We are transitioning toward integral awareness and organizations that incorporate this trend within their operations and they will feel how to properly adapt. Administrative teams should reach a feeling of integral connection between them, in the center of the circle, as a way of making decisions. Everything should be open and integrated, even including the participation of customers in business dilemmas since there is no beginning and no end in a round, integrated system.
