The coronavirus pandemic has made lots of people consider leaving their jobs. We're a year and a half into the coronavirus crisis, which brought about plenty of changes and economic instability. These changes brought people to thinking whether they like what they're doing and what truly fulfills them in life. Precisely, because of the coronavirus people started to think: “I felt what it means not to be a slave in my family life and at work. I want to be a bit freer. I felt that life can be much, much better. I want to feel that I don't owe anything to anyone. I don't want to be a slave.” Is it immaturity? To the contrary. The coronavirus created general instability in all countries, like a tower of cards, and still people don't want to continue living in the same race like before.
