Passover - Selected Excerpts from the Sources. (The Loyal Shepherd #155)

1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes, we are continuing on the topic of Passover. It is quite a long topic, we can say the main or central topic there is in our spiritual life that we experience from this world and also in the Torah and all the literature that discusses man's correction and history of humanity, that it all revolves around the exodus from Egypt. Because from that moment on when a person begins to detach from his ego and incorporate in the environment, each and everyone is trying to do the same in that environment. They build a new relationship between them, they draw the upper light, the light that reforms and then they begin to feel that between them there is that new force created called the force of bestowal, of connection above the egoistic of force of separation, thus from that moment on they begin to be to be what we call to be the children of the next world. Meaning they acquire more and more power of Bina above the power of Malchut. Now the power of Malchut also increases, the evil inclination also grows in order to necessitate the person to rise above it a bit more and these two forces work together. However man's inclination is to acquire more and more force of bestowal, faith above the Malchut, above the force of reception.

So with these two forces he understands that there cannot be one without the other and he advances and by being connected together one shall help his friend but that the all advance by mutual aid, they rise above the individual desire to receive and also the general desire to receive they detach from it and so each time or more will to receive to receive arises in them each time they have to arise to a greater desire to bestow. When the Malchut grows it necessitates the force of Bina to grow as well. This is the period where we feel ourselves, experience it and thus grow. Clearly the force of the will to receive will be greater because one who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater than himself. So we will have to work also with the greater will to bestow, a greater connection between us that keeps increasing.

That is how we grow with these two desires, we walk on two feet, left and right, left and right. That is essentially our work. Let's see what Kabbalists say about it, try to understand it and mostly make it tangible, even to play with it is a big thing. All the more so to enter it but to try to put in the effort as if we are already in it. This is the necessary exercise in order for that to happen for us because the exercise itself is calibrating us. It is bringing us closer to the exit and mostly the exercise itself is a prayer. We are doing some efforts to rise above separation, to come closer to each other, to think somewhat about the actions of bestowal above those of reception. As a result we activate ourselves, our heart, our mental strength, that is essentially our prayer, so let's see what our teachers tell us and try to follow it. As a result we will understand what they need.

Excerpt 155 (06:02) “All the heaviness in the work of the Creator….”

2. R. (06:56) Meaning the more we try to be in mutual bestowal towards each other as towards the Creator, that is how we have to try to do such actions towards each other. Actions could be physical but they could also be internal, spiritual, with our inner efforts. Typically we call it those intentions. That is how we have to try to direct ourselves each time in each and everyone's heart to come closer to the friends. he does not have to be a sign from outside, something from seen from the outside but we need we need to maintain the inner inclination until we see that there is some common feeling between us that we are drawn in our hearts to be together. This is how we discover some common space where we are drawn to each other and this is where we want to live. This space gradually takes on some independent status of itself, it is called Shechina, Divinity in which we later discover the Shochen, dweller where we find our inclination for mutual connection in this is how we advance. This inclination each everyone has, to be connected to the friends, that is called faith. To the extent that there is a greater inclination to be connected with a friend as opposed to the individual inclinations of the person, this is called faith above reason.

That is how we have to try, try to be drawn towards the connection between us, above forces of separation. Of course, the forces of separation will grow more and more. This is what the Creator does to us. We call that the heaviness of the heart or the burdening of the heart and by this assistance of the burdening of the heart, this counterforce that he presents us, the opposite force that seemingly stops us. So we do not see it as a stop, we see it as a direction. This is exactly how the Creator directs us to put the effort in the right direction and nothing just any direction in the open air. So if we see in the work in the group some resistance, some clash, some burdening, some coarseness we typically call it, this Aviut. This indicates we are in the right place, specifically this direction is probably where we achieve connection, this is how we advance. These are things that we have to keep trying all the time, between us, to do that. From that we will have some experience, feeling, understanding and we will already own that state.

3. S. (11:47) You explained that we connect together and build the Shechina, Divinity between us and you said that this place becomes between us, something independent, what does that mean?

R. When we all begin to be drawn towards connection between us, first one shall help his friend, by that we create the common force, we build the network a strong interconnected network that ties us together. It, on one hand, ties us together on the other hand, it helps, it pulls us. We are building a network from seemingly negative and positive forces, the Creator keeps adding negative forces, forces of resistance. This is called I have burdened Pharaoh's heart meaning that the Creator keeps strengthening the power of the ego between us and we above it, build a force of connection between us. It says this is a necessity between us to build stronger and stronger ties between us by the Creator who keeps increasing this force of separation.

Then it follows that it is not separation, it is an opportunity the Creator allows us to build such connections between us so that he can reveal himself. That is what we do, this is our work. So we have to understand that all the problems that arise in the ten and the connection between the friends, they all come from above, meaning from the Creator and they all have just one cause, one goal that we will tie ourselves together more strongly in the force of Arvut until this network of connection between us will take on such a power that the Creator can be revealed there. According to the forces of separation called Aviut, and connection called Zakut, purity and from that we build a Partzuf from each one from each and everyone and everyone together.

This is how we build the Partzuf and that Partzuf will have a common intention, a common action of mutual bestowal and bestowing to the Creator. Then as it is written in the study will Ten Sefirot we will all learn how to work with the spiritual Partzuf that we have Malchut, the restriction of the Malchut over the desire to receive for oneself and above that we turn to each other for mutual bestowal and to the Creator this is already a spiritual Partzuf and from this relationship towards each other and to the Creator, we will discover the upper world. This is already the practical, actual wisdom of Kabbalah.

That is how we will discover everything that exists in reality that used to be hidden from us because we didn't have the force of bestowal and now we discover the forces of bestowal and there we will find new phenomena, a new world, a new nature which is all entirely qualities of the Creator. In our world, in our whole will to receive, we will see is built deliberately, artificially as it is said in the Torah, the evil inclination at first did not exist and then we will discover that it never existed anywhere but only in order to build our mutual bestowal and love between us towards the Creator. Because the Creator is not present because that is why it is called Boreh, come and see that we build him and then we feel him.

4. S. (17:04) You said that in the ten we should act the higher degree, how do we act faith above reason in the ten?

R. Bestowal above reception, this is the meaning of faith above reason. So we need to relate to each other this way even though each one is in the force of reception, we want to determine between us a relationship of bestowal and try to work like that with each other. In every ten you will discover that there are friends that find it easier to understand this principle and others find it harder and some that just don't hear. They do not hear but they are in the ten and they're willing to be with everyone except they just do not yet have the ear and the heart to hear what the Kabbalists are talking about and we have to take an everyone into account and care for everyone and agree with everything as long as the person agrees to advance. It doesn't matter at what pace and this way by helping each other, we will reach a state where one gives the coarseness and the other one gives the yearning and the other one gives the scrutinies and in this way we together we will come together to collective clarification.

5. S. (19:00) I feel that I want to bestow to the friends, I want to cancel my being in front of all of them, I want to be a slave towards this bestowal to the friends but it is not clear how can I locate myself in this common ground of bestow which degree, which world. I'm in pain, I cannot locate myself inside that power.

R. From longing to the goal you're relatively yearn for the connection with the friends in order to better see the goal and to feel it more tangible. Then you will find in what way you can be connected with the friends and the Creator in action. How can I help them, how can they help me, one shall help his friend. That is how we gradually come through a state where we see that we all become a single system. What is important is to be connected to the friends because you are going to discover that the Creator between you not in anyone, what does it mean that the spiritual world is outside of us, it is between us, it's not in each and every one in his desire, it is rather above the desire in one's inclination to connect with a friend. Specifically in this inclination we will discover the Tzimtzum, Masach and Ohr Hozer. There we will discover the upper force according to the equivalence as it is called “me for the beloved and my beloved for me” to the extent that I want to bestow to the friends and to that extent that I want to bestow to the Creator and then I discover this is what the Creator wanted to bestow to me.

S. I cannot stay calm, I cannot stay patient, the Creator is shining on us in such a way that in whatever I look I see him, I cannot think about anything else, I cannot feel anything else and I do not know where to go?

R. I think that it is worthwhile for you to focus more on the connection with the friends. Because the Creator should be a result of that, you discovering him as a collection, an outcome of your connection with your friends. You cannot say anything about the Creator but about the qualities, the kind of connection that you find between you and the friends, this is where you detect this force called the Creator.

S. So inside the connection with the friend I have to resemble the qualities of the Creator?

R. You do not know what it means to resemble the Creator, it does not stand as an example in front of you that you can look at it and turn yourself to something similar. Like Kabbalists write to us we have to be connected between us and achieve a level of mutual guarantee between us. Some level at least according to our degree that we are capable of and then we discover between us this quality of mutual bestowal which is called the Creator. You cannot describe the Creator before you connect with the friends because the Creator is not there, that is why it's called Boreh, come and see.

That you build such relationships with the friends that are in you, there's some forces in you, some forces in the friends that you connect them in some way to the degree of bestowal between you then the essence of these connections that appear between you appears as a unique power. The results of the relationship between you called the Creator. Meaning that in your efforts above the ego when you begin to relate to each other despite the resistance, these relationships give you a sensation of the Creator. That is why the Creator says “you have made me”. Bit by bit, we are not in a rush here this is a point where we stand and we have truly realize as much as possible.

S. It feels like they're playing with me from above?

R. Yes, that is why it says you have made me, that is what the Creator says, meaning it is a game and the game is a very serious thing. A game means that something didn't happen, it didn't exist before and now in our new relationship we build it. This is what the Torah mentions in many incidents that the Creator made a laugh towards me, we will see that later on. It says that the whole of creation is a whale that the Creator plays with, the Creator plays with the whale, the desire called the whale, so let's play. We are beginning the game of life.

6. S. (26:21) Why is the work on the intention that we are doing the ten, why does it completely change our perception of reality, and makes us very sensitive towards the surrounding environment?

R. Why does our intention change reality? I look at a friend or someone, something and how I see him all depends on my intention. When I love the other person, I see him as good and beautiful and another time I hate him, so he looks repulsive to me and I cannot stand his shape and so on it all depends on the intention. We are not seeing, and we will later see how it happens, we are not seeing people, we are actually seeing our intentions. So what is the spiritual world, it is there, it is just that there's no ready-made intention for it, that is why I do not identify it, the moment I build that intention that is ready then I will identify it and I will see it.

This is always the wisdom of Kabbalah, we learn how to build intentions, relationship between us. We have a natural relationship which is the will to receive and this is on the level of the still vegetative and animate, when we build in our efforts and intentions towards others and I see the others according to my intention, it means that I have discovered according to my reflected light. It turns out this is how we build ourselves, our observation and then I build the world because without my intention there is no upper world, there is no world at all, there's no reality. To the extent that I build my attitude towards him then I begin to depict him.

S. I will try to ask the question from a different perspective. What happens if, God forbid, I have a problem with a friend in the ten and at that moment fire ignites in me, I want to kill the friend but I wait a few days and that situation calms down and becomes simpler. What is the work that I am losing during those days?

R. You're not losing. There are such incidents where we cannot overcome ourselves. So in this way we do get farther away from the corrections but we do them later when things calm down. The truth is though, we need to continue with everything in connection and then we will learn how to do it in different states. I saw this on Rabash, it was the real wonder for me to see how a person who is in such warm emotions of hatred and the rejection of closeness and what he got from everyone including those who are closer and farther from him, he was still able to keep himself, hold himself with that fire that is burning in him, to determine the right attitude. This is still work, it is not psychology, it is spiritual work.

7. S. (31:00) The Creator sends us the darkness, we are the ones that cannot perceive the clean energy that he senses everyday?

R. Clean energy as you call it, I guess it is the upper light that fills all of the reality which is the Creator himself and the darkness he does not send it but out of our will to receive, he allows us to do some gradual adjustments towards the light. I recommend to read more and more of our sources so that you will have more terminology from the wisdom of Kabbalah.

8. S. (32:11) So if it seems to me that we are moving away from each other in the group doesn't that mean that we are starting to clarify the different roles that we have in the group?

R. Yes, but we still need to try to overcome, how to put it, all of our distance, problems, the resistance. We have to try to get closer on top of them. Meaning that all kinds of problems and resistance, mismatch between us remains, we keep that. We need to go above that and build above that our connections, not delete what awakens but on the contrary we maintain the bad and above the bad we build good connections.

9. S. (33:32) The friends, I need to see them as corrected but they too are in exile.

R. It does not matter that they are in exile, you have to use what you were given that even though you think they are not so right or something else you still want to get closer to them.

10. S. (34:14) How to work when you see that the more effort you exert towards the friends you see that you love them less?

R. It is great, this is actually a sign of progress, it is a sign of progress because the more you invest into the powers to connect with the friends the more egoistic that you discover yourself to be. This is that you were given more and more opportunities to work with yourself, this is correct this has to be like this, you need to understand this process in the right way and you will see the this is very this very beautiful attitude actually of the Creator towards you.

S. So there's nothing to fear of hatred towards me, what builds this hatred towards myself?

R. You do not need to be afraid of anything, if you are in the ten, and you are always in the lessons and all kinds of connections between you and then whatever happens, ups and downs, confusions and frustrations, you are still on the path. You are on the right track.

11. S. (36:00) We learn that the process of creation is described as light came and the Creator took himself out of one point and he created a point of dark, a place without light and it feels like we are now going through the same process. There is a situation that you could say that the Creator is revealing hate but you can also say that the Creator is taking himself out of the system that we are in and he's revealing a place of darkness and this is what we feel actually that suddenly we are finding more hatred  in everything.

R. I would put it like this what you are trying to say and tell me if I get it right. The Creator blurs himself a little bit, shuts himself down in order for us to complete him by our efforts.

S. That is exactly it, but the question is different, if there's a feeling that everything is happening in the boundary between light and darkness where we have to compensate for the darkness that is revealed in the scheme, that is called screen and reflected light. So how exactly can we do it? How do we close what he is revealing in the boundary between darkness and light, build the screen in the reflected light. How do we do it?

R. We will talk about it enough now but in a few more days of how we practically build the restriction, the screen and the reflected light, that is ahead of us. It is good that you are ready trying some way to make it more tangible. But we can see in the process that we're going through, there's a problem here, there's a big mess of people, we have to see pretty much everyone can somehow use it, can connect to the sources, what we talked about before but it will happen.

12. S. (38:49) What are the opportunities we have to feel the exit from Egypt, do we still have to do daily exercises?

R. Do what we are doing, do not look for anything else to do, what we're doing, don't look for anything else, go over these excerpts. If you have time to talk about it and you will see how it advances you, pushes you forward correctly, don't jump to material outside of our framework, it is not that it is not correct material, God forbid, it will just confuse us, it will give us too much stuff to think about. It will play with our desire and we will not be able to put it in place. It is like with little children you give them something to do and you have to see they do exactly that and not something else, so we have to learn gradually.

13. S. (40:06) Is it possible that there's a state in the ten that the friend is connected to me but I do not feel it?

R. Of course I think everyone's like that.

S. And how do I feel that I am connected to the friends?

R. Make an effort to connect to them until you feel that you are connected to them and to the same extent you will feel they are connected to you, it all depends on you. Between you and the friends is the Creator and he organizes the common feeling between you.

14. S. (40:57) What are the thoughts and desires of the righteous?

R. The righteous are the ones who want to justify the Creator and creation and to do everything to be righteous, to justify what happens to him to make an effort to be a partner of the Creator.

S. You said before that we are going through some kind of a game but I feel that this game is no longer a game, that it becomes real. All this connection that we formed between ourselves, the states that Creator gives us, it just becomes real, you feel it is real?

R. Correct, correct. It has to be real, it is our life until we discover that we are constantly in the world of the Creator as he arranges everything between us including everything in this world, between people, everything. There is Nothing Else Besides Him.

15. S. (42:06) We are approaching Pesach very intensive pace and some of the ten in the very intensive pace and the rest of the ten is keep having a hard time keeping up, in those who are keeping up let's say that there's an inclination to forget about those that do not keep up. What should we do?

R. First of all we did not concede we don’t giving up on everyone, we are taking everyone along with us. Even if they have a form of men, meaning those who overcome, but also women and the children and the elderly and even if they are on the degree of cattle and flock, everyone is taken out of Egypt. So don't start calculating who is more and who is less advanced. We want all of us in the force of Arvut, mutual responsibility to bring out of our state to bring to this revelation of the Creator and adhesion with the Creator.

Excerpt 166 (43:39) “If the people's Shepherd is not rewarded, meaning…” Twice

16. R. (46:00) In other words, we should yearn to perform as many operations as possible that are similar to the operation of the acts of Moses. Each one of us has to depict to himself that he is leading, that he is the first among that group that wants to come out from the ego, from intention to receive, to the intention to bestow. Each and every one should feel himself as the leader, as the trailblazer and then we will succeed. In each of us there is that spark, that force called Moses that can pull everyone out of everyone's egos. This way we can run away from the feeling of this world, the imaginary world although it seems to us as big and come out to the enlightened world, to the complete eternal world. This is all ahead of us and it depends on the efforts of each and every one, each one should feel that he is the first and he's pulling everyone after him. This pertains to both men and women, to everyone, everyone. That is it, in spirituality there is no gender, male sex and female sex. It all depends on the role.

17. S. (48:12) That shepherd that we're talking about, who is it within the person or what?

R. It is what is inside each and every person, in each and every person there's a point of Moses and that point pulls a person from corporeality to spirituality.

S. What does it mean that this point is not in complete faith?

R. This will come later, work in this and you will see.

18. S. (48:58) You said that we each have to be the leader and to feel that. The leader needs the one that lowers himself the most and sees the whole group as great or he shows himself as the one who is taking everyone with him?

R. First of all he annuls before the whole group, he does everything he can so that they will all be connected.

S. So any action of annulment?

R. In his action he serves everyone.

19. S. (49:46) All that I see is that everything depends on me to the extent that I hold on to that in my perception, my thoughts, and heart that everything exists perfectly. So how can you hold on to it all the time and lose it as little as possible so that everyone will seem to me as at least like that?

R. This you need to talk about among yourselves. From the point of Moses of each one, you have to build the image of Moses who pulls you, who transitions you onward through the spreading of the Red Sea the whole way to the land of Israel; to a desire that is connected out of pieces, parts and it is all directed towards the Creator. Then this Moses disappears from you and then you continue onward, we will see with what forces and degrees. But in the meantime now you need to establish this force together, the force that pulls you. You build the image of Moses together.

S. It is true that there are states of ins and outs. Can we minimize the exits so to speak and go quickly to that better state?

R. Try, try. You are in states where you are already, truly in the concentration between you, you have all the forces you need to come out of Egypt; to go through and to pass all the obstacles and to come to the reception of the light, meaning the reception of the Torah. It is all ahead of you, in front of you. We are truly ready to do it, but will we implement it practically between us? That depends on you.

20. S. (52:28) I have partial faith, little faith, what can I do to have complete faith? So that all my thoughts and desires will be in giving, in bestowal?

R. You know what needs to happen, everything else depends on your connection with the friends, that is it. If you realize the connection between you as much as possible if you study together, if you try to scrutinize all these things then go ahead; the time is very suitable for it.

21. S. (53:11) How do women, children and the elderly participate in the Arvut?

R. There are no elderly, young people, women, it is all within a person, it doesnt matter what sex he is, what age is he, it’s about the desire. The desire sometimes appears as a woman, sometimes as a man, sometimes as a baby, sometimes as grown up, an old person and so on. It is all desires, that is what we are talking about.

22. S. (54:02) How is it possible to simultaneously nullify before everyone and be the leader?

R. This is what needs to happen. Moses, his figure is, he gives us an example of the leader of the people; that if you want to be the leader of the people you need to annul before the people, be incorporated in them, you have to feel their passions, their abilities, their limitations, their inclinations, their propensities and then realize it. Realize it in the connection with the people for the sake of the people and you only gather these things together only to realize them in the right rational way that is possible. This is a leader. A leader has nothing of his own besides the ability to absorb all the passions of the people, in all the forces from the Creator and tie the people with the Creator, and in this way promote the people toward the Creator; this is called the leader.

S. If I could be more precise. Typically this social character of the leader is a person who oppresses others?

R. But we are not talking about what happens in their world, if a person does not come out of his ego he cannot be a leader. From above, he is managed from above. Being a leader means that he rises above his ego and then he is connected to the Creator and to the people and he can be a connector between them and that is a leader. Only in this way, it is the opposite of what we have in our world: here the ego celebrates, that is why we see all those leaders and what happens.

Except 157 (56:46) “I am of heavy mouth and heavy tongue…”

23. R. (57:22) In other words, what Moses does is he teaches the people how to come to faith, how to lead themselves each and every one individually, and everyone together in connection towards faith. We need the force of bestowal above the force of reception so that no one works with his own egoistic forces but on the contrary, to the extent that each one can rise above his ego and in this ascension, everyone connects and then they establish a common force called Moses between them and force leads them, and this is called “Moses leading the people”.

Excerpt 158 twice (58:14) (58:58) “The degree of Moses…”

24. S. (59:39) how do we check if we even need to see that we rise above all the resistances and not with some psychological concessions, so that we don't have some external collisions?

R. I don't really understand what is the question, but i think that if the spiritual goal is more important than the corporeal goals of all kinds, then we can rise with the force of bestowal above the force of reception and see in our actions the only opportunity, a once in a lifetime the opportunity that never returns; to rise above the corporeal world and reach the spiritual world, reveal the spiritual world. This is what is ahead of us. If we want to do it we'll do it if we don't want to, we'll go home, that's it.

25. S. (01:00:53) Can you explain a bit more how it is that everyone outside of us is our desires?

R. We are in a world that is all desire. The Creator created nothing but desire and then, that desire which divides into many many pieces is called “the breaking of the Adam HaRishon”. So, these desires are different, they are different from each other, they are colliding with each other and this is all of the reality that we are in. That’s it. And, all of our work is to bring this reality back into one system; into harmony, into connection, mutuality, into a world that is not divided and broken but one system where only one force operates which is called, The Creator, and that system is a desire that all will be One. Even though it consists of many many desires but all those desires are willing to be connected so that in the connection between them they will review the force that operates in them; the One Force that operates in them.

26. S. (01:02:44) Why in a place where there is faith there's no place for a reason and knowledge?

R. There is a place for reason and knowledge but it's all based on faith, because the spiritual world operates entirely according to the force of bestowal and the force of reception which seemingly exists in our world is imaginary, this is why our world is called “the imaginary world”. Because there is no reality to our world, there is no force of reception in our world, it's what the Creator created in order to exist and gives us a chance to become independent from the Creator. But when we develop we discover this force of reception and how artificial it is, how bogus it is and it was given to us so that above it we will build a relation of love, of bestowal. This is what we are trying to do.

27. S. (01:04:12) I heard from you that a person discovers the Shechina and only then will the Creator appear there. How can I be in Divinity without the quality of bestowal?

R. You can't. Everything we discover according to the law of the equivalence of form. In the meantime, for now, according to the law of equivalence of form, we are discovering what is called ‘this world’. When we rise above the force of reception to the force of bestowal we will discover the upper world, the ‘real world' and then we will study it and discover it, we will live in it. The world of bestowal is the eternal world, our world is an incident; a temporary world that we exist in only because of the force of the breaking, the shattering.

28. S. (01:05:16) How do I know what my role is in spirituality?

R. Our role in spirituality is to help all the desires, the separate desires, that are far to come together; through one and intention, into one system. According to the desire we are all separated, we are all in opposition to one another, according to our desires, this is why we all live in our egos. But if we want to rise above the desire and participate in a good inclination towards each other then we discover between us ties of connection and in those ties of connection we discover the upper force; and the connection between us then become like a new sense, a spiritual sense, a spiritual vessel and in it we discover ‘The Upper Force’.

29. S. (01:06:26) How do I know what my role is in my ten?

R. The role of each one in the ten is to bring about the connection in the ten as one. To bring the ten back to the place that it was probably in prior to the breaking.

30. S. (01:06:49) Sometimes friends in the ten describe how much heaviness they feel. Is this right to share?

R. You can, a little bit, but be very careful.

31. S. (01:07:18) How much does the game necessitate everyone in the ten?

R. Playing is something serious. We are playing, we are acting out as if we’re grown ups, like kids and by this we really grow. Because through the game, through playing we awaken reforming light, and this is what corrects us. Therefore the more I depict myself as being big, corrected, strong, correcting everyone, bestowing; by this I really do draw light, and the light makes me big and bestowing.

32. S. (01:08:01) Why is it hard for me to act and play in the ten?

R. Because of your pride.

33. S. (01:08:11) If everyone is a leader, where are the people?

R. People. There are no people, we should all be like Moses, so what?

34. S. (01:08:26) It says that the degree of Moses is regarded as ‘covered Hassadim’, which is considered as the degree of “the eye has non seen…” Can you explain that?

R. … No, it is the degree of Bina, which afterwards Moses disappeared. When we came to the land of Israel Moses did not continue with them, he remained behind the Jordan and we continued to the land of Israel, to the desire, and we process this desire so it is entirely in order to bestow. This is not Moses’ work, this is our work; when Moses is in us and we realize him with our vessels of reception. ‘The Moses’ is only the vessel of bestowal.

Excerpt 159 (01:09:26): “Before Moses came…”

35. R. (01:10:00) Well, these are our states before we start working on the force of bestowal seriously, as we worked until today.

Reader continues: (01:10:18): “This is…”

36. R. (01:10:28) Meaning, we feel that a new force awakens in us, a new thought, a new desire.

Reader continues: (01:10:39): “and told them…

37. R. (01:10:58) In other words a person who begins to feel that he has an inclination to rise above his ego. This is called “beginning to reveal his own personal Moses”.

Excerpt 160 (01:11:18): “When Moses came…”

38. R. (01:12:18) Well, here it's just one sentence from an article by Rabash. But indeed we cannot believe and understand and feel how this will happen but we have to understand, believe and somehow a little bit feel that, that force which is now awakening in us, where we all feel that there is something, So that little tiny force we have to constantly nurture, cultivate and in this way by attending to it correctly, we can increase it, strengthen it. Precisely through this force which awakened in us from above, from below we will give it all our own strength and in this way we will enhance it through our participation; from the force of Moses which was sent from above, we will come to a state where we strengthen it from below and in this way we will rise through it.

39. S. (01:13:36) Do I need to depict to myself that I draw light to the ten or it just happens?

R. I should constantly depict to myself that I am drawing light from the Creator to the ten and by this we are all rising, ascending, and this is my work. Without the Creator and without the ten there is nothing for me to do. I am the connector between the two of them. This is called “being in the role of Moses”.

40. S. (01:14:33) How is the quality of Moses appearing here and where is the quality of the people in this work?

R. Your group is the people and Moses is you, you need to be a representative of the Creator toward the group.

S. What does it mean that they don't need to believe me or believe Moses and so on?

R. You have to behave with them in such a way that they will believe you. That they will believe that you have the power to advance toward the Creator and you are pulling them. It is likewise for each and every friend in the group. Every friend in the group should do it.

S. Here according to our excerpt, what is the meaning that Malchut rises in importance?

R. This is how we raise ourselves. The will to receive which supports our elevating ourselves toward bestowal, toward connection, this is basically what we need to do. Moses doesn't bring some new method, he only gives us new force between the will to receive and the Creator, the desire to bestow.

41. S. (01:16:09) in excerpt 159 he wrote that Moses came to the people of Israel and told them that the Creator wants to bring them out of Egypt to the land of Israel. Usually my approach is that the desire is inside of me. It's there, I don't feel that the Creator is the one that moves everything. How can I awaken the feeling that it all comes from Him, not from me?

R. Simply to keep going, I'm not sure which kind of doubts you have and I don't want to put everyone into it. We need to work as it's written here in these verses and they will guide us. Even more correctly if we all gather in our tens and we speak about the realization of those verses then it works well. It doesn't really matter what's happening with you, talk amongst yourselves and agree, but agree not that each one remains in his own opinion rather scrutinize what we agree on, what we do not agree on, what is our problem, how are we different. This will help you come closer because we need to have one agreement, one force; from us to the Creator.

42. S. (01:17:41) Rabash says that if they would believe by the force of faith they would come out of exile. What does it mean to believe with faith if they would believe this thing? What is this thing?

R. If they would believe with the force of bestowal that they could rise above all their problems and discover the Creator and attain the upper world, they would have done it. However they still hold on to and respect the force of reception that they have and that's why we remain in the lower world.

S. Is it possible to believe without feeling?

R. If you make acts of bestowal you discover as a result the force of faith in practice.

S. Yes, but not just to believe, I believe. You once taught us…

R…this does not exist in spirituality, just to believe.

S. Right, you told us don't believe until you attain.

R. Yes. Beware of confusing us. Faith is the force of bestowal, that is what we are talking about. That’s it. This is what we have to strengthen.

43. S. (01:19:31) In spirituality, a leader is a servant of those who he leads?

R. A leader in spirituality means that he receives the deficiencies from Malchut, kingdom and Keter, crown and he is in the degree of Bina, the degree of Moshe. When he connects Malchut and Keter, Keter and Malchut, this is the meaning of ‘a leader’. What does he have of himself? Nothing, only the ability to absorb deficiencies from the Keter and from Malchut and connect the two. This is the meaning of ‘a leader’. Otherwise, what is a leader? The Creator is a leader. But the Creator cannot influence the Malchut directly only through the quality of Bina. Therefore the connection between the Keter and Malchut is the degree of Bina; Moses annuls himself toward the Creator and toward Malchut, he does everything for the sake of the Malchut and for the sake of Keter, and this is the degree of Bina; the degree of Moses. Think about it, that's the only thing that can help a person succeed. Also our leaders, whoever they may be in this world, if they understand it they will succeed, otherwise they'll be just like now.

44. S. (01:21:25) To continue a previous question, I have to imagine myself drawing the light through the ten and I bound them together. How should it be the Creator, the ten and then me or the Creator, me and then the ten, and where's the world?

R. The world is beyond the ten, where I wish to realize in the ten, the entire world is later Incorporated in the ten.

45. S. (01:22:09) Moses that is inside each and everyone of us, that we need to awaken in the ten and in our work. Should we aim our prayer specifically for this force to be sent to us from above?

R. Yes, yes.

46. S. (01:22:39) I heard you give us advice that we should read the excerpts and discuss what we agree about and what we don't agree to?

R. No, agree or disagree, it’s about how we realize, how we Implement those verses? That's what you should discuss.

S. And what should we do if we feel that there is no grip in the excerpts?

R. Read them more and more, again and again, dozens of times. Well dozens is maybe exaggerating, five, seven, up to ten times you read one excerpt and you repeat it until you suddenly discover it's clear to you, maybe not through your intellect or repetition but through your persistence.

47. S. (01:23:48) We attribute everything to the Creator and guess this is a measure of faith. But how do I know when I hear myself say that I want more connection with the friends. I want more bestowal from the friends, I want more faith for the friends. How do I make the distinction that this is not egotistical?

R. You receive them and you realize them. That’s it. Discuss it together.

Excerpt 161 (01:27:45): ”And Moses spoke…”

48. R. (01:29:08) Again, It speaks very beautifully.

Excerpt 161 (01:29:09): “And Moses spoke…”

49. R. (01:29:24) Moses speaks of redemption, of coming out of Egypt and they don't hear.

Reader continues: 161 (01:29:34): “He says, lack of…”

50. R. (01:30:40) Everything depends on the extent to which a person, each one of us reveals the greatness and importance of something. If I have the importance of a certain action, a certain object, to that extent I connect to it, I relate to it because I am the will to receive and then the will to receive needs to turn towards it to look at it to be drawn to it. It all depends on the importance. So the fact that we are in Egypt spirituality is not important to us. Later it begins to shine a bit more, I begin to look and think about spirituality. What is spirituality? My connection with the Creator. Later they explain to me, your connection with the Creator that can be only through the connection with your friends, people in general perhaps. I begin to look at them, not right away but over time because I wish to come to the revelation of the Creator, revelation of spirituality, it becomes important to me and then to the extent it's important to me I'm willing to give up something and that's how I come to rise above my ego, my desire, that I should probably engage in spiritual work to receive spiritual rewards. Then I begin to understand that from doing it, then the light that reforms shines in me more and more each time, the surrounding lights as we call it.

Then I begin to receive a certain attitude towards bestowal that, that bestowal might be good that if I bestow to others, perhaps even egotistically, I forget about myself. I'm in a certain good mood I receive some profit some gains even when I think of the others and bestow to them so I begin to come closer to bestow in order to receive certainly but I begin to appreciate various forms of bestowal and then from Lo Lishma we come to Lishma, as we say, because all our actions even when we do them because we are obligated to a teacher, the teacher obligates me, the society obligates me, I do it reluctantly but these actions awaken on me the influence of the reforming light, the force of bestowal and when it influences me I begin to feel that I sometimes more sometimes less sometimes for sometimes against but I am gradually approaching the quality of bestowal and I have a certain attitude towards it and in this way we advance and then I even begin to hear that now I'm in exile.

What is exile? Exile from bestowal. Do I think it's exile? Do I want this bestowal? To the extent that I hear that bestowal is good it's beautiful, it gives you the feeling of the upper world, of eternity of wholeness then it's good for the time being everything as you hear is in the will to receive, that's how it's happening in me but nevertheless I begin to somehow think of these actions that are outside of me, seemingly to bestow to give because it's possible that by that by bestowing and giving I will gain something great and that's how we advance towards the state where we have a question, I want the will to receive to control me, it locks me in in this short low dark form or I wish to be in the will to bestow because then I’m as they tell me, I don't know but they tell me that I will reach a state and unlimited state, a state that's all good and beautiful expands my consciousness and gives me the feeling of eternity and wholeness it's outside of me.

I feel myself limited and small and in this way we gradually move from the understanding that I'm in exile and this redemption is an ascent from the will to receive to will to bestow that there is a certain reality in the will to bestow that I can live in, I can exist in, not simply perform something externally as if I'm giving to someone, this is a lie and everyone knows it in our world. Go see people who speak before the masses you'll see everyone lies, everyone speaks of good actions pretty intentions but we understand it's all a lie but here were talking about something else we are talking about a person to himself where I hear that if I truly acquire the quality of bestowal, not like them, there it's all a lie but if I myself, maybe I'm willing to a small extent, I’m willing to make room in me in my desires for a small desire that will be in order to bestow where I truly don't want to receive anything in it, it's possible that inside this desire I will feel a new phenomenon, a new phenomenon, that it won't be as usual and that what I will feel in it means that I will feel the Creator.

A new quality, the quality of bestowal, love, the quality of the other. That's how we come to a state where the force that exists in each and every one, the smallest of them, the smallest point called Moses he pulls me, it's really a single point with a fine fine thread, is pulling me toward bestowal and spirituality to the enlightened world the great world which is truly infinite. In place of our world which resembles, as they call it, they say this rotten radish, this tiny rotten radish, where I come out of it to the sun, to the air and that's how we need to imagine ourselves each one in his own style. How we are coming out of Egypt toward redemption.

51. S. (01:40:22) It seems that what was in exile was that the work was supposed to be great pleasure but that didn't happen, it was hard work.

R. We don't need to do any work by ourselves, nothing. All that we need is to obligate the Creator to work. We do not work. Who is man? What kind of forces does he have? What kind of thoughts does he have? He’s all rotten, he's nothing, there is nothing that a person needs to do only to choose each time from all his thoughts and desires where is here the upper force that will perform this work on me, that's it. That is why our work if we know how to scrutinize, the main thing is the scrutiny, then there is no problem. I either push the button or I pull a string and it will get done.

The work itself is, it's like moving tons of soil that you have to turn over and move from one place to another inside of a person and do all kinds of actions, corrections, no no no, who are we? We only want to ask like a little child, like a baby that comes from, comes to his mother and even without even saying a word he just points and wants this or that, if it's for his benefit, his mom will give it to him. So the work for him is the work of the scrutiny and also the work of the scrutiny and he points at this, he points at that, whatever his mom agrees with is a good sign that it will be useful for a scrutiny and he will receive it. Meaning in what is his scrutiny? In constantly turning to his mother and ask and if he receives and he receives all the time and receives what he wants or what he doesn't want, it's always to his benefit.

52. S. (01:42:57) According to the excerpt the fact that they didn’t hear Moses caused the hard work but does that mean we can't find the quality of Moses within us?

R. The force, the power in us that is pulling us out of the will to receive is called Moses. We don't quite want to come out of the will to receive but if we start to look for how to come out then gradually we coalesse, we crystallize these forms in us and we can come out and this is the force of Moses. Later it is a force that we develop, we use it to come out of Egypt and we go through the entire journey until the land of Israel. The complete desire in order to bestow. We need to correct it. This is before the entrance into this desire to the land of Israel, this in a sense is already the revelation of Moses.

53. S. (01:44:40) In many questions you touched this matter but still I wanted to scrutinize. The whole process we go through in spirituality is accompanied by states of feeling the shadow of death, both when we exit Egypt, cross the Red Sea and also the receiving of the Torah. The question is how to get rid of the control of that until you don't have these calculations anymore, you can't do anything, there's always this calculation. When do we connect? When there's trouble, then we find a solution, we can connect. As long as there is no trouble everything is okay. Is this the force of separation that grabs us, the feeling of exile, this force, that's why we can't connect, we can't rise above it.

R. Calm down, calm down. You need to take the negative force as a necessary ingredient in order to be directed at this goal. where both the positive and the negative forces connect and then in their connection you see the goal. Spirituality is not like in corporeality, you see the target and how to reach it, how to hit it, in spirituality there is no such thing. If you locate how to properly reach the target then you'll see that it's right before you. He explains it by how in spirituality you always see a wall and the minute you find the solution you'll see there's a door in this wall, I can't recall exactly but I'm sure my friends will find where it is. Baal HaSulam writes it in one of the letters, I think.

S. So what is the solution?

R. We are not looking for what's disturbing us or not disturbing us. The solution is how to combine together, all the circumstances together, so that it would complete and complement one another and there will be nothing redundant, nothing. That will be the solution so each and every solution is some sort of an attainment of wholeness and in wholeness there's not good there's not bad there's no positive there's no negative rather we all compliment one another.

54. S. (01:48:16) You said that all our work is in the scrutiny, what should we scrutinize, what the Creator wants?

R. Yes.

55. S. (01:48:40) How does the study in the second part of the lesson of the articles of Baal HaSulam, how can it strengthen our work when we come out of Egypt together?

R. We constantly prepare ourselves for the exodus from Egypt. I don't quite get the question, maybe repeat it.

S. The question is, that I feel the articles bring me out of the main part of the work when we're in the second part of the lesson.

R. What second part?

S. The second part of the lesson. At the beginning we have articles about the work and then articles from Baal HaSulam, so the second part of the lesson, he feels it brings him out of the internal work, it’s more intellectual.

R. That is correct because there we are reading an article and it's not like the first part of the lesson, that is correct. If it's bothering him so much I would recommend not to hear the second part. Maybe listen to it later during the day. I have nothing I can do about it. I understand his problem. He's in a certain special direction and he's invested in it, he's listening and then suddenly we go to something else. It's correct. You simply have to understand me. I want to bring you the method of Baal HaSulam, how to attain spirituality, the Creator with our senses, in our feelings, in our attainment. So on the one hand I need to advance you in building the spiritual vessel and on the other hand to get you acquainted with all of the material he wrote because in all those things there are also fundamental principles that we need for spirituality and even if what we are working with in the first part, what we are studying in the first part is very important, the second part adds to us definitions, knowledge, general overview and it's also extremely helpful.

You cannot have one without the other. Except if it's a problem for you, if it's confusing, I heard sometimes that seemingly it erases the impressions from the first part, the second part of the lesson comes and this impression disappears from me. A person writes this way, what should I do? Don't hear it, don't hear me in the second part, hear me later in five hours let's say, see if you can do it. You can hear it wherever you are with an earbud and you can do it this way, of course the second part is much less important than the first part but it adds to us the foundation, a general foundation, the general knowledge, the approach to Creation.

56. Reader (01:52:51) We have the excerpt about the door, if you want, by Ba’al HaSulam. About the door and the opening, what you just said. It’s a short beautiful excerpt from letter number 26 by Baal Hasulam.

Excerpt (01:53:00) “The door is in the place…”

57. R. (01:53:12) Yes, in spirituality that is how it is. There is no opening or a door there is just a wall.

Reader continues (01:53:17): “When it is closed…”

58. R. (01:53:47) Until we come to the wall, we face the wall and we want it to open, it does not open and you can't even believe that it will open, and there is no sign for it, and if you want it, it opens. Beautiful. Here we see in advance that there is a door here and that it is shut and we need to open it and spirituality there is no door. Either there is an opening and you can cross it or there isn't it's like in a fairy tale, in a cartoon.

59. S. (01:54:35) But what does it mean that with complete and pure faith you see the door and there becomes an opening? What does that mean?

R. That there is nothing that separates you and the one that is on the other side, you have to reach it, with your qualities and then the separator disappears.

60. S. (01:55:01) By taking the burden from the kingdom of heaven does the burden here mean responsibility?

R. It also includes responsibility. It's a big concept we will come to it, I don't want to answer in sort of one line, it's hard to explain shortly.

61. S. (01:55:53) We would like to ask about what you just said to the friend from France. That if the second part confuses him and the article disturbs him or diverts his mind from the first part that was very internal, you told him he can stop, disconnect and hear it during the day.

R. Let's vote on it in the survey and we'll see what we can do. It's possible for the time being when we are working on such important sensitive material, we should take only one topic and immerse ourselves in it for two and a half hours and advance in this way.

S. So we go for Passover the whole lesson long in order not to be confused?

R. That is what we are doing now, this is a Passover topic.

S. Okay but there is no advice to disconnect in the middle of the lesson, to leave the lesson because it is confusing me? The question is this, principally, can anyone say that this part of the lesson is not for me and he disconnects?

R. No, you know what, according to what I feel, according to what I think we will continue the same topic till the end of the lesson and that’s it. Let's go.

62. S. (01:57:40) How can I pray in order to increase the importance without it being Egoistic?

R. It's through the connection with the friends, I see how important it is, their spiritual attainment and I am included in their desires and my advancement is there.

63. S. (01:58:07) It is written that Moses spoke to the people of Israel and they did not hear him. The question is if I, like Moses, try to speak but I am not heard, what should I do?

R. It's a sign that you have to check yourself. How connected you are to the people, to the ten let's say, and the Creator. To be the connector, the adapter between the two this is the role of Moses.

64. S. (01:58:43) What does it mean to live within the friends despite the natural resistance?

R. You want to live in them to connect with them to help them to support them in everything just like a mother with her baby and that's the role of each and every one to the group.

65. S. (01:59:09) What is the difference between a calculation and a discernment? What's more beneficial, how each one helps me and influences me?

R. I don't see a great difference between calculations and discernment because calculations are also discernments. I wouldn't distinguish between them.

Excerpt 162 (1:59:41): “When Moses came to…”

66. R. (01:59:40) Meaning Moses when he explains about the difference between bestowal and reception what does it mean in order to receive and in order to bestow what is the difference between spirituality and corporeality by that he corrupted the people. They started to understand that in order to bestow is really hard and you have to rise want it or not there is no choice and there is great work before them in acostuming themselves to bestowal and even though Moses told them if you’ll ask from the Creator you will get the forces of bestowal but to turn to the Creator to ask and to receive from him, to perform actions of bestowal and by them to connect, all that is something people are not used to.

They don’t understand what for? Why? They didn't have the importance of all of that and that is how this action was done, it became very very difficult, almost impossible and this is why the people started resisting Moses. What did he do to us? How come you started talking about the work against Pharaoh? We used to live in a good manner with our ego. Now we don't. This is why these are the arguments of the people meaning the various desires inside man to Moses and this is intentionally. The Creator does that so that there will be resistance between the will to bestow which is Moses and the will to receive which is the entire man and out of this collision, be able to later build a system of separation of Exodus of distance and then correction.

67. S. (02:03:58) What does it mean that Moses comes and explains to the nation of Israel? You previously said the nation of Israel is my ten.

R. When each and everyone has to behave in his ten as if he is Moses and he gives them an example. What to do and who to yearn to and how to advance. Just like Moses. We read, this is what he did, he pulled everyone outside of in order to receive meaning outside of Egypt, out.

S. What does it mean that Moses explains. He comes and explains what it is to bestow and see nothing?

R. He explains to them what bestowl means. When I think of others, when I try to feel the others and I want as much as I can and beyond that to fulfill the desires of others. This is bestowal and this is what Moses explains to them and we also need in the group to try to set such examples for each other.

S. It says that the people of Israel weakened because of this?

R. Of course because in order to receive you have strength for that but in order to bestow you don’t. That is why if someone starts working in order to bestow he does an action or two and he is done. There is no fuel, he doesn't see the goal, he doesn't see that he receives anything of it because he is entirely made of vessels of reception.

S. How can each one worry, care like Moses that the friend will not weaken?

R. We will see the excerpts, let's find the answer, what we should do.

Excerpt 163 (02:06:32): “Why when Moses…”

Excerpt 164 (02:08:30): “We should interpret…”

68. R. (02:09:53) This means that on the one hand we have to explain to them that to bestow is that high ideal spiritual goal, it is a free world open for all on the one hand, on the other hand the moment they start performing actions of bestowal they see it is impossible, it is difficult and there are a lot of collisions and contradictions there so how to do it? How to continue? There is neither the understanding nor the strength. They are really closed from all sides, so what should we do? That is the states before the exodus from Egypt and then ultimately they have no choice they have to escape.

Excerpt 165 (02:10:58): “They had grievances…”

69. R. (02:12:35) Rabash writes here nicely. They're incapable, they don't want to, they can't even stand it. Maybe they would want it but they can't stand the state of working against the will to receive and every time they try, only stench comes out of it. Meaning it's repulsive, it's disgusting they don't know what to do. Such a difficult state where you start working with the will to receive and you can neither overcome it nor stand it, nothing but rather instead of strengthening and continuing the work you get rejection. So? What to do?

70. S. (02:13:37) That is the question exactly, what to do? Let’s say I started studying 20 years ago and suddenly I understand that the goal is nearer and the friends are closer but with each passing day, passing year you begin to understand that you're so bad at this work towards the Creator and the goal is so exalted, you're so remote from it you're like that nation speaking to Moses you discover inside yourself more and more bad and you don’t understand what you have to do for the Creator to make this miracle.

R. I am very happy to see that you feel yourself exactly as it is written about the children of Israel in Egypt. Wonderful, it means that you have reached correct desernments. It is not for no reason that you went through these 20 years.

S. But it says there he who comes to purify is aided. How can I tell that I came to purify and not because I have a habit, I envy the ten or something else? Specifically the one who comes to purify has to have this feeling that I need to be purified.

R. You are correct but the problem is the time has not yet come for us who understand what the Exodus from Egypt means and how to come out of Egypt. We will continue that tomorrow. Until tomorrow we have to discuss our current state. Without escaping, without coming out of the will to receive but rather how to prepare ourselves to the exit. What is this exit exactly, what should we do, how to prepare ourselves, how to increase the force of Moshe that leads us that pulls us from Egypt, from our will to receive. This is all that we should prepare, correct. Okay I hope that the men will understand me but I have the women. We have to let them have their room please.

71. S. (02:16:22) What to do with the feeling of missing out on what the teacher wants to give us through the Ba’al HaSulam’s articles?

R. Just be together. The more you are together you won't miss anything, more of the spiritual sense will open and you will receive everything that comes out.

72. S. (02:16:55) Why when Pharaoh grows weak man reveals evil?

R. When Pharaoh grows weak, man reveals the evil? Because man is still in his will to receive. We also need Pharoah to be strong, in truth. That when the force of evil, when it increases, it will later become the posterior side of the Partzuf of Kedusha, the Partzuf of sanctity that we correct and we by that will learn and understand and get to know the Creator. Where is the Creator revealed? Exactly in the vessels of Pharaoh when they are corrected.

73. S. (02:17:51) In excerpt 162, how can Pharaoh ask such questions when the person with a point in the heart feels very bad in Egypt?

R. I didn’t understand, again.

S. In excerpt 162 they ask, how can Pharoah ask such questions when the person with a point in the heart feels very bad in Egypt?

R. Because he feels that the whole atmosphere he has in Egypt is the opposite from the point in his heart. He wants to run away, just like the point in the heart demands from him.

74. S. (02:18:37) Moses is in me, the nation is in me, what will help me keep my attention on the quality of Moses inside of me?

R. When I will increase the force of Moshe to such an extent that he will be able to pull behind him the nation in me. All the desires in me.

75. S. (02:19:05) How can we discover the importance of sanctity in the ten?

R. By talking between ourselves we can increase the force of the Creator in the ten or the importance of the ten.

76. S. (02:19:33) How can we hope to succeed in the spiritual work with the quality of Moses when we know that he never made it into the promised land?

R. That doesn't matter. Moshe doesn't need to reach the land of Israel. He’s prior to that. All we do is take his force and we acquire the land of Israel. We enter the borders of Israel if we were seemingly talking about geography but that is all a nice and correct story. This way we turn the land that does not belong to us to the land of Israel. Meaning aimed Yashar Kel, directly to the Creator.

77. S. (02:29:22) You spoke earlier about the feeling of eternity and wholeness towards what's outside of us. That we have to come out of this rotten fruit and breathe the fresh air, imagine how to come out from Egypt into redemption. How to awaken this feeling in the ten?

R. You have to talk about it between yourselves and then you will see that I have to pay attention that whatever my friend is saying, it’s all as if I hear it from the Creator and this is how I am impressed of what I should do the way I should change.

78. S. (02:21:24) Is it speaking about, in the excerpts, before the barrier or after?

R. Before. The excerpts are still about the people of Israel in Egypt when they discover how difficult the work is, how much Pharaoh is in control and how they have to overcome the separation and as much as they connect together they come closer to the Exodus from Egypt.

79. S. (02:22:08) How to overcome the feeling of rejection and separation and not let this feeling manage us?

R. We have, of our world, a very small hole. It's called the tip of the needle, that's clear right? So between this world and the next world there is a place which is like the tip of the needle. It is such a small deficiency. If we want to cross through this deficiency we need to restrict ourselves and we can cross through this small hole from this world to the next world, to the spiritual world. So that all depends on how much we can advance towards that and to understand that this is the place of our salvation, otherwise we're born, we live, we die all of us in our egoistic material desire when we have nothing besides what is in our body.

So besides that we have to connect and in our connection even though as much as it exists or does not exist it doesn't matter in our connection when we connect between ourselves we bring out that force of connection that can bring us through this hole in the tip of the needle. When the needle makes the whole and we, through this hole, we really shift from one world to another from the corporeal world to the spiritual world. It all depends on how much we want to do it and that is not a problem but rather only within our desires can we connect them and aim them to be together and then it will happen.

80. S. (02:24:53) What is this needle?

R. This needle was given to us from above, this is faith above reason. Each and every one has the ability to be connected to others above his will to receive. It is possible. I think we're close to that and in truth it's not really a problem. It will happen. I see that the Creator is treating us in a good way. We will do it. I have complete confidence in that. Look at my friend's men, women, we have,it’s really, there is no other group like this in the world. Just to restrict more and more to connect more and more and the Exodus is waiting for us.
