1. R. (00:16) I want to remind that this is the writings of Baal HaSulam and he writes this in a very direct and precise manner that we need to receive his words, his discernments in a correct manner where he writes Israel, first of all Yashar Kel, direct to the Creator that it doesn't mean which nation he belongs to, gender or culture if he yearns to come closer to the Creator according to the equivalence of his qualities of bestowal of the Creator which is also what a person wants to have as his own qualities than he is called Israel. Again, if he wants the quality of bestowal to control him, rein him and guide him in every state in life, according to that inclination he is called Yashar Kel direct to the Creator, Israel. If he does not yearn for that then he is called the nations of the world.

2. S. (01:54) You said we need to read a few introductions from Baal HaSulam in order to better understand TES as we are now reaching the end of this article of the introduction to Zohar. Can you give us the main points of this article so that we can better understand TES?

R. In this introduction you can read Item one where he talks about in his introduction where he talks about wanting to clarify certain things. We are going to clarify that everyone wants to scrutinize but everyone tried to clarify them and yet they're still not capable of doing so. This is what our essence is and what is the process that we go through, what is our purpose, and so on and so forth. He asks many questions there and then besides those questions he enters into another form of questions which are investigations that in order to clarify those questions he needs to investigate them first. Then he begins his explanation in this introduction and eventually that is what we are coming to right now. What we need to do is to end in a manner which the Creator is guiding us from above and inevitably we either willingly or unwillingly in agreement with him need to do this from below. All together from this point onwards we are coming to the summary of the whole introduction of why all together he opened and wrote it.

Item 67 (04:10) Letter 67

'When a person from Israel enhances and dignifies his internality, which is the Israel in him, over the externality, which are the nations of the world in him, that is, he dedicates the majority of his efforts to enhance and exalt his internality...

3. R. (06:05) Meaning a man from Israel meaning one who has a tendency, an inclination to come to connection with the Creator Yashar Kel meaning direct to the Creator, I am seeking to translate these words and asking that people translate them correctly.

(06:05) Meaning if we respect the yearning for the Creator and carry this out on our own, we are somehow influencing the whole world it is not that we are obliging them to go and follow us but that they will also have an awakening to feel and understand somehow in their thoughts and feelings that they will begin to be interested in that direction as well. How to reach the revelation of the Creator.

(06:58) If they're our friends amongst us who really want to reach the revelation of Creator can only be according to the equivalence the form they need to change their nature from receiving to in order to bestow, they go for it and then later left to return to fill their egos to the end of their lives.

(08:19) What are we learning from this, that if people receive an inclination to reveal the Creator to come closer to him which is called Israel, those desires in them, then they fall or leave and return to care for their egos, they are causing also externally as they are influencing all of the world that also the world will go in the direction of the corporeal ego rather than the spiritual purpose. Meaning, all of the people that receive an inclination towards the Creator and engage in that are operating towards drawing also all of humanity after them and if they fall and aim themselves already towards corporeality, towards the egoistic desire then the world also is in that tendency afterwards. It is very important where a person that receives from above some relationship with the Creator whether he continues on this path or leaves.

9. S. (09:56) What does it mean to increase the externality?

R. That you are busy with the Olympics in Japan rather than our morning lesson, you saw yesterday until midnight the Olympics and that is why today you didn't come to the morning lesson. Is that okay, is that clear to you?

S. What about things that have to do with work and family?

R. Do what is necessary as there is no choice but it is all having to do with your decision. Don’t think that you can stand before the upper trial and come to the courthouse above and tell them that you could or couldn't, those forces that place you before all kinds of campaigns know exactly who you are, what you are, what you are given and how you need to respond. It is not with your intellect now to give excuses whether you can or cannot. Do not think that you will be able to succeed in that upper trial.

10. S. (11:35) What is the influence on the world of a friend who leaves the path?

R. Just like you read that even a person who leaves the path and prefers corporeality over spirituality causes the whole world to also prefer corporeality over spirituality. To what extent? To the extent there is a common denominator, a force between those who are called Israel, Yashar Kel direct to the Creator and those who are drawn to our corporeal pleasures.

S. If it happens, how can the others who continue on the path complete it?

R. They can't, there is free choice according to this, as much as we can we need to bring back their importance towards the matter but it is not something you can buy with money.

S. That with respect to the friend but with respect to the world if someone leaves and it has a certain influence on the world can others who are continuing on the path somehow make up for his place with respect to the world?

R. No, that which every single person does is only he who can corrupt or correct, each has his soul and his free choice and only in prayer can we somehow correct the situation. Yes, each and every one is the causality of good or bad and this is why there are calculations for each and every one and the correction stems from there.

S. If a friend leaves, why does he affect humanity negatively?

R. Because out of all of his desires he has a point in his heart and with this point you could have come closer to the Creator and in this correct the world, that the world is also going after him and something, drawn after him and he could have progressed more. Specifically those who have a great force of opposition later on do great spiritual work and become great. this is how it happens that we need to have sorrow for each and every one but along with this we are not allowed to hold them by force because the spiritual judgment says we need to speak to them twice that if the donkey falls you need to twice place it back on its feet and put the load back on him and if it falls again we can't use him you leave him and stop.

S. Not to be sorry about someone who left,

R. That's how we speak simply, this is our work in any case to warn and speak in this way.

S. What does it mean that he left, that he is here and not in the study?

R. ….You need to understand the group is closer to you than the Creator, first you reach connection with the group and because of the group you reach connection with the Creator. So to be 100% straight with the friends that you don't want to cause corruption in this society so you need to be with them truly with an open heart.

12. S. (20:38) If the matter of Israel is that you will go down words then he says that also the externality in the whole world is going to rise up and increase over Israel and lower them to the dust, according to your opinion ….?

R. S. The question is how can we, even in dissemination, overcome a huge obstacle that we didn't even manage to move a millimeter so far, how are we doing this as we talked about dissemination all the time and we see that it's increasing that they're working in externality all the time. You're saying at some point, what will the end be?

R. It all depends ultimately on our group if we desire strong enough for the goal, in that we will influence all of the circles around us.

S. So let us do this, we're doing a lot of work each morning, are we moving things towards correction?

R. Yes, but at the moment we are not allowed to see this because we will take pride, to blow up with pride and think about how much you deserve it.

13. S. (23:27) To continue what you said about the upper courtyard, how does a person know he's working optimally with the conditions he receives?

R. 14. R. (28:03) Understood? A few thousand years ago, let's say three and a half thousand years ago in Babylon there was a division, a separation made between part of the people that accepted the method of Abraham that need to reach love your neighbor as yourself, which is actually the nature of the Creator and part who did not accept it and they continue to love themselves and develop in that. That is when they were divided into a small group and the authority of Abraham disconnected and went on its way and the others continued there. That was done in history and later in this group that is called Israel Yashar Kel There were all sorts of events, chaos, the ego doesn't let these people advance nicely or correctly into the direction of the Creator, the intention to bestow, love some fall off before the entrance to Egypt, after the entrance to Egypt. They divided themselves into 12 tribes, 10 tribes disappeared and went in different directions and to this day it is unknown about them as only two tribes remain and these today are called Jews throughout the world. Within them we have a small group that always existed from that same ancient Babylon that wanted to progress to the intention to bestow in love our friends and love of others.

They are called Kabbalists because they received everything that Abraham taught them and that is how it is until this day. Very few people that are in each and every generation, today it is revealed more and more to all of humanity, as it is written ‘my house shall be called a house of prayer to all nations’, that all of humanity shall feel that only in fulfilling and implementing ‘love your neighbor as yourself’, this is what Abraham taught, nothing else besides this as only “love your neighbor as yourself” will humanity be able use to correct itself and reach the purpose of creation which is above our corporeal life. Rather it is all spoken about spiritual life and not dependent on the body, not on our physical body, rather our soul. In this process he says the problem is such that each one that belongs to this desire in him to come closer to the Creator, then he brings good to the world, if he let’s go of this desire, by that he is causing disasters to all of the world. It turns out that those people that have a tendency for the Creator that according to this tendency or called Israel, Yashar Kel direct to the Creator they bring forth good for the world or bad. This is why the whole world instinctively, relates towards them all the bad things and if something happens, certainly it happens because somehow they are to blame and each and every person in the world feels, he doesn't need to understand this with his intellect as he feels that this is what is happening because we through the system of Adam HaRishon are all connected to one soul.

There is no choice here as those who are aimed toward the Creator cause good to the world and the world ascends with them together. If they want to leave the direction towards the Creator they cause bad to the world and the world accordingly starts to relate to them as bad. That is why everything is caused only by Israel defining it for being so. Only through that and this is why to say that the Jews all over the world are not to blame, this is not true because of course they are to blame, that they want to come closer to “love your friend as yourself ". The world through this eventually follows them and this is why we must as much as possible to the world and especially to the people and the Jews among them that our goal is to reach love your friend as yourself and without that we won't be able to exist correctly. Today we will feel ourselves existing truly before this trial.

15. S. (34:46) Why is it written by a stranger of the nation?

R. Ger is not Goy, Goy means nation in Hebrew, Goy, ordinary nation, and Holy Goy, one directed to the Creator, so there is a holy Goy and an ordinary Goy, it is not a bad word it is simply a word that is translated as such, that even Israel is called Goy. The Holy Goy in the land, as holy means disconnected from corporeality and connected to spirituality.

16. S. (36:10) How was creation arranged before Israel?

R. There was nothing. You are speaking about the period of Adam, 5800 years, say the Stone Age or the Bronze Age, didn't have cars or internet, people lived in caves. What is the difference between those, man is man, the main thing is what is inside of him. You can say of ancient Babylon that is about 3 1/2 to 4000 years ago and even beforehand that there were different cultures that we are talking about things that are closer to this. Let us say Abraham and Babylon were 2000 something before the count.

S. There's no channel between the Creator and the Creator being?

R. There always is connection because He is in creation, but from the created beings to the Creator there were instinctive reactions that each person when he wants something, when he cries he awakened desires that are in the system, nothing more than that. There was no Torah meaning the wisdom that explains to you how the world is filled and what network of connection, what system in the world has then from the upper force, what did he create in us, what does he want from us and what is he want to perform towards him, all of these things are called Torah that didn't exist then.

17. S. (39:34) What is the purpose that in the end the people of Israel that there is internal and external Israel?

R. Because the whole world is all arranged according to the degrees of the desire to receive and as much as the desire to receive is greater or refined, from this we have the ladder of degree. We don't count the nations of the world as being more or less because ultimately if everyone is on the intention to receive then there is nothing to count in them. We are only talking about degrees that when we begin to rise to the intention to bestow then we can begin to speak of degrees of ascent. We will clarify this more. 18. S. (41:12) The world is divided into three parts CBD HGT NHY why no Keter and Malchut?

R. The world is divided into five parts KHBZAM because Keter belongs to the upper force and the other is received from the bestowing force such we can only count these forces, these discernments that received HBZAM and not Keter. There are divisions, and there are even more divisions that we will learn too.
