Lesson 4: The most important is the prayer
Rav’s Introduction: Pretty much as it was planned, we are coming to the final lesson in this present Congress and I am very happy about what happened to us. Along the way and after the previous lesson we were disappointed because we seemingly didn't achieve what we wanted in the Congress was almost over. What are we going to do with the fact that we're not succeeding, we're not achieving the desired goal? Therefore, now comes the lesson which gives us the answer. We should be disappointed each time with our efforts from what we do. We have to on the one hand, do everything we can do whatsoever is with the power of your hand do, do. On the other hand, discover that you haven't achieved anything and be ready for a prayer for a request. To turn to the Creator and you understand that you're dependent only on Him and out of the sorrow, of all the friends who want to achieve the goal, the sublime goal and see that it is unachievable for them, as a result we finally understand even more how it is all up to the upper force. We, with all our efforts, out of all of our activities when we want to connect, when we want to discover the upper system, we're not succeeding and we see ourselves as more and more unsuccessful and not succeeding. We become more and more disillusioned every time but in between because of all these disappointments, we can now ask, we can pray for the Creator to activate His force, His power and arrange for us a situation that we are in for. It should come to us from Him and not that we, by the might of our hand we do this which is this power but only through the request among all the friends to the Creator and then the Creator does it for us.
Basically, I think before this present lesson, number four we felt, to some extent how our efforts are not changing anything and as a result we should come to the real action. Raising MAN, raising the prayer, turning to the Creator to do this for us as a force of bestowal because the force, the spiritual force is Him, it's not something that we can build or design by ourselves. Therefore, the fact that we are not attaining spirituality is actually the Creator's help to bring us to a prayer. In that desperate state as Baal HaSulam writes, 'there's no better state than the state of despair when a person discovers he has no hope and no power to achieve anything spiritual'. Then as a result he is ready for a prayer and through the prayer that he raises, he attains the Creator's relation who gives him the force of bestowal the spiritual force. In this way a person rises to the spiritual level and therefore we need to on one hand, be disappointed with our efforts to achieve something on our own and on the other hand we have to be happy about it. Now we have an opportunity to turn to the Creator out of our real despair.
Now all up to us. This is on one hand, the prayer. On the other hand, we must not forget that the Creator is a result of our connection. We make Him the force that exists, the spiritual force, is Himself, it is something sublime that is unrelated to us but when it's revealed to us only according to our raising of our own deficiency. Therefore, the result of our connection is how the Creator is revealed and how we see that we make Him as Kabbalists have discovered. Then He creates the connection between us in a way, in such a manner that we will in this way know the upper force, the force of bestowal, the force of love, the force of connection and we will feel that we exist above our egos. Meaning above this world in the power of bestowal and love which is called the upper world. Basically, it turns out in the end, practically speaking, that however I am connected to the friends, the type of our connection in the end, this is how I make my Creator. This is how we come from the love of friends to the revelation and the love of the Creator.
We will approach lesson number four and the main thing is the prayer that's the most important, and this is really the most important because by this we come to the conclusion of all our efforts. As much as we may be disappointed on one hand because we wanted to achieve something on our own but couldn't, we remembered that that's the way it should be. We turn to the Creator, and that we can't and turn to the Creator. We are waiting, expecting his help to build the connection between us. In this way we will rise to the spiritual level. Only with the help of the Creator, if the Lord does not build the house those who labor in it labor in vain. Now we will go to lesson four. You can ask questions, we will scrutinize everything but keep the questions as close as possible to the topic.
Excerpt 1 (09:48-10:55) Twice. Excerpt #1 “The most Important is the Prayer”
2. R. In other words, we need to exert, to make all kinds of connections to try through these connections to rise to the level of mutual bestowal which is the form of the Creator. To see that we are not achieving mutual bestowal among us because we are all egoists and as much as we may try, it's only in order to discover how incapable we are. That we remain in our will to receive and we already know this, that this is how it happens. But what we need from this point when we are disappointed, that we are unable to do it is to specifically with our united force to turn to the Creator. To turn to the Creator as much as we can together, alone, ask and pray but not for myself but for everyone. This is called a Prayer of Many when each one tries to pray for the others otherwise it is not considered bestowal, right. Then it is certain we will get help quickly from the Creator because with this He helps. here’s where we need to basically summarize for ourselves that we or conclude to ourselves that when we come to a spiritual ascent, we have to interpret what a spiritual ascent is interpreted correctly, that we want to achieve mutual bestowal and we understand that we don't have such powers of bestowal and we turn to the Creator and don't let go of Him until he helps us. In this way we will succeed.
3. S. (13:27) Is there a difference between different kinds of prayer when we are full of light?
R. Right there are two kinds of prayers, a prayer of requesting and a prayer of gratitude and we have to use both. It depends on the situation we are in.
4. S. (14:08) How is a prayer formed, what is the spiritual root and what is the force of a prayer?
R. A prayer is a possibility to connect from the person to the Creator. Naturally, everything we want, all our questions and requests and prayers and deficiencies they all belong to the upper root that organizes our lives every single moment. But if we want, not to reach the natural result where we only ask for what we feel is lacking, because we want to rise above the physical deficiencies, which awaken in us, and into the spiritual deficiency when we want to be like the Creator to approach Him to sympathize with Him, by this, for this we already need to be in a group we have to get guidance otherwise we remain on the level of a beast. If we're talking about the will to receive it exists in the still, vegetative an animate too and the deficiencies that are revealed on all those types of desires still, vegetative and animate, they too are felt in the upper force, in their root in the Creator, but we see that these things are ordinary and regular. The Creator even before he awakens all the questions in this still, vegetative and animate He already understands it's revealed to Him what the result will be, whereas on our part when he awakens us, the result is unclear it depends on the connection between us. It depends on how much each of us wants to raise himself above his ego above his reason, so it turns out that what we ask is something news if the Creator did not plan it. This is why it's called “my sons have defeated me” I give them the will to receive and they out of it actually ask for the desire to bestow. We have to try to remain on that path all the time and not forget that if we want to stay connected to the Creator, we can be connected to Him only in the same way that He turns to us. To us meaning a request to have the power to bestow too rise to a higher level of bestowal every time.
5. S. (17:40) We hear recommendations from you all the time to send our prayers all the time nonstop every hour every minute, but on the other hand we know that a prayer needs to be strong and full of the bottom of the heart like a cry and then the Creator will hear it, what is the role of these prayers that last all the time and don't have the power more like a conversation with the Creator?
R. Kabbalists tell a person I wish he prayed all day. I can say this, I really can't pray all day long, to be in connection with the Creator all the time and to be asking of the Creator all of the time but the Kabbalists say I have to, they say I have to be in a state where I am constantly turning to the Creator. Therefore, this is how we have to think that being in a connection between us and with the Creator along with all of our work in this world, all of our engagements in worldly matters, we still have to turn to the Creator and although we cannot be in it 24 hours a day, still returning to it several times a day, I have to arrange my life accordingly and we have to help each other not to forget it. They helped each other up to a state of I wish he prayed all day.
6. S. (19:35) The Creator that we discover or make, is this our root?
R. Yes of course the Creator who turns to us is our root.
7. S. (20:11) During the prayer if we feel greater despair is it a sign of progress actually?
R. It's an invitation on the part of the Creator because everything comes from Him into our feelings so it's an invitation on His part that He wants to awaken you. But how do you answer it correctly, depends on you and the group.
8. S. (20:56) If the humble person that I am with the only road open to me through the prayer, the desire the profound will and the want to make a decision, that's the root that is open to me but also is the work the study and the desire to learn part of that prayer also?
R. Yes, everything is in the prayer. Everything that exists in the spiritual world and in the physical world is all a connection between the human being and the Creator and this is called a prayer. A prayer contains everything.
8. S. (22:03) What can be a prayer of gratitude, what is its purpose?
R. A prayer of gratitude is when I connect with the Creator and thank him for all the steps, He performs in me. By this I check myself, to what extent do I agree with what the Creator is doing to me and if I don't really agree it, is my problem. I have to understand and feel that what the Creator does, He does in the most correct way the best ideal way for my spiritual progress. Then when I agree with it, out of this agreement, this gratitude to the Creator for doing this to me I ask Him to promote me to give me the powers to bestow so I can relate to him the way He deserves to be treated by me the way He relates to me.
9. S. (23:19) What kind of prayer should we request from the Creator in the 10 so we can come to a complete Ibur condition?
R. To help us connect so the form of the connection between us will give us a feeling of impregnation in the Creator. In the connection between us we come to feel that we are connected like an embryo together and we are in the Creator.
10. S. (24:23) How to constantly hold the three ingredients together in the prayer?
R. This we need to scrutinize what are these three elements and try to bring them all together, yes, it is possible, we just need to not let go and try to be in it more and more every time.
11. S. (25:03) Why is the connection with the Creator possible only through prayer? The connection right now already exists and the prayer is focusing us on what is going to happen in the future and because of the prayer I can't feel that I'm in connection with the Creator?
R. How can there be a connection if there's no connection between the giver and the receiver. A prayer is just a special type of connection between us and the Creator. I am to the Creator and the Creator to me, so now I have to learn when I can turn to the Creator with what request, what I should ask, so the Creator will answer me. How do I identify and detect his response to what I ask. All those things we need to learn, to do them in the group and then we will understand how to turn and how to be in constant dialogue with the Creator in this conversation.
12. S. (26:35) Does praying for the friends mean praying that they will be in annulment with lesser ego or pray that I will be in an annulment with lesser ego?
R. No, the fact that you ask to have less of an ego I don't think that is correct. We have to ask for the substance of creation, the ability to bestow to connect and to have less of an ego, no. The ego is the substance of creation and I can't ask to have less of it and I will descend from the level of man to the level of beast or from the level of beast to the level of a vegetable, a plant, that's the wrong approach.
S. Should I try to synchronize with the prayers of the others or simply pray to the Creator my own prayer the moment that it emerges?
R. Ideally, we should scrutinize together the request we have to raise to the Creator together.
13. S. (27:57) How do I connect with the Creator, how is it possible to describe this and depict it?
R. To the extent that I have a big question and I find myself being in contact with my group and I raise my deficiency to the group and through it to the Creator, this is how it works.
14. S. (28:41) Why does the Creator give obstacles that are so perfect for me in order to promote me and physically. I feel his personal relationship to me but on the other hand that prayer needs to be a collective prayer for the public?
R. Also what you received from the Creator an awakening that He seemingly turns to you He turns to you in the manner as much as you are connected to others. The Creator never saves the person, one-person, individual it cannot be. All his work is how to connect ours together in order to fill all of us especially where we are now in this process to the end of correction. We need to understand that He turns to the group even that I feel His appeal personally, but I need to turn to him from the 10. Then according to how much I will be ready, use to turning to Him from the 10, accordingly I will feel just how much he takes into account not myself, that He turns to me and He speaks to me, rather only that I am in the 10.
15. S. (30:45) When I have a dialog with the Creator all day long in highs and lows and I pray to Him and I speak to Him does He hear me even though it's an individual dialogue? Can I get that connection with Him to be a better person for the group?
R. Usually no. A person needs to request for the others, that is called that he is in a spiritual prayer, a spiritual request. That on this the Creator answers. All the rest of the prayers not for the others the Creator does not answer them. He answers but in a manner that He teaches us that nonetheless we need to appeal to Him for the others.
16. S. (32:11) We request to be in Ibur as the whole world Kli but the Creator didn't allow us to enter Ibur. But we know that the Creator is good who does good. From this understanding can we say that the Creator wants from us to pray to Him with bigger and stronger deficiency?
R. Of course you need to scrutinize exactly what is called your connection and what is called Ibur, conception, impregnation between you, that you are expecting to reach it. Do you really want this state, are you really in a lack and a deficiency for this state? On this state you are requesting to be connected with the friends in the manner that will be called as one man with one heart. According to your degree but already requesting on this. We can't request on something spiritual, that is who knows where. Spirituality is the type of connection between us that is entirely in bestowal requesting on this or making some actions for this, talking about this in the 10. Then already there is hope that He will answer us, but if we are not directed towards this nothing will help. The Creator operates only according to the correct lack.
S. I feel that we progressed a lot actually, even from my personal state even when I look through my 10, the world Kli. The last lesson I thought we got into a spiritual journey you took us. Should we do a workshop on this lesson, how can we maintain this request?
R. A request between you and the group to go over all the materials of the convention, the Congress and realize them as much as possible. All the better do it. I hear about this happily.
17. S. (35:03) I have a huge request, why don't you share with us your favorite prayer and we as a world Kli will connect with that prayer?
R. I can't tell you about my prayer because each one needs his own prayer that he is searching and feeling it from the depths of his heart to the friends, and for the friends together to the Creator, only in such a manner. To hear from someone his prayer, it is a lie, and of course it won't be beneficial because you need from the depths of your heart to turn to the Creator.
18. S. (36:03) You just said that the prayer should be constant. In our 10 we have already established a prayer every hour. The manner of the work is clear, the alarm clock reminds us. How do we come to be in it all the time?
R. By connection between them they reveal that they are turning to the Creator and tied to Him. He in return connects with them. here is no stop and no gap between the appeals of the group to the Creator and the answer of the Creator.

19. S. (37:22) What is a strong prayer from my 10 for BB, for all of humanity?
R. It's prayer that we will connect between us, that we will be able from the connection between us within that to turn to the Creator, that He will be revealed within us as a force of bestowal and mutual love. That's actually the prayer, there are many manners in this.
20. S. (38:11) Can you explain why it happens that when I am turning to the Creator with gratitude, He is felt closer than when I turn to Him with the request. Why is this happening?
R. Through this that our will to receive that we appeal out of a lack, it brings us farther from the Creator, distances us from Him.

22. S. (39:37) You said that the Creator never hears an individual. But if the 10 prays for that individual, does He hear that prayer?
R. Yes of course.
23. S. (39:59) When all kinds of feelings emerge against the friends is it correct to ask to see the friends with love? Is it egoistic to ask this?
R. No it's not egoistic. I want to love the friends because they're parts of my soul and we all want to connect in order to build from this a vessel, of soul, of Neshima. That from this we can receive from the Creator what He wants to give us because from this we give Him contentment, like the guest towards the host. It's okay to do so.
24. S. (40:54) There is confusion between the individual prayer and the prayer that's developed by the group. Can you explain, do we start with an individual prayer and then incorporate that into a group prayer, or how can a 10 make a group prayer?
R. The 10 must reach a state that it understands what it is requesting from the Creator. What is it expecting to receive from the Creator. And thus, there's no difference between the friends in what they are requesting. If everyone is directed to spirituality, we are truly not so different, not separate so much. All these corporeal engagements of ours we do not take them into account, and spirituality is clear to us that we can attain only in the connection between us, and then we turn to Him as one man in one heart
S. How do we scrutinize as the 10 the direction of our prayer? How should we work together to recognize the correct direction, the correct vocalization, the correct words and sensation that we want to give to the Creator?
R. From within the scrutiny between you, as much as you understand what the Kabbalists are writing. And the appeal to the Creator, you lack knowledge, you lack forces, turn with all of these things only to the Creator. Don't think that you have no means. You have the Creator, turn to Him.
25. S. (43:05) If we can scrutinize deeper in this common prayer we are building together, how do we use the restriction not for my own sake?
R. If I want to incorporate in the friends in order to help them with all my power, all my force, I don't need anything more.
26. S. (43:36) Immediately after praying what more should we do in order to actualize our request for which we pray?
R. Rabash writes about this in the articles that a person needs to be sure that after he prays that he received the answer. Just that he still can't reveal it because he lacks the force of connection with the friends.
27. S. (44:22) What is the use and benefit that the 10 has from my prayer if I am feeling like I am in a descent?
R. It's not so important what private state a person is in if with all of his forces he wants to connect with his friends into the Creator, he can be beneficial to everyone and to himself from every state. And not to think that in some state we feel ourselves down below that it is worse than the state we feel ourselves up high. That's entirely not the correct scrutiny. Actually, from the states that we are down below we can even more connect to the Creator, even more request, demand, and thus these states are more beneficial.
28. S. (45:33) What is always coming in the way of the prayer, why do we always have obstacles, why am I afraid?
R. That all comes to you from the Creator so you can rise above these obstacles, above these problems, by the connection with the friends.
29. S. (46:05) Can we pray for only being able to pray? For example, just give us the strength to pray for our friends because we can't?
R. Excellent, a very good prayer.
30. S. (46:31) When you read psalms you are inspired by these attainments?
R. Try to see it's possible. It is written every person can reach the degree of Moses. And more than Moses, there is no more a person who obtained the Creator. Such is written in the Torah itself that there is no other such person who spoke to the Creator Panim to Panim, face-to-face and we can also reach that same state, each one. In the end of correction of course we will all be such.
31. S. (47:28) Prayer pushes us towards annulment and helps us to change states within our soul. How can it help us to switch from the ‘I’ to the ‘we’?
R. How do we push, I don't know what the Creator does but how to request, we need to make the effort between us to request in simple words as much as possible to connect the heart to this.
32. S. (49:12) Is the Creator sending corporeal desires? For example, to change workplace and needing to work a lot of hours. We need to deal with these desires and ask for the connection between us. How to not do actions, unneeded actions and also request help?
R. People work many hours in a day. Rabash would say that back in his day people would work when there is light. When it's dark here we go home and make an effort to learn a bit and go to sleep. That's how it was. And there is no complaint in this that we need to work many hours. Make an effort.
33. S. (50:25) You taught us to read an excerpt, to sing, to speak, or a thought. Can you say that the prayer is a constant connection between the thought and the intention?
R. Yes you could say so.
Excerpt 2 (51:23) Rabash writes, “The most important is the Prayer, that is…”
34. S. (52:42) What do you do if there is no need for a prayer but only in difference?
R. Very good, to pray to the Creator is why He is not giving you a lack, at least it's clear to you what you are receiving from the Creator.
35. S. (53:17) In every Congress there's a feeling of an eruption of ego and it's becoming more and more difficult to come to the lessons, there is criticism that pops up and you don't want to think about the prayer, so how does it happen where does it come from?
R. Very good what you're saying, very good meaning you see that the Creator intentionally is not giving you what He needed to give so you have even more reason to turn to Him in a complaint, so come to Him and demand why you're not giving me, let's go, why are you crying the opposite.
S. It seems like it's related to having some expectations from the Congress that will receive something?
R. You received huge opportunities for prayer and also now you feel that you have nothing as a result of the Convention, the Congress but this you feel that you have nothing, this you received and now from this state you can turn to the Creator. I'm telling you, you received this and it's called reception, now turn to Him with what you are revealing and continue onward. That we are receiving lacks from above deficiencies, we seemingly don't want to recognize this, that it comes to us from the Creator as a gift.
36. S. (55:29) When we are asking questions about the prayer to the Creator how do we scrutinize the Creator's response to our prayer?
R. What a person thinks, what he feels, all this comes from the Creator. After what he feels what is in his heart and understands what is in his mind now is the question, how he builds from this a reaction to the Creator. That's in every state a person is in, he can build his reaction to the Creator, we just need to arrange it correctly.
37. S. (56:58) How does the correct intention help us to raise a true prayer, how do we realize the relation in between?
R. We need to speak between us. Of course, we're not so far in revelation of our lacks, we can by the connection between us and discussion between us and scrutiny between us to reach a few sentences towards the Creator that it will be clear to us that we need to turn to Him. This attitude needs to incorporate our answer, meaning our answer to the Creator needs to incorporate a thank you on what I am receiving. A lack that we need to receive an order to advance more and even these two in the meantime are enough.
38. S. (58:34) It is written that one must pray to the Creator to go above reason why is this not a correct prayer?
R. Yes but it can be incorporating all the prayers that we are raising from the 10 because everyone needs this. Scrutinize all these things and see that actually if you're not requesting on the physical things of this world then you have actually that same request from all of you from the Creator.
S. If I do my work in the group and I perceive some deficiency, a lack an inability to work for the sake of the friends then can I turn to the Creator to help me to strengthen my work in the group?
R. Yes, that's the correct prayer.
39. S. (59:59) When we have major corporeal disturbance outside the ten how should we connect the events in prayers through the 10?
R. If we will arrange our spiritual problems most of our corporeal problems will also stop.
40. S. (01:00:52) What do we do if we do not find words for a prayer?
R. Because your lack is not scrutinized enough but when you speak among yourselves or when you discuss between you, then you can scrutinize it and thus you can first speak among yourselves and then turn to the Creator.
41. S. (01:01:42) It was said that everything that comes from the Creator is the best for our advancement, on the other hand we often experience failures from our ego. Does the Creator want us to agree with these failures, to accept them, see them or does he expect us to deal with them and overcome them?
R. The Creator knows exactly what we are going to do there is no problem He expects everything that we are going to do, He knows all our qualities our problems our questions and thus there is no problem with respect to Him there is nothing concealed, it is all a game towards us in order to help us, push us to go above reason in the force of faith, force of bestowal.
42. S (01:02:46) To have the correct prayer towards the friends we usually talk about the corporeal problems in order to say that we can’t participate or cannot be at lessons, what should be the right prayer on our part to justify the friends, otherwise we feel they are guilty?
R. Prayer needs to be a request of the Creator that will raise our spirits, our spiritual importance, and then we will reach all the lessons.
43. S. (01:03:55) Question for practical Kabbalah, can we see in Bnei Baruch like a mother who is allowing us to grow as a puppy inside the 10, a conception inside our 10?
R. Yes that's later, first we need to build ourselves within the 10.
44. S. (01:04:55) When I in my prayer, can it be also for my family, for my children is it the same as asking for myself?
R. Worse of course, your family is like you, your same ego.
45. S. (01:05:31) Yesterday there was a beautiful meeting of tens where everybody mingled throughout the whole world Kli and we were trying to unite all the deficiencies but it is not clear what else is missing?
R. In between yourselves, you have all the materials that need to be clear, the whole process needs to be clear how to build a prayer, who to turn with it, how to connect between us, what to request, everything is written, work on it because besides the prayer we have nothing to do.
46. S. (01:06:30) Could you please give us guidance, how each of us in a ten helps one another to come to the right prayer to the Creator?
R. I can't give guidance, it is not the time, just understand that each and every one that is in the ten the Creator through him, is directing and managing the entire 10 in order to bring it to correction.
47. S. (01:07:23) Is it correct to try to pray for each one who is asking a question or is it better to concentrate on the prayer for the 10?
R. You need this and you need that and then you will scrutinize further along what is more important, and it could be that you will see that this is important and that is important.
48. S. (01:08:01) Normally we build our prayer after every meeting, one begins and the rest add, is this the right way to build the prayer?
R. It is desirable if everyone will talk and everyone will connect and reach a result which is more or less correct but not that it should be giving up one for another, rather that you will truly reveal that what you are going to pray now, is the most important thing.
49. S. (01:08:56) Sometimes I find myself praying for something that I have not felt its deficiency before, what is the root of such a prayer?
R. No, there are many things in this so I can't answer but continue, continue to see yourself specifically that you are reaching a prayer to the Creator.
S. We are always in prayer but it is an egoistic prayer, should we have to work to build a right acceptable prayer in our 10, if so how to do this?
R. Try, I can’t say, such questions I don't have an answer for because what you are thinking and discussing and what I hear and understand it’s like a broken telephone and thus only from experience there is none wiser than the experienced, more and more try to turn to the Creator from all your states and from this, afterwards you will understand what you need to change your appeal to Him.
50. S. (01:10:33) How to reach this depth of the desire in the heart of the 10 so that our prayer will be true and real?
R. Try and work on the heart. That you will feel the true desire that there is in the heart of each and every one.
51. S. (01:11:10) How can we really scrutinize our deficiencies between us in the 10 if the picture I see is flawed, and what comes from the mouth of the 10 members seems to be as of distortions of what the Kabbalists said and wrote?
R. Only by the persistence that we are more and more are talking and scrutinizing the deficiencies and within these deficiencies, scrutinizing what is worthwhile with which to turn the Creator and we turn to the Creator; and we truly don't leave it. Each time we change more and more, we upgrade the prayer until we receive an answer, and we will reach it. That we will feel how the Creator answers us from within our life, from within what we are thinking and feeling, we’ll begin to enter with Him into a mutual communication.
S. (01:12:40) Student clarifies the question for Rav: I just want to make a precision. The question was on how to scrutinize a correct prayer in the 10, if we see that some of the things that come from the friends are a distortion of what Rav said?
R. That needs to be scrutinized if it’s a distortion. 52. S. (01:13:31) If we see the Creator turn to the Creator as one man with one heart, is that the result of what we are feeling at the end of raising the prayer or when we built the prayer together with the 10?
R. It could be an appeal from this that what you have discussed in the 10, you’ve scrutinized the question. It could be the reaction, nevertheless it is desirable that it should be a reaction for the whole 10 and not from a lone Individual this is not good because the Creator is always connecting to a minion, a whole group. Thus, everything needs to be received in the society, scrutinized and then we decide how we turn to the Creator specifically in such a manner.
53. S. (01:15:13) The impregnation is the unity of our new states. How can a prayer prepare us for an impregnation?
R. That is not our business, the Creator, when He responds to us, to how we turn to Him, He prepares us for a state called Ibur, impregnation. R. Only through intensifying connection between us, we need to see our more advanced new situations.

R. You need to scrutinize in your meetings what you will pray over in between the meetings, that is all.
56. S (01:17:26) When we build the mutual prayer in the 10, how to turn correctly to the Creator in singular or plural, we ask or I ask?
R. We, we ask.
57. S (01:17:56) How do we attain the single intention for a mutual prayer?
R. It doesn't matter in the states we are in, we can always ask for a more advanced spiritual state. One is up, one is down but we will always be in different states, but all in all, it is called, ‘the prayer of the public’ or ‘the collective prayer.’
58. S (01:18:31) Is the connection between us before the prayer will express the love of friends, the love of others?
R. Yes.
59. S (01:18:54) When we pray for connection for the correction of the world, doesn't this lead to the revelation of more suffering because suffering hastens the connection?
R. What do we need to suffer? What kind of a Russian attitude: that we need to suffer and then everything will work. We can reach the corrections through an appeal to the Creator and receiving the reforming light, and too easily to go through all the degrees, joyfully. We must not advance seemingly to the Creator through suffering. By that we think that the Creator likes suffering – that He likes it when we feel bad, and this is completely incorrect. He is the force of bestowal and love; and certainly, is not pleased when we are suffering. But rather, we feel the suffering only in order to advance to the good, and one who remains in the suffering longer, in that, he is truly kicking in the Creator. He does not want to accept Him as the good and doing good. This is why you should try to come down from this approach that suffering brings good, we do not see this anywhere and in no time period that humanity has gone through, that through suffering we get more than from the prayer.
60. S. (01:21:01) It is still not clear how to turn from despair, and despair from the forces of connection between us to prayer. There’s a constant feeling that we keep getting away from the despair?

S. So if we have a prayer and we pray for the light to fulfill the prayer then do we pray for the men, for them to have the ability to draw this light? So, what is wrong? What should we ask you?
R. The force of the men is from the word Gever, one who overcomes his will to receive and he wants to be in a desire to bestow, is called Gever, a man. Therefore.
you need to be more of a man than me; if you will have a possibility to work in the force of bestowal more, and it is not related to the corporeal, beastly body. That is a very big mistake, it is unrelated. Man or woman in this world is related to the kind of desire in the person.

(01:25:10) In the previous lesson, you answered that the prayer of the fetus of the embryo on its development, so if we are already in the embryo and the quality of bestowal, how can we ask for a development It is a state that is filling us, it is state of pleasure. Do we have the privilege to be in this state or do we have to immediately ask to work on the deficiency. There is some impression that we are afraid to be in the state of the embryo.
R. First of all, you never felt what an Ubar, embryo is, what is that state of the embryo? If you feel that state from which you can make the Creator happy, then that state is called ‘good,’ and you can remain in it.

R. Yes. Yes.
64. S. (01:26:29) For a mother, there is nothing more than her children. She loves them and she wants all the best for them. You are saying that the prayer for the children is egotistical prayer, so how can a mother pray for her children?

R. I'm giving an example, a parallel in our corporeal world to whatever exists in the spiritual world but it is not that it is the same. Every woman that loves her children, does she have spiritual forces then?

R. I'm sorry to tell you that you are also the same. You still have a very big mistake.

R. This time does not determine anything right now. We need to rise with our prayer, our collective prayer, to the Creator with a request to get from Him the force of bestowal or faith above reason. You said that when a person is asking in differentiation with being thankful, in which she's getting distant from the Creator, but a prayer is supposed to get a person closer to the Creator, but we heard differently. The Creator likes our prayer and it is only in our feelings?
R. It is only inside our emotions, so long as our emotions are not in order to bestow.
75. S. (01:41:16) If a friend in the ten is connecting to another ten, out of her own desire, can this harm the connection in our ten?
R. For sure. It is harmful and it’s unacceptable, really.
76. S. (01:41:54) We as a ten have many questions and trying to find the answers ourselves in our ten. When we can’t find it, we turn to the Creator to give us an answer. Should we pray that we cannot ask you any questions which we need to get answers?
R. Yes. But nevertheless, in the meantime, you can turn to me.
77. S. (01:42:46) Can you talk a little bit more about what it means to constantly pray the prayer of the ten?
R. It means to constantly help the friends, together, to be in a deficiency towards the Creator, but a spiritual correct deficiency. So, scrutinize what is the right deficiency towards the Creator that you can raise, and in that way to advance.
78. S. (01:43:35) Can I ask my friends in the ten to pray for me? Is that going to be a spiritual prayer?
R. Yes. If you are connected together, you can reveal to them that you have some special deficiency and if they pray instead of you, it will help. Even more, ‘’one who prays for his friend is rewarded first.’’ So, it will help them as well to advance spiritually.
79. S. (01:44:39) If in the personal prayer I ask the Creator for the friends for me to be able to annul, is that the correct intention?
R. It is correct. However, we need to reach a state where you will feel that the Creator is hearing you and He’s answering you. This is what we need to yearn for and try to reach it.
80. S. (01:45:23) Many times, because we are not in the lesson with you, questions arise and we scrutinize them inside the ten. Is that like a prayer to the Creator, and an answer is an answer from the Creator?
R. Yes. Continue, continue and it will work.
81. S. (01:45:53) We are asking all day but we have doubts. How do we know that we are actually asking through the friends?
R. You should try to hear an answer, a response from the Creator. Are you getting, how should I put it, an awakening towards spirituality or not. Scrutinize this between you, then you will see whether your prayer actually reaches its implementation, its realization or not.

With which intention and with which deficiency should we pray to make the goal of attainment closer so that we can, I mean it is all inside of us the Creator is waiting for us, what should we do to hasten this process?
R. I'm very happy to hear such words, this is a true correct prayer, try to connect your feeling with the feelings of other women and you will see how much you will turn to the Creator. It will be an official, you don't need anything else other than simple emotions that come from the heart.
89. S. (01:54:01) Sometimes it happens that we only want to ask the Creator something and He already answers, how to scrutinize this point?

R. We should prepare a vessel that will be suitable for the revelation of the Creator, as Rabash writes for us, that we cannot put water in a sack but rather for every fulfilment it needs an appropriate receptacle and so if we will have a suitable vessel for the revelation of the Creator He will be revealed and if it is not suitable, he will not be revealed. Therefore, all of our work should be as much as we connect between us and as much as in this connection between us, we are expecting the revelation of the force of bestowal. The Creator is revealed between us as the force of bestowal that is Him, do we want to have between us the force of bestowal, are we beginning to relate to one another with the force of bestowal, do we want to bestow to one another, are we asking of Him that he will give us such desires to bestow to one another this is what we need to think about it. We build the Creator, you have made me, this is what he says and do not forget about it. That if we build such relations between us as the force of bestowal and we cannot bestow to one another, ask of Him but if we do not have the force of bestowal between us then the Creator will not be revealed. Where will He be revealed? He is revealed between us. Let's hope that we will reach that.
91. S. (01:57:30) If a person leaves this congress with a sensation of disappointment?
R. Excellent, if so, he now has a reason to pray, actually this whole lesson #4 which is called, The Most Important is the Prayer.
