1. R. (01:48) I also wanted to mention that sometimes I get questions from people and they say that they cannot grasp the material but maybe here and there they do grasp something, sometimes they do not it disappears altogether, it does not settle down in their mind or heart. About this I would like to say a few words. We are studying the wisdom of Kabbalah as a Segula. Segula means that a person studies, it'is like he says in item 155 that what a person wants from the study is to draw the reforming light, the Ohr Makif as it says in The Introduction to TES, item 155. The heart is the desire and this is how we can come to attainment and so it is not important. It is not the wise that studies,as it says. How can it be that the study does not depend on the intellect?
It does not depend on the intellect because the wisdom of Kabbalah does not come as any other ordinary wisdom but it is entirely dependent on a person's desire and the harder it is for a person and he can attain it and his desire, in his mind but he continues accordingly he will succeed. Because each has a mind and a heart in accordance with their soul, In order to reach the correction of the soul and its fulfillment by these two forces, the mind and heart, Mochin and Lev. Therefore, do not start complaining again that you cannot, you do not understand we are not studying in order to understand, as it is written it is not the wise that learns, but we are learning in order to give a sufficient quantity of exertion and time and only as a result of our exertion will the Creator open a person's heart, desire. In the heart a person will already start feeling these actions. That is how it works. So calm down it does not work like any other science or wisdom. Therefore it says that it is not the wise that learns.

R. You cannot develop Ohr Hozer, reflected light if you cannot develop it to the degree of the Keter because you can't attain the Keter if you don't have the power to reveal the light of Hochma than you have no light of Hochma. It is like you have a flashlight but it can shine 5 or 10 or 20 meters, it all depends on the reflected light that you attain. It's not what is before you, in front of you. In front of you, there is still the end of correction. Who knows what but you attain everything that is before you in the reflected light. You are the one that attains it.
S. What are the conditions for there to be Keter and reflected light?
R. I don't have a desire for Behina Dalet and a restriction and a screen over Behina Dalet and then you reach the degree of Keter,

R. Poor connection. The exertion needs to be toward connection.

R. Yes, try and receive all of the pleasures that you're in throughout the day to receive them with the intention of being ready to receive them, willing to receive them but in order to bestow to the Creator. That if it were not for bestowing to the Creator then you wouldn't receive it.
S. On the one hand there is a state that I still want. I'm not sitting around the table with my family I'm giving up on it so I give up on it and I got to be with my ten and there is a different state that I do engage in all of that but I am thinking about the ten, no matter what I do I'm only thinking about the friends. the Creator, so what is the difference between those two states? According to what you said now, I want the pleasure for the friends and the Creator through them.
R. You have commitment toward your family and therefore you have to decide what you are doing? Not because you want it or not, but what do you owe the family? What do you owe the group? Then maybe you have no choice but you rise above your desire to receive and you do not go to your ten but you stay with the family or maybe the other way around. That maybe it is nice and warm and pleasant to be with your family but you have to go to the group. Look at yourselves, suppose now is the time, suppose during those times that you connect during the day that you connect for 10, 15 minutes, 30 minutes the members of the group and you do not feel like it and you do and you don't want to and you think about it and you think about it. R. No, of course not. If it's in order to receive, of course it is not a screen. The screen is a result of the restriction and a great effort where you overcome your desire to receive and by it you perform an action in order to bestow.

R. In spirituality there's no coercion because you go in there with the desire to bestow already. Whereas in corporeality you always have coercion because you struggle with the desire to receive.
8. S. (20:28) You said that connection with the group is the main thing and when a friend says that everything in his life is difficult and doesn't work and it's enough for him to connect in the ten what advice can you get him to increase connection?
R. Just do work according to what Rabash says according to what we are doing, to participate more and learn with the friends.

R. R. Yes.

When we wish to connect in return then our intention needs to be that we will connect and attain Him. In Him we will discover the result of our connection. Otherwise, If you forget about the Creator, then again you are in some kind of socialistic process. It’s necessary to all the time think about how do we attain the Creator and not egoisticaly, but in order to give Him contentment and identify with Him. Then in this way we rise to Him.
11. S. (25:12) The screen that holds the light, is this what allows me to be connected with the friends all the time?
R. Yes.
12. S. (25:40) If I pass my entire desire to the friends, suppose that I get no pleasure in return, so then where is the work with the reception, pleasure, screen, restriction?
R. Wait this is still before us, the direction is right but there are a few stages that are still before us.

R. It means it has great coarseness but refined it all with the help of the screen that it has. That is why it can receive a great light, a very great light in the vessel. Because it is coarse on one hand, on the other hand it has a screen on all the coarseness.
S. He further says, that the giver gives by his coarsest part?
R. Right, because the light comes back, the reflected light comes from the greatest coarseness. The greater the coarseness the higher is the reflected light, that's how it is. If the coarseness is small like a child let's say, he doesn't have a great force of resistance so the reflected light is small and it can’t attain a lot, because attainment is in reflected light.
18. S. (31:56) In relation to coarseness it says that coarseness is the force that draws the light. In the first part we learned that coarseness means a disparity of form with the Creator?
R. It is the same thing. As much as the vessel it is more egoistic and different from the Creator, if it has a screen, upon that difference it can raise a greater reflected light.
19. S. (32:39) How does a vessel that has greater coarseness can bestow more to the extent to which its screen is bigger? How do you receive the screen and how could it be that there is this duality.
R. As much as there is a greater will to receive, but this will to receive has a screen, so it doesn't receive in a greater desire anymore. It inverts it in order to bestow, so it has a greater extent to bestow with. Let's say I go into the host and I have a great appetite, I'm hungry, so as much as I can receive in my will to receive, I can receive it to the extent that I'm hungry according to my desire. If on that desire I have a restriction, a screen and reflected light, that I only receive if I can give pleasure to the host, so the greater my desire I can bestow to the host more. That he who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater, meaning his desire is greater.
20. S. (34:34) Everything we are talking about now is what happens in the Malchut of Ein Sof itself. Or what was the Malchut of Ein Sof, so where are the first three?

S. In every discernment we say there are ten Sefirot. Every discernment has a Malchut of its own that doesn’t receive the Light. The Malchut of Malchut where the light is not received you have that too? Meaning there is always the ten Sefirot where nine do not receive and one does? I mean the other way around. (where nine receives and one does not.)
R. Yes it is the role of that individual’s Sefira.
S. The Kli is full of light actually because it always has only a small part?
R. It depends what you call full of light. It is like going into space, if you don't put any partition anywhere so you don't see that it is full of light, there’s dark. How can that be? From every direction you look and the stars, the sun. Where is the sun, it is dark? Only if you put some kind of partition, a restriction, a screen, then on the reflected light from that partition you see that there is light, otherwise you do not reveal it.
S. It means that the first nine feel only through the reflected light of the Malchut?
R. Yes.
S. The first nine need to be connected to the Malchut otherwise they feel nothing?
R. Otherwise they won’t be the first nine.

R. We count the vessels Keter, Hochma, Bina, Zeir Anpin Malchut, but the lights we count, Nefesh, Ruach, Neshema, Chaya, Yechida. NRNHY. Then it turns out that there is an opposite value between the lights and the vessels.

25. S. (42:22) How will we be able to help the ten during the lesson? How can the ten kli helpt to focus and keep its intention?
R. We constantly have to think that our participation is destined to bestow upon all participants men and women. By this we will for sure, want to be more connected and from the connection to bestow to the Creator. In a way that from this I will get contentment from us, from all of us together. That I'm concerned to connect in my heart all the participants in order to send our participation to the Creator, that he will enjoy us even now here. That we are here and try to feel in your hearts that you want to connect all of us together for the Creator to enjoy us. That we are his children learning how to give Him contentment. That if we receive, let us receive from Him. We want to reach reception from Him in order to bestow that to the extent we can receive pleasures, He can receive pleasures from us. And that we want this pleasure and against Him, opposite of Him and that we don’t care where we are.
26. S. (44:31) How can the light spread in the Kli if it does not pull it?
R. If the vessel does not pull the light, the light cannot expand, that’s what happens to us. We still don’t have a vessel that can draw the light, the spiritual light and that’s why we don’t feel that it exists.
27. S. (45:06) Can you please explain the deterioration of the Partzufim, why is every lower Partzuf on a lower degree than the previous one?
R. Because there is a refining of the screen towards the Partzufim. The screen keeps refining itself and becomes thinner. That's why there is a descending of the Partzufim of the worlds until our world which is the lowest of them all.
28. S. (45:44) Does man have the ability to know what is the degree of the extent of its coarseness? Is it something that changes from state to state?
R. Again.
S. Does a person have the ability to know what is the measure of its coarseness, is this something that changes from state-to-state?
R. If we are already in spirituality, meaning we have a screen and with that screen we can determine our degree that we are working with the maximum screen that lets us bestow. Then we try to be in bestowing, that's called the coarseness of our screen. On which greatest desire we can overcome in order to not receive for ourselves but for the Creator.
29. S. (46:56) The entire process that we are studying about, so it is about the Reshimot that takes place in that Kli. Where did those records stay?
R. The Reshimot remain in the desire,then with the upper light they awakenwen through the desire and then we feel them. If the upper light doesn’t awaken them they are called silence records. They are there in the desire, meaning in the heart, the desire in man's heart.
30. S. (47:44) Can a person correct himself only through connection without the remedy of the text? Is the remedy in the text spiritual work?
R. Most correctly for us is the participation in the lessons and disseminating the material to the general public. Then from these two actions, one is internal participating in the lessons and one is on the outside like dissemination, so we can raise ourselves higher and higher.
31. S. (48:30) When I started participating in creating transcriptions for the lessons I enjoyed it so much that I was ashamed, other friends had other feelings. How do you build a screen for such pleasure?
R. You don't have to build a screen, you just have to think that I'm doing this for the others, that everyone will enjoy this. It’s not worth working on it, a screen that I’m not going to receive pleasures from it, no. I want to get pleasure and it’s good that I am getting pleasure from it and I am also doing it for others so that they will enjoy it. All in all the thoughts are right.
32. S. (49:20) Would it be true to say that the restriction in the ten is over our pride and respect?
R. That is difficult, the restriction in the ten has to be on my will to receive that is disturbing me from connecting to the friends, so such desires I restrict.
33. S. (49:54) You said that the connection between women determines more than anything else. What is the next phase of the connection between women that we need to implement?
R. We need to reach a state where the women will feel and of course the men too, but the women will feel that they are connected between them at least in something. In that something they are about to reveal the Creator, and then we can really be set in the spiritual world. If the women will start connecting, that will already be the signs of Gmar Tikkun of final correction.

34. S. (52:46) It says here that anyone who bestows, bestows from the most coarseness. How can we explain that anyone who bestows, bestows something coarser, how does this work and why?
R. If I bestow I do it with my maximum ego as much as I can invert it to bestow.

R. Yes.

S. How do I receive the purer vessel, the more refined vessel?

R. Learn from the women.

R. You are willing to go through all the humiliations just in order to something bestow to the Creator.

R. Okay, who said it should be easy? You said you want to gain all the pleasures in this world. You want to be the most of the most from all humanity, so here, please.
S. What's the role of the ten?
R. It helps you reach a state that you become equal to the Creator.
S. The friends need to be strong?
R. That depends on the way you see them and use them.
