Keter in every place is as a representative of the Creator but not the Creator himself, part of the Partzuf only, so when Keter, the Partzuf to the Emanator, it means that they influenced from the Emanator to all the other Sefirot it slowly dissapears from KHB, this means the Partzuf departed and when the Keter raise to the Emanator the Yechida is departed from the Partzuf and this is the light from Keter. Then he says again, when it departed he did not shine in her, left with a record, meaning the lights departed as Sefirot rise and dissapear, the lights depart. That is why you have one record from each light.
