the corporeal world, you have to do whatever your business requires. Kabbalists throughout the generations, it's not that they didn't do anything. They used to work in all kinds of jobs and some of them were actually rich. It's not that you are ‘despaired’ of your corporeal forces, you are simply lazy. You have to work, specifically, to work in your corporeal, mundane work in this world just like everyone else in your profession, no less.

S. Okay, good.

R. Where did you take the teaching of not having to work?

S. I didn’t say I don’t need to work what I'm saying is over the last few years, what I see is that I work, I work hard but I don't feel anything like I used to feel. The only thing I'm yearning for is more Honor, more fortune, more money. Today, I feel that I’m working but it’s just for my necessity. I feel that my true place what I truly lack is spirituality.

R. Clear, clear, that’s the way it should be and that's how it is with whoever’s in spiritual work. He feels that he doesn't have the same strength, drive or the same desire to work in corporeality as he used to have and that is a problem. We have to force ourselves to work as it is in our profession in all our world, each one in whatever he does, and don't be lazy.

23. S. (01:12:45) In this process of the common prayer, is the best time that we feel it is when each friend said whatever he has in his heart, and it was going in all different directions, and then there was a friend who suddenly succeeded in saying something that was common from all of the different deficiencies. Is this the correct way of coming up with a common prayer?

R. Well, that is something we need until the final correction, we are always in an ever-growing connection and accordingly with an ever-growing common prayer, common prayer. So, we will learn many things about this prayer. This is the whole matter of the combination of the 10 Sefirot, where we between us reach the same desire for bestowal as the Creator, Himself. Where He is one and we are only from the combination of the opposite qualities. We are always, as the created beings, we’re always as the- advantage of light out of darkness; when we discover one thing and its opposite, from its opposite. In these 10 Sefirot, we reach a state where all of us, being opposite to one another, we become one and by that we resemble the Creator.

S. So can we say that in the common part between us, we're not searching for mutual deficiency, what we want is a mutual desire to bestow?

R. Yes, even if two people are together, they should look for something common between them which they can bestow to the Creator. But it doesn't have to be something that resembles this common thing -- each one brings it from his qualities but the goal must be common, the Creator.

24. S. (01:14:59) If in the 10, there is a feeling, a tendency to connect more than usual. The friends are opening their hearts and there’s a feeling that everyone is yearning for connection. Can we take advantage of this state for prayer, or is there a special work in order to reach the right prayer?

R. Of course this is what you should do, it’s good, every day you should see how much we are in a different combination between us, a different connection between us, and in the direction of the Creator. But it’s different than the previous day, that’s how we should examine and establish ourselves.

25. S. (01:15:57) In the article, you can feel that the plea has to be in a personal language to ask for help from someone close, and we know that the language has a power when the 10 phrases of that Prayer. In what language should we turn to the prayer in?

R. In what language? There is the language of the upper ones, the language of the lower ones there are many styles of language. I don't know what to tell you. We should learn about this later, we don't yet have enough data. Shapha, ‘language’, is from the word, Sof, or ‘the end’ or Sfattaim, ‘lips’. We need to see how we build this instrument called ‘language’ with this we have something that goes into the Creator and with our address, we build in Him the system, we ourselves build a system in Him that is adapted to us this is called being in a ‘Zivug Peh el Peh’, mouth-to-mouth coupling, with Him our upper and lower lips and with Him, seemingly. This is the adaptation between the Giver and the receiver, Zivug from Peh to Peh, a coupling from mouth to mouth. First of all, we ourselves have to reach this special couple of Peh el Peh. It is not simple but we will achieve it.

26. S. (01:18:07) Should we make it a habit to pray in the 10?

R. No, not a habit, it needs to be new every day and several times a day, every moment it’s new. Not a habit, habit needs to be that you always feel that whatever problems and thoughts and desires and anything that you have, that there is an address to turn to the Creator. To connect with the Creator, this needs to be a habit, but the contents of the request that you have to always adapt and calibrate towards Him.

27. S. (01:19:02) How to recognize the spiritual changes, correctly, that take place inside?

R. I still don't know if everyone is capable of identifying the changes in the 10s, well at least in everyone's heart because we each open the heart of each and every friend, how much one feels the group, how it goes through different fluctuations this way or the other way in terms of the relationship and the connection between them; and, the Creator that towards the group is either farther or closer, at a different angle, and so on. This is called ‘the work of the heart' and therefore about this, I don't know if I can find the words.

28. S. (01:20:17) By being among and serving the friends, do we need to have a balance of despair and confidence, individually, or is this the 10s mutual desire above our individual states?

R. Prayer builds us as one, it depends on what level from all the 125 degrees, our address to the Creator is the lack, raising MAN, we receive MAD and it stabilizes us and then on that level we can be in ‘coupling and striking’ with the upper light; this is called ‘Me for My beloved and My beloved is for Me’, and this is how we advance from one degree to the next.

29. S. (01:21:24) What, except for the Creator of revealing the depths in the shattering, what does He help us with?

R. The Creator is doing everything, the Creator does everything. Reveals the deficiencies in us, raises our deficiencies to our consciousness each and every one, organizes the response in each and every one the Creator is doing everything, both for Himself and each and every one of us, and all of us together. All done by the Creator.

30. S. (01:22:16) About the excerpt, what is Rabash doing here: does he experience his attitude towards the Creator here? Meaning when he says, “the Creator needs, the Creator must, maybe not”?

R. Yes, that is how he feels. That if he does this, then that will happen and if not, then the other thing will happen. He conveys to us his emotions, his thoughts so that we will examine ourselves and see whether we understand him and can go after him in discovering each time this or that emotion more and more, and this is how we advance.

31. S. (01:23:21) What is the preparation for a prayer for us?

R. That each and every one prepares himself according to what we learned in all of our previous lessons in the last year-and-a-half.

S. How can I understand that what I feel is the 10s feeling and not my own?

R. I don't understand.

S. You said that to the extent that each one feels changes in the 10, he can affect the situation in the 10. So how can I know it’s the 10s feeling and not my ego, my attitude?

R. This is a question of how much I love them, how much I’m connected to them like a mother towards a baby.

32. S. (01:24:28) Sometimes in the 10, arguments awaken between friends in an unpleasant way, even difficult but on the other hand, sometimes in our meetings, there is such a revelation of love and uplifting to new levels. Is this the way it is supposed to be, is that how we advance?

R. Yes, both this and that but you still don't want to kill each other.

S. I don't know, maybe.
