1. S. (01:22) Baal HaSulam wrote this?

R. Yes.

S. He writes that he is not among the finest and there are chosen ones which are not him?

R. Yes, that's his humbleness.

2. S. (01:44) What does it mean to be chosen one, finest?

R. That is what it means.

S. In what?

R. In the Torah.

S. He's talking about students of Torah, people who study Torah or something else that's not Kabbalah?

R. No, he's speaking about people in attainment, he is speaking about people in attainment.

Reading (02:19 - 03:10 ) “My voice that is in the Shofar...”

3. R. (03:12) Meaning he doesn't give another solution, that even if it's revealed around the whole world and even everybody will want to study and obtain something from the wisdom of Kabbalah still they need to exert, and understand their purpose, and the root in the whole manner, and then by this the world will be turned into the scale of merit.

4. S. (03:50) What does it mean that they have to delve in the books?

R. Try and understand, and feel, and ask questions, to make efforts, not like in math or physics but as Kabbalists in the internality, in their internality of the books.

S. Why doesn't he talk about exerting in connection?

R. Because it's already written in the books.

5. S. (04:41) Studying the wisdom of Kabbalah, does it belong to the chosen ones or all the people?

R. Whoever's heart is concerned about it inside.

S. I'm assuming he's speaking about the final correction in the future.

R. I don't know either but whoever feels that he's drawn to the wisdom of Kabbalah, so I guess he is a chosen one.

6. S. (05:14) He writes here that it will suffice to gather all the chosen ones, so they begin to study. A friend said today's lesson was very powerful and he also said make an effort, don't give up, kind of scrutinize it within you. There is work that we need to touch that is close to our heart that we are in right now?

R. Our heart wants to be felt with all kinds of phenomena from the wisdom of Kabbalah and we have to aim our hearts that the heart will be filled from the intention to bestow towards all of the created beings and through them to the Creator.

S. When we read an article and study together and make efforts to connect during it and scrutinize together with Rabash and you there is a feeling as if it drips on our hearts, so to speak. I wanted to know if it is possible to be in this all the time, to constantly labor?

R. That depends on you. You're asking me? It is up to you as much as you have a desire, and this desire is connected to all other desires as much as together you help raise the desire above your head and direct it toward the Creator through prayer?

S. There was also feeling in the lesson today that we were making a common scrutiny on something that is very close to all the Tens, to each ten, to each friend, it is kind of we have come to a point of scrutiny where everyone is digging, beating on the same point. 

R. Yes.

S. Can we continue this way to find this point and bid on it together?

R. I don't know ask yourselves.

S. Is it worthwhile? Should we look for it?

R. Of course it has to be deeper and higher, to all directions, of course it's worth it but can you demand it? That is the question.

S. Are we to see the whole world to some extent by this?

R. Of course, of course, because our vessels are vessels from the center of the whole world.

7. S. (08:35) To complete the picture of the work that we're getting into. Previously it was customary that people were not talking about what they were feeling because we said it's not, it's irrelevant, we shouldn't deal with it, so even when we spoke we spoke more generally. We didn't describe our situation, and also it said many times it's not correct, it's not good, etc.

R. Do not reveal the thoughts inside your heart.

S. Right. So now that we're getting into work as you said more of a reason and to bestow, how can we speak about it, ask questions about it, scrutinize it without reviewing the secrets of the heart?

R. You ask in an indirect manner, indirectly, and then we'll understand. That is it. I have nothing to add, you have to learn it.

8. S. (10:18) I wanted to ask, what is the difference between coming here to study, as Baal HaSulam writes, to exert or labor in the books?

R. No, to exert and labor in the books won't give you a result compared to what you're absorbing here.

S. Maybe the other way around. It seems like there's an advice here to learn and delve into the books. I'm talking about a person who comes here. Is there a difference between simply coming to the lesson for coming to the lesson and delving in the books?

R. He needs to be in the lesson with us, in heart and soul, open his soul and to absorb from everything there is. That's it.

S. So simply coming to the lesson, opening the book, and wanting to be together, is this called delving in the books? Is this what Baal HaSulam is recommending here?

R. Yes.
