Reading Simple Light #59

1. R. (06:08) Due to a lack of Hassadim.

2. S. (06:14) What does it mean that in the light there is the sin of The Tree of Knowledge?

R. That the light that arrives doesn't come whole but rather goes through all the degrees that are already corrupted due to the sin of The Tree of Knowledge. And therefore the light that arrives helps us discover what the sin is, which is in the degree we’re in, and how we can rise above it to a higher degree. What exactly do we need to correct in the vessels so that the light will illuminate in them without the feeling of the sin. This is how we rise degree after degree, meaning we correct each time the sin on the level that we’re in.

3. S. (08:04) I heard you saying that there’s no difference between men and women in spiritual work, so what are the male and female forces in spirituality?

R. In truth there is barely any difference, only a woman has a different feeling in the deficiency compared the male deficiency, she’s more drawn toward correction than a man is. A man is more messy, a little bit more dispersed and a women is a little bit more focused towards her role in the correction of the world because it is her that comes to us from the corruption of the world. And she feels the corruption of the world more, also in the family, also in the world, also at home, in every place. A woman is more purposeful I would say due to her creation relative to a male. We can see this even with children, they play, they don't care about anything, but the girls or young women are more aimed towards the dolls and being already arranged in a small family, in their little kitchen and all kinds of things that they are closer to nature with, towards the corrections. It is that way in every place, if women were to manage the world most certainly there would be no wars, we wouldn't have so many problems, we wouldn't do all this nonsense, we wouldn’t develop weaponry, etcetera.

Everything would be aimed towards the direction of how to arrange things in the most convenient way according to the will and desire of a woman. Meaning the truth is that according to the Torah we see that it is a woman that caused the corruption of the world, but she’s also drawn more towards the correction of the world. And a man is willing to engage in everything he has on behalf of his will to receive. Therefore as it’s written in the Torah hear what your wife Sarah says as the Creator said to Abraham. And it is truly guidance towards all the generations, that if we were to hear, I'm saying this to the men, if we were to hear the desire of a woman we would make less mistakes on all of our corrections and we would be more guided towards correction.

4. S. (11:54) A woman in spirituality, does that mean reception? If so, why is that important for spirituality?

R. No, we can’t say that a woman is the force of reception, and a man is the force of bestowal, we talked about the vessels, the desire to receive and the desire to bestow. It’s completely not relative to the gender in this world, where the man is the desire to bestow and the woman is the desire to receive, it’s not correct. A woman feels more deficiencies, natural fundamental deficiencies of the world and a man seemingly kind of lives in the clouds, he doesn't quite feel the need for correction. A woman out of feeling a lack in the corrected state is aimed more in a purposeful way to resolve the problems. Meaning in short we have to draw women more to the communities, organizations, corrections to the fact that they will understand that they need to be more aimed to connection and organization and then we will succeed.

The world nevertheless needs to be corrected upon the forces of a woman and not upon the forces of a male. A man needs to help just as he does so at home. He brings his earnings, he helps somewhat but the home and the whole world is also like a home, all of Earth, yes? It needs to be managed by the force of a woman. We have developed throughout the millennia in all kinds of ways, now the time has come for corrections, the true corrections which need to take place through the force of the woman. Therefore hear what Sarah says to you because through that you will succeed to correct the world.

5. S. (14:41) What to do if the man disregards or even disturbs the woman in connection and dissemination?

R. Men are the most corrupted force in the world as they want only with their force of their ego, the force of their strength to seemingly do corrections. These are not corrections but rather to show how much their will to receive is right, and it's completely incorrect but this is how they think. That's why all our work is in teaching all the world that the force, the managing force needs to be more and more one that works with women's power. If we give a woman that possibility, to work together with the men but for her to be able to express her desire, her observation, from them we will discover many such forces in which the world will be more corrected.

6. S. (16:12) To what amount of activity do you expect the woman to…?

R. I expect them to know how, just like in a corrected home a woman gets the salary from the man and knows how to use it correctly in order to manage the home economics correctly. This much to the adults, to the children, to the food, to clothing, to corrections, to all kinds of things. Usually she cares for this and knows how to do so better. Of course there are men that also understand these things but nevertheless, this is in relation to the force of the woman in them. That's why every family needs to know how to organize the male and the female forces correctly and to work together, and us too in our organization. That's why we need to give our women the forces of management and decision-making and this is how we will succeed, and we will also show an example to everyone in the world as well. 

7. S. (17:50) I heard many times that in order to come closer to spirituality a person has to move away from management. So how is that connected to the management you were talking about?

R. Yes there are people that know that it’s not a matter of management but of defining the forces that went to manage, which is in a negative way. So here we need to make room for both women and men to manage it in a collective manner. Collectively we want them to also have an equal force, at least an equal force for men and women.

8. S. (18:51) Why is the Creator advancing the women at the international level? What does He want to attain by that?

R. Yes, we see this happens naturally this way, as history advances this is how the female force stands out more, also in families even in all sorts of countries that are still not so modern nevertheless the female power is becoming more and more emphasized. So this is how we need to see that we are eventually advancing towards a state in which the women's power will be an active, strong power that’s at least equal to the male power, I think that it needs to be even more. According to the Torah woman is called home, Bait, and what happens within the walls of the home, a woman knows this, manages this, cares for this, she has the correct way of looking at it. And that's why we need to see how our world is advancing towards correction, that we are advancing towards a state in which a woman will be more and more of the host, the boss and the man will listen to her. And then of course we will not see the same imaginary engagements, we won’t have wars, we won't have all kinds of horrible orders that we have in the world right now. This is all resolved only through intensifying the force of the women in the world. We need to educate women for this if we’re going to do so, we need to uplift them so they will be as the mothers of the world.

9. S. (21:23) I heard that at first the strengthening of women will be positive in the world, but the female strengthening can develop into a very cruel force. How can we avoid that?

R. I can’t see such examples in history. That's why it’s not worth even talking about it. We for sure can use the women’s force to build correction, connection, and a balanced system.

10. S. (22:13) What is the meaning that the female era is starting? What is the meaning that women need to stand in the front?

R. Our world needs to give birth to a new world. From our world a new system has to be born of relationships between people and this birth needs to happen with the force of the woman.

11. S. (22:52) So that a woman will take her worthy place in Bnei Baruch we need to be as one woman, but the individualism of a woman disturbs our unity. How can we unite correctly taking into consideration our natural tendencies?

R. Taking our natural tendencies into consideration we need a way that we connect above those natural qualities, that’s the main correction of the whole world. By this we will build the correct form of society and all connection in humanity altogether will be through the force of the woman connected, in the correct, corrected way. There's no other choice, that's what we need to do.

12. S. (23:54) Is the education that women have to go through inclusive, is it also in the morning lesson and the afternoon lesson or are there other things we need to learn and if so can you teach us that?

R. I think the women need to be more in the lessons and their gatherings, they have to take upon themselves more forces to manage society and they have possibilities for it. Men and women or the men need to help them organize correctly, that they have the time, the energy, and the support.

13. S. (24:57) In our days also women battle each other. What do they need to understand? 

R. No, that's forbidden, no wars between women, only in order to scrutinize the path to the correction. That the entire correction is in the general, whole, complete connection and the woman's force specifically can be the carrier and the men have to stand around that and help as much as they can.

14. S. (25:43) So what do we need men for if it all depends on the female force?

R. The men help the women manage their home, to give birth to a new generation, to help everything. Obviously the women supposedly can do it alone but the men must participate in this with all their forces. I think these things will gradually settle and be right for everyone. Our organization will be mixed, men and women and it will know how to manage itself in a way that it will give an example. The men, women and children, adults, that everyone will find the right place in it.

S. It sounds like we need to change roles between men and women.

R. No, we don’t have to exchange any role. We have to pull the women into roles and give them a place. Maybe to decide together on things, just like in families we try to sit and discuss things together on the issues that the family has, on what to do with them, where we are headed and so on. And that's what we need in the group too.

S. In the future what form of management will we have, women, men?

R. We also have a woman’s management. The men maybe don't take them enough into consideration for now but we do need to raise importance to that and to draw them more and more into management. That it won't be only as a helping force like we’re used to thinking about but it will be the force that implements. If there could be women prime ministers in developed countries so what's the problem that it won't be like that here? It’s possible for sure.

15. S. (29:21) When you answered the question of a friend you said that the light shines on the degree without the sensation of the sin. What does this mean?

R. I don't understand your translation. I didn't say such words.

S. You said that the result of the light shining upon degrees without the sensation of the sin, that's how it was translated.

R. I don't understand what it has to do with one another. It’s a problem that we’re speaking in a few languages and when you hear a different language and then it comes back it seems really uncorrected.

16. S. (30:29) How much can the men assist the women and how can we work together with them towards the Creator?

R. We need to help the women advance to all kinds of roles; we have to see that our society will be relatively diverse. If we see a woman that can manage things better than men then advance her to management.

S. In regular life except for Bnei Baruch do we operate in some specific way?

R. Of course in our regular life we should do it too and we are doing it gradually, we even see in  governments that it’s being done. And it's not because they want to help women advance, it’s because those women are more qualified than the men.

17. S. (31:52) In verse fifty-nine he summarizes and says as long as he's lacking Hassadim, here Hochma won’t be able to clothe it fully. Do we need to make the Hochma into Hassadim or do they need to be side by side?

R. We have to make sure that there is a clothing of mercy then in it the light of Hochma can clothe.

S. Meaning the light of Hassadim is there or we need to create it?

R. We need to make it, yes.

S. So how do we do that?

R. By wanting to be in faith above reason and not to receive anything.

S. Meaning we can attain that only in the ten between us?

R. Yes, the light of mercy, Hesed, bestowal. 

S. But how do you create that in the ten in the work?

R. By wanting to bestow to one another, to help one another, to support one another.

S. So what’s the most important work in the ten, I want to bring us back to reality and it’s not easy work to do in the ten. It’s a fact that we don’t attain this so fast. So how can we do this in the shortest possible way?

R. That each one is concerned about the others.

S. Like annulment before the ten?

R. Of course.

S. But you know that’s almost impossible. 

R. I don't want to hear that, I gave you the solution, that’s it. Then you start asking about that.

S. How can we make this work easy?

R. You can’t make it easy.

S. It’s impossible?

R. Yes.

18. S. (33:56) In part 15 of TES it writes about female and male interrelationships. Is it worthwhile to study this part from TES?

R. No, not yet. There it speaks about spiritual degrees, and you’ll get confused. The building of the Nukva, the female force, the woman, the general woman of all the worlds. Because that's the true summary of all our corrections.

19. S. (43:47) Why does he say that Malchut  that clothes BYA  is the head of the foxes? After all, for her these are vessels of bestowal.

R. Because these vessels cannot be brought to correction.

S. Can you expand on that a little?

R. No. These vessels cannot be corrected yet. 

20. S. (44:38) I wanted to ask about the previous topic. There is a matter of education, habits, culture, etcetera, with everything that has to do with men and women, all kinds of old concepts. How do you do a restart for all these matters? For example there are cultures, the whole world for thousands of years the women were in the background and not as important.

R. Right.

S. Now you say that they have to be center stage and higher in importance?

R. You are moving them in one action? No, we just see that the world is turning around in a certain way and the women have to be more and more determining the order of corrections. And  whether you want it or not it's happening already and truthfully it's been happening for years. Gradually the women come to the front. And even though the men may not want to give it to them so much and also the women don't really want to stand out in such a way but it's still happening in that direction. What's unnatural about it? On the contrary, it's the natural process. If we want our home, which is Earth, that is becoming more and more connected in all its systems, if we want it to be an organized home it's worth it for us to have it managed by women.

S. Even our organization is managed mostly by men in its decisive majority.

R. What do you mean even? 

S. Let’s not talk about Earth, let’s talk about us, Bnei Baruch. So this is a change, how does it have to happen, gradually with initiative? How do we have to have this change take place?

R. We have to speak about it, that in the future that's what has to be. Men and women will be equal and that together we will correct the world in correcting the relationships between us, especially between men and women. And for that each one has to know their role and their weight and the connection with others and so on.

S. When you say in the future what do you mean, some kind of process?

R. It’s a process that we have to as the final generation, the last generation.

S. Is there a certain mutual work where men on one hand need to want this and initiate this and on the other hand women also have to want this?

R. Of course.

S. And neither really wants this to start with.

R. Nobody wants anything but there’s no choice. We need to correct ourselves more and more and the correction can only be mutual. That I'm happy from it, I want it. According to my nature I don’t want it either, it’s convenient for me the way it is. But we have to know that the correction of the world is that in every person the men and the women have to come to a state where they feel themselves in the center of the circle. What can you do? At least in this we need to advance. We also see that now before elections even though men are still taking the space, the management, and the forces but from year to year it's falling and the women are coming to these positions equal to the men. And we see especially at home where women manage the home that's how it is and it's kept, and wherever there is only a man or the man is in charge it’s not balanced, it’s not stable. That's how we have to think of the future world, that has to be like the home for everybody. That's why there will be a synergy or a complete understanding between these roles of the men and the women. That no one has more or less, that each one will be in their place and then it will be according to the correct order of the world.

21. S. (51:03)  Rav, you said earlier that all the wars, the conquering throughout the generations were for the sake of the women and if the women we were there eventually have gotten to where we are today. Other than that we have to come out of history to see that there were women that  ruled, Catherine the Great and others. Why am I saying this? In essence you’re saying the state that we have to enter, the balanced state is a very beautiful state but practically what you’re telling us doesn't work out in the framework of what we learn and in the same processes that we’re going through here together, somehow it doesn't work out. Maybe it's something new that you’re revealing to us.

R.  Of course it’s a new thing that we're going to see. I just want to advance, to start with these things especially that we’re before the women's Congress. So that's why I was saying all this. But we will see gradually, we will get into this. We will see that this is how the whole world revolves and women are going to the front.
