We need to go through this state to locate it, to feel it and understand that it is our nature and when we overcome it in these states, on this Malchut then we are privileged with revelation, exiting from the exile, to revelation, to redemption. R. This is according to your intention and what you want. If you want to reach adhesion to the Creator then in this you reveal day by day that you are farther from Him, from getting closer to Him, from adhering to Him. If you are yearning for states that would be clearer and more understood then you can take from the wisdom of Kabbalah and become wiser, know how to speak, philosophize and so on. It all depends on a person. What are the qualities with which he goes out to reveal reality and it depends on man’s desire.

R. The group and the books and the studies and what we receive from the teacher this all works and slowly accumulates in the person and then the person according to what he yearns = he can see if he has it or not, whether he wants understanding and greater mind, greater attainment or he wants qualities of bestowal or to feel how much he understands more. R. Relation to the goal, if I receive I am using my vessels of reception, if I am receiving with the intention of bestowal then I am using my vessels of bestowal in the opposite than how they were built to begin, with not in the intention to receive but in the intention to bestowal, if I do not want to receive anything in my vessels than I am in restriction. If I participate with the foreign vessels, with the friends that I join myself to their work then I do not receive myself anything but I am there only to support them. There are a few types of work both in the vessels of reception and the verses of bestowal these are the states we are in.
15. S. (19:25) How can we check ourselves if we are in the sea of the Sitra Achra and how can we get out of it?
R. In what state we are in we need to see this, that in sum total the states I go through, are we in connection with the friends, are we turning to the Creator and how do you think about today compared to yesterday and about tomorrow. In sum total all our relations to the states we are in can we determine where we are in Pithom, in Raamses, or in other works in Egypt, we are not even in Egypt already outside of Egypt this all depends on our examinations, our scrutinizing.
16. S. (20:50) In a state when our efforts dissolve and go elsewhere, what is the solution to these states, what has to happen in a qualitative inversion?
R. This is why it is called assistance against oneself and that is what the Creator said, that it is possible to begin the care, the correction. As it is written I have created the evil inclination, the same evil, that created being and they can progress to the goal of creation, specifically the evil inclination pushing them from the back and driving them from the front, the same goal of connection and unity with the Creator. When that evil inclination completes the work then the person reveals the privilege of the evil inclination that he has reached the goal and there is no evil inclination, it was not created to begin with. Rather in order to confuse us that we would be drawn to the same spiritual goal and we would be able to reach it and there it would be getting an impression for our benefit.
S. I want to be more precise, that measure of the evil inclination we have to correct?
R. How many times do we need to begin to build our spiritual state called Pithom and Raamses, that depends on the depth of the person's soul. There are those who reveal this quickly, if their vessels are smaller and there are those who develop slowly, with difficult work and they don't see it so quickly and they don't see the summary, so quickly. if it is a great big soul. There is nothing you can do, it is all according to the laws of nature.

R. R. S. So what is happening at the end of the process when we certainly get it all back, why suddenly they keep taking it, tearing it down and then suddenly they give it back to you?
R. Because it is not that they hear, we do not have in our vessels of reception the ability to store spiritual things but bit by bit we can store and when these little parts reach some unique number and quantity and quality, a Seah, a certain measure then it is revealed, it is already revealed and then we can keep it and the desire to receive won’t take it on the intention to receive.

Then again it all depends on people. It is not a city there somewhere in Israel, it’s a quality that we reach, that we build relative to the Creator, with complete fear towards Him. And inside this vessel called complete fear we receive all of the light of Ein Sof which builds for us this concept of Jerusalem.
27. S. (51:06) Israel needs to work in bestowal. What do we receive when we work in bestowal?
R. Inside the vessel of bestowal we receive the revelation of the Creator, we become exactly like Him. Because we acquire the quality of the Creator in place of the quality of reception that we have. The quality of bestowal is what we receive and inside this quality of bestowal we begin to feel the way the Creator feels and according to the similarity between these qualities we approach adhesion, we come to the same state as the Creator. This is the form, the purpose of our development.
28. S. (52:14) I wanted to tell you before asking that I feel like these words I am going to ask are kind of blasphemy. We are told that whatever we can do, do and in the ten we try to do all that we can to connect and we also know that.
R. This is all talking about the connection.

R. You do not need to know. You will never know if you are doing the right work or not because you need to be in one hundred percent in order to bestow. So every time you do this work even to bestow, you will feel that you did not do enough and that next time you will do better. You wish to build everything on your will to receive, on your knowledge, your reason, your intellect, your own power. That is completely not spiritual.
S. So what indication do we have? How do I know that I'm going the right way?
R. As much as you can be devoted and nothing else. Only in devotion. I have no feeling, no intellect, no understanding, no sensation, no power, I have nothing. I have only one thing. I want to be adhered to the Creator with all my strength, all my thoughts, all my desires, and this is how I wish to advance. Without “I”, rather according to how much I can cancel the “I”.
31. S. (56:44) Continuing the topic of the lesson over the course of the day, you spoke about the importance of listening with their friends. How to do this correctly, how to hear the friends correctly?
R. I wish to hear what they are saying and I wish to relate seriously to what they perceive and what they discuss and this is how I am incorporated in them and by this I position myself as a zero relative to them just as Rabash advises us to do in the connection in the society.

R. We are not so smart to say if it is swallowed or not swallowed. We have to try and perform as many acts of a connection and bestowal and whatever happens happens. If nothing is left then nothing is left. We continue each day and start anew.

R. To weaken the Klipot there is no way. Rather I need to work against the Klipot, together with the Klipot. The Klipa, the shell protects the fruit. We talked about it, we learned about it. R. Try without words but only in thoughts. In thought only together with the Creator try to convince the ten to help you.
40. S. (01:03:19) I do different things. I participate in our ten’s meetings and actions of dissemination but I feel that I'm doing nothing for correction and also not giving contentment to the Creator. Is that a thought of Pharaoh?
R. No, those are also good, correct thoughts, you have to keep going. All in all women are advancing well but just not enough. Meaning correctly but not enough, not sufficient. There are more opportunities to apply more pressure with their thoughts and intentions between them and the Creator. Each one is treating the other one with gloves. We have to have a more common demand, and this common demand is made up of an example of ourself and demand through the ten for everyone. I am not saying to someone that they have to do something but I turn to the ten generally, let us do this or that. Meaning we have to awaken, awaken the group all the time. S. Can you say that those Isralites there were like us going through inner work and Pharaoh was taking away their ability to connect with each other? Or do we say that it's more like some story where someone was whipping them?
