The integral approach to life improves people’s attitudes to one another and moves us from seclusion to connection. Only equals can connect and this approach teaches us how to be both higher than others and lower than others as needed at different times. This is how we become more open, close, and pleasant and find solutions more easily. People will feel and support each other, smile more, and care about their workplace environment. Managers will not have to divide and rule any more as the workers will work willingly. Managers will introduce workshops and games to teach staff how to shape themselves as people and reality as a whole by building the right type of workplace environment.
