And therefore upon these vessels the 4th phase has an influence on them. Therefore, the Malchut which stands here at the end of the Partzuf, rises and limits this Partzuf so that the upper light will be able to spread only until the Parsa. That is why the restriction that Malchut, that was in the Sium and rose to halfway of Tiferet, this restriction is called the second restriction, Tzimtzum Bet. The rising of Malchut to Bina.
