Warren Buffett, an American business magnate’s view is: “Leave your children money, but ‘not enough that they can do nothing.’” These points of view play on the emotions, especially when they originate from close family members. We asked Kabbalist Dr. Michael Laitman what his views were on this: “They are right, as by giving children more than what is required for them to start building themselves, it will just corrupt them in the end. Love encompasses giving your children opportunities to develop, to enjoy the fruits of their own labour – by providing them with a good education, a profession, a job that they will enjoy and be able to make a living from. A father’s love expressed through encouragement and motivation – giving the first push, even though they will not really understand this at the time, will be understood at a later stage.”
