(02:43) Yes, there are no questions this is a very important excerpt in his treasury the Creator has only the treasure of fear of heaven yet we should interpret what fear is fear is as is the Kli this means that want to receive from the Creator to discover something of spirituality it is all revealed only in fear so what is this fear so he says that the treasure the treasury is made of this Kli meaning that we receive the whole of spirituality everything that is in reality is received in a vessel called fear and all the important things are placed in this vessel which means that spirituality should be important and I opposite that place the vessel called fear that even though spirituality is very important for me however I receive it only in order to bestow and not for myself because imagine to yourself that you received let's say some things that are very important for you but you make a calculation and a preparation that you are not receiving it for yourself how not simple it is how difficult it is they Baal HaSulam says he said that fear as it is written about Moses the reward for, and Moses hit his face for he was afraid to look, was that he was rewarded with the image of the Lord, the image of the Lord he did behold, fear refers to one’s fear of the great pleasure that is there that is given that he will not be able to receive it in order to bestow that on the way his will to receive your push him to steal to take for himself and he won’t be able to withstand it meaning that he's under the influence of two forces on the one hand it is fear on the other hand the great will to receive who will win and the person is in the middle he doesn’t know what to do he truly who guarantees that he will not steal which one of us anyone of us who is already who already has some awareness of his will to receive he knows that a person cannot promise anything if the will to receive rises the person steals if the will to bestow or the importance of the Creator rises then the person can stand and resist it he can activate the force of overcoming all in all it’s a calculation of who is greater and who is lesser and again the fear means that he's afraid of the great pleasure that is there that he will not be able to receive it in order to bestow so that he’ll receive it not for himself but pass it on and the reward for this for having had fear is that thus he has made for himself a Kli in which to receive the upper abundance this means that there is the matter of discovering the pleasure the great pleasure and not receiving it for oneself and instead of it there is the reward and this is man's work and besides that we attribute everything to the Creator only this point is important yet it is not so with fear because the meaning of fear is not to receive what the Creator gives He gives only to receive this is the meaning of, everything is in the hands of Heaven except the fear of Heaven, meaning that from the Creator comes the desire from the Creator comes the filling and the person should in everything possible needs to defend to protect himself so as not to receive the filling inside of the will to receive directly in order to receive to receive it this is the Kli that we need this is man’s work and decides that we attribute everything to the Creator meaning only this point this calculation that whatever is revealed I have to receive it only in order to bestow and not for myself yet it is not so with fear because the meaning of fear is not to receive and what the Creator gives He gives only to receive and this is the meaning of, everything is in the hands of heaven except the fear of heaven, this is the Kli that the need otherwise we will be considered fools a fool as our sages said, who is a fool he who is loses what he is given so what the Creator gives we will lose it if we do not receive it in order to bestow this means that the Sitra Achra the other side will take the abundance from us that comes from the Creator if we cannot aim in order to bestow because then it goes to the vessels of reception it's good to the vessels of reception then it goes to the vessel of reception which is Sitra Achra and Tumaa, impurity.
3. S. (09:31) Usually we call it the restriction, the screen, and the reflected light and suddenly it’s called fear, what’s the difference, what’s the uniqueness here?
R. Restriction, screen and reflected light are the forces that we activate, fear is what we feel, that's it, so you have an action, and you have the impression from the action.

R. Fear is the force that we develop within us to be standing opposite to the pleasure that is revealed from above if I am able to receive the greatness of the Creator the revolution of the Creator in order to bestow then it will be revealed it will fill my treasury indeed my vessel in order to bestow and therefore all of our work is that we will get used to states that need to be above the pleasures above our will to receive how do we do that only by us depicting to ourselves that the greatness of the ten the greatness of the revelation of the Creator is more than all the pleasures that we can imaging for ourselves if we will do that inside of the group as exercises then by that we will also reach exercises with the Creator and then we will build our vessel which is called the treasury and there will be all of the discernments that we will be able to establish and use them only in order to bestow, this is our actual spiritual vessel.
7. S. (15:04) What great pleasure is being spoken of here? I don’t feel like the Creator is giving pleasures, I feel like He’s only giving blows and sufferings.
R. The Creator constantly gives you pleasures and you receive them in order to receive or you reject them, in short, with your calculation that it will be good for you, if you will think about what should I do from this moment on in order to, by this, cause pleasure to my group, by that will you to start to sort everything that goes over you. Then you will see that already your outlook on life will start to aim you to a new attitude towards life and later on you will also be able to do the same thing towards the Creator, start.
S. What’s the meaning that I have to give pleasure to the friends? I didn't understand that.

R. Anything that you are enjoy from even in the smallest measure by that you can give contentment to the Creator yes, if you will think about Him that by you doing it some action and you get pleasure from it this pleasure you would have liked to pass on to the Creator.
S. I didn’t understand how we do that.
R. Try, try one day two days a week, two weeks then we will talk, you will already have experience, you will know what is it that we are talking about and then we will try to scrutinize it.
10. S. (21:34) Will we constantly have the spiritual fear and how do we establish that constant relationship?
R. Specifically through fear we establish a constant connection fear meaning that I am afraid whether will I be able to receive pleasures only for the Creator and not for myself this means that the moment that some pleasure comes to my will to receive I make a restriction a screen and reflected light and I reject this pleasure to the host and I say that I disagree to receive any pleasure from Him for myself but rather only if by that I come closer I connect with Him I do good to Him but first of all rejection.
11. S. (22:56) If all day long when I receive pleasure instead of myself automatically, I don't know I fill my deficiency automatically, but I am it to the deficiency to the friend I’ll think about the deficiency of the friend but not mine, is that bestowal?
R. You should start the most important thing is that you will start these exercises.
12. S. (23:39) How the state of fear is related to the prayer in the ten and Arvut.
R. Fear is that greatest thing that we have towards the Creator if we develop fear meaning that I don’t want to receive anything for myself and in each and every place I go and this is how I think I can do anything but with the inner feeling with my inner preparation that I don’t want to do that for my own pleasure and then by that I prepare myself for states where I will begin to feel how the world is full of pleasures and everything comes from the Creator and He wants to fill everything and everyone and if I to the extent I will not want to receive these pleasures directly from Him I will discover them more and more until I will have a connection with the Creator and through this as we learn with a guest and the host that the guest does not want to receive and the host pressures him from all sides receive it and enjoy it and he doesn’t want to and then in the end when the host is pressures him and he doesn’t want it he begins to understand that yes here and there he can receive pleasure and it will be no longer be for himself but rather because the host is pressuring him so much and the host wants it that in order to delighted the host to cause pleasure to the host he receives it meaning that through the rejections through the calculations and taking the host into consideration he sees that a new condition a new vessel has been built the vessel of bestowal so that even though earlier he only wanted to receive for himself and to enjoy it now he sees that through the rejections now he feels that the host can enjoy the host wants to enjoy and he can delight the host so he already starts instead of just receiving what he wanted and later on instead of the refusal to receive which he did now he can start to open up his will to receive because for certain he will receive it for the host so that the host will enjoy from him, that's it and then he receives from the host pleasure that the host wants him to enjoy from meaning he begins to feel not what the host earlier maybe wanted to give him some candy let’s say but now he begins to feel his internal connection with the host the attainment of the host because he is performing the same action towards the host guest and the host there is what the host can give the guest some refreshment and inside of it there is the ability to connect and to feel each other internally so through the refusal of the guest to relate in a simple way to the host to the pleasure that comes from the host if the guest refuses to do that then he reaches greater more internal pleasures.
13. S. (28:11) Usually we learn that if we have if we don’t have vessels of bestowal then the Creator is concealed and we simply can't receive the light, therefore I shouldn’t be afraid that I’m not receiving and not in order to bestow and in the excerpt it’s written that the person is fearful that he won’t be able to receive the light in order to bestow. So it turns out that if a person already has the vessels of bestowal he knows how to work with this light so where is this point of fear that I received in order to bestow and at a certain moment I didn’t notice, if I understood correctly, and suddenly I start to receive for myself.
R. This point is called the point of restriction that I decide that I am not receiving anything for myself but only in order to delight the host if at all and this is the point.
S. R. Continue working inside of the group and ask the Creator that He will help you to build a more new connection a better one a stronger one ask of the Creator, you want to do everything with your intellect and your emotion it’s not a machine it’s not some engine it’s not a system if you want to achieve something essentially then you'll have to ask that you will be given it because your request is the vessel and then you will receive what you need not what you want maybe but what you need.
14. S. (30:59) Three weeks ago it appeared as if fear was something that’s really kind of close, a little effort and we will succeed. Three weeks worked and the feeling is that it’s just getting further away as if we’ve studied it and we understood that fear is a spiritual degree, a great one, and we’re starting to talk about it. We need to work on this seriously, the feeling is that it is getting further and further. What happens when we learn about a concept of fear?
R. To begin with I have fear to begin with I fear of missing out on some pleasure that I will not receive pressure by us working in a group and towards the Creator we invert this fear from missing out on pleasure losing some pleasure to a different kind of fear whether I will be able to bestow to the friends and through them to the Creator so that the friends become a vessel through which I bestow to the Creator and then it turns out that in such a way we reach the correct vessel the correct fear how to receive first of all and how much can I bestow through the friends to the Creator, this is my bestowal and here I cannot be wrong.
17. S. (36:37) Continuing your answers, is the MAN clothed with fear and the MAD is measured by the fear?
R. I don’t want to talk about this now let's do it simply without MAN and MAD and anything there is something in what you are saying but I don’t want to get into it I have many people here and I need to be concerned about to care for everyone so you need to be concerned that we will have a vessel called fear and then through this fear we will develop a vessel in which to receive the abundance from the Creator.

S. If I will receive a gift, a physical I will enjoy it is clear to me that I am going to enjoy this gift what he gave me, but I am not yet let's say in a state where I can receive it in order to bestow but I should take the gift from him because I don’t want to hurt the friend.
R. That is already in order to bestow the fact that you’re receiving the gift otherwise you wouldn’t receive it but you receiving it in order to give him pleasure from that because otherwise he will be hurt that you don’t want to receive his gifts from him correct so that’s considered that you receiving it only in order to bestow because for yourself you already decided that you wouldn’t receive it even though it’s an important gift yes and you receive in order to give him pleasure for this to give him contentment and that’s called in order to receive in order to bestow.

21. S. (41:09) What is the difference between fear and the revelation of the Creator?
R. The revelation of the Creator can be only within fear as fear belongs to revelation. In what? In the fact that a person is fearful that if he is about to reveal the Creator in order to bring him contentment, then it will truly be in order to bring contentment to the Creator and not for oneself. As for oneself he would cancel it all and would not move from his place. But in order to give contentment to the Creator he goes to receive something, and it will be reception in order to bestow.
22. S. (42:13) Can we summarize what is fear among the friends?
R. Fear between friends is that I want to cause the friends certain forms of pleasure. And for that to be I try to learn from this that this would be truly for the pleasure of the friend, for the pleasure of the group as much as possible. And this is what each of us does to the others. And by this we gradually slowly slowly learn between us how to feel, how to aim, how to perform the calculation in order to bestow.
S. What exercises with fear should we do inside the ten?

S. Even when I am alone by myself in my thoughts I can give them something?
R. Also in thought for the time being, and then in words and actions when there is an opportunity.
S. When we reach a mutual connection with the Creator, what happens to the fear? Does it disappear?
R. The fear becomes the vessel within which you receive the pleasure from the Creator.
S. To understand the order of these things, first I have a feeling of fear and then there is restriction, screen, and reflected light? It comes first or is it the other way around, first there is rejection and then we reach a vessel called fear?
R. Yes, fear comes from the decision that you are about to receive in order to bestow or bestow in order to bestow because you are working against your will to receive.

26. S. (46:50) In our generation should each friend have the vessel of fear or should the entire ten build such a vessel?
R. To each friend and also to the whole ten.
27. S. (47:03) What is own demand from the Creator, fear, or the correct intention?
R. The correct intention and fear is almost the same thing. Only the correct intention has something additional, all kinds of things, but fear is included in the intention.
28. S. (47:26) You said that we need fear from receiving in spirituality in order to receive. Is there even a possibility to discover something spiritual in order to receive?
R. No, how could it be, they contradict each other. In order to receive all the actions that we perform, teach us, and gradually bring us closer in order to bestow.
29. S. (48:00) Rejecting the pleasure and trying to pass it onto the friends, is that the same thing and if not what is the difference between the two?
R. If I reject the pleasure it’s like restriction and if I pass it onto others it’s already an act in order to bestow above the restriction, greater. The extension of it, continuation of it.

31. S. (49:49) A few times you said that we have to do exercises towards the friends, towards the Creator so I wanted to focus on this, you want to experience some pleasure and physical one from the Creator, what does it mean to pass it onto the friends? What do I pass on to the friends?
R. Let's say that you want to enjoy some cake so you divide this to your friends and then you enjoy together with them and then you want to feel in the piece that you are tasting the flavor of the cake but you are depicting to the extent that each of them enjoys, and all of that is included in the pleasure that you received. Meaning that despite the fact that you tasted one part of the10th of that cake but the fact that you divided it and shared it with the friends, you try to feel as if you received from them not the pleasure of the cake but the pleasure, the spiritual pleasure. Why? You wanted to give them pleasure and that pleasure you received in return. That is not yet spirituality, but you can already say it is spiritual. It is an exercise in spirituality because still it is in order to receive but it is already coming closer to in order to bestow. Where you want to learn from this that it is possible to enjoy from bestowal. There are many things in this world which we do in bestowal but only we are not aware of it. Here we are now learning how at any given moment to try and do the same actions, the same actions, that we are doing every day but raise them to spiritual relations. and it is only dependent on our attitude.

There are exercises that we try to do in thoughts and feelings and somehow only the physical actions we do for the friends. What I noticed is that these exercises in thoughts, after 1 seconds, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 10 seconds, it disappears and the dissolves only the physical actions succeed in holding you in a certain state for more than a few seconds. R. In our world that pleasures are tiny and meaningless compared to the food, sex, family, money, honor knowledge, and in spirituality the are endless pleasures, eternal pressures, it’s all together and included in on great pleasure which is the upper light.

R. Certainly, he feels shame and wakes up and jumps up and doesn't agree. Of course. We feel this inside of us.

(58:36) The excerpt that we just read, he writes that every bad state we feel is only so that man will not be remain in that state he is in so out of that we have to emerge to the greatness of the Creator in order to achieve, in attaining this vessel called fear. How does it work this mechanism because on one hand we want to attain fear but without the greatness of the Creator we cannot attain it. What is our vessel really, the greatest of the Creator specifically or the fear?
R. Fear from the greatness of the Creator. This is actually the correct definition of this discernment, fear from the greatness of the Creator.
S. What exactly is the fear in that?
R. Just as it is written that he is Almighty and does everything and There is None Else Besides Him and therefore no matter what I do, think, etc., It is all him and I am altogether a tiny element, a little pixel of all of reality that feels Him. In order to feel more than what I feel I must connect to the additional pixels and also to the power supply that will fill us and then we will be able to locate who we are and who fills us and in this way we will come closer to Him to carry out in our desire His actions.

R. The picture that we want to see is the picture of the creator. That is why it is called from the love of the creative beings to the love of the Creator.

R.
