128. Each of the locks is according to its way. There are locks in each Moach from HBD, since they are incorporated in one another, and in each of them, there are hairs and bundles of hair, and locks of hair. But from the middle Moach, Daat, from those smooth locks in it, the ones with scales are extended, of whom it is written, “All the ways of the Lord are mercy [Hesed] and truth.”
Although the locks, judgments of the middle line, are in all three Mochin HBD, nevertheless, what was said, that those with scales are extended from the smooth edges to reveal the Mochin of face-to-face, was said only about the right Moach, the general right line by which it forces the left line to incorporate with the right. It is called “scales,” and it is from the locks of the right since when the key becomes tied to the right, it is under the control of the Hassadim, and then they are as the illuminating mirror.
129. The second Moach, the Moach of the left, Bina, in those hard locks, those who wail and howl are extended from it and hang on it. It is written about them, “The way of the wicked is as darkness; they do not know in what they fail.” “They do not know” means they do not know and do not want to know in what they fail. Do not pronounce “in what they fail,” but “in Ima they fail,” meaning in those who grip the second Moach, on the side of Ima, the hard Gevura on the left to which those who wail and howl grip.
Those who wail and howl emerge from the hard locks. Not from the hard locks in the middle line, but from the hard locks incorporated in the left line, since there their judgments are doubled due to their incorporation in the judgments of the left.
130. The accusers are extended and hang from the third Moach in those locks in the middle, since right, left, and middle are incorporated in it, which are hairs, bundles of hair, and locks of hair. They sit on the throne of judgment and receive from Hochma in Malchut, which is sweetened in Hassadim, at which time she is called the “throne of judgment.” Their existence depends on the locks of the Moach of Daat, the screen of Hirik. They are called shining face, and not shining.
Because they are in Malchut, they are faces that are not shining. And because they are corrected from the middle line of Daat, they shine. It is written about them, “Straighten the path of your feet,” so they are adhered to the middle line, which is a level and a scales, and then it will be a shining face. It is all in those locks of the Se’arot of the Rosh.
The scales in the screen of Hirik in the middle line, which draw the great Mochin of the shining face, are extended from the locks on the right line. The harsh judgments extended from the screen of Hirik in the middle line from the lock in him are from the locks on the left line, Ima.
The accusers who receive illumination of Hochma from Malchut, the bottom Hochma, are extended from the locks of the middle line, which weighs the Hochma so it does not shine from above downward, as it is written, “Straighten the path of your feet.” These are sometimes with a shining face, when they are under the control of the middle line, and sometimes they are in with face that does not shine, when they are controlled by Malchut.
