Close To The Creator During a Descent

1. Rav’s Introduction:

How can we get closer to the Creator? This is actually all of our work in this world. This in general and in all of the world to the extent that we get closer to the Creator we’re seemingly rising on the ladder of degrees 125 degrees, five Olamot. Each Olam includes five Partzufim and each Partzuf includes five Sefirot and then we rise through 125 degrees from our lower most states to our higher most states, this is our work that we need to do. Part of this work, we do it while we exist here during the time of preparation as we call it in this world and part of it we do when we are already in a different form, in the upper worlds. This depends on the kind of the soul and how much it requires this world in order to rise in the spiritual degrees and how much it specifically needs to be in the upper worlds in order to rise but nevertheless our inclination, our movement our work is to constantly try to be in ascents towards the Creator. 

It is always with greater connection on top of the egoistic will to receive that is revealed and on top of us feeling ourselves each time more distant than before because one who is greater than his friend, one who is higher in his degree his inclination is greater. Therefore he feels himself as even more disconnected from the group from the friends and he has a greater opportunity to make an effort to advance along with his group, the group expands they start to feel how much they are also intermingled with the other groups and this is how we need to start working also. There are no ten on its own, rather all of our tens are interdependent. If a ten is in a descent or it's in an ascent or it doesn't even feel the state that it's in, it depends on its environment. Everything depends on its environment. We learned that there is the influence of the environment over the person so the influence of the environment on the entire ten is all of the other tens so we have to think also about how do we lift everyone? How did we influence everyone? 

If our work in coming closer to the Creator and the fundamental element in that, the cell, where there is no less than that, it is a ten, then we need to see how can we influence each in every ten and influence all of the other tens so that we will start to feel ourselves with this mutual dependency. Why am I talking about it now? Because in the Congress we started to feel this mutual influence of each other and this is good, it is a sign that we somehow have entered a new state, where before the Congress we were talking about it being only one ten - don't even think about the other tens - but only integrate, get into the ten. Now, we have to also nevertheless see how much we have this mutual dependency between the tens and how can we advance? All of the spiritual work is to raise the Shekinah from the dust as we call it that is Shekinah is the connection between us which is the general body of Adam HaRishon that was broken into pieces and we with our own force and with our prayer to the Creator asking from Him for the forces of connection, we want to come closer and connect and we ask of him that he will give us the forces, that he will perform this connection over us and this is how we raise the Shekinah from the dust as it is called. We bring closer the broken vessels between them even though they are all different and each time the shattering and the ego are revealed and then more and more as much as we are capable of overcoming the separation and putting them together. Therefore, it turns out that the Creator is distancing us more and more. He is giving us the burdening of the heart. He is giving us darkness, a greater feeling of darkness and it is actually from that same shattering that occurred before us, the shattering of the vessel of Adam HaRishon and we need to work on it each time. We have no other work, only to work on that. Of course, in order to get closer until we unite as one man in one heart meaning we're all in one desire, one intention and the Creator can be revealed fully completely in us, in this united Kli so we have to feel ourselves each time as separate. 

On top of the separation we come together so the Creator is revealed to us each time from the degree of zero we have a greater descent and then we have to rise to a greater connection and even greater descent and an even greater connection, in this is how they have to be equivalent, equal. The coarseness and the refinement and each time the descents are greater, it is so the ascents are greater but it is on top of the deeper descents so one who is greater than his friend is higher so his inclination, his broken desire is greater also. We need to understand that this is how we advance, here, we have to also add the correction of the intention. That our intention is not for us just to connect but rather by the fact that we connect between us we want to do you like the Creator that we are like children but spiritual children, we are doing it, we are taking baby steps like a little child who is taking some steps when he is kind of forced to walk so we are doing it in order to make our parents happy and so like we teach children we place the child ahead of us and we positioned him before us and he doesn't quite know how to move what to do. He's standing there looking at us and crying because now he's going to fall, then he doesn't know how to fall himself and this is how we feel ourselves but along with that we get guidance. How specifically in these states and also each shall help his friend so that we will hold each other and then we won't fall and then out of the fact that we hold each other we can also ask of the Creator that he will help us advance. Not each and everyone asks of the Creator that he will hold him and not let him fall anymore and that he will take him from that, he will give him a descent, the Creator will give him more for himself like we do with children. 

We ask of the Creator first of all to connect us. In the connection between us we reach a state where first of all we feel ourselves with relative corporeal confidence but the most important is that we can turn to the Creator and while turned to him and ask of him that he will help us take one step forward. This way we will do it. Like we do it with little children, we take his foot and we move it forward and then the other foot and we move forward. This way we do it with our hands so that he will feel what it means to advance because he doesn't know how to advance but he needs to do something with his feet, he doesn't understand that. Animals, and many once they're born they already are ready to walk but a human being, no. You can see, you can see how many months we grow as babies until we can stand on our feet and to take a step forward, we don't even understand that we can do it and in which form, which command should we give from our head to the feet, to the legs to move one feet and then the other foot, a person doesn't know. Look how much were not even built for this but rather gradually bit by bit the parents do the work for us and if not, if they wouldn't teach us how to walk, we would be walking like monkeys truly like monkeys. This is why here in the human, Adam, we have a special work of the grown-ups over the little ones. This is why we after the Congress feel nevertheless that we are in some state that is lesser in terms of our upliftment and lesser than our inclination to be connected towards the Creator than what we had before the Congress and this is considered that the Creator has pushed away from him so that in this present state we can take a step towards Him. How do we today take that step, take a serious, conscientious step from us to the Creator? First of all, this is what we need to do. Well I see that you already want to ask questions.

2. S. (12:43) You mentioned the connection between the tens. Does that connection occur in the same manner as between the friends in a single ten meaning Bitul, Arvut, T’fillah, prayer?

R. No. It is similar to it but not precisely this way because each and every ten needs to first of all exist and be alive with himself and first of all it should be concerned about it in itself inside, to be united bonded reaching greater connection each time and out of its increasing connection inside which is the primary condition it now starts to connect with all of the tens. It doesn't determine a particular ten because it might end up being indirect but rather we want to feel now how much we depend on all the other tens around us. How do we, our work feel, besides the responsibility for us being connected within the ten, also responsibility for us influencing bestowing our connection, our spirit towards connection to the other tens? For the time being not towards particular tens let's say from my region or according to my language but rather it's even with not without connecting with them physically corporeally. I take into account this environment so I reached a certain connection within my ten and now this connection, its development also depends on our connection with the other tens. 

Mostly I still think about my ten and I'm concerned about it but I know that in order to advance in the connection between us, in the bestowal between us so that the spirit of bestowal will live more and more between the friends in the ten, I also need the other tens, that I bestow to them influence them and they influence me. So much so that the distance between us, the lack of feeling between us that I don't feel them as I feel my friends that I'm already used to them, to be with them in the ten for a year let's say. Now, I need to try to discover that I depend on them and they depend on me and we are all drawn to the Creator that nevertheless there is the connection between us and a necessity for a connection between us. This is the second step I think. Now from where does it all stem? From the Congress let's say from these sensations that now we feel that we together can do something. People write to me about how inspired they are from the Congress we had and how much they feel already that it is cooling off, it is evaporating and disappearing in the mist and we don't have that same feeling anymore and this is why I decided today to talk about the advantage of light out of darkness. It is not revealed to us, what is revealed to us is not a descent but rather it is the left side of the ascent, the future, the coming ascents. We are entering a greater darkness, seeing greater separation between us in order to overcome it and to connect even more up to the connection that will be suitable for the revelation of the Creator in that connection. 

This is what we have and this is why I took this example of Kabbalists who tell us that how you teach the little children, that you take them and put them while far away from the father or the mother and they don't know what to do. They stand there on their feet but how to take a step forward, they don't know. Here, we have to help ourselves, how do we do it? You take the child's foot and we place it forward and then the other foot. We show him how to advance and this is how we also need to do it with ourselves. We need to see how the Creator is doing it on us but on the condition that we understand his work as much as possible and we come closer to him. The more we understand that the more we come closer to him and this is how he's showing us these actions by which we have to walk spiritual actions by which we can come closer to him. These actions are not just an action of moving your foot. Rather it's an emotional action, where do I discover that he's far away from me and that if I will make some movements, in motion with my desire I will come closer to him and the foot, the leg is part of the desire. The Reglaim, feet, are also called Meraglaim spies, that with them I feel how much I'm actually moving away from the Creator and through certain movements I can use my feet to get closer to the Creator so there are many things here. This is about our spiritual walking. I hope that we will carry out these actions and even more, that way we will feel our advancement and we will also feel these actions and practice. What is it that we need to do? How do we turn that state of remoteness to a state of closeness? Each time it's right and left. 

What does it mean far and close on the left, far and close on the right? This is how we will advance. More than that we advance to the Creator or move away from the Creator through the distance between us. Where do we have these feet? If we move away from each other, we get farther from the Creator. If we move closer to each other we move closer to the Creator. This is a kind of well, there is no exact match here between what we do in corporeality and in spirituality. Moving away coming closer moving away coming closer, each time we do it, like with breathing, the way we breathe in and breathe out inhale in the air and then we exhale the air, so this is how we do it. We absorb from our will and even greater will to receive that was in the shattering and not yet revealed to us and that we move away from each other. So much so that we will start to feel that where is our work where is the Creator's work and how much to what extent he is pushing us away from each other bringing new air to us and how much we then can work correctly with this new air and this is why our work is such.

3. S. (22:22) He makes a step backwards and waits for us to make a step forward towards him. That state, do we need to, all of us, to make a step, all the group as one or each ten individually and this step is it in connection between us or prayer to the Creator? What are we supposed to do so that the Creator will take our leg and put it forward?

R. It's a nice correct question however we need to do everything to try everything. Like a baby who doesn't know what to do he just stands there and he cries he doesn't know how to move and he also feels that if he will take some movement, he will fall and here the upper guidance Upper providence is really working on him. We want him to understand his state. We don't immediately help him because we want him to be the master of this action, to know how to move and it's the same with the Creator with us so even though we feel that we are in a certain descent and it is always this way ascents and descents, ascents and descents in our state.  We have to translate these states to the degree of connection between us or the degree of distance between us, the greater they are and how much we can enter distancing and connection, distancing and connection and ask of the Creator. He will perform these actions on us and that way we will advance quicker and that way we will determine our states both in the descents as well as in ascents. We also need to feel how much we are becoming more sensitive to the distances between us a bit more or a bit less and it's not in us becoming more friendly, that we're becoming pretty towards one another, no. Rather more sensitive to the inner distance between us, the direction is towards a single intention. Different desires, different character, even different expression, but the intention towards connection, that is what has to unite us. Furthermore, that we are also operating towards the world, we want to bring all the people in the world closer to the Creator because we belong to a group that is called Yashar Kel, straight to the Creator. We first of all, we're the first ones to penetrate towards the Creator. He gave us a desire to come closer to him and he's helping us to implement this desire, but the rest of humanity they have no direction just suffer and they don't know what's going on, how can they reach anything? How can they get out of all of this situation? 

You don't understand, maybe how much people in the world are helpless because they see no future. The future that they had was the material future that they were thinking that they can reach some achievement, maybe be a big manager or be rich or this and that and now it's all broken, all of one's future. So we have to explain to people we have to help them understand the correct goal and how we all belong to it and each one has a place there and this is why we are advancing together and we have to help them, the whole world. What else can I say? Connection that is the most important. This is why maybe you hear that we in Israel are, every once in a while we're all the time going through elections meaning we have I don't know how many maybe twenty political parties, not two like in the United States and we don't know whom to choose, who to vote for so when they ask me what would you propose to us? Whom should we vote for, who would you vote for, I don't know what to tell them but I tell them I would vote for the party that truly is turning towards connection between people above everything. Love covers all crimes so it's only connection on top of all of the differences and all of the things that there is such a party that wants to connect everyone, the whole world where at least the people in some country if there is such a party, I support it because this is truly those people are going along with the plan of creation, with connection and we two in each and every descent must choose greater connection.

4. S. (29:05) How do we connect to the heaviness in the heart with the intention to bestow?

R. Specifically with the heaviness in the heart we can reach a greater connection than what we had before because without this addition of coarseness, of heaviness, we will not reach a more powerful connection. This is why even though this heaviness is now seemingly hindering us from moving from our place, each one towards the friends in the ten, we need to perform all kinds of physical actions that will help us and later on from the physical action to the spiritual action, this is how we need to do it. We talk about it, read about it, to participate in the lessons more, this is what we need to do. That way, the heaviness will remain in us as a foundation, it becomes later, so that the more that we have coarseness it will become more refined. Until we have such refinement in which we will discover the Creator.

5. S. (30:37) We always say that we work on correcting the will to receive. As you have said, we also have to correct the intention. I thought the intention is something constant that always wants to reveal that Creator between us, that intention of unity can you explain?

R. The intention and the desire are two different things. Maybe it's not so clear to us yet but we need to mostly work on the intention. In the end we even replace the intention. Now we're studying about the intention to bestow it doesn't matter on top of which desire or whatever, the most important is that we will be aimed towards connection between us and later on connection with the Creator. After we truly acquire the intention to bestow which is called faith and it is above our reason, above our coarseness, above our will to receive so that the most important is the direction towards connection. Above the connection when we elevate ourselves above our coarseness let's say this is the coarseness and we're able to ascend that much now we have to work with this course meaning to take the coarseness from the smallest one from the coarseness of Shoresh Aleph Gimel Bet Dalet, and also to invert it to be in order to bestow. This is already work that comes to us after we have reached the degree of Bina, first Malchut rises to Bina this is called Katnut, infancy and this is of bestow and later on we start to work towards our desire in order to bestow to receive in order to bestow, these are already stages of Gadlut. Now for us it is only love covers all crimes meaning only now we have to just reach connection. It doesn't matter in which states. Only connection. This is considered that we want to rise to faith above reason.

6. S. (33:15) Dear teacher you started the lesson today from rising in the degrees and the Sefirot and then you talked about connection between the tens and now you said when the frequency of our connection will be such that we can reveal the Creator so it depends, these things depend on each other?

R. In the end it depends on my inner ten but in order to strengthen my inner ten in order for it to include all of the others because in the end my inner ten, I start to see that it is covering love reality that there is no more than ten Sefirot.  When we in this way absorb and absorb from the whole world while later on maybe not now, but we absorb from the whole world their desires, their problems, their qualities and we process them inside of us, in such a way, we expand. In such a way we grow. It will come. It will settle. There are not so many words here but we will feel it from our actions, from our practice.

S. But this degree of purity of refinement that you spoke of what's the minimum necessary for us?

R. Now we need to rise above all of the disturbances and problems and those kinds of relations between us that are hindering us from being in one heart but we elevate ourselves some consider that we are ignoring it but rather we are elevating ourselves meaning that what is important for us is the connection between us and all of our hearts with everything that we have and all of these hearts, it should not hinder us. It is the Creator who is doing it. He exists in our hearts. He's establishing it in our hearts so I accept all of these things as given to me and above it as it says that on top of all of the crimes, all of the hearts love covers the connection between us.

7. S. (35:48) The feeling of distance is a kind of a play of the Creator with us. You said that the sensitivity to the distance between us and the friends we need to take care of that. How do we do that?

R. How do we take care of what, increasing our sensitivity?

S. Yes between us and the friends.

R. When we become more sensitive to each other that's good. Against the distancing you should also feel closeness.

S. What and how do I approach a friend until about the distance that I feel rejection between us or what?

R. No, we need to all talk about it in the ten all of us, so connect you know you should get together and connect in the middle of the day whenever you can or maybe after the lesson and discuss how can you elevate yourselves above the feeling of rejection of distancing so that all of these feelings of revelation of the evil inclination which the Creator created on purpose in order for us to connect so that we will connect above it and this is how we will advance. That the more we will rise our coarseness will be greater. If we will not be able to overcome the present coarseness, we will not be able to rise. We will stay in the same state and even decline. There is no other choice but only to work each time only towards refinement, towards connection between us as much as possible to be in one heart on top of all of the disturbances that we have between us and the disturbances will grow bigger and bigger. If you will be rewarded with greater disturbances if you have the power because the Creator doesn't have a goal of throwing you away from whatever you achieve but rather if you're not worthy if you're not ready for extra connection then he doesn't give you extra coarseness and then you cannot advance.

S. Yes, I ask because usually the friends are afraid or don’t even agree talking about things in this kind of a direct manner and maybe more in a delicate set away but there is this taboo not to talk about these things.

R. Well there's no taboo regarding the spiritual states in the ten, the ten is more than a family. They should talk about everything they have between them and it all remains inside of the ten therefore there we need to have, we need to be as open as possible there and only in such a way will you start to feel that you are in one heart. The Creator to begin with chooses people, chooses souls so that they will be able to connect between them because later on we will discover why he did it and where we are, each and every ten in the system of Adam HaRishon. You will see it however well as much as each ten will discover itself. That it exists as a separate ten, a particular ten however it is whole in itself, to that extent we will discover who we truly are because now for the time being we have no record. Do you see we don't yet have this certificate, a passport for each ten that we still don't exist in a single image where we are all interconnected so that you can say about this ten that this is already ten complete Sefirot and they have their unique spiritual life.

8. S. (40:16) A question regarding the connection between the tens. A year ago after the European congress with your recommendation the tens from Petah Tikva connected with tens from Europe and we have a connection every day during the day. We dedicate fifteen minutes to the meeting with the ten from Italy so in light of your advice of reading the Rabash articles and someone had we continued that connects general?

R. I wouldn't stop the connection that we have already in any place with any ten but more and more maybe even expand it and not only with Italy but through this connection expand these things even more if you have time for it and the energy that strength while trying. I can't speak about your state because it is a particular state of a particular ten.

9. S. (41:29) The more we discover the Creator, he's so big and it feels like we're so small and insignificant in all of this reality to affect anything.

S. The question is how can something so tiny and inconsiderate, have an effect on something that is so big and eternal?

R. But it is only hidden from us. We are eternal we are whole we include within us the Creator, that same force that exists within us in a full manner and our Kli is a vessel that is holding him completely, fully however this state is hidden from us and we discover the state where we are all ten complete Sefirot and we also include the upper force, the Creator inside of us. We are in a will to receive and it is entirely with the intention to bestow between all of its parts and in such a connection between all of the parts it's also, he bestows to us and we out of the connection between us bestow to him and out of the connection between us we gradually learn how to bestow to him. I cannot bestow to the Creator more than I bestow to the friend to the ten, to the tens this is why it is called from the love of people to love of the Creator. In truth, but if not for the concealment we would find ourselves that we exist in the complete state and besides that complete state nothing else exists and the Creator created that complete state. Only later in order to teach us how to be in control of that complete state to be like him so he's teaching us like we teach little children to walk, bit by bit he's opening up for us truly from zero the ability to take part in the world that he created in the state in which he created us. This is what we do. 

Therefore all of the states that we discover are states that exist already. This is considered and “you eat the bread of old” that the Creator had prepared everything through the degrees of our understanding and attainment and this is how we advance. Everything is there ready for us and in truth we as Baal HaSulam writes that in truth we are sublime, exalted, special creatures exactly matching the Creator according to the Creator who created us and we have no inferiority towards him this is how he created us and we with our attainment with our participation.  Because he created the concealment specifically thanks to the concealment review reach a state where we are equal to him where our work each time as with the importance of us becoming like him and with glory and by this we are grateful to him for what he did for us and also how much he knew how to create all of these conditions by which we will reach his degree. We are not small as we see ourselves now, the opposite. We are great, special.

10. S. (45:59) Earlier you mentioned meriting disturbance so the question is when the Creator gives us a state where he allows us to feel the sensation of the bondage of the will to receive for self, what is the best effective way to be able to work with this sensation for all humanity?

R. If I still remember that this is coming from the Creator it's not yet a descent. A true descent ends with disconnection where I have no connection with the Creator no thought no desire. What remains in me is some opportunity to connect with a ten and here we need to realize why are we also in a state which is outside of spirituality on such a degree which is called corporeality? It is an order for us to be able to fall into it and to begin from corporeality from zero, from disconnection from spirituality nevertheless for us to have like an end of the thread, the end of the rope. Otherwise which exists even in our world and this is why in our world we exist in the system Bnei Baruch the connection between us the tens, the lessons, all kinds of such things so that even though I'm completely disconnected from spirituality I nevertheless have some kind of corporeal connection to that spiritual system which is the ten to less the lesson, the corporeal connection it exists. So even if I will completely fall from everything while I feel this corporeal connection while I'm in it, the Creator doesn't throw me out of that even if I am the opposite of it and I don't want it and I hate it and I reject it, nevertheless, this corporeal connection with the ten. If I have it is a sign that I am still in a descent, disconnected however the disconnection is disconnection from spirituality which is something that does not exist in an ordinary person and out of that we then start to ascend out of that, this is why it says a thousand times shall the righteous fall and get up. 

On our path we will feel yet what our our ascent and descents and falls from such high degrees and until we fall down completely to this world as it is called Shimon from the marketplace that we suddenly discover ourselves in such bad states with such desires with such passions and such thoughts that we never had before, we didn't have them before. I was never so bad that I was thinking about robbing and lusting and such actions, such states that I didn't have before and now I do. This is considered that one who is greater than his friend, his inclination is greater, he falls a lot worse than before then all of his previous states. This is called that sanctity actually causes everything that is happening. This is why we need to get used to it, to get used to it we have to build our systems with our relations so that we don't get so impressed by it. The Creator is always giving both the cure and the blow or the blow and the cure so that if we have some people in the group who are now falling next to them you have such who are not in such a descent and they are able to help him and if they are in a descent we have Gabai, we have Shatz, we have such people who are in charge and they are in each and every incident they have to care for the connection of the group and this is we get up quickly. 11. S. (51:01) This breathing what you talked about, this breathing coming closer and distancing from the friends from the Creator, feels like we are in between something in between these forces of distancing and coming closer. It feels like a sort of resisting or regulating in myself or in the group. Can you explain what this feeling is?

R. Through coming closer and moving farther away I begin to discover my body, my spiritual body we're distancing and coming closer gives me the feeling of volume where I live. We need to maybe learn about it from Baal HaSulam’s articles. He speaks there about breathing the force of distancing and the force of coming closer, maybe we should do that. Our guys will prepare this for us these materials and we will study them, you're right. We lack that we talked about it now we should develop this topic. Okay.

12. S. (52:45) You said that when we go forward now we get bad desires that we are ashamed of. How should I behave or relate to such desires if I cannot bring them to the ten in order not to kind of knock the ten down, not to lower the ten how should I relate to such flawed desires?

R. All of the desires are revealed through the coarseness that is in each one of us and also between us. If the coarseness that is revealed in each and every one it is corporeal beastly coarseness, if the coarseness is revealed in the connection between us this is already spiritual coarseness and therefore we need to distinguish between these two kinds of coarseness right? Food sex family money honor knowledge, these are the corporeal desires. Whatever I have in me, with that let it be it's a beast. This is how it needs to develop this is how it was born and it will exist with such desires. There are desires that are spiritual, these are the desires that are revealed in the relations between us for the time being these desires are well whatever is revealed which Rabash writes about in the group. Later on we will discover them as desires that are ten Sefirot Keter, Hochma, Bina, Hesed, Gevura, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yesod, Malchut. We're not talking about Keter, Hochma, Bina, we're talking only about what they express out of them, how they relate to other desires, this is what we're talking about. Therefore, how do I talk about Keter, Hochma, Bina? I do not speak about what Keter, Hochma, Bina is I am talking about the Sefirot as these are desires that are revealed in relation to the other Sefirot. How the Keter is revealed, how the Hochma is revealed, how the Bina is revealed. I don't speak about the Sefira itself. I cannot speak about this Sefira itself but only out of its connection with the desires. With the other desires meaning with the other qualities or Sefirot in that Partzuf bit by bit, we will get closer to it, we will start to feel it, that this is indeed what is happening between us. This is what we need to do. We should start to get closer in the connection between us and this connection will show us all of the rest of our inner interconnection. The most important thing that we attain is not each one attaining himself but each one what is revealed in the connection between him and the others. There it's all of the wisdom of Kabbalah, the wisdom of connection. No one attains himself but rather only by going towards connection with the others by this he starts to get to know himself. Until he connects with the others he is considered a beast that is he doesn't know the Adam in him when he starts to know his connection with the others as much as he's capable of it, of coming closer to them connecting to them feeling to them and he is in them and they are in him as much as he begins to know the inner system that is revealed between them he discovers the system of Adam in him and through this system he resembles himself to the Creator but before that no. 13. S. (57:34) You mentioned about the importance of Shatz and Gabai in the ten so if one of my friend, he expressly said that he cannot connect to some friends and the ten and he doesn't want to take the role of Shatz and Gabai, with that friend what should we do with the friend? Should we discuss it only or should we allow it to happen or because the role is really important for the development of the ten so should we force them to continue to assume the role of Shatz and Gabai if he cannot do it?

R. Are they even connected in the ten or not? Are they participating in the ten somewhat or it's just some comforting force that accompanies the ten but it's outside? If they're not actively participating with the friends, they don't have a room in the ten, don't count them in the ten.

S. We talked about friends who they all want to do it in the ten and they're very active in the ten. But some friends, they do not want to work with some of the friends so for example I can work with six friends in my ten but not the other four?

R. Why is that? Why?

S. Well it's not me I can work with all the friends in the ten but I'm asking on behalf of another friend.

R. Why can't you connect with other friends that the Creator gives you to connect with and you're not going with what the Creator is presenting before you? Why? If you all share the common same goal, then what's the issue? If you have one goal then why don't you want to be connected with them? I let's say now fall into some group where there are all kinds of people that I would never connect with in my corporeal life. Not according to my religion, not according to nationality, not according to characteristics, education, anything any parameter. But we have the same goal and that goal is attained in the connection between us so while why will I not accept the corporeal conditions that we have in order to transcend them to the spiritual goal? So I'm saying to begin with I don't agree to working with them. Why? Because let's say they hate me. All right or I hate them. I, we can't get along with regards to some preferences. They like eating frogs and I like eating steak or whatever it is. Why do I need to take all sorts of corporeal parameters of this world into account and take that as an obstacle if the Creator made it. So it's probably not an obstacle but rather if I transcend it, I reach spirituality.

S. The thing is that their views are disputed. One thinks that in the ten you have to pray, the other one thinks that in the time you have to raise the importance of the goal, the importance of the morning lessons, these disputes, these disagreements are so strong.

R. Everyone just needs to restrict oneself to restrict himself. When I enter the ten, you probably didn't read the Rabash articles about the group. Submitting myself, subjugating myself is the first condition all the way down to zero, to zero there is a room and there's a ten in it and there's a door into the room and there is a small gap, very small gap between the floor and the door and that's where I have to slide in. How can it be that someone comes to the group with some complaints and conditions that the group has to meet? What are you talking about? That's completely not spirituality. He is not restricting himself whatsoever. You, the UK group are explaining to me what's happening to you there that someone says that we only need to pray and the other one says we only need this, no one demands anything. Everyone is zero, is nothing you don't even understand who you are you don't understand that you are just nothing. You need to open up the writings of Rabash, I look at what's written there about total annulment and you even tell me but we have these friends, what friends? Friends who want to determine what they think about the group? They think that they're thinking the right way they know what the group needs to do, that's a shame to hear such a thing. I wasn't expecting that you would be telling me about this but it's a good thing that you are. Now look into how you are going to fix this and I'm going to tell you just one thing. If you'll fix it you'll advance if you don't you will not advance and all of those people who determined that now the group needs to be this or that, not following what Rabash is saying throw them out of the group, throw them out. So they're not in the ten and I hope that no other ten will accept them, that's it. We don't need to keep any friend who doesn't follow the conditions of the connection into the ten Sefirot because he's not a friend, a friend comes from the word connection.

S. So how in the coarseness we have in the ten, because Rabash said we need to lock the spice that we see or the incident that we have, we need to lock it... how we need to at the same time this coarseness, this hate that we have between us when you say that Rabash actually the way or what we've read about it we have more incidents beforehand because we only discussed and didn't read it. So we always think and pray that we need to have greater strength but we try to pray but over and over again but there is nothing to answer. It seems we just fall into further and further despair and especially after the Congress. Maybe this is as you say a great opportunity for us to ascend to a new degree from the state that we have experienced together in our ten, thank you. 

R. If all of you are not annulling your demands to the ten, then there's nothing to do with a ten and there's nothing more for me to add. A person who enters the ten and that's where we start, he annuls in the ten. So he goes through a cleansing room where he's being cleaned from all of his complaints. He can stay with his complaints internally but towards the group that he is shutting his mouth. I'm not posing any demand of my own. Only one request, I beg them to accept me in the ten. I'm willing to serve them to pay them to do whatever they want. As long as they just accept me into the ten without any conditions of my own. That's the first condition. The one who doesn't follow this he's thrown out and that's in all of the tens otherwise the ten cannot even start advancing to the purpose of creation. A person comes to the ten to nullify himself through connecting with the ten he comes to receive the qualities of the Creator and then step after step more self annulment, more connection with the ten, more acquiring qualities of the Creator and thus he rises to the point that he completely matches himself with the ten this is called love of the created beings and then he also achieved in that love of the Creator. Nothing more to add. If you do that you will advance if you don't you will not advance. I don't want to talk anymore with the UK group until you realize this. It's better to have a few individuals in the ten, three, four or five instead of fifty to sixty hundred and in all of those not agreeing with the conditions of the spiritual ten. As it is said, better little with intention.

14. S. (01:09:58) The question is, how to build the right prayer when we feel this dark state that you described a few moments ago?

R. The dark space where we feel intermittently with states of ascents ups and downs, ups and downs, these are the states of progress and in this amplitude each time the ascent descent, ascent descent we go deeper and higher, deeper and higher, that is our work. Everything is in your hands you just have to not hide yourselves in some corner but rather if you work in the ten together it becomes revealed. Discover all of these states and the ten but most importantly always aim it towards the goal. 

15. S. (01:12:58) What does it mean that we become worse in the last generation? You said that we're living in the last generation, how are we becoming worse?

R. We are advancing to corrections and that is why we find more and more material for corrections, meaning that we find what we need to correct, and how much we are far from each other, far from the Creator, all of that is becoming revealed.

S. All of the sages were afraid of living in the state of the last generation because they couldn't imagine something worse. What does that mean?

R. We aren't yet discovering the evil in us, it will come and one who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater than himself so the more we advance we will find worse and worse states, each and every state we will find we have to say the Creator reveals the bad state on the condition that we are willing to turn the bad to good. That it is enough for us to just feel a little bit from afar that it is bad and we can already correct it to good. If we won't be prepared this state will come down on us and descend on us and the whole of humanity like it is written in the end of days, that people are eating each other, killing each other, cooking their kids and eating them, the horrific things that would happen if you look at the way Torah is writing about this. But this is on the condition if we don't realize our goal, our purpose and also communicate to the world the knowledge of how we have to rise above these eminent degrees. I think we're doing the work, we are walking forward correctly but it all depends on you, according to the lessons we are advancing, if you will realize what we are studying and practice in your lives and in the group and a little bit between the groups and it will happen. It is all in our hands.

16. S. (01:16:19) In a state of descent is it always accompanied by a bad feeling or can it be accompanied by a good feeling, can I always detect a time in a descent?

R. If you will advance correctly you will always find before you disturbances. We are climbing the mountain of the Creator, it is a mountain so you will always see ahead of you disturbances, more disturbances you have to climb and these are the disturbances are the mountain of the evil inclination that the Creator created and he is at the top of the mountain so time after time we have to rise and climb up just like mountain climbers. 17. S. (01:18:00) The role of the Shatz he should use it in order to act in a certain way but the other friends want him to act in a different way?

R. If a few friends have advice on how to better organize the group then the group needs to discuss these things and accept it, there is no problem the fact that we have the Shatz and Gabai there are organizers in the group that we can change everyday, what we receive from them we need to see that it helps us carry out what we need in the group. Preferably in each and every group there will be like a diary whether it's on the computer or not, where you write down your decisions that we decided this and tomorrow we decided that. so you can see if you actually realize what you thought about.

18. S. (01:20:24) In light of what we heard from the UK group and because we're also talking about the connection between the tens how can the whole world Kli here such a thing about such a great shattering in a group how should we relate to it if we even should, what should be our response?

R. There are spiritual laws that Rabash writes about and some by Baal HaSulam as well, you can find some of them in the Shulchan Aruch and places in the Zohar and these laws only say one thing, first of all the main thing is the goal, if everyone understands that they are connected to the goal and the goal is the same as the most important thing then accordingly they are in a group. Then the question is how much can one give up his corporeal life for the attainment of the goal and the attainment of the goal is through connection between the people. So to what extent the connection between us is more important than the separation which is corporeality between us, that is the second thing. That is what I need to constantly develop and nurture how the connection between us is more important than corporeality this of course is a matter of participation, if there are people who don't participate and speak from outside of the ten how can the ten listen to them if they don't even accept the necessary conditions? That there is a person who says I can't, you can't what, your wife doesn't allow you? So stay with your wife and leave us alone. You are praying to some other idol besides connection and love? Then go and pray there, what do you want from us. We are in a state where a day by day we have to appreciate the connection between people more than anything and not according to whatever philosophical, religious or mystical method, but simply according to the attainment of the goal where we all become as one. Not to get confused, always correct ourselves in that.

S. The question is how in the whole vessel when we find such a shattering what do we have to do?

R. To correct it and to understand that the Creator is showing this to us today when we are capable of rising above it. Why did I not want to listen more from the UK? Because now it should be clear to us and clear to them that we will strengthen them and they will do their inner spiritual work between them. What kind of work? First of all cleansing themselves from all of the views that have nothing to do with the goal of the group, the goal of creation, connection between us. Anything that goes against that we need to uproot from the group the connection between us and only the connection, the point where we are all connected needs to be the goal. That is the northern star. That is what we need to only yearn for that. Even if we make a mistake in something, we maintain that connection is more than anything else and we will succeed with that. Even if the connection between us is egoistic and we don't know exactly what it is aimed at, when we are connected there is already a spiritual force between us because the Creator is connection. This is how we attain the Creator so even if we are criminals even if we are mistaken in something it doesn't matter what, if we are connected, we advance as it is said the desolate city cannot be ruined.

19. S. (01:25:48) In which form is the connection between the tens expressed if the other ten doesn't want to be in collaboration with us?

R. Connection between the groups is a problem, it is already a more complicated degree much more spiritual than before. Here we don't just increase the will to receive, it's not even multiplying or doubling, it is more like, to the power of, this is the increase of connection between us. So if it doesn't work out for us to be connected between our ten and another ten then no, it is not that bad, we will come to that later on.
