1. Rav’s Introduction: At the moment we continue with the same topic how do we rise above are selfish ego from the physical nature to a spiritual nature what do we need to do for that clearly we understand that we cannot bring ourselves to the second nature to the nature of giving instead of the nature of reception which is like rising from the level of the created being to the level of the Creator this is not in our power to do in created beings because we are on a very lowly level we are in an initial basic level where we have the chance to grow but it is still ahead of us as much as we were to rise to the spiritual reality we will discover that we are deeper and deeper in the physical reality the Creator created this against that and this is what we will feel that specifically with the two forces with the king of Egypt and with the Creator we can learn how to use the two forces correctly and then by that the rise towards the Creator between the two so for now we go through the writings and receive it we can add in our efforts to reach closeness to the Creator how we work with the good force and the evil force in us how we rise above both forces through the middle line how we build the right image of the Creator and how we try to incorporate with the Creator so that as it says that the Creator’s name will exist upon you meaning we will actually resemble him, this is the meaning being Adam to be similar to the Creator.

2. So basically the question is this: if the Creator is doing everything then what do the humans do since there is none else besides Him. But we need to activate the Creator. It is said “my sons have defeated me.” Meaning that a person has to begin the work. He has to ask, he has to encourage the Creator like a little child grabbing hold the adult’s hand and dragging him to get something. Or he is afraid to go somewhere alone, or he wants to reach something which he cannot reach on his own. Until he gains confidence, understanding, how to acquire things -- until he gains, life's wisdom -- but in the meantime, the Creator says ‘come to Pharaoh.’ And He teaches the created being how to approach, and specifically to approach Pharaoh not the Creator. Not to approach the Creator saying, ‘do this or do that,’ that’s not going to help. You first need to approach Pharaoh, learn who he is, what do we want to do with Pharaoh. If you understand more or less the shape and form you want to assume then you turn to the Creator with that request. But if we haven't done any prior work to know that we are opposite to the Creator and that we want to assume some shape of the Creator, to be Adam, even a little one, then you need to first approach Pharaoh, then the Creator, and then you can receive from Pharaoh the opposite form of the Creator and then from the Creator, the actual form of the Creator. And this is how you advance. Certainly they will be doing all the actions, meaning the upper force that will be one time is dressed as Pharaoh and the other time it is dressed as the Creator. But you have to activate this work. Not to actually do something, of course this is not required from us. It is clear that we don't understand or are not capable of anything. But we have to try and we have to want. This is what we also expect from the little children, we want them to try to do something and then we do it for them. But when they try, make an effort whether they succeed or not is not the point but they have to try. And this is what grants them life’s wisdom.

3. S. (08:52) When we make an effort in the ten to connect, we see it’s difficult, so what does it means to ask the Creator in this state?

R. To help. Of course we cannot connect in the 10 but to turn to the Creator and ask that He would do it, that He would help us connect, this we can do.

S. You gave several conditions we have to meet before asking. When do we know that here we can ask or not.

R. There is no such thing that we cannot ask. It is not that it is impossible to ask. You can't make a true request if you haven't made an effort to do it on your own. So we make efforts to connect, we try and search for how to connect. We are different, we reject each other and don't even understand what connection is, what is that shape of connecting as ‘one man with one heart.’ Then we don't understand, we don't know, we fall into despair. Then we turn to the Creator and we can present Him with something, “look, we tried and it does not work out so You have to help us. But we try, we start the work. If we don't start trying we have nothing to ask for, there is nothing to correct. The Creator is always making corrections over what we have tried to do and we failed, this is our whole work. This is how it works. To come and try to do something and after we have tried then we can turn to Him and then He will do it happily, this is it. By our own efforts, we recognize how incapable we are and we also realize exactly what the shattering is, what we actually need to correct, what we need to do, because we haven't succeeded. And this is how we advance.

4. S. (11:41) The excerpt says that the first help the person gets is the ‘lack in mind and heart.’ What is it?

R. It is that the person tries on his own to attain unity, a spiritual degree where he is connected mutually with the others, and he cannot. So he understands that he lacks both feelings and understanding of how to do it. How does he get the upper force, the upper desire of it? He tries to look for it but he sees that he does not have it in him, wherever else can he look at it? Then he understands that he lacks the work of mind and heart. Let's say it is intellectual work and work in his desires, both this and that. We’ll open this up later on. But this is what we need. Everything is done by the Creator except you have to approach Him with some work that you’ve tried to do and did not succeed with what it was he wanted to succeed. And without trying on your own, we would not know what to ask for.

S. If we first pray for faith above reason?

R. Let's say.

5. S. (13:41) Our work right now is also in the mind and heart. We do physical actions but the main work is in the mind and the heart. And when the lack awakens in the mind and heart it also waits for satisfaction in the mind and heart.

R. Whatever happens, happens. Don't worry about that. You guys are trying to be smart before doing something this is called being ‘Smart ALEC.’

S. What kind of assistance do we expect from the Creator? We try to connect, what should we expect?

R. I don't know before I ask and also while I ask, I do not know in what way the Creator is supposed to help me. I do not know and I don't want to know. It is His work, I am asking for it to happen.

S. Do I ask to have connection, but to ask more precisely, I don’t feel we ask precisely?

R. Of course.

S. So to scrutinize concretely?

R. So, you already want to see, now, the final form that you are going to ask for? You want to see this from the start?

S. I want to ask correctly.

R. No one demands this from you. But you are like a baby, you never know how to ask correctly, otherwise it is not actual work from below, upwards. Just think about how you are relating to this. It is not reasonable not in spirituality but not even in corporeality. It does not matter to me how the Creator helps me. I don't demand him to do specifically, this or that, I just want this to happen. That the connection between us that will be in order to bestow, that it is on higher-level. How the Creator does it, I don't ask about it and I don't demand this. I want what I am asking for to be, more or less a result, this is it. Because I understand that in my state I cannot ask for more. So I am just erasing my request if I bring into my request all kinds of details and conditions then I erase the request.

S. What does it mean to ask for connection on a higher level?

R. You ask for a stronger connection. How else?

6. S. (17:08) We hear that we have to make efforts to connect and then the right deficiency shows. But what does it mean to make efforts to connect, how does the 10 know that making efforts in the right direction?

R. What you can do, what you understand in a corporeal way. What does it mean to be connected, similar, in mutual support, holding each other towards a mutual goal connection? If it is not enough for you, then start reading about what Baal HaSulam and Rabash write about this. They wrote so much about it, there is nothing else. You are just asking without a purpose instead of opening up the sources and being imprisoned by that.

S. The source goes very quickly to an internal place where it's difficult to pinpoint where the 10 says, ‘this is what we need’ because it exists in each one to a certain extent, it’s an internal scrutiny. How does it become a common cry of the 10 in matters of internal work?

R. Try to work on that. I don't have anything to add. Friends, what do you want me to do, the work for you? To explain more than Baal HaSulam and Rabash explain, I cannot. I can just chew with a little bit more for you but this is it. All the rest is your own spiritual work, between you -- yourselves and the Creator. And don't wait, don't wait. There is not going to be any more. It’s not that it’s up to me, it is according to the laws of nature that if you are given more than this, then you won't have your own deficiency so your Kli won't be whole.

7. S. (19:22) Is the request always come from a place of helplessness?

R. If it is a request. If it’s gratitude, it’s something else. The request is always the deficiency, a deficiency for what? For the force of bestowal. Or, we don't want the force of bestowal, we want something else? Then it is a deficiency for deficiency. Meaning that we want to have the request for the force of bestowal.

S. Does the 10 which is asking by acting it out, trying to ask, trying to raise a prayer but not from real helplessness, would this still work?

R. In principle it should work, but of course we have to check how real and deep is this deficiency. How much does it come from the bottom of the heart?

8. S. (23:22) A big egoistic desire manifests each day, we see how it runs your life and that there is no salvation, so what does it mean that I ask?

R. It shows, reveals to you who you are. That you are completely an egoist, so it is the truth, first of all, that you've discovered. Now what is happening to you, next? Start talking to the Creator. What do you want to happen to you according to the sources that you read? And then you advance. Preferably, all of this plan that you are now tailoring for you will be along with the plan of the group.

S. How do I ask correctly because I don't ask Him to remove the desire because I would have nothing to ask for?

R. Of course, you are asking for correction, you are not asking Him to take that away because He created it. So what purpose? You have to find the right way to work with the evil inclination He built, created. You have to find the right use for it.

S. How do I find this form?

R. Look at how opposite it is to what exists between you and the friends, then look at what you’d like to do when you see the bad things between you and the friends and how you wants to turn them into good things. Then all those requests, you raise to the Creator. Start getting different responses from Him. Not revelation of evil but how to transform it too good.

S. How to turn it to good? What directions should there be? Is it a desire against connection?

R. Yes, this, too.

S. I mean, a desire appears and I connect with the friends?

R. As much as you try to pressure me, it's not going to help you. You understand? It’s not going to help you. I’m more stubborn than you. I know what you need, and I’m not going to give you what your need to get from the Creator. You will get it from Him and not from me. So in many cases you think, you say, you complain about me -- that you are like this and that -- it does not matter to me, you can think or speak whatever about me but I’m not going to be able to open up for you more than what you need to open up through the Creator. And you’ll see that this will work. You will succeed.

9. S. (26:53) What is the essence of Pharaoh’s work and how can we approach him. What can we do with him? How can we begin the work of Pharaoh?

R. Pharaoh is ‘help mate against Him,’ against the Creator. Pharaoh shows you exactly what you have to change in order to be like the Creator, in order to become Adam, similar. This is what Pharaoh does, which is a very important, central role in creation. So we have to respect it. We have to respect him. It is a force that works and it does not disappear. We take from Egypt, other than the leadership, we take all the qualities from Egypt meaning from Pharaoh. And then we add to it the force of correction, connection, bestowal from the Creator, and then we build the form of Adam, human. As it is said, ‘you have to be like God, knowing good and evil.’ So we will be comprised of both forms of nature.

10. S. (28:50) What does it mean that the Creator comes with us?

R. That the force of the Creator which is bestowal and love always accompanies as but it wants us to examine who Pharaoh is and what we can do against him. How we developed the right attitude to Pharaoh and to the Creator, and this is how we advance. There is no other choice, this is the only way. A person is found, between good and evil, between Pharaoh and the Creator. Specifically in this manner, we can use these two opposite forms together and then we imposed the qualities of the Creator, the rule of the Creator over that of the created beings, over that of Pharaoh, and this is how we advance. Meaning, as we do this work we are connecting both the matter of creation which is the will to receive, and the form of the Creator which is in order to bestow. Then we have within our will to receive which is entirely the shape of Pharaoh, that’s the desire, and the shape, the form we clothe it with is the Creator's form which is bestowal. All of this is called Adam, ‘similar to the Creator,’ on the outside. But on the inside, we are all completely Pharaoh.

11. S. (30:55) It is written that I need to ask to change my nature from reception to bestowal but is this request not egoistic? How can the Creator listen to this?

R. Why can't the Creator listen to this? First of all, the Creator accepts all the prayers because He created our desire. And what happens in our desires -- as egoistic as they are, it does not matter -- the Creator feels this and except this. What can we do? We always turn to the Creator from our nature which is all ego. Who is Pharaoh? My nature. It is not somebody who is out there, somewhere.

12. S. (32:23) In the spiritual work we do in the 10, would it not be possible for us to turn to the Creator, come to Pharaoh, and not to wait for Him to ask because I choose to go to Pharaoh?

R. Listen, we are never first. It is always, “I Am, first and I Am, last,” as the Creator says. We are somewhere in between.

S. When the child is afraid and holds on to the father's hand, and he says ‘come with me because I’m first,’ but I tell him to come out, I don't wait for him to tell me, I ask him to come to Pharaoh with me.

R. No, it is not going to happen like this. Otherwise we’ll attain nothing. We have to discover that the Creator is working behind the scenes, he is working under concealment. But we have to discover our desires. We have to discover what is good, what is evil and what we prefer. We cannot do it without this. Otherwise there is not going to be any work, no good force or bad forces within us, we are not going to own them. So even though the Creator orchestrates everything and we gradually discover that we do not have anything besides Him but this appears after we make efforts.

S. I thought that if the Moses in me is afraid of going to Pharaoh so I ask the Creator to help me. This is what I thought.

R. Ask, no problem. Ask him to help you reach the Creator. Everything will fall into place.

13. S. (34:56) My heart is desiring but my reasoning, intellect is warning me to be cautious. How can we combine these two contradictory states on the middle line?

R. It’s not your reason that tells you to be cautious, it’s your ego. You tell yourself, “I’ll go slower, maybe not go this way but go that way, you activate your beastly mind, and you’re trying to use this to research things in the upper world. Go ahead, try. And in a while which could be a few weeks or a few years, you’ll find out that this is not ultimately the right approach. The approach should be, as we’ve learned, to be like Nachshon who jumps into the sea. And this is what we need. Maybe not like a nose driver, but a cry.

Reading 56 (36:42 - 38:17) twice

14. R. Just don’t forget that we have one source, one goal before us, and we need to relate ourselves only to this single force and this is how we advance to Him. If you do not forget that there is none else besides Him, that it is only Him as a goal for everything, then we are saved from making mistakes and the other problems. And we advance correctly. This must be the case. As it is says “even if I walk in the valley of death, I shall not see evil because You are with me.”

15. S. (39:17) In this excerpt Baal HaSulam writes that to the extent that a person sees that there is another force besides the Creator, so he’s in exile in Egypt and when one stops seeing the two forces, he stops being there. We also say that the main thing is the feeling that there is none else besides Him. Is there any advice that allows us to accurately remember this during the day as much as possible, for as long as possible?

R. The moment that we leave the Creator, forget about Him, get away from the Creator, disregard Him to that extent at that moment Pharaoh awakens. So we have to, in our life, always have to feel at what stage -- or more correctly -- under what leadership are we, the Creator or Pharaoh? It's one of the two. If I'm not here nor there, I do not belong to the spiritual system at all. I am just an animal. The human is always under the rule of the Creator or under the rule of Pharaoh and it is the same upper force, either it is His posterior or His face, he is playing with me this way or that way.

16. S. (41:06) For several days you have stressed that we need to work strongly between us towards the Creator with the help of the excerpts. What should we be pressing on right now?

R. We need the same as we discussed before, the connection between us. Where we want to discover our structure that is suitable for the revelation of the Creator. I am interested in all of us in the 10, that we all enter the 10, and build such connection between us, where each of us and all of us together get to know the Creator. We don’t know what that is but the force of bestowal that we want to dwell between us, that it appears so much so that we begin to feel that it exists in and of itself, independent of ourselves. We build it and build it in the relations between us to the extent of the mutual bestowal between us and we certainly see that -- no, it has the right of existence of its own. How can that be possible? It is very simple, what happens when we give birth to a child? How does it happen that the drop of sperm from the father and the egg of the mother meet and then it has its own life, its own body, soul. The same happens here. We will talk about it and we will work on it but this is how it happens.

S. What does it mean the Creator has its own life, inside and outside of the ten?

R. This I cannot say, whether it exists on its own or not, but what I say is that we make Him, give birth to Him, it is born from our efforts and there is no Creator without the created beings. We can feel Him only inside the connection between us.

17. S. (44:20) Baal HaSulam writes, ‘come to Pharaoh, it is the Shechina in disclosure.’ What does Shechina have to do in the disclosure with ‘come to Pharaoh?’ How are these two connected?

R. The place of the created beings that is ready to receive the revelation of the Creator is called Shechina, Divinity. What appears in that place is called the Creator. That is how we should divide this -- Kli and light. We build the Kli so the relationships between us in this kli will be in order to bestow and through mutual bestowal that we try to do, from that comes the fulfillment from above, the light which dresses into the relationships between us. This is called the Creator, BoReh, come and see.

S. Is “Come to Pharaoh” an action, and what is the Shechina doing with this action?

R. “Come to Pharaoh” is the action we have to do between us, to build the place for the revelation of the Creator. And then the Creator appears in the correct connection between us. All the rest is only words which I don't want to get confused with, you won't understand anything.

18. S. (46:34) You said that we are under the control of the Creator or Pharaoh and when we pray to the Creator with the 10, we are in constant connection with Him, we pray, turn to Him and attribute everything to Him. We feel this connection with the Creator but when we are governed by Pharaoh, how is it expressed? What is Pharaoh’s governance, really?

R. Pharaoh’s governance is when the ego pushes us, controls us, separates us from each other and it is all in order to have something to overcome, to get annoyed over it and ask the Creator to help us defeat him. And also to use him in this way because if it was not for the ego, how would we be able to build something opposite to it? In other words, the Creator has to build the opposite form to spirituality so we would be incorporated in the opposite form. He would place in that opposite form some light and we would feel that we are suffering, we feel bad. That from the little bit of light He shines that we feel, and then we would feel darkness and then we want more light and He says, ‘no, more light would be the light of bestowal, the light of love.’ So do you really want it? Then try to want it and try to ask. Then I will give you. He gives a little bit in order to exist, so we can connect on the degrees of still, vegetative, and animate. Even on the speaking level, where we connect, multiply, build something. Afterwards we see that all our building in this world, when we connect and we come to the concept of a family, society, we are not successful. And we see that from one point onwards, it becomes bad. In society and in the family, what can we do? There is nothing we can do, we have to understand from this that we have to connect in a different way, in order to bestow. Because in order to receive, we received these things and it works in the nature of this world but the Creator keeps it alive because the Creator added into the vital force, the Creator gives the still, vegetative, and animate nature the desire to bestow and as a result there is life and multiplication. But what we want beyond that, that does not exist, it is not there. It can only be there in return for our exertion. This is what happens, this is what we have to understand from nature and continue onward.

S. When we pray to the Creator from the center of the 10 and so on, we are not under the rule of Pharaoh when we are in a dialogue with the Creator, turning to him?

R. Of course, we are constantly governed by Pharaoh, so what? Why does it disturb you?

S. At least we want to be, some of the time, with the Creator to relate everything to Him, not leaving his hand.

R. For the time being, we are not leaving Pharaoh, he gives us all the vitality, we cannot leave Pharaoh, we have to grip him, hold onto him because without Pharaoh we have no life. But in our reason, we already start to understand that somehow there is life above death, as it’s called, ‘above Pharaoh,’ bit by bit.

19. S. (51:30) What are the vessels we take from the Egyptians and how?

R. Without the vessels of reception in Egypt, we use them with the intention to receive, the reception in order to receive, this is the work in Egypt, and when we come out of Egypt we take the same desires to receive and outside of Egypt we begin to dress them into the intention to bestow, of course there are many forms and manners here and we will see, this is not a problem.

20. S. (52:28) Are we the tools of the game of the Creator, how do we relate to that?

R. Of course it is, the Creator is the director and we are the actors and He activates us. For who and for what? To show us what a beautiful world he has made and how we’re all good actors. And this will be revealed at the end of correction.

21. (53:09) Do we create the Creator? How can we ask from Him when He is still not before he exists?

R. I did not understand, please explain.

R. It doesn't exist from our perspective.

S. So how do we ask Him if He doesn't yet exist between us?

R. This is important even though He is a concealed force it is a God that hides. We still have to look for Him in the dark and to ask, not that He will be revealed but that I will know how even in the dark I am assisted by Him even if I walk in the shadow of death, I will not fear you, for you are with me. We still have to use the Creator in all of the states and specifically in the states of darkness, so why do we turn to Him? Because the kabbalists teach us what it is like in this world, what does a child know, when he's told something he doesn't understand anything, but we tell it to do this or to do that, look at your father or your mother and to do this. It is how we learn. Gradually the hearts follow the actions and we begin to understand why and what for and we begin to connect this action with that action, and begin to see the intellect behind everything and this is how we advance.

Excerpt 57 (55:57)

22. R. So we have no choice but to go together with the Creator to Pharaoh and to learn from the Creator, how to work with Pharaoh, but we will have to work with Him as there is no other way. Pharaoh is revealed to each one in his own personal way and in all kinds of ways and only through the group can we establish the form of the Creator and the form of Pharaoh. They stand opposite one the other and have to constantly yearn to be in adhesion with the Creator, although by this I also have to recognize Pharaoh as well. Here we have seven years of satiation and seven years of hunger meaning the Creator's governance in Pharaoh’s governance they work one on top of the other. Then we see that Pharaoh’s role is to bring us to contact, to adhesion with the Creator. He is a faithful servant and there is none more faithful to the Creator than Pharaoh.

S. It's not clear if each one has his own Pharaoh?

R. You can't compare your perception of the world to someone else's as each one has their own 10 personal attributes.

S. What is a common prayer of the ten then what does this mean?

R. How do you pray in public for example when you walk into some place where people are crying out to heaven, how can this be as each one has his own heaven and each one has its own problem?

S. So only the appeal is common?

R. We turn to Him for connection.

S. How to identify what is common to us in the 10 more?

R. I don't really understand.

S. There is a part that is my appeal to ask to overcome the Pharaoh and then there is the mutual appeal that we need to find that area around which we can all connect, how to find that?

R. If there were no differences you wouldn't connect as well, precisely because there are differences love will cover all the crimes How can there be love, meaning a power of connection without differences, without the necessity to connect nonetheless, when you see how opposite you are and how opposite we are from one another that we have no choice as we still have to feel spiritual life instead of this life of the animals, the life on the level of humans similar to the Creator so we have to connect, but how do we connect? You come to a state where you have no choice.

S. How to obtain more connection with the friends that's even opposite, but more connection?

R. What do you mean more connection?

S. We are connected by say 1% now as this is where we see the differences. How did we come to 2% of connection as we see there is work for more connection?

R. If you feel the difference between 1 and 2% of connection then you need to pray.

S. How to get to recognize that there is more of a difference?

R. You tried to be more connected and discover how incapable you are, discovering how you don't even understand what it means to be more connected, but that the effort engenders in you the drive to turn to him.

S. How can there be an investment that is beyond the connection that exists now, right now I feel some connection?

R. And you are happy with this.

R.

24. S. (01:05:46) You said we are together with Pharaoh but we also are together with our friends, what is the difference between them?

R. We are together with the friends and we are together with Pharaoh and together with the Creator, it depends upon where we position ourselves. With respect to the Pharaoh and the Creator and we are in between. This is your decision to make, each day you have to strengthen yourselves, directly toward the Creator and you will see that Pharaoh will help, he is a help made against you, he will help in everything as he really wants adhesion with the Creator too and in the end he comes to it. We basically, seemingly cancel him but we only cancel the intention to receive and receive all the vessels from him. Where did all the people of Israel when they came out of Egypt, from where did they get the vessels of silver, gold and all of the things that they took from Egypt in order to build the temple? The temple of the Jews was built directly from Pharaoh's house, Pharaoh's palace but it was inverted, and built the temple of the Creator, nothing is missing there only the intention to bestow, the material is the same.

25. S. (01:14:10) In the answer before, you said, “Even if I walk in the valley of darkness,” what does that mean?

R. It is from Psalms. Even if we walk in complete darkness we have to hold on to the Creator and walk continually in this way. You can find it in Psalms, it is a known Psalm. “Even if I walk in the shadow of the Valley of Death I will not fear death for you are with me. 26. S. (01:15:41) Sometimes we say we are adhered to Pharaoh, sometimes we say we have to go to Pharaoh, what does it depend upon?

R. When do we go to Pharaoh and when do we go to the Creator?

S. Sometimes we hear from you, we are always in Pharaoh.

R. Of course we are in nature which is all Pharaoh, all the will to receive which envelops us from every direction, enveloping, governing, managing us on one hand and on the other we have to connect to Him. The fact that I am in nature doesn't mean I am accepting correctly all of its laws wanting to connect through it to the Creator. As a matter of being there and there's a matter of how we accept it. There is a big difference, the whole wisdom of Kabbalah is how to correctly accept the nature we are in, this is all of the wisdom of Kabbalah, you don't change anything, you change your attitude, your perception of the world that you are in. Nothing changes you will eat or store, there are many verses that talk about how you don't really change anything besides your perception. This is why the wisdom of Kabbalah is called the wisdom of reception how you receive the reality that you are in and you can't really change reality. It is as if, so you are in the universe right now so do something to the universe. This is what we discover that we are in nature's laws which are called the Creator or call them Pharaoh. It doesn't matter if it depends on you, it is from your perspective. So it is about how you receive it.

S. Is there any state where we detach from Pharaoh or we’re always bonded to him?

R. It all depends on how you accept it, either Pharaoh or the Creator. They are two opposite forms of one higher force. It all depends upon the individual, if you receive to the extent he reveals it and accepts it with faith above reason that in everything he discovers the Creator then it is as if Pharaoh disappears. Pharaoh is the incorrect form of how you see the Creator. But to the extent that you change and improve and discover your forces in order to bestow you see that the whole world is in bestowal, the whole world is in love and there is None Else Besides Him, so there is no Pharaoh. And what does the Creator say, “Come to Pharaoh for I have hardened his heart” because by revealing Pharaoh as something worse and worse in creation I only want to compel you, the created beings to reveal me.

27. S. (01:20:15) There is a quote from Psalms that reminds us of light shining from the darkness. How do we come to that?

R. You will advance and see right now everywhere you turn, you see there's something to live for, let us hope you come to a state that unless you are in the power of bestowal, you are only in darkness, not being in the force of bestowal today, but in the force of reception it still shines. This is how you look at it with your eyes, if you correct your vision.

S. How do I come to such a state where there's no difference between light and darkness

R. It is on the condition that you have complete faith and light of Mercy that you see everywhere the power of bestowal. It is according to the power of bestowal that you develop in yourself.

28. S. (01:21:34) When we ask for help from the Creator in what specific way does he help us, what happens?

R. The Creator has many forms, He might drop you, He might beat you up, you regret even being born or being alive, you curse everything and it could be the opposite. These are different forms of learning. But without going from black to white and from white to black and so on, by this we build our vessels because the vessel has to consist of coarseness which is darkness and from light, from greatness and this is why we have to go through all of our path of ascents and descents, ascents and descents.

29. S. (01:22:24) It seems the process of our entire life is built to get to this deficiency, the excerpt speaks about. If we understand and realize that we are prisoners of Pharaoh we are still filled with admiration to the Creator because we start seeing His strategy. Does this strategy help us come out of this state of prison, how are we helped by the Creator's strategy?

R. We constantly hold on to the group and in the group we build the form of the Creator. As it is written, “You have made me.” If we engage every day and want to depict the group in which we design the image of the Creator, the form of the Creator, by this we approach revealing Him in truth. Let us try it and do it thoroughly, write it down and tomorrow before the lesson let us talk about it, we have 20 or 30 minutes before the morning lesson. Let us decide for example that we have to set it up, each group has 15 minutes when you connect during the day.

S. Some meet twice, some three times.

31. S. (01:29:50) What are the vessels we have to take from Pharaoh's palace to build the temple?

R. When a person comes to his Egypt he receives there, with time vessels in order to receive, a desire to receive, bigger and bigger. In the beginning he gets this desire gladly, he feels good about being rich and getting to know everything, like this whole world. Later he starts acknowledging this is in our future in this world. That everything we have acquired we haven't done anything for ourselves. We actually built a prison for us and by that we have built the true exile and we can't escape it, it is burying us, it is binding us. Even though we have done so many seemingly good things for ourselves, these things start controlling us and we see it in our lives. We work in order to acquire things to buy things and to later to keep these things, to maintain and keep them, working on my apartment, home, school, the car and helping at kindergarten for the children and so many other things that you have to work on. A person starts to see that he is a servant. Previously he thought he was going to arrange his life for his own good, later he sees he has reached a state where he wants to rest and enjoy his life, but no way, as he is working more and more. We see what is happening in humanity, women are working as well and all the time he is in debt, in short he is like a slave. That is slavery. Until he reaches a state that it is never over. Humanity is beginning to think, what are we going to get when we come out of this blow? Will we spread money from a helicopter or will we do something else? In the meantime the pandemic is here and who knows what is on its way, and we will see we are in a state that we built, as a bad state and this is well-known for everyone. What am I trying to say? That we have to understand that both the negative and the positive sides, both the wisdom of Kabbalah is being revealed, why? Because this world enters the state where you can talk to people about it where is previously you could not, this is written in the books of Kabbalah and why it is being revealed now by these two forces that appear in nature, on one hand Pharaoh and on the other hand the Creator, these two forces help us advance to the final correction. S. In the article it says we have to reach a suffering in quantity and quality so can we hasten this time with dissemination on a worldwide scale?

R. Yes through dissemination all over the world we can certainly advance because our advancement within our groups, our tens is an advancement of quality and if we spread out the notion about the correction of the world, broadly to the whole world, we also perform dissemination of quantity. It will become much easier to reach the corrections, because to the extent that we spread out this notion in large quantities to human beings they absorb these notions of knowledge and even though, even if they don't do anything with it, that they just externally know about it and enters their ear and comes out immediately. It is still very important in this way we are advancing and we are advancing along with them because the hero is in quantity, big masses of people, millions of people. For us it is five, six, seven, eight, thousand people and that is how it will stay as this is the ratio, we are the minority. Spreading out the wisdom of Kabbalah for the broad public will help us advance as well. Very much so and the whole world as well.

32. S. (01:37:11) If we could understand exactly or precisely the come unto Pharaoh Process, does this mean to turn to a deeper desire, in the center of the ten?

R. Come to Pharaoh means a person has to turn to the place of his ego which is also in the center of the ten and it starts working on it. That's why the Creator tells him come to Pharaoh, look how they are tied together these two - Pharaoh and the Creator

33. S. (01:37:59) My question is, how to use the vessels that we take out of Egypt to make sure they are of service for building the temple?

R. These are the same desires to receive, there is only the light and vessels, the vessel is the will to receive if it's in order to receive it’s in Egypt, it's just a name, if we pass it from Egypt to a different place, it means that the will to receive, from in order to receive, we use it to in order to bestow. Meaning we are passing on to the land of Israel, the land is a desire and Israel is Yashar-Kel, straight to the Creator and we use all these desires in order to receive in order to bestow to the Creator, that's the thing, but the desire is the same desire that the Creator created, He didn't create a few desires, he created one desire.

34. S. (01:39:42) How does the synchronization between Creator and Pharaoh work in the Ten, what should we do in the Ten?

R. We need understand that this forces work with us in the right communication between them and we have to be in between them and to pass as much as possible from Pharaoh to the Creator from in order to receive the way we use our desires to in order to bestow through the group, through the friends and through the whole world as much as we can and by that we give contentment to the Creator. Meaning all in all the direction in our work is the creator to give him contentment, He doesn't need the work or the desire, all these things, rather our relation. Why to the extent that we pass on our relation to Him we come closer to Him, we become like Him and that's the purpose of creation, to work in a way that we reach His level, to be like Him.

35. S. (01:41:27) To continue what everybody is asking about today. We're envious of you Rav, that like we say that envy helps us to advance, so the way you understand, attain and feel we also want to understand how to reach that point of truth. That we can understand that we get the right answers from above from our requests?

R. The answer only comes to the ones who are persistent. Every day in the lesson, everyday connected to the friends, everyday reading some articles from Rabash and that's how we advance. That's it, and sometimes sit with the friends, talk to the friends we attain something more or less of a feeling meaning advancement, change and that's how we advance. Nothing more.

S. I wanted to ask about the vessel that we need to change the mind and heart meaning, if we in our studies, we hear the point in the heart, the friends are in my heart so if we know that the heart is the place of our desires, how can I know if my heart is right or not?

R. Besides you no one can know that you have to feel that the friends are in your heart. Make an effort and all the time think about it, that they stand in your heart and there when they stand in your heart you want the Creator to be there as well and everything will only be in your heart both the friends as a vessel and the Creator as a fulfilment. 36. S. (01:44:16) If I heard correctly we feel the Creator's light in our nature in our world. How will we feel the light after we exit Egypt?

R. I can't tell you how, I can't say, it's something you can't pass emotions, impossible. These emotions, we have nothing like that, that's why I can't give you an example, it's impossible. About this it is said; taste and see that the lord is good. If you taste it then you feel it.

37. S. (01:45:23) We saw that the hardening of Pharaoh's heart is happening by the Creator so we will fear him and turn to Him. Is there a connection between that and the process we read about in Shamati No.70 with the strong and mighty hands, is that where we received the Creator's mighty hand or is that the..?

R. No, no. we shouldn't connect these two things together. We don't yet know how to do it, how to connect them together properly. We shouldn’t, it will come. Also let's not go to these high fantasies, let's work where we are.

38. S. (01:46:44) If everything is Him so evil can only be done by man. The good I understand. What is that evil that man can do?

R. What are you asking about? Where do you read this thing so I can also read it and answer or maybe repeat your question?

S. You're saying that everything comes from Him, the Creator, if so the true evil can only come from man, the good that man do I can understand, but the fact that man can do evil, what is that evil he can do?

R. But he thinks that through bestowal he will be better off and that's why he's seemingly ask for vessels of the bestowal, but what he really means is that he wants to feel better, to be better for us this two things are connected. 40. S. (01:49:32) How does the plea to the Creator from the shattered heart, from being despaired of his own forces. How does it become an equivalence of form with the Creator when He reveals Himself?

R. If we pass our desires through our feelings through our desires all the desires are under the complete control of the Creator. That’s how it's all felt by that we change divinity and then it turns out that this is how we make changes in the Creator.

S. But man is only crying out from feeling bad, from being in despair that he can't do anything, it's not all the will to receive?

R. Yes, it’s the will to receive, so what? The Creator feels everything, that’s what he created the will to receive.

S. So where does it inverted? Where does Pharaoh stop being in control, because it seems that even here Pharaoh is in control?

R. I don't really understand this form. Both Pharaoh and the Creator, these two form of the will to receive are under the upper force the upper light, so?

R. As much as possible, there is no limit to the cry, it is all according to my pain. And my pain, I have to multiply it with the pain of the group, the pain of humanity, with the pain of the Creator and then I have no problem. I can cry out the whole time.

R. Yes, a Ten is like the entire humanity. It’s the same system. S. It sounds like two opposites, the hardening giving me forces.

R. Yes of course because I turn, I ask, I demand, as a result of what? The hardening of the heart when I see I have no strength.

S. You answered that you have to connect it to the hardening of the heart of the group, the humanity, the Creator, how do you do it?
