Reading 104.
1. Rav’s Introduction: (01:23) Meaning that we have such a state in recognition of the exile that we are under the governance of our will to receive our ego that does not allow us to think of others, the friends, the connection, the Creator and so we feel this heaviness this difficult work of escaping all kinds of thoughts and actions that tie us to our will to receive and therefore even though and as much as the want to come out of the rule of the will to receive and not to think of ourselves we keep coming back to thinking about ourselves and we do not know how to get rid that. That’s the difficult work; and the other way around the will to receive is asking us, what is this work for you? If you do not want to think of yourself then what are you thinking about, being free of self concern then who will you be concerned about? Who will you sell yourself to as a servant? So this period is really called the exile and these questions do not go away so quickly. It is a long time passes until a person recognizes how he needs to work with these questions, how to rise above them, how to hit it in their teeth, so to speak, toward all these thoughts that awaken in him until he cries and finally the Creator hears his cry and pulls him out of these self-concerns. I see that these things already are not so concerning to the friends as there are no questions.
2. S. (04:16) The bitterness is that he can’t when he’s working for himself or is it that bestowal also bitter for him? Is bestowal also bitter in such a state?
R. Of course. If he always has thoughts that the Creator sends him about himself then thoughts of bestowal are far away from the person.
S. Where is this difficulty felt where he is not capable of working for his own benefit or from the fact that bestowal itself is bitter to him?
R. It is both this and that together because I cannot think of the others even though I know I should because otherwise I will not feel that I am in exile in some special state because I measure each state towards the opposite state, so if I know that there has to be thought about society, about the group, about building the environment, the friends, to where I rise to the next degree the moment I am included in that society and thus I rise through the degrees of bestowal and help the friends more and more.
This should be my work but while I know that along with that I care about myself and once again I fall into thoughts and concerns of myself, my personal spirituality, when will I have, what about me, how is the Creator be towards me, and in such a way I see that I am not getting out of it, can’t get out of it until opportunities come, states where I can connect with the friends in the same thoughts and tendencies and desires, to the point that we all together force the Creator to help us to take us out of exile out of always thinking about ourselves and that’s how we advance. Difficult work that we want to overcome and come out of self concern and we can’t.
3. S. (07:34) Is the feeling of exile is that what is building the Masach? Is that one of the first steps before we build a Masach?
R. Yes, of course. First of all it’s feeling the exile and cries and requests towards the Creator, the connection between us, our prayer, until we reach a response that the Creator starts sending us more advanced states and time after time, time and again we awaken further and further into the depth and closer to Him and we become as partners both between us and between us and the Creator.
4. S. (08:51) What to do practically when there is no flavor in the work?
R. Think and discuss what state we are in and what we can achieve if we won’t do anything or if we work in a certain way. There is no taste, of course there is no taste. Because we don’t know and especially in the beginning, those who are in the initial stages of the study and don’t understand, we don't feel, we do not know where we are, who is in contact with them, who are they influencing, who is influencing them. These feelings are still missing, of being in some connection, in some network that they’re with the Creator but gradually it will come.
5. S. (10:10) Let's say I disconnect for a moment. How can I think about this and say I am looking for this point of love for the friends and I sing again. How to see this work in the ten so we can participate together?
R. We do not have any other way, any other exit to come out of the ego besides through the connection with the friends. This has to be clear to us all, we can just look at it and explore. In our world there is no system of connection between people, between man and nature besides the connection with the friends, those who study together with you who have the same goal and they can help each other in a mutual way, in reciprocity, this mutuality that they can support each other that is the main thing that can raise us, elevate us to the next degree.
6. S. (12:03) At the beginning of the way it seems to a person that the hard work is the work for the sake of the Creator. How does the person, how do we get to the point where the hard work is to serve my desires, where I end this and have no dead ends?
R. This becomes gradually clarified and suddenly it appears, suddenly it appears, this is the boundary of the exodus from Egypt. When the person is no longer under the rule of the Pharaoh, the ego but under the rule of the Creator.
7. S.(13:00) If we stop connecting our impressions to the Pharaoh everything we feel inside does that become building material? If we receive impressions from outside that we do not connect to the Creator, with the main goal then we stop connecting those to the external circumstances but the impressions remain inside? How to differentiate between the impressions we get from the outside?
R. I do not understand your approach at all. It is very strange. Do not divide yourself to this and that, just work: less questions and more responses to them, then everything will succeed.
S. Okay, I will ask once a week.
R. I think you are building some theories and plans and trying to combine them all together. In the meantime, I do not recommend you do this; it keeps you in the same place.
8. S. (14:26) What is the practical word to diminish the concern for myself? Is it praying artificially for the friends, is that a possibility?
R. Yes, it is also possible to replace the concern for self, with the concern for the friends is what we have to do but it is not that you replace this with that. You are including yourself inside the friends, therefore, this is how you continue. It is an expansion of your concern to the world.
Reading 105. (15:13) Hard work was that the people of Israel wanted to emerge from…
9. S. (18:00) What does concern for the world look like? How do we display this? How does a sage display it?
R. The concern for the world is that I want to care for the friends, to make one body with them and that this body will turn to the Creator and ask for corrections, to be closer to the Creator, to be more and more in order to give between us and then this force of being in order to give will also spread through the world, that we can truly create like a tabernacle of peace around and across the world and then we will move towards the general end of corrections.
10. S. (19:38) At the time of action, it disappears and you are proud and you do not pay attention to that, so do we have to prepare before the action.
R. The intention should proceed the action. First, the intention that we prepare ourselves and then return to the Creator with our connection, with our intentions and we ask him to correct us, to correct the connection between us in such a way that the force of the Creator through us can pass on to the whole of mankind and correct it or at least to the group and to the global organization of Bnei Baruch.
11. S. (20:50) Anybody who is working for its own benefit and if he says that those who work for their own benefit are successful, how and what can we request?
R. To demand to be like them, to cling to them, that they succeed and with them to be a proper unit that can give goodness and peace to the world.
S. What's to do if I see that those who are working for their own benefit are successful?
R. It says that, ‘they have eyes and see not’. Meaning I am still immersed in the desire to receive in order to receive. That is why I see the opposite, that those who work for their own gain benefit and that attracts me to be like them. This is the true shell.
12. S. (22:10) To escape the control of the Egyptians we have to proceed the intention to the action but the problem is that we forget about it, so is there a way in which we can make it that we do not forget the intention or do we need to have it leading to the prayer in the ten.
R. Deep prayer in the 10 is the most effective thing, so do not forget that.
13. S. (22:49) It sounded like the focus was on the love of friends to reach the level of love of the Creator and adhesion with Him with the picture of the Cannon and the site. Now it feels that in the love of friends we will find the love of the Creator. It is the same thing, but only together is this so?
R. Yes.
14. S. (23:39) Who are the people of Israel? Only the people of Israel exit Egypt?
R. Who else could escape Egypt? Israel means every person in the world who wants to rise above his own ego, to come out of the selfish inherit nature into the quality of giving and love and connection with others. To begin, the people of Israel do not exist. It is called the 70 nations of the world in Babylon and after that from all of those 70 nations of the world in Babylon such a group appears and they're the guidance of Abraham who wanted to take them out of that state and then this group appears, but it is not a nation it is just a group.
S. That quality, Israel, disappears once and then it comes back again in the person, sometimes the person is craving for the Creator sometimes not. What happens in the person that comes out of Egypt?
R. This quality of rising above the ego appears in the person in a powerful and consistent way and then it means that he is emerging out of all kinds of selfish thinking and the plans he has and becomes a free man because all he wants is to get closer to the Creator, meaning to the quality of love and giving.
S. It somehow overcomes all my thoughts and desires this quality?
R. Of course, it becomes the highest thing for you, the most demanded thing of course. It happens gradually.
15. S. (26:12) How will we be able to ask the Creator to be revealed in a greater connection in the 10.
R. They just have to ask for it in simple words. But the most important thing is to do this together, that the whole group is asking this way. Or you can even work around a duty. Make a duty let’s say for 2 hours these friends and then for another 2 hours those friends and they are all asking and making sure that they turn to the Creator with that request.
16. S. (27:04) Like Moses wanted to save the people from slavery in Egypt, how can we help a friend to exit the state of comfort?
R. Only through the connection between us and through prayer. There is no other weapon to fight against the ego that is holding us and keeping us down.
17. S. (28:00) In the work in the 10, what is the shortest and most direct way to reach this bitter taste from self work?
R. Only through connection. Only connection. In the different ways of connection you are going to feel that you are in exile, that you are in a bitter state and sew on, more and more.
18. S. (28:45) What do we need to say to the Pharaoh to release us?
R. We have to pressure him, all of us together, that he would release us. We have to understand that the Pharaoh is the posterior of the Creator, the opposite side of the Creator. If we pressure him and speak to him then we necessitate him to take us out of slavery to freedom, out of the desire to receive. This is called the exodus from Egypt.
19. S. (29:58) Why is it so difficult to do the work of giving, because we study, we attend the lessons, we understand your explanations, we understand.
R. It is because our nature is the desire to receive and we are only in that nature and we do not understand there could be something outside of the desire to receive and this is why it is so difficult for us to come out of it and enter into a different nature which we do not know what it is, called the desire to give.
20. S. (31:00) This question of the wicked, what is this work? Actually it is in every person without any exception, also in the sage that crossed the border. There is the question of the wicked, but here it says that he is happy about the wicked revealed but we really feel how much bitterness there is in the feeling of this wickedness and the differences in it and we still suffer. So what is the advice to truly move to happiness, because we all want to choose happiness?
R. To follow and carry out what is written out in these texts as much as possible and then we will exit and we do it quickly but not that we read something and forget and disregard the advice of the Kabbalist.
Reading 106. (32:00) When a person should take upon himself to take upon the work of the Creator…
21. R. (32:37) If spiritual work is as important as dust and it is difficult for us to engage in it, then we remain in exile and we feel it somewhat, but not that much that we could run away from it.
Reading 107. (33:00) When Malchut is in exile under the governance of the klipot…
22. S. (34:18) Does the Pharaoh only live in Egypt or does he go out of Egypt with Israel?
R. The Pharaoh lives only in Egypt and does not come out of it.
S. That is the only place of his vitality?
R. The place that he controls is called Egypt.
23. S. (34:50) Can we receive the only pleasure we get from the Creator as he does like giving?
R. In truth the only pleasure that exists in the world is in the force of giving.
24. S. (35:19) Not always can the person prevail, so what can we do in such a case?
R. You have to pray. You have to turn more towards the friends and pray even more. There is no other way.
25. S. (35:54) I heard you say that the work becomes something that is tasteless. What can we do not to fall into this tasteless state?
R. To always connect between us more and more.
26. S. (36:26) Where are the nations of the world in this story. Only the Israelis left Egypt or let's say the Turkish or the Germans or the Russians, how can they imagine this for themselves?
R. We cannot attribute it to ourselves because in each and everyone of us there is the desire to give which we call straight to the Creator, Israel. If the person can increase this and magnify this part in oneself, that means that now he is starting to take care of this quality in himself and then he might turn this quality to the greatest in him and then he can come out of the rest of desires which are called the nations of the world and then he can come to attachment with the Creator, to the revelation of the Creator.
S. It is not about Nations but it is about the state. If I desire giving then I am an Israeli.
R. Yes, it is about desires which appear and exist in each and everyone with respect to the Wisdom. There are no Nations between us. There is some biological body that contains all kinds of desires to receive and one of them is called straight to the Creator. To begin with, this is aimed at the Creator and it exists more or less in each and every.
S. Why did the Creator start with this desire, why not other desires? Why did he start with this straight to the Creator desire?
R. No. First of all, the other desires created Adam and Eve. All the desires there were other selfish desires, they were other selfish desires which developed and that happened until such a development came that even the desire to give that was hidden among the selfish desires began to grow and become clear and that this is how it evolved. Now we read as if it was a historical story, but it is actually about the evolution of desires in this biological body called man.
S. That desire to bestow is not able to hold the completeness is that it?
R. Yes. Because the force that is governing nature is the force of giving, the force of the Creator and if we are drawn to it from each and everyone’s point in the heart, than we can be drawn to giving so then bit-by-bit this force of giving gradually becomes revealed in him and then he begins to recognise the reality that is comprised of two forces, reception and giving and he starts working with both to the point that any force of reception that would control him to begin with, he is now transforming it into the force of giving.
27. S. (41:02) Is the work in Egypt and the reality of Israel? How can we distinguish, is this distinguished only in the morning lesson when we come to connection to the friends and dissemination? How can we recognise these states and amplify our connection to the Exodus from Egypt
R. As much as we progress to the exit from Egypt, the world is going to change and we are going to change and reconnect closer between us. We will better and better understand ourselves and this is our path.,I think that soon it will really grow. The pace of development will grow very fast.
28. S. (42:27) How can I help my friends under this heavy work?
R. Only through examples. First of all give examples to the others.
29. S. (42:49) In the text via the reading, I see or grasp something like two kinds of work. One kind of work is that I know what state I want to reach, but I cannot get there and the intention is the work in order to give. I know how it is supposed to be, but I am not capable of doing it. And the second state is when I overcome this thinking, if I understand the article. I did that but then I fell again. Are these two kinds of work?
R. No it is all one work of coming out of the ego. It is all the same. One work of coming out of the ego that we are going above and below but everything exists in this work.
30. S. (44:13) Is there a difference between the prayer, and we can raise in the ten the prayer we raise during the lesson?
R. Yes. There is a difference in terms of what we engage accordingly what is our desire? What the desire craves for and what it does do accordingly has the prayer.
31. S. (44:38) When we progress, does the coarseness of a desire increase or do our desires change?
R. Our coarseness grows. Our desires grow and we have to add more strength and more force.
32. S. (45:09) Can we see the influence of the force of the Pharaoh over the 10 like a vector, meaning the Pharaoh is showing us the 10, the point of overcoming to be able to exit Egypt, and reach mutual guarantee and is there a prayer for this?
R. Yes, it is possible to see it. It is possible not for everybody not for all but it is possible to see.
33. S. (45:50) It is written that in this we need patience in this work?
R. Because to the extent we have patience, the work does not seem difficult. Please simply continue.
34. S. (46:25) The question about this quality of a servant or slave of Pharaoh, that this quality after the Exodus from Egypt doesn't help us in getting rid of this quality?
R. We probably need to continue more and more to get rid of that.
S. Until this whole generation of slaves dies we do not enter into Israel? What does it mean to put that quality of death inside of me?
R. To the point where we have no inclination to servitude to the Pharaoh, but only for freedom fully. When we reach that inclination that we don't want any more slavery to the Pharaoh.
S. Can we put that quality to death inside of me?
R. Yes, this is what we have to do, that is to be done with those slaves.
35. S. (48:09) It is written that the shortness of the spirit is causing trouble, but it is clear that if the importance of the goal is because I do not want to spend another minute in overcoming in other minutes in prevailing but to move to the state of being let say with the lesson, not there will be a break and then it will be over and so on like that. It is ok with the prayer, but is there a way that something like an inside desire can simply be. Like the moment when I do not want to be somewhere else, I do not have difficulty for the clock being moved or to just leave it. The most important thing for me is the connection with the friends. I want to learn that in let's say the next 4 years at least so there I am always in overcoming. Give me a truthful room for this.
R. I do not understand your question. You want to overcome? Very good, overcome what you have now in the connection with the friends, exit the control of the Pharaoh that is still inside of you and run away from it as much as possible. Even if there is the desert before you. Even if you do not see in the connection with the friends anything better than what you have now. The main thing is that you want to run away from Pharaoh.
Reading 108 (49:56) It is written, and the children of Israel sighed from the work. Which work are we speaking of? It means..
36. R. (51:11) This means that the work to exit the control of the desire to receive is very difficult called the Egyptians and the Pharaoh and to run away from there is even more difficult, but what does happened is that they want to come to that state and inevitably they have no choice but they start crying out that they are not capable and that outcry is what saves them and this is what draws them out of Egypt, because it is the prayer for the Creator.
37. S. (51:54) What can make this hard work into light, beautiful work? Is it possible to invert it?
R. This period is a difficult one but you can make it easier and lighter by overcoming it with connection. To the extent that we are more connected, then it becomes easier to go through this period of slavery.
38. S. (52:41) We have heard that you said that we have to carry out what is written in the texts, not to forget about it and disregard it and emerge quickly. What does it mean to carry out what is written?
R. To connect between us more and more despite the intensifying disturbances. As these intensifying disturbances only come in order to help us elevate even more above them in the connection and this is how we eventually come to the exit from Egypt and this is really close.
S. But each text says different things. What does it mean to realize what is written in the sources? Do we have to look for something specific?
R. We simply need to know that this overcoming despite the disturbances is what saves us out of Egypt, that's it.
39. S. (54:04) In the work I have to care about my intention and my attitude to the friends, so how can I do this work in self-correction if I only care about the friends and not myself?
R. That is specifically the work, to care only about the friends. And if I care about myself, I care about the selfish ego. If I care about the friends, I care about giving. That is how we need to operate.

(01:05:40)
[What
do
the
sons
of
Israel
say?
In
our
work,
how
do
we
come
to
this
state?
What
do
we
experience
in
it?
[translation
from
Russian]
R.
There
are
several
desires
in
us
altogether
too;
ego
is
taken
altruistic,
between
these
two
desires
we
are
and
we
need
to
decide
what
desire
will
rule
over
us,
that
in
essence
is
our
task.
Choose
the
egoistic
desire
and
we
will
continue
to
exist
in
the
ego,
choose
the
desire
for
bestowal,
then
we
will
rise
to
him
and
start
to
exist
in
him
in
bestowal,
those
are
the
two
options
we
have
there
is
nothing
else;
it's
this
or
that.
S.
In
every
given
moment
I
determine
whether
to
be
the
people
of
Israel
or
all
the
other
desires?
R.
Yes.
S.
What
does
it
mean
that
the
children
of
Israel
sighed
from
the
work?
R.
All
those
things
can
be
confusing,
Egypt
and
Israel,
call
it
in
a
more
normal
way,
the
desire
to
receive,
the
desire
to
bestow
and
we
connect
it
etc..
S.
The
desire
to
bestow
in
me:
What
does
it
mean
that
this,
it
says
that
they
sighed
from
the
work
but
there's
no
quality,
no
more
power
to
work?
R.
Of
course
we
don't
have
a
desire
to
bestow,
naturally
we're
in
the
desire
to
receive,
that's
how
the
Creator
created
us.
41.
S.
(01:07:55)
It
writes
in
all
the
items
and
all
the
verses
that
the
work
in
overcoming
the
evil
inclination
is
hard
work.
It
says
that
we
have
to
overcome
difficulties
and
the
children
of
Israel
sighed
from
the
work
and
so
on.
Yet
we
shouldn't
force
ourselves
to
sigh,
it's
the
Creator
giving
us
the
state
where
we
cannot
achieve
it
on
our
own
or
do
we
ourselves
have
to
bring
ourselves
to
that
state
that
we
are
powerless?
R.
You
can't
bring
yourself
to
any
other
state,
you
can
only
appreciate
the
extent
in
which
the
Creator
is
helping
you
choose
the
more
corrected
path,
as
He
is
pressing
you
from
your
ego
and
your
feeling
Him
in
all
kinds
of
sufferings
and
no
success,
and
it's
showing
you
that
actually
it
would
be
good
to
live
in
bestowal,
in
connection
with
the
others,
but
you
don't
have
this
nature
so
what
can
you
do?
This
is
what
comes
out
of
this,
that
if
the
Creator
will
want,
you
will
enter
bestowal
and
exit
the
ego
and
if
the
Creator
wants
you
will
also
be
able
to,
meaning
you
just
need
to
have
a
connection
with
the
Creator
and
the
correct
request
to
Him.
S.
I
already
wanted
to
ask
another
question.
You
said
if
my
friends
are
not
into
spirituality
then
I
am
not
sufficiently
asking
for
them
or
asking
for
them
correctly,
so
it
turns
out
that
this
is
what
I
need
to
ask
and
beg
to
the
Creator
that
he
will
allow
and
give
my
friends
this
feeling?
R.
Yes
yes,
the
request
for
them
is
the
main
work
that
we
have,
it
is
written,
‘one
who
prays
for
his
friend
merits
first.’
That
is
how
it
is
said,
that
if
I
ask
from
the
Creator,
for
Him
to
give
to
the
friends
some
qualities,
raise
him
and
lower
him,
then
actually
by
this,
I
awaken
in
the
Creator
an
attitude
in
comparison
to
that.
I'm
not
doing
this
so
the
Creator
will
help
me
but
rather
so
He
will
truly
help
the
friend,
in
such
a
way
we
gradually
slowly,
slowly
rise
to
the
degree
of
bestowal
and
love.
42.
S.
(01:11:23)
If
I
don't
care
about
the
questions
of
the
Egyptians
and
I
don't
dwell
in
them
,
where
will
I
get
the
deficiency?
R.
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know.
I
don't
think
that
you
can
get
a
deficiency
unless
it
is
from
the
connection
with
the
friends.
43.
S.
(01:12:05)
If
our
mind
serves
our
desires,
then
our
mind
has
to
change
from
egoistic
mind
to
altruistic
mind
and
that's
the
only
way
we
can
change
the
realization
of
our
desires
to
realize
the
friends'
desires.
Does
that
have
to
do
with
the
mind
and
the
intellect?
R.
I
didn't
quite
understand
you,
where's
your
microphone?
S.
Our
desires,
our
reason
serve
our
desire:
How
does
the
reason
in
the
mind
change
during
our
work?
R.
According
to
understanding
what
the
Creator
demands
of
us.
44.
S.
(01:13:10)
Can
we
get
confused
between
two
desires
and
how
to
know
you
are
within
one?
R.
It
depends
what
the
desires
are
aimed
to,
love
and
bestowal
to
the
friends
or
for
me.
45.
S.
(01:13:42)
The
ten
can
run
into
a
state
of
lack
of
spirit.
What
can
we
do
to
overcome
that?
R.
One
will
help
his
friend.
We
need
to
try
and
perform
such
actions
between
us
that
they
will
raise
our
spirit,
it
all
depends
on
us.
46.
S.
(01:14:24)
It's
always
hard
the
spiritual
work
and
if
it's
not
hard
should
we
ask
ourselves
if
the
way
is
right
and
be
concerned?
R.
Yes,
our
attitude
towards
the
path
makes
the
path
either
hard
or
easy,
if
I
relate
to
the
path
correctly
then
it's
not
that
hard.
47.
S.
(01:15:17)
You
said
we
need
to
pressure
Pharaoh
so
we
can
exit
Egypt.
Is
that
the
correct
beginning
of
the
left
line?
R.
We're
not
yet
talking
about
left
or
right,
we
just
want
to
ask
from
the
Creator
and
the
Pharaoh
to
free
us
from
Egypt,
for
the
time
being
in
a
general
way.
48.
S.
(01:16:16)
From
the
sources
it
says
that
it
talks
about
the
revelation
of
the
ego
and
all
kinds
of
different
ways,
that
it's
hard
work,
bricks,
matter,
Pharaoh.
Are
these
all
kinds
of
lights,
all
different
states
and
how
can
we
feel
the
difference?
R.
When
you
feel
it,
you'll
feel
it
and
you'll
understand.
49.
S.
(01:17:00)
Can
you
say
that
the
concern
and
yearning
of
the
friends
to
overcome
the
lack
of
energy
and
not
to
escape
the
work,
that
fear
that
the
connection
would
not
break
and
to
construct
the
vessel,
is
that
the
construction
of
the
correct
intention
towards
the
help
of
the
Creator?
R.
Yes.
50.
S.
(01:17:45)
When
the
group
gives
strength
to
a
person
in
the
work,
how
is
it
possible
to
help
each
other
make
the
next
step
at
least
to
yearn
for
it
in
order
to
work
with
no
connection
to
the
reasons
that
awaken
me
to
the
work,
so
there
will
be
yearning
for
pure
bestowal
without
this
revealed
reception.
There's
the
work
in
reception
but
there's
also
this
desire
to
give
each
other
the
yearning
for
the
next
stage?
R.
It's
only
with
the
friends,
whatever
you
want
to
receive
is
only
through
the
friends.
It's
not
that
it
exists
in
the
friends
but
rather
it
exists
in
the
Creator
and
He
passes
it
to
anyone
who
can
make
the
connection
between
friends.
S.
About
patience,
is
that
necessary
in
our
work?
Does
it
cause
me
to
work
the
work
of
Pharaoh?
R.
You're
always
looking
for
some
tricks.
I
don't
recommend
this
for
you,
do
things
straight
forward
;
for
the
straight
way
is
the
shortest
way.
51.
S.
(01:19:19)
In
relation
to
the
text
104
that
we
read
at
the
start
of
the
lesson:
How
is
it
possible
to
overcome
in
the
ten
in
order
not
to
fall
into
the
work
of
Pharaoh?
R.
What's
the
question?
S.
In
other
words
how
do
we
not
fall
into
the
work
of
Pharaoh?
R.
Hold
on
to
the
friends,
it's
that
simple.
S.
What's
the
meaning
of
Malchut
in
the
dust
is
the
same
as
the
Shechina
in
the
dust?
R.
Yes,
that’s
the
same.
In
short
I
have
to
hold
on
to
the
society
and
cry
out
to
the
Creator.
That's
what
I
need,
that's
the
main
thing
of
my
action.
52.
S.
(01:20:57)
There
is
a
state
where
from
I,
we
move
to
we.
Through
that
in
which
we
discover
our
personal
deficiency
and
we
raise
that
prayer
with
that
deficiency
to
all
the
friends,
is
that
the
correct
form
of
work?
R.
In
general,
yes.
53.
S.
(01:21:43)
In
relation
to
the
hard
work
that
we
need
to
do
because
Pharaoh
influences
our
mind
and
influences
our
emotion
it's
not
so
easy.
Together
with
that
we
need
to
exit
Malchut,
we
need
to
exit
the
Shechina
in
the
dust
and
the
advice
you
give
us,
you
always
discuss
the
greatness
of
the
Creator
and
the
greatness
of
the
friend
and
we
if
we
implement
that
more,
even
though
it’s
hard
but
my
question
is
different.
Baal
HaSulam
wrote
that
among
humanity,
about
10%
of
humanity
have
altruistic
intentions
and
they
are
ready
to
promote
love
and
giving
and
optimism.
Why
is
it
so
hard
to
take
an
example
from
these
friends
and
take
this
and
make
more
pleasant
work
out
of
what
we're
doing?
Certainly
we
need
to
go
through
suffering
and
all
this
burdening
that
we
go
through
but
why
can't
we
use
such
things
in
order
to
strengthen
our
positive
inclinations
within
the
vessel
and
progress
in
such
a
way
more
pleasantly?
R.
There
are
no
natural
tendencies
for
bestowal
in
the
vessel.
Rather,
we
need
only
through
yearning
for
connection
with
the
friends
to
develop
in
us
some
desire
upon
which
we
invite
the
light
that
reforms
and
then
it
bestows
upon
us
and
it
elevates
us
to
the
degree
of
bestowal
and
that's
how
it
works.
S.
All
we
need
to
do
is
ask
for
the
quality
of
faith
toward
the
friend
and
overcoming
and
speak
only
about
the
greatness
of
the
Creator?
R.
Yes.
54.
S.
(01:24:00)
I
heard
before
that
if
I
relate
to
the
path
correctly
then
it's
not
hard.
What
is
the
correct
attitude
to
the
path?
R.
Connection
between
the
friends,
drawing
connection
between
the
friends.
