Kabbalah explains that, first and foremost, a person’s main concern should be to place themselves before the Creator. Everything we see in the world and everything that happens within us - our feelings, thoughts, and reasoning, is sent to us only by the Creator. If a person constantly tries to keep themselves in this awareness, then they are moving in the right direction, in which there is no place for fear or anxiety. In other words, all our fears arise from the concealment of the Creator, from the absence of the feeling of His presence in everything as the eternal, perfect, and benevolent source.
